Every mare has to go through estrus, even the ones who want nothing to do with it. This tired repair-shop owner was really doing her best to keep it to herself while running errands and keeping things moving like usual. On the other end of the spectrum we have somepony who does nothing good for society: a predator among good, honest, responsible citizens.
