Rude Awakening

This is…hard to write because I do love Celestia’s character. I made her like this do to the reality of her loosing a loved one.

In this story, Elliot was her only lover.

She could never find any pony that had interested her like him, even though Elliot was not a pony.

Sunset is an entirely different story and I will get to that later on in the story. But there is a reason why I am focused on Celestia as of now.

You see... I won’t spoil anything but through time they bonded.

They became really close, and Elliot started to see her for who she was, and not this Godlike ruler figure.

As I said time bonded them really closely

To a point where it would be hard to separate them.
When Elliot died it broke her heart.

It broke her heart so much if it was not for Sunset whose heart was also broken and I will explain her story later on in the story.

Because it was her fault he died, even when she had the people around her comfort her, it was her fault. If she hadn't let her guard down, his death would not have happened.

This has been plaguing Celestia's mind for years, even when there was hope that he was alive.

When she found out he could possibly be alive, a fire came alive from within her. And when she found out he was alive, her fire only grew.

Determined to find him, she worked for two years...Two full years to develop a machine that was capable to travel the universe.

Once she had found him, she was determined not to let him go.

She was not, going to make the same mistake again.

Now, her character will develop over time, but she is being....an ass for a reason.

Please do try to hang on if you can, I personally don't like Celestia-bashing fics. Mainly because of the fact that the author's hatred of the character is visible, and gives off no reason why she is acting like this off of something so petty.

Hang in there, and eventually, you will see her character change.

That is all I have to say.
