A TIME SKIP AND ARRIVAL edit

Sureyia’s 1st POV

When G said my training would be hellish, he wasn’t kidding. Turns out, I’m not actually in heaven. I’m in this place called the “World In Between,” a plane of existence where nothing exists—unless, of course, God wants it to. He often comes here when he needs a break, and the crazy part? Time flows differently here. To an outside observer, it would look like I’ve only been here for about two years , but inside, I’ve spent 200 fucking years.

There’s a silver lining, though: I’ve learned a lot about my powers. First, I trained my physical strength and elemental abilities—fire, earth, water, ice, air, light, shadow, and darkness. Then, I started discovering other abilities, and let me tell you, it’s terrifying. I’m like a walking anime arsenal. Every ability I’ve discovered seems like it came straight out of a manga or video game, but with a twist. Apparently, because of what I am, these abilities are insanely powerful.

G explained it as “dimensional influence.” Random ideas for crazy video games or epic anime sometimes leak from one dimension or reality to another. Most of these influences come from the angels, demons, and other supernatural beings of the past. What we think of as fictional abilities are actually just reflections of real powers used by these creatures.

For example, Shigaraki’s quirk from My Hero Academia. It actually belongs to a demon species called Duster Demons. They’re tall, skinny, and fast as hell, with black charcoal skin and hollow, soulless eyes. They’re so dangerous that they can one-shot an angel if they catch them off guard. Their Blood Demon Art, known as “Decay,” is pretty much identical to Shigaraki’s quirk, except they need direct contact to activate it. Fortunately, they don’t turn everything around them to dust just by touching the ground.

But me? I’ve got that ability on a whole different level. When I use it, a purple mist pours from my hands. The mist is what carries out the decay effect. I can control where the mist goes, which means I can choose what gets turned to dust. I can even spray it out like a flamethrower. Eat your heart out, Shigaraki.

I’ve discovered a bunch of other abilities too, like Overhaul’s quirk, which is going to be insanely useful. Then there are my eyes. At first, they freaked me out, but now I’ve come to appreciate them. I can switch between my beast form and a human form at will. My eyes have three different abilities:

  1. Critical Eye: It allows me to see any weaknesses in my opponent and, when facing a large number of enemies, gives me a rough estimate of how many I’m dealing with.

  2. Confession: Lock eyes with me, and I can force you to tell the truth.

  3. Fear: This one’s dangerous. If I pour too much power into it, it can literally paralyze my enemies with terror. I need to be really careful with this one.

When I first transformed, Faust noticed something on my back. A new marking—a symbol of a chimera. It was like a flaming brand, declaring what I was. G explained that the word “chimera” is perfect for what I am—a creature of multiple parts. So, I’ve named myself the Chimera Beast. Shion liked it, and honestly, it fits.

Speaking of Shion, I’ve learned some stuff about her too. As long as I’m alive, so is she. She doesn’t need to eat or sleep, and she’s an extra layer of protection for me. But the weird part is how she sustains herself. She needs love and affection, and once in a while, she needs a steady stream of lust. I don’t have a problem with it, but it’s going to take some getting used to.

I’ll never forget the first time I had to “feed” her. Faust practically had to chain God in place. I couldn’t tell who was louder—God’s screams of protest or Shion’s screams of pleasure. Turns out, Shion has this unique trait that allows her to revert to being as tight as a virgin, no matter what. And my physical transformation came with a big “bonus.” Let’s just say I’m probably the envy of every adult film star on Earth.

Training with God and Faust has been brutal. Faust taught me to use my magic and demonic abilities, while God showed me just how outclassed I am when it comes to physical combat. I learned the hard way that I’m practically immortal. I have a healing factor like you wouldn’t believe, and I’m almost impossible to kill. Normal weapons are useless against me. Only weapons with high concentrations of demonic, angelic, or supernatural energy can hurt me, and even then, they’d have to be incredibly powerful. The only way to kill me is to destroy all seven of my hearts, and even then, you’d have to decapitate me.

I found that out the hard way during a sparring match with God. He decapitated me, and after I reattached my head, I kicked him in the nuts, which earned me a pierced heart for my trouble. Fun times.

Now, it’s my final day here. I’ve grown attached to these two gods—they’ve become like family. Thanks to God’s manipulation of the World In Between, I’ve crafted a whole arsenal of weapons and stored them in my darkness. Turns out, I’ve got enough space in there to store fifty cars, so I’m set.

I’m standing here, facing both Faust and God, as they prepare to open a portal to drop me into Equestria. They told me my body was found five days after I died, and no surprise, no one took it harder than my mom and girlfriend.

“All right, this is it, boy,” G said, catching my attention. “Once we open this gateway, you’ll jump straight into Equestria. Because of how… skittish the residents can be, we’re going to drop you in the Everfree Forest. There isn’t much in there that can threaten you, so you should be fine.”

