35 years ago, Cloudsdale, During the era of the changeling empire…

A Pegasus General watched the swarp flooding their streets, his eyes filled with a seething rage. Turning to a handful of pegasi soldiers, he directed the one nearest him quizzically "Where is he?" The General asked.

The Pegasus Soldier, looking up at him confused, responded. "Where’s who sir?" She retorted, unsure of whom the general was referring to.

The Pegasus General glared at the soldier before him, wondering how she didn't know about their commander. "Valico! Who else?" He responded, clearly irritated.

Suddenly Valico, a pale yellow pegasus with a striped blue mane and tail and multi colored eyes, flew in, hearing his name. "Right here, sir! What do ya need?"

The General gestured at the army below them as he gave Valico his instructions. "The Changelings are attacking the south quadrant of the rainbow Factory. I need you to go in and Eliminate the threat. ASAP!"

"Yes sir!" Valico respeonded. Saluting, Valico rose into the air and glides off to the south quadrant.
The Pegasus Soldier who had spoke up earlier looked up at her general, worry in her face. "Sir, are you sure that’s wise? I mean, I know he’s a decendent of one of the warriors, but to put him in danger like that…"

The Pegasus General glared at the soldier, snapping at her. "Shut it! I know what I am doing! Now get back to work!"

Saluting, The Soldier turns back to blasting the Changelings before her as the General flies off.

Inside of the Rainbow Factory where a group of changelings we’re trying, and failing, to hack into a terminal. Valico lands behind them. "ohhhh, booooyyyys!" He said in a sly manor.

The changelings, hearing him, turn towards the voice. One of them responding with anger at the intrusion
"YOU!" She said before directing her attention back to the other changelings "You two, deal with him! I’ve got this covered…."

The Two Changelings thrn charge at Valico, but Before they reach him, he disappeared in a blast of smoke. With a grin, He then reappears behind them a few seconds later, a gun aimed at their heads.

"Missed me~" He said to them as he pulls the triggers and shoots them both. the bullets piercing their skulls, killing them instantly as their bodies drop to the floor with a muffled but wet thud. Dead. Turning, Valico proceeds to direct his attention on the remaining Changeling. "now time to take care of you-"

Valico halts mid sentence as he notices her gone and in her place, a bomb! Valico then briefly looks at the screen and notices that the Changeling had been trying to upload a file, and had finally succeeded. "Buck! No time to take care of that!" He said as he starts Realizing that it's too late to do anything. he then turns and flees the Factory as the bomb goes off behind him.

As he rounds the corner he steps onto a balcony briefly Turning behind him, he sees the blast still coming for him, eating all organic life but leaving the inorganic life behind. "Double buck!"

Faced with the looming threat, Valico decided to jump off the balcony as the purple blast reached it. Closing his eyes he prayed to the goddesses "Oh goddesses, plz let me live…" he mumbled under his breath as he hits the ground and everything goes black.
