Shoot for the Stars, Human!
{Part 1} The Amethyst Comet
In the world called Equestria, A night wouldn't go by without it being radiant and mystical when one takes a moment to see it for themselves. As the stars had appeared and the Moon was rising, one of the Two Princesses that rule over the land, Princess Luna was using her Magic to raise the moon once again.
Upon doing so, She noticed that something was falling from the sky at High Speed. From her look at it, She suggest that it was a Comet but didn't realize that It was about to fall towards the ground.
The shooting star had fallen rather far and landed in the depths of Equestria as even the environment that it was around started to change. It would be soon to be that a Forest would then begin to grow as Nightly Trees would grow and landforms would rapidly turn and create rivers.
It almost would seem to have created an Enchanted Forest that would also unleash something that would later bring the Attention of the Rulers of the Lands. Not only was it A Scroll but also a Creature that the world has never seen before.
The only question remains...Is this new creature Friend or Foe?
The Next Morning...
When the next day had come and the Sun would be raised by Equestria's Ruler, another Princess who is yet to become the Princess of Equestria, Has been known as the Princess of "Friendship."
But to her Friends, Her name is Twilight Sparkle. As she had woken up for the day, her most loyal and greatest assistant Spike had informed her that Princess Celestia needed her to come to her for something important.
In an Hour, Twilight arrives at the Castle along with Spike as intended. "You wanted to see me, Princess Celestia?" Twilight asked.
"Yes Twilight, Some of the Royal Guards have reported that a Comet has recently come into Equestria overnight. Somehow, It has created a Forest that seems to be filled with Mystic Power from what we believe was from the Comet in question"
"Is the Magic causing any problems, lately?" Twilight asked.
"Not yet. We are still unsure what is happening but we need someone to enter to see what might be happening and to investigate the Comet. We feel as though there is an Unnatural Effect from within and something gives me the feeling that it might not be good. I would like for you to enter within and find the crash site to see what might still be there" Celestia recommended.
"Sure thing, Princess Celestia. I'll get right on it, Now" Twilight accepted.
Meanwhile...
From within the middle of the Enchanted Forest, The Comet had created A star-like Crest in the ground and began to shine with a Bright Purple Aura.
The Star then started creating some creatures that while some did exist within Equestria from Bunnies, Butterflies, & one creature that was created, was crawling on the ground. It had two hands, two legs, & an unknown identity.
(I do want to consider the reader as Gender-Neutral but you can still consider yourself as whatever you'd like)
You were crawling around the forest and you had come across the bunnies of the forest as they saw you with such interest.
Even the butterflies had appeared as something rather Galactic and the Bunnies came closer to you. They take a few sniffs at you and you were rather a bit scared. Some of them started to nuzzle against you and to assure you that they were no Harm to you.
You take a minute before you start to pet one of them until they are started lifting you from your legs as they were trying to help you to stand up. You eventually tried to stand but your legs were shaking and you started falling down a few times. But something was telling you to not give up and keep trying.
You stand up again after 5 times and you soon managed to get the hang of it and You were now standing on both legs. You went further to start walking and easily were able to grasp it. You walked around the forest as you explored the Glorious and Nightly Wilderness.
You consider it Pretty and Vibrant. You were wandering around for at least 15 minutes until you heard other voices in the distance. You tried getting closer and hid in a Bush as you peeked through to see about 7 creatures that were able to speak. They walked on all fours and they seemed to resemble horses. They were well known as the Elements of Harmony.
"Okay girls, Princess Celestia has requested us to take a look around this new Forest and see where the source of its creation is. So, Let's try to stay together and watch our backs" Twilight said. "This place looks absolutely enchanting! It's so luscious and more beautiful than any Forest I've ever seen" Rarity commented.
"Gotta say, It sure is quite pretty. Don't know how it's nighttime in these here woods when it's already daytime" Applejack wondered. "All the more reason to stay close. There's no telling where this all came from or what it's doing here. Regardless, It's our job to find where that comet crashed and find out what it's doing" Twilight remarked.
"I only hope that we'll be able to find it before something here will find us," Fluttershy said, feeling a little bit scared. "Find us? Like what?" Rainbow Dash asked. You then started to crawl out from the bushes and made a lot of noise that dragged the 7 ponies' attention.
They looked towards you as they saw only your shadowy Silhouette before you then began to run away. "Like whatever that was!" Fluttershy gets spooked a little, thinking it must be something staring at the group.
"Whatever that thing is, We should probably go after it. Just in case of some other Pony that wandered in here by accident or it could be something else" Twilight said as they all agreed before Rainbow Dash then tried to chase after you.
