Chrysalis laughed. "Ha! Fools! Thorax's love belongs to his queen! If anyone is going to collect enough love to shift, it's me! Feed me your love so that I might escape! With my power restored, I shall bring about a reckoning the likes of which these creatures have never before witnessed! They shall rue the day they thought this plastic prison could hold Queen Chrysalis! And while I'm at it, I'll release the rest of you, so that we can escape!"

Twilight Sparkle looked at the others. "Does anyone else have a plan?" she asked. "Anything at all. There are no stupid ideas."

The meal bell rang and every room had their respective meals show up through a hatch.

The dragons got an assortment of precious gems. Twilight, Barley, and Cream Heart each had a bucket of pickle ice cream. Shining Armor enjoyed his serving of corn dogs. The other stallions got hayburgers and fries. The hippogryphs got fillets of fish. And the humans each got bread buns with a patty of flame grilled ground cow, topped with crispy fried slices of pig flesh, and a slice from a loaf of milk, pilfered from the teats of a cow. Delicious.

"Am I going to go to Tartarus for this?" Sunburst asked.

Sunset shrugged. "You get used to it."

"Goddess forgive me," he prayed before he ate the juicy bacon cheeseburger. "Why does it have to taste so good?"

"Princess Twilight, do we really need to escape?" Button Mash asked while he ate, still balls-deep inside his mother.

"Yeah, I mean, what exactly are we escaping from?" Silverstream asked, sitting back down on top of her brother's dick.

"Are you really ready to just surrender your freedom like that?" Twilight asked, looking pointedly at Smolder. "How can you stand that as a dragon?"

Smolder shrugged and carried the rest of the gems from the trough to the heat basin to lay on with her brother after they'd had their fill. "A cave is a cave," she said. "A horde is a horde." She placed her palm against the bottom of the basin. "It's as fine a place as any to have hatchlings."

"And what do you think is going to happen to them?" Twilight asked. "Do you really think our benefactors are just going to let us keep them? As if they don't have plans for the offspring that we breed?"

"They'll come and take your eggs away!" Chrysalis hissed.

"It's true," Thorax said. "We saw them take the eggs from the Cragadile enclosure."

"They'll take them and make them into omelets!" Chrysalis shouted. "They'll eat your foals!" She looked over at Sunset. "They'll strap you into that table and wait for your little one to come out into their waiting mouth! They'll unhinge their jaws like snakes and swallow them whole!"

"Enough!" Twilight yelled. "You're frightening everypony! It's... it's highly unlikely that they are breeding us just to eat our young!"

"Oh? And what are they feeding to their fellow humans over there?" Chrysalis asked Sunset, looking at her burger. Chrysalis's lips peeled back into a toothy grin. "I know what murder smells like!"

Sunset's eyes went wide and she threw the rest of her burger on the floor. "Okay, we have to get the FUCK out of here!"

Every creature was in agreement.

"Fine. Good," Shining Armor said. "So... plan?" Chrysalis just kept smiling. "Besides that."

"What's wrong, my prince?" Chrysalis asked, looking at his erection. "Still using all the muscles except the one that matters?"

"Seriously, any other plan, please!" he begged.

The others shrugged.

Chrysalis licked her lips. "Hate it all you like, but you know I'm your only hope of escape."

Shining put his face into his hooves. "If... IF we agree to do this, how do we know that you can do what you say?"

"YOU DON'T!" she hissed. "But I can!"

"How do we know you'll free us, and you won't just betray us?" Twilight asked.

"Because I said that I would!" Chrysalis said indignantly. "You want a written contract? To be upheld in what court?"

"Bullshit," Shining said. "I won't believe that you'd do anything out of the kindness of your cold, black heart. What's in it for you to help us escape?"

"My mom needs vessels," Thorax said. "We need vessels for our eggs. Otherwise all we can make are sterile drones. And if we want our hive to survive beyond my lifetime, we need new fertile changelings. And to do that, we need creatures to lay our eggs inside of, to incubate in their love. I'd prefer willing volunteers..."

"I'm less picky!" Chrysalis said.

