The Gray Dames

Princess Celestia always did her best. She never withheld help from anyone, even from those who supported her enemies. She often helped creatures which sought to do her harm, and never keep from assisting her previous enemies.

That didn’t mean she was harmless. Throughout the ages, whichever enemy she couldn’t conquer by kindness and understanding, turned into a friend, eventually realized they should not have underestimated her. Whether on a battlefield, or in a meeting room.

But as time passed creatures had a tendency of forgetting things. They abused her good will. They lied and used her. Her friends and family betrayed her. They turned her concern for the good of their species into a weapon to strike at her. They killed her consort. Now Celestia faced an ancient and powerful enemy as nothing the modern times had ever met.

Alone, scared, backed into a corner, instead of surrendering Celestia chose to fight back.

This is a spin-off from Piece of Parchment as it needed a higher age rating than the main story. If you are coming from that story, you know what to expect. Otherwise, expect filthy levels of Godlestia, pseudoscience magical nonsense, and the worst bullshit Latin since Powerwolf lyrics and Warhammer 40K.