You kept on running as you tried to find another place to hide. You came across another bush before you jumped into it as another one of the Forest's Bunnies had come up to you and you tried to get it to leave. Rainbow Dash lands on the ground nearby and tries to find you.
"Hello? Whatever it is you are, I know you're here somewhere! Come on out!" Rainbow Dash tried calling out before the bunny hopped over to her. "Huh? What in Celestia is up with you? Why do you look all...cool" Rainbow Dash looks at the Cosmic Bunny as if she was like a Deer caught in headlights.
She calls out to the other Mares as she holds up the Bunny with her hooves. "GUYS! OVER HERE, YOU HAVE GOT TO CHECK THIS OUT!" Rainbow Dash shouted to get her friends over as they all came to where she was. "What is it, Rainbow? Did you find it?" Twilight asked.
"Even better! Look at this Bunny! It looks so Awesome!" Rainbow Dash shows them the Cosmic Bunny and they all were Dazzled by the looks of it. "OH MY GOODNESS! IT'S SO CUTE!!" Fluttershy enthusiastically said before holding the bunny for herself. "It looks so pretty! It looks like I'm looking at the nightly stars!"
The Ponies became attracted to the sight of the rather strange yet astonishing Bunny. You looked at them for a moment before coming to think that they seem to be harmless.
You then came out from the bush as you slowly walked towards them. They didn't seem to notice you until you pulled onto one of their tails, making yelp. "Ah! Hey! Who pulled my tail!" Twilight looked behind her and then sees you standing behind her. Her eyes widened and her pupils had shrunken as she stared at you.
You stood frozen in place as the Ponies then looked at you and went speechless. There was a moment of silence before you started to slowly come up to the Purple one. "Twilight...What is that thing?" Rainbow Dash spoke, still unable to speak.
"I...I have no clue. I've never seen any sort of creature like this before..." Twilight replied, quietly as she stared at you with nervousness. You eventually start to reach a hand out to her as she tries to back up a little. Her friends were about to start moving in case you were trying to do any harm.
Eventually, You got close enough to where you then planted your hand into the Purple Pony's Head and began moving your hand around it, petting her.
"What the? What is it doing?" Twilight asked before you then started to run your fingers through her mane. Soon, You rub your hand against her cheek as you can feel her Light-Purple fur on your palm.
Twilight quickly began to feel content as she closed her eyes and felt how nice your hands felt while you were petting her. "Twilight? Are you okay? What is that thing doing to her?" Rainbow Dash asked, asking many different questions in complete confusion.
"I think it's... petting her? It looks like the same thing that I do to some of the animals at home" Fluttershy said before Pinkie Pie started to grow interest and bounced over to you. "Oh! Oh! Try that on me, next!" Pinkie told you before you take your hand off from Twilight before Petting Pinkie Pie.
"Oooooooh! This feels so good! Keep going!" Pinkie Pie said to you as you ran your hand throughout her Pinkish Mane and Fur. "Does it really feel that good, Darling?"
"Well, It sure did to me. I suppose it doesn't seem to pose any threat if it hasn't tried to attack us yet. But still, I have no idea what this creature is or where it came from. I've never seen anything like this in Equestria at all" Twilight said, trying to figure out what it is that you are and your backstory.
"Maybe it came out from that Comet that landed here and made this forest along with it" Rainbow Dash theorized.
"Perhaps. I think that maybe we should put the Comet and Forest onto a Halt and bring this creature back to Princess Celestia. Maybe, She knows." Twilight suggested that everyone else had agreed. Twilight goes up to you and tries to get your attention.
"Excuse me. Do you mind if you could tell us what you are or what's your name?" Twilight asked you but you didn't say anything. You had no idea on what to say but you seemed to have been incapable of speaking as far as you knew.
"Uhh, Hello?"
"..."
"Are you able to speak?" Twilight asked you and you didn't know how to respond. "Hmm, okay. How about you Nod for "Yes" and shake your head for "No", Okay?" Twilight suggested, again and you seemed to understand.
"Can you understand us?" She asked. You nodded.
"Do you have a name?" She asked. You shook your head.
"Can you talk?" She asked. You shook your head, again.
"Are you able to speak?" She asked. You took a few minutes before You nodded.
"Hmm. Okay. So, It DOES have the ability to talk but I'm going to guess that it doesn't know how to, right?" She asked and tried to suggest and you nodded. "I see...Okay girls, change of plans. We'll have to bring this Creature back to Princess Celestia and try to see what it's all about." Twilight tells the others and everyone agrees before you end up going with them. Pinkie tries to ask you if you could let her again.
Meanwhile...
Back in Ponyville, A pony that goes by "Lyra Heartstrings was at home with their "Friend", Bonbon as they both were living together until Lyra had then felt a shock go through her, as though she felt that there was a disturbance.