"So that's it then," Twilight said. "We need you, and you need us."

"The females, at least," Chrysalis said, eyeing up Barley. "But perpetuating your species helps me do the same. So I guess the studs can come along, too."

"Oh, how magnanimous of you," Shining sarcassed.

"So how do we do this?" Twilight asked. "How do we... let you feed on our love?"

Chrysalis looked around the room at Button fucking his mom; at Barley and Silverstream fucking their brothers. She licked her lips. "I've been feeding! Join them!" A subtle pulse emanated from her horn. Sunburst's penis quickly hardened. Garble's poked out from his scales. Shining's erection throbbed harder. "Now... FUCK!"

Sunburst wrapped his arms around his sister, cradling her belly as he penetrated her from behind. Shining mounted his sister and slid his thick cock into her pussy, careful to not bottom out too hard. Garble pinned down Smolder and fucked her from on top for once, dominating the smaller dragoness. Everyone else who was already fucking simply did so with more intensity. Even Thorax mounted his queen, giving what little love he had left.

The females all looked at each other from their cells and at the others' brothers and sons fucking them, intensifying their own lust along with the love they already felt for their family-members-turned-lovers. The choir of grunts and whorish moans accompanied the percussion cacophony of wet slaps and lewd squelches in an erotic symphony of pure, primal, sex.

"Yes! YES!" Chrysalis hissed as she feasted on the emotional high. "Fuck! FUCK!" Her magic grew stronger and she sent out another pulse to the females, "CUM!"

Even if Barley's mind didn't understand the word, her body did. And so did the rest of the females as they came together in synchronized orgasm. It was much too soon for Sunset's water to break, but she could have fools Sunburst as she gushed against his thrusting dick, soaking his balls and both of their thighs. From habit, Silverstream and Smolder both held a finger high to each other to show their scores. Chrysalis's voice thrummed inside their minds. "Feel the life inside you! Feel your love for them!"

Her voice crawled within the skulls of the males. "Feel how pregnant you've made them!" They all hugged their partners, feeling the roundness of their bellies. "Feel the life you made with your seed! Feel your love for them!"

Chrysalis felt her body swell within her exoskeleton, fattened on the banquet of love she feasted upon. The eggs inside her translucent abdomen glowed brightly green, absorbing all the excess love like batteries. Her magic thrummed with power within her body, like a storm cloud, loaded with lightning. With one final pulse of her magic she commanded out loud to all of them, "CUM!"

The males all thrusted one final time and held it deep as they came, flooding their pregnant partners with their seed. Their occupied wombs entreated none of their load, forcing it to pump and spurt out of their stretched pussies around the dicks plugging them each time they throbbed and pulsed. The baritone bass of the stallions grunting and groaning together was enough to make the view window vibrate. Chrysalis poured more magic into them, making their moans rise to a harmonized, fever pitch.

Every creature was panting, including Chrysalis. She shoved Thorax away from her and in a burst of green flame her body morphed. The collar that was around her neck swung free against the wall with a metallic clank. She stepped towards the bars and morphed again as she walked through them, appearing as a human on the other side.

All eyes were on her, watching her transformation as they laid panting on the floors of their cages in post sex bliss. Every part of her skin was still charcoal grey, except for the green areolas of her stiff nipples adorning her voluptuous breasts, resting just above her gravid belly. Her hair was the same denim blue as her mane had been, same with the triangular patch of her pubic fur. She held up her hand to inspect her arm, watching the holes in her limbs slowly close and vanish. She ran her hands through her hair, turning it from blue to brunette with her magic. The triangle patch of her pubic hair burned away with green flame, leaving her vulva visibly exposed and just as smooth as Sunset's was, her inner labia just as brightly green as her nipples.

She walked forward across the room as a ring of green flame encircled her neck and moved down along her charcoal body turning it into the pinkish-tan skin tone of the aliens. It reached her feet and rode back up along her body, generating a clothing set like the crew uniforms, shoes and all.

