Moments Before Creatures Corrupt Themselves

Twilight quickly flew into Ponyville with a giant Spike landing down beside her.

“Oh no! We're too late!“

They noticed Pinkie crying uncontrollably over Rainbow Dash's body. They also caught sight of the Friendship Castle destroyed like the Golden Oak Library.

Twilight fell weak on her knees.

“No...no...I failed. My friends...the castle...Equestria...everything...“

“Twilight! You've got to grab hold of yourself!“ were Spike's last words before he got shot in the chest.

Twilight's eyes widened and she screamed, “NOOO!“

She picked up Spike's body. “No, no, no, no, no, no. Now I've lost everything!“

She sobbed as she shook the giant dragon.

“Some Princess of Friendship...no, some Princess of Equestria,“ Twilight said before she set her eyes on a firing bullet. She stayed still as she gave in when the bullet went through her chest.

She choked at first before a small smile appeared on her lips.

“I'll be joining you...“ She held Spike's claw securely before she closed her eyes.