"What is it, Lyra?" Bonbon asked her.
"I don't know...I feel...a disturbance but also...Joy?" Lyra replied.

{Part 2} The Amethyst Comet
You travel with Mysteriously talking...You didn't seem to know what they were exactly but they sure looked nothing like what you are. That was if you knew what you were.
You walked from behind them and tried to stay as quiet as you could. The Yellow-Winged Pony took a look at you and saw that you were rather nervous. "I see you look scared. Are you feeling nervous?" She asked you and you nodded. "I'm sorry that you're feeling that way. But I promise that we don't have any intention of harming you. We simply just want to help you is all. Oh! My name is Fluttershy, by the way. It's great to meet you!" She introduced herself to you as you smiled, thinking it was a nice name.
"Oh, dearie! We are so sorry! We haven't even had a chance to introduce ourselves to you yet! I'm Rarity, Darling!" Rarity introduced herself next before the Ponies stopped to try and greet themselves, individually.
"Name's Applejack, Sugarcube," Applejack said next. Then the others went on to meet themselves to you as well and you were able to now understand who was who. "Okay. Now we're going to bring you over to someone that is very special and you must try and behave yourself as best as you can. Her name is "Princess Celestia" and she is the ruler of the land that you're in. So, Just try to stay close to us and try to not cause any trouble, okay?" Twilight asked you and you nodded in agreement.
You walked with them and made it to a place that seemed like some kind of Kingdom that was sitting toward the edge of a mountain Twilight tells you that it's known as Canterlot' You did have to admit that it was rather great to look at when at Nighttime.
You followed them inside the castle as you were going through a variety of hallways and such until entering the Throne Room. As you were then in the presence of the one that must've been the Princess that Twilight told you about. She was rather taller than the other ponies, which got you to be a little scared and you began to back up when she had come closer to you and the others.
"Twilight, I see you've come back rather quickly. Have you managed to discover the source of the Forest's Appearance and Strange Magic?" Princess Celestia asked her former student. "Not quite. We were getting to it until we came across something that hasn't been seen in Equestria before. We were hoping to bring it to you and see if you were able to identify what it is" Twilight explained before looking back at you as you were hiding behind Fluttershy as you used her tail to hide yourself.
"There's no need to be afraid. Princess Celestia isn't going to harm you, Little one." Fluttershy reassured you as you slowly appeared as you walked up to Princess Celestia, who looks at you with much interest. "I've never seen anything like this before. What could this be?" Princess Celestia pondered.
"Even Princess Celestia isn't sure either? Hmm, This might be a little harder than I thought..." Twilight worried. Shortly, There was a voice coming from behind the doors to the Throne Room it was Someone that was asking to enter, which they were allowed.
The doors opened and it was a Light-Green Pony that was commonly named "Lyra Heartstrings."
"Excuse Me, I was getting a strange feeling that something odd was coming from here and I wanted to see if I could-" Lyra stopped talking Midway as she saw you before her and at first went silent and Motionless.
"...."
"...."
"...."
"I can't believe it... It's an actual...YES! AT LONG LAST!!" Lyra shouted cheerfully as she was beyond excited to see you before her eyes. "I knew it! I knew it was true that they exist! Finally!" Lyra then squeezed you into a Tight Hug as Everyone else was left a bit surprised that this one Pony seems to be aware of what you are.
"Uhh, Ms.Lyra? You know what this thing is?" Twilight asked her. "That's Mrs.Lyra and this is not a THING! You are in the presence of the very being that I've spent my whole life trying to discover since I was a Filly! This is an actual Human!" Lyra tells them what you are and even you were as curious as them.
"A Hooman? Is that what they looked like? I imagined them a lot differently" Pinkie said. "It's pronounced 'Human' and this one is exactly how I pictured them! And they're a child, even better!" Lyra takes a look at your hands and you were left at a loss for words but then again, You still didn't know how to speak.
"Where did this Human come from?" Lyra asked. "When there was a Comet that landed in Equestria about two hours ago, It created a Forest nearby. That's where we even found them." Twilight said.
"Really? What was it doing in there?"
"We're not sure. But if I'm not mistaken, The Comet that landed in Equestria must have also led to the Human's Existence. Surely, There has to be something about that Comet as to what caused both it and the creation of the Forest." Twilight said.
"Then it would probably be better if the Human should be left in the care of somepony while you and the others go back to find the Comet and see what else it's doing." Princess Celestia suggested and Lyra was immediately coming up with an Idea. "Oh! Your Highness! Please, Allow me to let the Human come with me! You have no idea how long I've been waiting to finally come across one of these! I promise I will lay my life on life for it if I have to!" Lyra said.