She reached the frame of the window and held her hand up to it. She focused her magic and with a flick of her finger, the window shattered, showering her with glass. She didn't even flinch and remained unharmed. She looked back at them and blew them a kiss goodbye and strutted away down the hallway.

Minutes passed and the others recovered, getting back upright.

"Well!?" Twilight asked Thorax insistently. He could only shrug.

Shining crossed his hooves in anger. "I think she fucked us!"

A moment later, the lights in the room went from white to red and alarms started to blare. A voice came over the intercom system. They didn't understand what was being said, but the fearful, panicked tone was unmistakable. The voice was cut off by a blood-curdling shriek and the wet, visceral sounds of a very painful death.

They could hear the blood in her fangs as Chrysalis's multi-tonal voice reverberated in the speakers before they cut out.

"W͓̟̞̜̺e͏̸̩l̷̛͏͓͎̺ͅc̠̼̩̼̪̜͙͈̦͘͘o̶̶̮̠͓̩̪̩̺m̡̯̱̦͇̬e̵̹̟̣̪̺̦ͅ ̹̻̭̤́t̷̵̷͚̱̼̭̱͓̬ơ̡͙̗̪͍͈̠̮ͅͅ ̘̩̙̰ỵ̵̧̞o͖͍̖̗̙͎ư̱̪͟ͅr͎̥ͅ ̴͖̯̞́ͅN̼̲̣̗Í͙͉G͖̼͕̖͕͞͡H̟̲T҉̬̰͍̟̥͍M̢̞̲͔̱͕A̷̧̠͖͚͔̼̹R̴̮̟͖̖̠E҉̲͕̦̖̗͉!"

Thorax giggled and squealed as he clapped his hooves. "Ooh! She's mad!"

They all sat and waited as the alarm continued to blare. Several muted booms reverberated through the superstructure of the massive spacecraft. They could hear the sound of steel being wrenched and bent in the decks somewhere below them. They were all thrown to the floor as the entire ship lurched to the side. Before they could even get back up, they floated into the air, along with all the glass as the gravity switched off. A moment later, it was restored, dropping them all on the floor again. The males were instantly at the females' sides, ensuring that neither they nor their unborn were hurt in the fall, even if it was only a few inches drop.

More rumbles vibrated through the ship. The emergency power systems flickered. There was more groaning of metal as the havoc spread. Things seemed to quiet again after a time. As quiet as they could be aside from the alarm. They heard a shuffling in the hallway. One of the humans was crawling into the octagon forum. Or at least, half of one was, dragging its entrails behind it across the broken glass as it whimpered.

An inky black arm reached out from the darkness, gangly, misshapen, and longer than a ladder. Its dagger claws gripped the crippled human and dragged it back into the darkness of the hallway. Screams rose and then were suddenly silenced.

Chrysalis strode out of the hallway in her mostly human form, though charcoal grey once again. Her jaw was unnaturally large with fangs protruding out, and stained with blood as it slowly morphed back to normal proportions. One of her arms was longer than her entire body, dragging behind her as it too shrank and morphed back to it's normal size. Her spindly fingers wrapped around what was left of the human's head. She held the head up to a panel on the wall to scan its remaining eye.

The bars of the cages retracted downward into the floor. The others stayed where they sat inside their cells as they watched her drop the head. Her three-foot-long tongue slithered out of her mouth and licked the blood off her face and she smacked her lips.

"You're welcome," she purred. Dumbfounded, they stayed frozen where they were. "I believe that the words you are searching for are... thank you."

"Thanks, Mom!" Thorax cheered.

Chrysalis smiled, and in a flash of green fire she returned to her normal changeling form. Her horn glowed and she swept aside the broken glass with her magic before she motioned towards the exit. "Shall we?" The structure of the ship shuddered around them again. "I believe we've worn out our welcome."

They regained their wits and followed after her down the dim hallway, trying their best to not look at the carnage adorning the floor, walls, and ceiling in the flashing emergency lights. They passed by other enclosures, now vacant with the back doors ajar. Chrysalis smirked. "I may have recruited a bit of help."