“Got it,” I said, steeling myself for what was to come.

“Please, I beg of you, try to fix this mess that my daughters have created,” Faust pleaded, her eyes filled with hope and desperation.

“You have my word. I’ll do whatever it takes,” I promised.

“Thank you,” she said softly, before stepping forward and planting a gentle kiss on my lips. She pulled back, her cheeks flushed.

I shook my head, clearing my own blush. “All right, let’s do it.”

With a wave of their hands, a bright light—somehow brighter than anything I’ve ever seen—engulfed my vision before everything went dark.

Equestria, Third POV

In the land of Equestria, the city of Canterlot sat perched on a mountain. It was the heart of the kingdom, home to the royal sisters, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna.

Celestia had just finished day court and was heading to the kitchen for a well-deserved piece of cake. But as she entered, she froze. A massive surge of power washed over her. Reaching out with her magic, she tried to pinpoint its location. The source was unmistakable—the Everfree Forest.

“Sister, did you feel that?” Luna asked, rushing into the kitchen, her eyes wide with concern.

“Indeed, Luna. And it’s coming from the Everfree,” Celestia confirmed, her mind racing.

“What do you think it could be?” Luna inquired, her worry palpable.

“I’m not sure, but I think I’ll send Twilight and her friends to investigate. I’m confident they can handle it,” Celestia said, though uncertainty lingered in her voice.

“Good idea. I just hope it’s nothing too serious,” Luna remarked, her expression betraying her anxiety.

“If it’s more serious than we thought, then we’ll handle it ourselves. I won’t stand idly by if this threatens our little ponies,” Celestia declared, determination hardening her voice. She quickly headed to her study to write a letter.

Meanwhile, in the small town of Ponyville, a lavender-furred unicorn named Twilight Sparkle was engrossed in her studies. She lived in the Golden Oaks Library, trying to catch up on the assignments her mentor, Princess Celestia, had given her. Dressed in a white button-up shirt, a purple-and-black checkered skirt, and thigh-high stockings, she looked every bit the dedicated student.

“Hey, Twilight, I’m back!” a young male voice called out. Twilight looked up to see Spike, her little adoptive brother and number one assistant, walking in with a bag of groceries. The adolescent dragon, covered in purple scales with green spines running down his back, was dressed in a dark purple hoodie and slightly torn jeans.

“Hey, Spike, did you get everything we need?” Twilight asked, walking up to hug the young drake.

“Yeah, it went pretty smoothly, except for a few unpleasant ponies here and there,” he said with a sigh.

Twilight frowned. While most ponies were friendly, there were always some who had a problem with those who weren’t their own kind—a harsh reality Spike had to face daily.

“I’m sorry, Spike. I’ll tell you what, there are some gems in the cabinet. How about you relax for a bit and help yourself?” she offered, patting his head gently.

“Really? Thanks, Twilight!” Spike beamed, hugging her before heading to the kitchen. But before he could reach it, he suddenly stopped andburped, releasing a burst of green smoke that coalesced into a scroll.

Twilight quickly grabbed it and unfurled the parchment. As she read, her eyes widened. It was from Princess Celestia, requesting her and her friends to investigate a powerful magical disturbance in the Everfree Forest.

“I see,” Twilight murmured, rolling up the letter. She’d felt the surge of magic earlier and had planned to write to the princess about it, but it seemed Celestia had beaten her to it.

“Spike, I’m going out. I’ll be back soon, okay?” she called out as she headed for the door.

“Okay, see you later, Twilight!” Spike replied, making his way upstairs to his room.

“All right, I just need to gather the rest of the girls, and then we’ll go check out this magical disturbance in the Everfree. No biggie,” Twilight muttered to herself, setting off to find her friends.

Sureyia’s 1st POV

I glared angrily at the sky where I’d just fallen from. “They could’ve done that a little smoother. It didn’t hurt, but still, I don’t like being dropped from the sky like that.” I stood up, dusting off my clothes—a little something I’d crafted for myself during my training. My outfit was all black, from the sleeveless hooded shirt down to the leather pants with silver-spiked knee guards and a matching belt. A black tattered cloak with my chimera symbol sewn onto the back hung from my shoulders. My feet were covered by black leather boots adorned with the same silver spikes, and for a finishing touch, I wore a mask resembling the mouth of a Japanese oni demon.

Whenever I pulled my hood up, I could use my darkness manipulation to shroud my face, leaving only the mask and my glowing red eyes visible. I looked like something straight out of a gothic assassin’s nightmare.

“Okay, now where do I go from here?” I muttered to myself, surveying my surroundings. I was in a dense forest—most likely the Everfree, if G and Faust were right.

