At the height of the Great War, the Navy is slowly being replaced by the superior Cloudships. The HMS Indefatigable, a state of the art aircraft carrier equipped with a defense megaspell cruises along the western coast. Their country teeters on the brink of victory, with the Zebra menace pushed back on both land, air, and sea. Her 4,000 crew and escort ships look forward dearly to the day of peace.

However, peace is not to come without fire. Shortly after witnessing the end of the world, a malfunction sends them sprawling 200 years into the future. As food stores dwindle, enemies eye their pre-war prize with all its amenities, and great danger looms from above, the ship must chart its own course through the post-apocalypse.