A gazelle sprinted down the hallway and they moved aside to let it run past them. A lion came bounding around the corner after it, seeing the group of food standing stationary and opted for the easier prey. It lunged at them. It was halted in mid air in a green aura of Chrysalis's magic and she hissed in the lion's face before tossing it away. It rolled and scurried to its paws, running away in the opposite direction even faster.

"How big is this place!?" Twilight asked.

Chrysalis cackled. "Oh, it's not so big once you know your way around."

At the far end of the long hallway, it split into two flights of stairs, one leading up, and the other down. Chrysalis headed down.

"What's up there?" Twilight asked.

Red started to drip down the staircase in little rivulets.

Chrysalis smiled, just as coy as ever. "Oh... nothing you need to worry about."

The stairs led down to a large cargo bay, similar to the one they had all arrived in when they were brought on board. A few errant creatures were running through, coming and going from who knows where. They looked at some commotion in the far corner. The sound of banging and wood splintering. A crate smashed open and a wall of mangos spilled out. A batpony and his visibly-pregnant sister dove into the spillage of fruit making hypersonic squeals that you didn't hear, so much as you felt in your teeth fillings.

From the far hallway, a large buffalo stampeded towards them but stopped on his own accord. Twilight recognized him. "Chief Thunderhooves!?"

His face went from concern to recognition, back to concern again.

"Who is it, Daddy?" a smaller buffalo said from behind him. Twilight recognized his daughter as well, Little Strongheart. Like the other females aboard, her belly was round with pregnancy, and she had the eyes of someone who had seen, who had experienced far too much.

"We're getting out of here!" Twilight said. The room lit up bright as the inky black space outside the bay window filled with the shallow curvature of a blue and green planet.

"We're landing!" Shining said.

The view of the planet grew larger, faster with each moment.

Twilight swallowed. "We're landing awfully... damn... FAST." She glared at Chrysalis. "Who's flying this thing!?"

"Okay, fine. You get to be right," Chrysalis said. "I guess upstairs IS something we need to worry about. You get to be the mayor of I Told You Town!"

The ship buffeted and vibrated and the view outside with window glowed blinding white as the ship fell through the atmosphere.

"We're gonna crash, you dumb cunt!" Twilight screamed. "You killed us!"

"Yeah, keep that critique coming, it can only help!" Chrysalis snarled.

"Everybody hold on!" Twilight yelled. They all ran towards the front of the bay and held onto whatever railings, girders or beams they could. Other animals ran from the aft through the bay towards the ship's bow. The entire ship roared in the superheated air rushing around it, slowing it as it went. The vibrations intensified in the steep descent and the aft of the ship creaked and groaned as the metal warped and twisted.

A massive crack formed across the middle of the cargo bay and a blast of wind rushed in as the ship split in two and the aft portion fell away, revealing the sheer enormity of the craft. Massive emergency parachutes billowed out from the top of it, letting the back half slowly drift downward as they continued to freefall away from it at an alarming rate.

The blast of air from the break caught Thorax and Button Mash, breaking their grips and sending them skittering to the edge of the ship.

Cream Heart reached out, "Take my hoof!" she screamed. Thorax held on and she was able to pull him back to safety. She looked over at Button Mash, clinging to the broken edge of the floor. His back legs dangled in the empty air behind him. Chrysalis was closest to him. Cream Heart cried, "Save my son! Please!"

Chrysalis looked over at Thorax, saved by Cream Heart. She looked down at the colt at her hooves. She had no use for this extra male. "Please, help me!" he begged.

She smiled.

"Long live the queen."

As they plunged through the clouds, Button lost his grip and fell away into the open sky. Cream Heart screamed as he vanished into the dense clouds. As fast as he fell away, he reappeared and was pulled back to the safety of Cream Heart's waiting hooves, enveloped in Chrysalis's green magic. Cream Heart hugged her son close and looked over at Chrysalis.

Chrysalis looked over at the relief and gratitude in the mare's eyes. "Remember this moment."

With the mass of the aft portion gone, the front half of the ship slowed much faster against the thicker air of the lower atmosphere. Panels burst from the top and sides and parachutes the size of a Manehattan building billowed out, quickly arresting their speed. Even so, the ground was rising up to them far faster than they would have like.

