A very big chapter that I got a little carried away with it. I hope you all are enjoying the story so far because I’ve enjoyed writing it and thank you all who have favourite this story, It means a lot to me.

But a quick warning this Chapter contains language of a sexual nature more towards the end and Anubis get his first few culture shocks.

C24 a new day before dawn

Anubis’s POV

I woke up with a gasp and patted myself down, checking for any injuries. That’s when I saw Graceful by my side with a concerned expression on his face. “Anubis are you okay bud? You startled me when you just shot up like that.”

“I’m fine just had a bad dream…. What are you doing awake anyway?”

“Oh this is the usual time I wake up.”

“And what time is it for that matter?” I was a bit suspicious but he is the captain of the guard.

“It’s 5 o’clock in the morning. I was going to let you sleep until 5:30 but well you’re awake now.”

“Oh okay.” The silence that followed started to make this awkward and I gave him a forced smile.

“Well if you say you’re fine Anubis, I’m gonna go get a shower. Breakfast is in a cabinet on the far left of the kitchen counter, the one on the top.”

“Thanks, I’ll go make something to eat.”

When I hopped out of bed I noticed that my left hind leg felt sore but I paid it no further thought as I left the room. I was now eating cereal and I have to admit that it’s not half bad but I miss the fish from the castle. I’ll just have a large lunch…. A larger lunch than usual.

Graceful trotted in and used his wings to grab the milk and cereal, placing them on the table and went back for a bowl and spoon.

We were about to leave and that’s when I realised that it’s still dark, the sun hasn’t risen yet or Celestia couldn’t be bothered to raise it. That doesn’t matter right now because it’s dark and I was still a little shaken from my “dream” last night, if that can even be considered a dream.

“Graceful it still dark out there, so why are we leaving the house?”

“Because the early bird catches the worm, now give your wings a quick stretch. I don’t want to have to catch you if you get a cramp.”

“I guess it’s a good thing I don’t eat worms then.” I then leaned forward and stretched my entire body out before giving my wings a test flap.

“You never know, you might like the taste of worms.”

“Are you speaking from experience because you seem to be way more energetic this morning?”

“Well we’re going to be making a stop at the brown bean cafe and then we’ll get to the castle.”

“OO, so you gonna introduce me to your crush?”

“Yeah not happening bud, I’m going to get my order and say hello. As for you…. You can wait outside.”

“What sort of cafe is even open at this time?”

“Um it’s not technically open but she makes an exception for me.” He rubbed the back of his head and blushed, he thinks that this mare might not have a thing for him. She lets him in the cafe before it opens but who I’m I to judge, I’ll just mind my own business and try to survive this day.

My body isn’t particularly muscular but I wouldn’t say that I’m super skinny, I could change that very easily but I’ve already modified my hight so I can’t just gain muscle mass without a good enough explanation. So I must find a way to thank Graceful, my train of thought was interrupted by Graceful hovering in front of me.

“Hey Anubis we’re going now, get in the air.”

“Ok, ok I’m coming now.” And with that we took to the sky, we didn’t go towards the castle but away from it. I knew that this was going to be interesting to watch.

A few minutes later we landed outside of a small cafe and I thought it was pretty cozy but grateful wasted no time and walked right in and made conversation. I on the other claw sat outside and waited awkwardly.

Graceful’s POV

(Ding Ring)

“Good Morning Coffee Creamer, got my usual.”

“Yep Grace, one chocolate latte with 4 sugars to go but I think you’re sweet enough.”

“Oh you’re just saying that but Um I have a question for you, coffee?” She called me sweet, sweet!!!! Oh Celestia am I going to really ask her out!!!

“Of course Grace, what do you want to ask?”

“Um I’ve got next weekend off and…. Was wondering if you would. Like some help with the cafe.” No I can’t ask her out that’s crazy she might not even be interested.

“Yeah I’d like that, it’ll be fun us two running my cafe.”

“Yeah I’ll be there for 6 next Saturday then…. Um i best be going now, you know duty calls.”

“Goodbye Grace…. who’s your friend out there, I thought I was your only friend. She gave me a grin.

“You’re my best friend and that’s Anubis, I’ve been ordered to watch over him for a month by the princess.”

“Oh, so is he some sort of V.I.P. I mean the captain of the royal guard is looking after him.”

“Hehehehe yeah you could say that but I really need to get going now, bye bye Coffee Creamer, see you tomorrow morning.” I grabbed my chocolate latte and made my way out.

“See you Grace, wish you’d take me on a date.” She mumbled that last part and I couldn’t quite hear what she said, so I turned around.

“Sorry I didn’t hear that last bit Coffee?” Her eyes widened and she shook her head.

