"Oh yes, Applejack saved my life, girls!" Rarity said and winked at her lover, "If she hadn't reacted so quickly, heavens know what had happened to me! I will thank her greatly after I get out of here!"

Cherry Jubilee? Applejack and Rarity stared at Twilight with their mouths open, slightly triggered by the word "cherry". They really didn't want to hear about those things for a while!
"Yeah, she wanted to give you a get-well-soon gift!" Pinkie chirped and pulled out a basket full of freshly-picked cherries, "We know you really love cherries, don't you?"
Girls weren't sure why Rarity suddenly started screaming in terror after seeing her gift...