I chose a random direction and started walking. I hadn’t gone far when my heightened senses kicked in. My hearing, smell, touch, and sight were amplified to almost ten times what they used to be. I caught a scent in the air—someone was nearby.

Without hesitation, I spun around, summoning one of my crafted weapons, a katana.

Both the blade and handle were pitch black, with a brilliant gold guard. A golden dragon design ran along the blade, and the scabbard was a mix of black and gold.

In one fluid motion, I drew the sword and slashed at a nearby tree. Using my wind manipulation, I sent a powerful wind blade slicing through the tree and several others behind it. I aimed high, not wanting to injure whoever was stalking me but to send a clear message: I wasn’t to be trifled with.

“I don’t know who you are, but I suggest you show yourself unless you want shit to hit the fan right now,” I said, flicking my katana to the side, ready for action. What emerged from behind the trees surprised me.

Slithering from the shadows was a lamia, unmistakably female, given the ample chest on display. She had long, pinkish-red hair and amber eyes, her lower half the coiled form of a serpent. Her scales matched the color of her hair, with a lighter pink underbelly. Her upper body was pale but well-formed. She was trembling, holding her hands up in a gesture of surrender.

“P-p-please don’t hurt me,” she stammered, her voice quaking with fear. I sheathed my sword and walked closer, watching as she backed away, only to find herself trapped against another tree. She shut her eyes, shaking violently, clearly terrified of what I might do.

“Hey, come on now, I’m not going to hurt you,” I said gently, resting a hand on her shoulder. That seemed to calm her a little. I noticed she was only wearing a tattered piece of cloth around her waist, leaving her upper body completely exposed.

“Well, I guess it’s better to have your lower half covered than your top half,” I thought, trying not to focus on that particular detail.

Feeling my touch, she flinched but eventually opened her eyes, relief flooding her features as she realized I wasn’t going to harm her.

“There, see? Not so bad. I’m sorry if I scared you. I just sensed someone nearby and thought I was going to be attacked.”

She finally stopped shaking and seemed to relax a little.

Brushing a few strands of hair out of her face, I asked, “Do you have a name?”

“M-Miia. My name is Miia,” she replied, her eyes still cautious but less fearful now.

“Nice to meet you, Miia. I’m Sureyia,” I said with a nod. “So, what are you doing out here?”

Before she could answer, I picked up on the sound of approaching footsteps—six of them. “We’ve got company,” I said, helping her rise to her full height, which was about six feet.

She looked confused but quickly slithered behind me as six figures emerged from the foliage. They were ponies—mares, to be exact. One was a lavender unicorn with a dark purple mane streaked with pink and lighter purple. She was dressed like a nerdy schoolgirl, yet she was undeniably cute.

Next was an orange earth pony with a blonde mane tied in a ponytail. She wore a red flannel shirt tied just below her bust and a pair of worn denim shorts, topped off with a brown Stetson hat. She looked every bit the cowgirl.

Then came the pink one—very pink. Her mane was a chaotic mass of curls, and she wore a pink shirt and shorts. She looked like she’d been dipped in bubblegum, the only contrast being her bright blue eyes.

A white unicorn with a perfectly styled indigo mane stepped forward next. She was dressed in a fitted white blouse that showed a tasteful amount of cleavage and a purple skirt that hugged her curves.

The fifth was a light cyan pegasus with a rainbow-colored mane. She wore a black sports bra and jogging pants, her athletic build and cocky demeanor giving off a definite tomboyish vibe.

Finally, there was a butterscotch-yellow pegasus with a long pink mane that hid half her face. She wore a green V-neck sweater and a pair of blue jeans, her body language shy and withdrawn.

They were all visibly surprised, cautiously eyeing me. But the moment they saw Miia, their expressions shifted to hostility. The cyan pegasus spread her wings threateningly, glaring at me.

“Whoa, easy there,” I said, raising my hands in a placating gesture. “Let’s not get hasty.”

The lavender unicorn, despite her caution, looked more curious than anything. “Excuse me, but what are you two doing out here?” she asked.

“Oh, I’m just passing through,” I said, crossing my arms. “I’m new around here, trying to get my bearings. As for my friend here, we kind of just met.”

“Yeah, right,” the cyan pegasus scoffed, getting up in my face. “For all we know, you could’ve been planning to ambush us with your little monster here.”

Her words irritated me, so I let out a small pulse of bloodlust. The effect was immediate; she stumbled back, her face a mask of terror. The others flinched, and even Miia seemed scared. I quickly reined it in, taking a deep breath.

“Okay, maybe we got off on the wrong foot. Let’s start over. My name is Sureyia Okumura. Nice to meet you,” I said, bowing my head slightly. “And this is Miia,” I added, gesturing to her. She gave a timid wave.

