A few hours later twilight was in the ponyvill hospital with her wing banged up she looked at princess celestia who looked worried tears dripping from her eyes nurse redheart put a cool rag on twilights forehead sunset sighed as starlight sobbed doctor horse came to her and spoke.
“ Mrs sparkle? Do you remember what happened?” doctor horse asked.
“ I remember going to that factory then rainbow was almost drowned rarity just got turned into a pig then applejack got attacked.” twilight sighed. “ This is the worst day ever…”
“ Twilight?” celestia asked. “ In a few months you'll be in court for pinkies murders..” she sighed she sheds a tear for losing the elements of laughter , honesty , loyalty , kindness and generosity who will take over the elements now she only got magic , forgiveness ( sunset shimmer.) and justice ( starlight glimmer.) without the elements it wont work.
A few months later the mane 3 are in court starlight was scared she was about 7 months pregnant the princesses standing in the witness stand the killers held by guards applebloom and grannysmith grief stricken so is sweetie belle and scootaloo even discord who is sickened by fluttershys actions gilda was enraged and saddened mayor mare came as the judge she spoke.
“ We all know about the cupcake factory where pinkie pie , her sisters , fluttershy and party favor made to lure ponies in and killed them putting their cutie marks on the wall so i call…” she pointed at twilight. “ Twilight sparkle on the stand.”
The purple alicorn came to the stand and sighed. “ Pinkie pie was my friend but i never expected her to do this why would she is this her plan?!”
Twilight sighed in disbelief before her rage build up she looked at pinkie pie. “ words cannot describe you! And you! And you! And you! And you! Now we lost 5 elements you wore the element of laughter not murder and for you fluttershy you wore my best friend but you wore pushed a lot to the point that you joined pinkie pies spree! “ she looked at princess luna the princess of the night she sighed she angrily looked at the killers.
“ princess twilight sparkle is right pinkie pie and fluttershy you should be living you lives not killing ponies what made you do that?!” luna cried.
“ well it all started with snips and snails.” pinkie pie said.
5 months ago before the murders snips and snails two unicorn ponies who wore exploring a room made of marshmallow pinkie pie giggled bouncing on a marshmallow snips sighed he decided to take a bite of the squishy white candy snails felt his bladder pang him he went to the restroom then heard pinkies anger and snips cries for help snails rushed out to find the ponies gone but heard his buddies scream he went to the cave door slowly he lit up the room with his horn he found snips beaten his horn broken and bleeding he gasped coming to him.
“ snips?!” snails cried out. “ who done this to you did pinkie do this lets get out of here!”
“ your right…” snips groaned in pain getting up then two mares stood beside the colts it was a angered fluttershy and a upset pinkie pie snails screamed.
“ YOU KNOW LEAVING IS RUDE!!!!” Pinkie yelled. “ you just can't leave without saying goodbye what would you feel if i went to your house and i left suddenly you would be mad!!”
“ yeah pinkies right!” fluttershy added. “ leaving you'll get you nowhere pinkie get the saw i think they need a moral a painful moral!
Present day the ponies in the courtroom are sickened at pinkies story pinkie continued her story.
“ then we put snips and snails cutie marks on the wall it was fun!” smiled pinkie.
“ yeah they wore bullies an jerks anyway!” limestone said rolling her eyes.
“ but you!” celestia spoke. “ you….YOU KILLED PONIES MILLIONS OF THEM!!”
“ yeah my teachers right your guilty of your crimes!” twilight sighed almost in tears walking away she sat down sunset patting her back.
“ i call starlight glimmer on the stand..” the mayor said starlight came to the stand she sighed.
“ i….i…” starlight sobbed then yelled in prue rage. “ I AM MAD RIGHT NOW BECAUSE THE TWO MARES OF KINDNESS AND LAUGHTER DID SOMETHING BAD SO BAD THAT KILLED BOTH OF MY FRIENDS TRIXIE AND SUNBRUST!” she broke in tears sobbing twilight felt bad for starlight sunset wanted to cheer starlight up but it would be rude to interrupt starlight got back up on her hooves and spoke one word. “ guilty….” she walked away.
“ more like innocent!” party favor spoke. “ i mean come on why are we the killers?” he was getting mad. “ oh wait we are because i never needed you guys in the first place never ever ever!”
“ yeah!” pinkie added. “ i never wanted you twilight i never liked the idea of you becoming a princess!”
“ and me i hated you i really hated you twilight i was never to make friends in the first place!” fluttershy growled. “ because i was abused and treated badly you didn't even care!” the ponies gasped in shock some of them holding their mouths luna sighed.
“ i call sunset on the stand…..” luna sighed as sunset came to the stand.
“Words cannot descirbe you guys your evil your selfish your nothing but a criminal!” sunset said. “ they should be guilty!” she walked away from the stand celestia sighed in anger she looked at the killers.
“ you are charged for murder , kidnapping and assault as the ruler of equestria you will be sentenced to death…” the princess of the sun said while pinkie gasped.
“ TO DEATH??!!” pinkie cried.
“ thats not fair!” party favor growled. ‘ because whos going to throw parties?”
“ and how are we supposed to make our family happy?” maud asked her voice calm but slightly mad.
“ guards take them away.” luna said as the guards took the killers to their deaths the crowed cheered twilight , sunset and starlight wore still traumatized by the cupcake factory.
A few months later starlight was at her house taking care of her new born who named luter dawn twilight and sunset was in the castle finding out who would take over the elements twilight sighed shedding a tear then heard a voice it was applejack she went to the voice it was the ghost of applejack with rarity and even rainbow dash she gasped apple looked at twilight she smiled.
“ hi there twi care to join us?” applejack asked sunset came and smiled warmly twilight came to reunite with her friends sunset joined in as for starlight she is with her husband and her friend talking how she missed her.
