Cyberpony 20XX : Nomads Land

Equestria has changed in the future. No longer a land devoted to simplistic morals and the value of friendship. Instead, as technology began to enhance at an alarming rate, things seemed to change for the worst. The land was scoured for resources to keep up with the large influx of new technologies. Soon pollution ran rampant and poisoned the broken landscapes, rotting the soil to its core.

Acid rain and famine would follow close behind. This caused most of the kingdom to become wastelands, society fell into disarray only to be saved by independent corporations. These many companies dug their claws into the soul of Equestria, corrupting and morphing it into a new world.

New Equestria, a world of crime and hatred. Where ponies and other creatures looked after themselves, living under corpos who ruled everything in their lives with an iron hoof. These new behemoths flourished in their private cities, that even royalty feared to tread.

The biggest and most dangerous of these cities is Midnight City. Overrun by corporations, corruption, organized crime, and gang violence. This would become the home to many dreamers of this frightening future. Each place everything on the line to make a break for a brighter outcome and find themselves in an early grave.

Midnight City isn't for the faint of heart or the weak of will. It's a colossus looking to be tamed by a champion, a beast in search of a warrior's death. Fame, fortune, and new beginnings await all who dare to enter these concrete streets.
