She was gone… I just… can’t believe it… why they did this terrible thing to us… we need to escape… before it’s too late…

Sigh… maybe we should start from the beginning. It was another day. Nothing special about it, at least thought so. Today was the day of the Royal Wedding, though it didn’t bother me much. It wasn’t important for me. Just another thing happening in Canterlot around princesses, but we didn’t know what would happen next…
At the time I was casually flying around Cloudsdale. It doesn’t matter that I'm an android. I need some flying too. When I was flying I heard something odd… like a buzzing sound… I bagatelized this at first.. but it didn’t stop. Soon, I got too bothered with this sound that I just had to check what it was and to this day I think it saved me and my brother.
I saw some black ponies flying around Canterlot. Though they weren’t normal ones… they had.. holes in leg? What are those? Scared, but also wanting to protect my family I dashed to home, seeing something terrible around it. Around 6 of these weird ponies were walking around my home, doing some sort of circle? Or spell? To this day I don’t know. I quickly entered through opened window in my room
“MOM!” I called, scared. I was running searching for her, but I found something else. I heard some talking happening in the guest room. I slowly sneaked towards the door and listened to the voices.
“How many times do I need to tell you that I don’t know anything!” Someone said, It was definitely my mother. I wanted to rush to her, maybe to protect, but I couldn’t… something in my mind was telling me I shouldn’t do it… this could end my life… so I listened further.
“Don’t lie to us! We know that you have knowledge about it!” Somepony said. Their voices were unusual, I’ve never heard something like that before. Something very close to… echo or something in the voice itself. “Where is she!?”
“I swear I don’t know what you are talking about! Let me go…!” I heard my mom crying.
“This is your last change. Tell. Us. NOW!” At this point I got too scared and ran away from this room. Quickly going to my brother’s bedroom and entering it with the loud noise of the door hitting the wall.
“Hey! What out what you’re…” I showed him to be silent. I slowly came to him and quickly whispered a couple words.
“We need to leave the house now.”
“What are you talking about?” He said, questioning my behavior. “Why do we need to leave it?”
“Have you looked through the window at least once today?” I asked him sarcastically. He slowly got up from the bed and looked at the window. His expression quickly shifted from annoyed to shocked and scared “Who are those… ‘ponies’?”
“I don’t know, but they want to do something to mom! We need to run!” I shouted by accident. After a second I understood that I said that too loud. We’re screwed…
Somepony started walking towards the room. Soon, the ‘pony’ entered the room.
“Who are you? You shouldn’t be…” he didn’t get to finish. I hitted them in the face and made a gesture to my brother to come with me. We quickly ran through the house, trying to not get caught. By accident we ran past the room with our mom. We stopped for a second, to hear something terrible…
“You. We gave you too much time. Any last words?” The voice asked. There was no answer. “You don’t want to speak? Sure. You won’t. For eternity!” Loud noise of something hitting can be heard. A very loud scream of pain, broken bones… and silence. After a moment I finally gathered myself and looked into a room. The first thing I saw… was my mother.
She lied down, with a big wound on the back and blood all over the floor. There were also 2 ‘ponies’ there. I quickly backed out and flew away from our home, hoping for a better future. Oh boy I was wrong. Very, very wrong…

Couple days passed. We were still flying away. Fighting for survival… we wanted to find ourselves a place to live… to try to come back to life before this tragic event… on the back of their heads there was still a
Memory of them seeing their mother is covered in blood. Maybe my brother, Bravehooves, was trying to think about a new life, all I wanted was revenge for killing someone I loved. Of course I couldn’t finalize my plan, as we were already hundreds of kilometers away from Cloudsdale.
“Hey Nite…” my brother started “I know that what happened is a very hard thing to live with, but we need to get over it…” He was trying to make me feel better
“You don’t know… I… could stop this…” I started to cry. He immediately hugged me and tried to comfort me, as I cried. “I could save her… if I didn’t stop myself at the time… she could live…”
“Hey… it’s okay… don’t cry Nite…” he said “We need to live with the things that we have. Remember that I’m here for you” he gives me slight kiss in head, as I calm down
“You sure…? Nothing bad will happen now…?” I asked.
“Don’t worry about it. I’m here with you.” He answered. I slowly stopped crying and looked at the horizon.
“What do you think waits for us there…?”
“Whatever it is, I’m sure it will give us a bright future” he smiles at me. He was always so positive and optimistic…
I wish I could go back in time and meet my mom and him. They were my family… they were the only things that I had… I will always remember everything that they made for me…
I will build a bright future for myself. Build it for myself and for my family, that died for me…