The shimmering blue of the ocean passed under them, giving way to the lush green of a forest as they skimmed over the land at an oblique angle. Timber snapped and smashed under them as they skimmed the treetops at the edge of the forest before crashing down into a grassy plain, leaving a wide furrow in the dirt as the ship ground to a halt.

Terrified animals ran out from the bowels of the ship past them and in all directions, some to the horizon, and others into the dense forest. The other half of the ship drifted down in the distance. It's landing made the ground tremor a second time. Squinting, they could see the tiny color specks of the animals fleeing the distant wreck.

Twilight and the others carefully climbed down out of the ship and walked towards the edge of the forest to try to get their bearings.

Twilight looked around them at the plains and tried to form a mental map. "Breathable air... temperate climate... yellow star in the sky... Yeah, this'll do," she told them. "We can used the ship for shelter for now, but eventually we should start to build a permanent settlement. It's going to be tough going doing things by hoof, but if we work together-"

One of the broken tree trunks snapped and it started to fall toward her. She screamed in the tree's shadow as it fell but it stopped at the last moment.

She looked up at the tree hovering above her in a violet aura. Her eyes crossed and she looked up at her forehead where her horn was glowing. She tossed the tree away with her magic. She had never noticed it before, but once it was gone and came back, she could feel her connection to the ground under her. The power of the land flowed up through her legs, powering her magic.

"Well, this just got a whole lot easier!" she said. "I hereby found this place as Newquestria!"

"What about food?" Button asked.

Twilight looked at the broken crate of mangos. "We have a ship full of food. And not just that, but fruit and vegetables. And where there's that, there's seeds!"

"But what about..." Sunset Shimmer didn't say it. She just stood there with her hand on her belly. The other females did the same.

Twilight pursed her lips. "Obviously this ship wasn't meant to capture family members for this, but... what's done is done. I don't know what's going to happen now. What's going to happen to the next... generations. You are the last of your kinds, Humans, Dragons, and Hippogriffs."

"Inbreeding is not an obstacle for changelings," Chrysalis said. "It's practically an institution. Our eggs can offer your kind hybrids to avoid any of the... deleterious effects of our new lifestyle."

"Well, at least the ponies can mingle," Shining said to the pegasi and earth ponies. "That's good, right?" He walked over to Cream Heart and Barley, nudging Pickle and Button Mash towards Twilight. "You could... you'd get to make a foal with a princess! Isn't that neato?"

"Yeah..." Pickle groaned.

"I guess..." Button said, looking at Twilight. "But do we have to!?" he asked looking back at his mother, and Shining Armor standing next to her. "I don't want anypony else putting his peepee in you!" he cried, running back over to his mother's side, shoving the other stallion away from her. "And I don't want to put mine in anypony else!"

"You should," Cream said as she rubbed his mane with her hoof. "... At least just the once," she bargained. "Then you can give Mommy all the foals you like." Button cheered with excitement.

"Good, because I feel the same way!" Pickle said, staying close by his sister's side, glaring at the larger stallion. "You look like you'd split her in half like a piece of wood!"

"Hey, I'm not exactly thrilled with sharing my sister with either of you, either!" Shining said, returning to Twilight's side.

"We should at least try to out-breed," Twilight insisted.

"Speaking of..." Chrysalis said, striding into the middle of the group. "Lest we forget, ladies, once your ovens become vacant, you all owe me, and my eggs, a very big favor."

"If that's okay with you!" Thorax added quickly. "If you would, please, for the sake of our species. Pretty please, let us use your wombs to incubate our eggs, maybe, sometimes, once in a while?" he begged.

Twilight Sparkle took a deep breath and sighed at all the work that would yet need to be done. They had avoided doom in Equestria. But she worried if they had simply delayed it. Her brother stood close beside her, smiling as he put his hoof over hers on her belly, feeling their little foal kick inside her. She smiled back.

It would be enough. It would have to be for them.

We few.
The last of us.
In this brave new world.
