Dan's, pencil glided across the piece of paper in front of him. As of recently he has been taking extra time to get more work done at his home, despite the protests from Silver. But this was his job and the only job that would actually hire him, so he had to get as much work done so that Silver, and him had the bits to get by on. Silver, had been getting pushier every day, to the point she practically drags him to bed. Though he would fight her, but eventually he would give in and join her in bed. But today was different, Silver, would not tempt him in to the bed until he was done with his work.
A familiar sound echoed from behind Dan, the sound of bed sheets moving as someone tossed and turned. Best way to put it, Silver, was grumpy. Dan, knew that she would shuffle a lot in bed if she was upset or angry. It was one of her trademarked signs towards her mood. If she was calm, she would stay still. If she was happy, she would be, in the best words "bouncy". And if she was in the mood, she would be very grabby and playful. She always had these actions to tell Dan how she was feeling, and in return it made it very easy for him to read her.
"Come to bed already." Silver, whined from the bed.
"I can't do that until I get this work finished. And I mean it this time, no dragging me out of this chair." Dan said. A sudden jolt from the bed caused Dan, to look back at Silver, for just a moment. Silver, was giving him a pissed of look, clearly not happy that he was denying her orders.
"I said get your tall ass, in this bed." Silver, ordered.
"Nope, not until I've finished." Dan, shot back.
"You can't just ignore my arthurite!"
"For now I can."
Dan, could tell Silver, was getting more and more angry by the second. Her tossing and turning had stopped, and now she opted to just stare him down in a pissy way. It would usually be about now when she would get up and drag him to bed. But this time she didn't, she just sat there and stared him down. Dan continued to work, all the while Silver, grumbled and complained.
"Just come here so we can cuddle!" Silver said. She had becomes desperate. Instead of being assertive, she had opted to appear desperate and needy.
"I'm not falling for that one." Dan, called back. He knew this trick all to well. If she didn't get what she wanted, sometimes she would put on this desperate act. He heard Silver, humph and fall flat on the bed. There it was, the sound of victory, at last. Now he could continue working in peace. He felt a little guilty but not enough to make him stop and snuggle his favorite mare. If he was honest to himself, it felt good to finally be able to beat Silver, in this game of arthurite, though he would never tell her that.
Over the course of an hour, Dan, had become fully invested in his work. All the sounds around him were drowned out as his pencil continued to glide across the seemingly endless sheets of paper. He was so invested that he failed to notice the snuggly pony creeping up behind him. He finished writing on his seventh piece of paper, or was this the sixth? It didn't matter, but as if on cue he suddenly has a warm and fluffy pony straddled on his lap.
"Woah! How did you seek up on me like that?" Dan, asked.
"It's rather easy to sneak up on you while you are so invested in your work." Silver, remarked with a giggle.
Silver, wraps her hooves around Dan's, neck as she looked in to his eyes. A cheeky grin crossed her face, she knew fine well that she had won this game yet again. Dan, sighed and finally gave in to defeat. He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her closer to him. Silver, let out a giggle and gave him a quick kiss. Dan, reluctantly returned it. He was yet again, upset that he wouldn't be able to finish his work.
"Bed, now." Silver, ordered. Dan, complied and moved his hands down under her flank to make it easier to carry her. He stood up from his chair and walked over to the bed. He sat down on it and swung his legs on top. Silver, pressed him backwards in to the mattress and snuggled down on top of him. His hands remained where they were, and he gave her another kiss. She gave a small wiggle of her hips and looked at his face that screamed of "Sex". He knew that look.
"Absolutely not." Dan said.
"Aw, why not? We're already in the perfect position to do it." Silver whined
"It's late, plus you have already got what you wanted."
"Oh but that was just the first part of what I wanted." Silver's, grin grew even more. Dan, finally gave in. This mare was so needy, but that's why he loved her. She was funny, cute, and down to do whatever most of the time.
Dan, smiled and kissed Silver, again. She let out a cute sigh in to his mouth and snuggled her body closer to him. Dan's, hands went down to her thighs and he gently caressed them. Silver, let out a small moan and continued to kiss him. Her hooves roamed down to his chest and she slowly began to rub his chest.
Dan's, hands left her thighs and came up to her hooves. He slowly wrapped his fingers around them and held them firmly. They broke the kiss and Silver, had a begging look in her eyes. Dan's, smile soon turned in to one of victory, Silver, hadn't even noticed she had fallen in to his trap. In one quick motion he rolled them over so he was on top of her. Silver, let out a small eek as she found herself under him.
"It's late and I'm tired. We are not doing it tonight." Dan, said. Silver, slowly nodded her head and sighed. "But that doesn't mean I won't cuddle the shit out of you."
Silver's, eyes lit up and Dan, rolled them on to their sides for the optimal cuddling experience. He tucked her in against him and she pressed her face in to his neck. At last she could be snuggled all she wanted. And no one was going to take that away from her. Well that's probably not true since Dan, will take that away from her when he get's up in the morning.