The lavender unicorn took a step forward. “Right, my name is Twilight Sparkle,” she said.

The orange mare tipped her hat. “Well, howdy! I’m Applejack.”

The pink one bounced up next. “Hi! I’m Pinkie Pie! Do you like parties? Do you like cake? What’s your favorite flavor of—” She was cut off by Applejack’s hand clamping over her mouth.

“Okay, sugarcube, I think he gets it.”

The cyan pegasus, still a little shaken, crossed her arms. “I’m Rainbow Dash, fastest flyer in Equestria. Try anything funny, and I’ll kick your ass.”

I rolled my eyes and looked at the white unicorn. “Hello, darling, I’m Rarity Bell, and I must say, your fashion choice is… intriguing.”

Finally, I turned to the yellow pegasus. She mumbled something, hiding behind her mane.

“Hey, deep breath,” I encouraged. She took a shaky breath and finally spoke.

“I-I’m Fluttershy,” she whispered.

“Nice to meet you, Fluttershy,” I said with a smile behind my mask.

Twilight stepped forward again, her curiosity getting the better of her. “Excuse me, sir, but what exactly are you? I’ve never seen anything like you before.”

“And what’s with the mask?” Rainbow Dash asked, still wary.

“Well, let’s just say I’m something you’ve never seen before. As for the mask… it’s a fashion statement,” I replied.

“And how do you make your face all shadowy like that?” Pinkie Pie asked, leaning in.

“That’s a secret,” I said with a smirk.

Before they could ask anything else, my danger sense—yeah, I’m calling it that—startedscreaming. “Excuse me, ladies, but we’ve got company,” I said. They looked confused until the ground started shaking.

A deafening roar echoed through the forest as a massive three-headed hydra crashed through the trees, its orange scales glinting in the sunlight. It towered over us, easily 25 meters tall.

“Hydra!” Rainbow Dash yelled.

“Well, well, well, aren’t you a big boy,” I said, catching the creature’s attention. “Come on, let’s go for a walk, big guy,” I taunted, talking to it like it was a puppy, which seemed to piss it off. Faust was right—wild creatures in this world are a lot smarter than those back in mine.

“What are you doing?” Miia asked, clutching my arm in fear.

“Don’t worry, I’ve got this,” I reassured her as the hydra charged. I grabbed Miia and leapt to the top of a tree, then sprang over the hydra as it smashed into the trunk, landing behind it.

Setting Miia down, I gripped the handle of my katana. As the beast turned to face me, I took a deep breath.

“Wind Breathing, Sixth Form: Roku no Kata: Kokufū Enran—Black Wind Mountain Mist,” I chanted, swinging my sword upward. A massive wind slash tore through the air, aiming straight for the hydra.

3rd POV

Silence fell over the clearing. No one dared to move, to breathe. Moments ago, everything had been chaos, but now everything was still. The Mane Six and Miia stood frozen, watching in disbelief. Sureyia remained in his upward slashing stance, and even the hydra was motionless.

A gasp broke the silence as Fluttershy pointed, her body trembling. The others followed her gaze, their eyes widening. Blood began pooling around the hydra, and then, with a sickening thud, its massive body collapsed—split cleanly in two down the middle.

All eyes turned to Sureyia, who calmly returned his sword to its sheath. “That was really boring,” he muttered to himself as the katana vanished in a swirl of black mist.

The ponies stood in stunned silence. This… whatever he was had just killed a fully grown hydra with a single attack.

Sureyia walked over to the hydra’s carcass and, to the ponies’ horror, began stripping chunks of flesh from the body. Each piece was enveloped in the black mist before disappearing.

“W-what are you doing?” Twilight asked, her face turning green.

“Well, I’m not going to let this meat go to waste,” Sureyia replied. “Besides, I’ve never tried hydra meat before.”

“Y-you’re going to eat it?” Fluttershy stammered.

“Of course,” Sureyia said, lifting his mask just enough to reveal a set of razor-sharp teeth and fangs before lowering it again. “These aren’t just for show, you know.” In a matter of seconds, he had stripped the entire right side of the hydra’s carcass.

“I think that should be enough. Anyway, you all should get out of here. A kill this big and this fresh is probably going to attract a lot of predators. And as for you,” he said, turning to Miia, “let’s go.”

“O-okay,” Miia said, still a bit shaken but relieved to be with someone who could protect her.

“Anyway, I’ll catch you ponies later, probably,” Sureyia said with a wave as he and Miia walked off in the opposite direction. Once they were gone, Twilight turned to her friends.

“G-girls, I think we should tell the princess about this,” she said, her voice trembling. Her horn glowed, and in a flash, they teleported back to her library.

They had no idea what had just arrived on Equestria’s doorstep. But whatever he was, he was terrifying.
