This one is a long time coming, I really wanted to show alot of emotion but it always came off as very cheesy but I said fuck it. Cheesy wholesome goodness is just fine. I put a lot more effort into this one than I expected.
A few things to note about the story so far, so you dont have to re-read older chapters. Its been a few months.
- Gem Wolves have eyes that express their emotions and they feel the emotions of others. While also amplyfing emotions, both good and bad.
- Gem Wolves are normally nomadic and dont generally speak with words but their ability to read and share emotions directly.
- Fluttershy is simply more comfortable around Syn because hes more animalistic than a stallion. I liked the idea of that because shes always been good with animals and nature.
- The tabloid and clickbait like articles, I took reference from British Tabloids and treating Twilight's personal life like the paparizzi does for anyone with a lot of fame. Little to no privacy and a great deal of intrusiveness. The type of behavoir you'd expect from a tabloid that spins a title.
- Rarity's bit is played off heavily from Rarity's Dog Days story, lover of steamy romance novels. Syn fitting the bill in one of her favorite novel series, allowing her to indulge in a fantasy more directly.
- The Sisterhood idea came from the thought that the mane six sticking together but if things fell apart. They'd remain friends but not in the same herd or all in the same herd. Because the ratio of male to female is like eight to one.