"Well...Human, What do you think?" Princess Celestia asked you before you looked back at Lyra who looked as if she was practically begging you to say Yes. You took a minute before you nodded your head in agreement and Lyra cheered. "I promise you, Human! You will never regret this! Come on!" Lyra used her magic before levitating you onto her back and she ran out of the castle with you, back to her home.
Meanwhile...
The Comet was starting to act up, once again after a while as it then started to disappear and turn into something resembling Stardust that began to spread itself across equestria and converting itself to individual pieces of the Star, hidden away from sight.
Back in Ponyville...
Lyra brings you back to the town named Ponyville, which was where she and her wife, Bonbon have lived. "I can't wait until Bonbon sees what I've brought home! Okay human, You just wait out here until I tell you to come inside. I wanna have this be a surprise." Lyra tells you and you nodded.
Lyra goes inside as she sees Bonbon, who was waiting for her to come back. "Lyra! There you are! Where did you go? You just said that you felt a disturbance and wandered off" Bonbon said to her.
"Sorry, I didn't say anything before I left. I had a strange feeling and it was coming from Princess Celestia's Castle. But you're never going to believe what I found there!" Lyra said. "What did you find?"
"Okay Bonbon, You know how much I've been talking about how I always wanted to encounter Humans, right? I told how long I've spent waiting for the day to find them. And now, That day has finally come! Look!" Lyra said as you appeared and walked inside the house and looking at Bonbon, whose Jaw immediately dropped to the floor upon looking back at you. "Lyra...is that really a...?"
"Yes." Lyra said.
"And you were..."
"Oh yeah." Lyra said before Bonbon trotted to you and took a look at you. "So, this is the human you've always been talking about?" Bonbon asked.
"Absolutely! I always knew that they were real and now I finally have the living proof! So many years of being made fun of and I can't wait to show everypony!"
"Wait wait wait, Lyra. You can't just say that you're going to keep this thing. We don't even know where this came from and what it's doing here" Bonbon said. "Bonbon, This human is more special to me than you can imagine. There is absolutely NO way I'm getting rid of it and not taking it back. On top of that, They're only a child and it most likely doesn't have a Family! Somepony needs to at least take care of it until it's able to care for itself!"
"So, what are you going to do with them?" Bonbon asked. "Well, Princess Celestia saw that I was interested in this human child and she entrusted me to watch over it for the time being. Besides, it would be a matter of time until one of us decides that we should have kids, why start now?" Lyra said.
"I don't know about this, Lyra. I mean, We don't even know the first thing about taking care of children and if something like them has never been seen in Equestria before, what if they aren't going to be accepted? I don't feel right about seeing them being rejected for being so different" Bonbon worried.
"Relax, Equestria is filled with all kinds of mythical creatures and we've all seen so many alike. I'm pretty sure that humans should be no exception. Besides Bonbon, Once everypony finally sees what I've been trying to tell them for years, We can finally get that recognition and appreciation from them like we always wanted! They always kept picking on me for believing in Humans and you got roped into that when we first started going out. I want nothing more but the best for both of us and the Human, too. We may not know anything about taking care of it but the only way to learn is to try, right?"
Lyra explained to her as Bonbon took a minute to think. She was still hesitant about the choice of both of them taking care of you but she didn't want to be the one to reject and abandon you when there isn't anypony else to do it. She took in a Deep sigh before looking at Lyra. "Okay Lyra. If you really think we can do this...then I'm with you, all the way" Bonbon smiled along with Lyra as they both came together and nuzzled their nose together. "I love ya, Lyra" Bonbon said.
"I love you too, Bonbon"
"But you know, If we're gonna be taking care of this human for now, We should probably give it a name. I think calling by its species kinda makes it seem like it's our pet" Bonbon suggests.
"Yeah, you're right. The human is a member of this household and should be respected and treated as such. Hmm, but what should we name them?"
Lyra and Bonbon look back at you as we were chewing on one of the pillows that you got from the couch before you spit it out. "How about we call them... Muncher?" Bonbon suggested but you shook your head in disagreement.
"Uhh, Chewy?" Lyra said. You shook your head. "Uhhh, Puzlartar!" Bonbon said, randomly. You shook your head.
"Hmm...How about....Anon?" Lyra said. You took a moment to think and for some strange reason, You felt like that one was fitting. You nodded in agreement.
"Anon? What does that even mean?" Bonbon asked.
"No idea. But I think they seem to like it. Welp, That settles it! Anon, it is!" Lyra declared as she brought you closer to them. "We promise, we're gonna make sure to give you everything that you can ever want and do our best to make sure that nothing bad ever happens to you!" Lyra promised before hugging you with one hoof.
"Welcome to our family, Anon" They both said as you smiled and hugged them both, making a group hug out of it.