“Nothing!! Nothing Graceful, I was talking to myself that’s all.” She had a slight blush but that’s probably from the steamy water.

“Oh okay then, anyway see you.” And with that I left with a smile on my muzzle and walked out of the cafe. I saw Anubis waiting outside with his ears down and beak agape, I could tell that he was impressed with my taste in mares.

“Close that beak bud or a fly might go down your throat and before you say anything, I know she’s hot.” I took off and Anubis followed.

Anubis’s POV

No. No I refuse to believe what I just fucking heard, grace is his nickname and she’s practically begging him to take her out. How didn’t he hear that, no way my ears are that much better than his. I won’t lie tho she’s good looking but doesn’t hold a candle to…. What am I even thinking!!! Their ponies!!!! That’s just wrong. But I’m not human anymore, so is it fine?

We were closing in on the castle and I got a glimpse of the sun rise, it painted the skies pink and orange. I was stunned and nearly lost control of my wings before being caught by Graceful.

“Easy there Anubis don’t let yourself get distracted whilst flying, you nearly lost control.”

“Yeah, thanks for the save Graceful.”

“Come on let’s land we’re here anyway.”

“Okay sure.” I am so glad that he caught me I didn’t want to hit the ground…. Again, especially when it’s a cobblestone road. Graceful lowered me onto the road and we continue towards the castle that loomed over head.

A few ponies were opening their stores, some of them gave me questioning looks as Graceful and I past through the front gates.

Anubis followed Graceful to his office and decided to make himself comfortable. the captain of the guard got into his armour on and took a seat at the large redwood decks. The only problem was that Anubis got bored fast and with nothing to occupy his mind he got up and went to leave.

“Where do you think you’re going, sit your butt back on that chair now.” Graceful commanded.

“But I’m bored Graceful, I was only going to get a book and maybe say hi to Celestia.” The silver and white griffon responded nervously.

“Yeah not happening bud, just because the princess is kind and forgiving doesn’t mean she’s gonna change her mind about your punishment.”

“What no, I know that hahah. I was just….” He didn’t even know what to say, he was impressed that Graceful had read him like a book but didn’t like that Graceful had seen through him so easily.

“Just what, Anubis? You are under my command, princess’s orders and you only get to leave my sight when I say so. Do you understand.”

“Yes sir.” He replied in an exasperated tone. Anubis thought to himself, what happened to the more chill stallion that he was with just a few minutes ago before sitting down on the chair that was in the corner of the room.

Some time past and a few guards came in and out but Anubis was lost in thought and failed to notice that Princess Celestia had came in to speak with her Captain.

“Good morning Princess, how may I be of service today?” Graceful got up and gave a sharp salute.

“At ease Captain, so where’s Anubis and how was he last night?”

“He’s just behind you on that chair and I had no trouble with him, although he did almost fall out of the sky on the way here.”

“Oh is he.” The regal Alicorn spun her head around and found the griffon that they were talking about just sitting there, staring into nothingness. “And why was he flying without supervision, Captain?”

“I was with him princess and that’s why he didn’t crash, we flew to the castle.”

“Oh that’s good to hear but why’s he just sitting there like that?”

“Um sorry you’re highness but I don’t know, I saw him with that same thousand yard stare on his face but he said that he was fine.”

“Mhmm I see captain. Anubis…. Hello Anubis, you with us.” Celestia waved her wing in front of him and she got no reaction from the griff. She then wrapped her wing around him and began to stroke the back of his head with her hoof.

“Captain do you think we should go get Dr Tender Care? I’m getting a little worried.”

“I don’t think it’s a health risk, just…. Well I’m not sure but he said it’s fine.”

“He hasn’t reacted to me and I’m literally holding him, I believe we should speak to.” Celestia was abruptly interrupted by Anubis when he jerked his head away from her hoof.

“Oh Anubis, how do you feel? You were spaced out.” The concern was apparent in Celestia’s voice.

“Oh I was just lost in thought Celestia, it’s really boring just sitting here.”

“Ah that makes sense, I had thought that you were broken there for a second.” Celestia ruffled up the feathers on top of his head and he swiped her hoof away, Anubis gave the pure white Alicorn a frown.

“Well I’m not broken and please refrain from petting me like a dog.”

“Aw you’re adorable when you’re angry.” She then proceeded to pull him in closer with her wing.

“I’m not adorable and let go of meee, I need freedom!” Anubis attempted to escape from Celestia’s grasp but failed.

“Nope you’re too soft and you smell of roses silly.” This made him freeze, why was she smelling him and why did he smell of roses? That’s when Graceful let out a laugh at the dismay of Anubis.

“What! I haven’t even had a shower today, how do I smell like roses and shut up Grace!” This made the entire room go silent and Celestia slowly turned towards her Captain.

“Grace?” The princess said in a questioning tone and pondered what this meant, she was thankful for the change of subject because she didn’t want to expose that she found Anubis’s scent to be pleasant.

“I-It’s private business y-your highness.” The once serious Captain now sported a crimson blush

Celestia turned back to Anubis, who was grinning wildly. “Anubis could you please elaborate.”

“Ooh of course my princess, you see the Captain here has a crush on a mare who works in a lovely little cafe. Although he’s have trouble finding the courage to ask her out.”. He said in a mock posh accent.

“Anubis you traitorous scum, you said that you were bored right because I can fix that. Princess please unhoof him, I’m going to be taking him with me for training and maybe even some sparring.”

“Just a second Captain, this is very important and I would like to know if this mare has made any moves.” She said in a playful tone.

“Princess I’d rather not discuss this right now especially with Anubis here.” Anubis was a little confused, why did Celestia want to know if this mare had made a move on Graceful?

“I would like to know if this mare will be good for you especially because you’re the Captain of my guard.” Celestia voice took a more serious tone and Anubis had enough.

“Okay!! Would somecreature tell me what’s going on here, I’m so f-f-fricking lost. Heheh.” He stopped himself from swearing but didn’t stop the looks he was now receiving.

“Look Anubis I don’t want to hear such language from you, understand and it’s not common for a stallion to be courting a mare.”

“Why, isn’t that how it’s meant to be?” Anubis was getting more and more confused as time went on whilst Graceful looked more uncomfortable.

“Well maybe for griffons but us ponies, the mares typically ask the stallions out.” Celestia said, Anubis slowly turned to Graceful and stared at him.

“What!!!” This was a shock for Anubis, his mind raced to come up with a reasonable explanation for this but found nothing.

Celestia and Graceful spent the next 5 minutes trying to explain this to Anubis but he just giggled to himself quietly. “So Celestia what if a mare is too afraid of asking a stallion out or even wants the stallion to ask her out, what then?”

“Um well I’m not really the best pony to answer this question but typically they will openly flirt and compliment the stallion or mare in some cases. You are aware of same sex couples?”

“(Sigh) of course I know of that I’m not stupid and if what you’re saying is true then the mare in question would be quite forward?”

“Yes, to be fair tho, us mare’s aren’t the most discreet.” She gave a sheepish smile and rubbed the back of her head.

“That’s good to know.” He then turned to Graceful and gave him the most unimpressed look ever. “Graceful are you deaf or something!?”

“What? No.”

“Oh really because I heard that mare literally ask you to take her on a date before you left!!”

“Wait what!!!! No, you better not be pulling my tail here Anubis.”

“And why would I do that? Do you think theses ears are for show.”

“Mhmmm ok I’ll ask her out tomorrow but if you’re wrong I’ll run you into the ground with training.”

“And what if I’m right?”

“Then you get nothing.” Graceful looked at the time and turned to Celestia and Anubis which she was still holding. Now that he thought about it he had never seen the princess be so…. Well herself for a lack of a better term, she’s normally calm and relaxed but never playful. He thought back to what she said about how a mare would act towards somepony they were interested in and compared it to how she was acting. Could she have feelings for Anubis? No that would be crazy now, he thought.

Celestia then stated the time and put Anubis down and got up. “Sorry but I must be going, I have duties to take care of and I can’t delay them anymore. I’ll see you at my private study this afternoon Anubis and goodbye Captain Graceful.”

“See you later Celestia.” Anubis gave a warm smile and waved whilst Graceful just said his goodbyes.

Graceful and Anubis were now in an empty training ground.

“So Graceful where is everycreature?”

“They are using the other training grounds right now, so consider yourself lucky because nopony will see you eat dirt. Well almost nopony, princess Celestia and the griffon king and queen.”

“Oh so only some of the most important creatures with get the honour of seeing me face-plant into the ground.”

“Yep lucky you, so let’s get started with 8 laps around this track.” And graceful took off running at full speed and Anubis gave chase. The track was a standard 400 meter track and Graceful wanted to see how Anubis would handle 8 laps just to gauge his capabilities.

Anubis felt the muscles all over his body aching as he passed the 6th lap. Then he tripped over and hit the dirt rolling before jumping back up to his claws. He attempted to catch up with Graceful who had maintained the same pace for the entire time.

“Come on Anubis!! You can do better than that! Or do you like the taste of dirt!!” Captain Graceful called back to the panting griffon.

Anubis pushed himself to catch the Captain but couldn’t gain any ground until he eventually came to a halt and didn’t see Graceful approaching him.

“Hey Anubis catch.” The Caption tossed him a water bottle and he immediately began to down the entire thing. “Woah bud, easy there you’re gonna make yourself sick.”

Anubis gave a satisfied sigh and turned to Graceful. “Yeah but I super thirsty, so I take it I failed?”

“Surprisingly enough, no. You managed to complete all 8 laps but I thought you were going to collapse on the 7th lap for a second.”

“That makes it a little less embarrassing, thanks.”

“Don’t be thanking me yet Anubis, we’re not done. I’ve got a day of endless pain planned ahead.” Graceful’s expression then suddenly changed into one of realisation. “Not that I torturing you! I mean it’s training, not anything you experienced before you got to the castle.”

Anubis cut him off. “I know what you meant Graceful and you don’t have to watch what you say around me.”

“Heheh oh okay, I was just making sure. You know what take a 5 minute break to catch your breath, we’re going for another 8 laps. Then we’ll move onto the obstacle course and after that is the weight room, then lunch time.”

“That’s sounds fun.” Graceful failed to hear the sarcasm in Anubis’s voice or just ignored it.

“Yeah it’s going to be a blast.”

It’s about 12 o’clock and Graceful trotted into the cafeteria whilst Anubis dragged his aching body shortly behind. They both took a tray and went to get their lunch. Anubis asked for a lot more then he usually had but the cooks didn’t question him especially when they saw how tired and dirty he was.

Anubis then proceeded to take a seat and immediately started to devour his food.

“How can you eat that much? It’s unnatural for anypony to eat that much.”

Anubis stopped eating and finished the food in his mouth. “Because I’m not a pony Graceful.”

“Yeah I know that but that can’t be natural for a griffon tho.” He pointed at the mountain of food that was on Anubis’s tray.

“Yeah well I have a fast metabolism what can I say…. And this food is delicious.”

They both went silent and got back to eating their lunch. After lunch Anubis followed Captain Graceful back to the training ground and saw the wonderbolt Captain waiting for them. Was it 1pm already.

“Oh no.”

“What’s wrong Anubis? She may enjoy shouting but other than that she’s a good teacher.”

“Yeah but I don’t think I have the energy to do flying lessons today.”

“AND WHY’S THAT ANUBIS!!!!”

“Um because I’ve been training all day, Captain Sky.”

“IS THAT SO BECAUSE THE WAY I SEE IT!!! THIS DAY IS ONLY HALFWAY DONE!!! SO GET YOU FEATHERED FLANK IN THE AIR!!!!”

“Of course Captain.” And Anubis took off and began flying around the grounds.

“Anyway Graceful nice seeing you, how’s the griff’s training coming along.”

“Pretty good to be honest, do try not to burn him out tho please. He’s been working hard today and that’s coming from me.”

“Oh really now, you got a soft spot for the griff.”

“Oh shut it Sky, I just don’t want him to pass out and have the princess on my case about it.”

“Mhmm I understand, I’ll cut him some slack then. So do you think the princess sees him as a son?” This made Graceful stop right in his tracks. It would make way more sense than the princess harbouring feelings for Anubis. But she would have just adopted him, so why hasn’t she?

“Oh oh I know Graceful, she might be into him.”

“Don’t be stupid Sky, the princess into Anubis? We shouldn’t even be speaking about what type the princess has.”

“Then explain why else she keeps him close but hasn’t adopted him mhmm?”

“Just get back to training Anubis and drop that train of thought.”

“Fine but if I’m right and Anubis is princess Celestia’s type, you owe me 50 bits.”

“And if you’re wrong then you give me 50 bits.”

“Deal!” The two Captains shook hooves and Graceful took off and flew into the distance. Captain Sky thought that this was going to be the easiest 50 bits of her life because she was going to give the griffon a push in the right direction.

After about 30 minutes of nonstop flying Anubis was ordered to land and take a few minutes to rest. Captain Sky approached Anubis and sat down next to him. “How are you holding up Anubis?”

“I’m doing good, just tired that’s all but I think I’m getting the hang of hovering.”

“You’re definitely improving, that’s for sure.”

“Thanks Captain Sky.”

“You’re welcome but I’ve heard a little rumour that you’re close with the princess, so what do you think of Princess Celestia?”

“Yeah, me and Celestia are friends, she’s really nice and caring but I think she worries a bit to much. Why do you ask?”

“Oh no reason, it’s just that you’re the only creature that she is this concerned about, I noticed it when we had your first flying lesson.”

“Yeah I couldn’t imagine why, you literally threw me off a tower.”

“Heheh sorry about that but don’t you think it’s a bit odd that she’s really protective and friendly with you?”

“No not really, I just thought it was a maternal instinct or something.”

“Really? Well I think that she might have a thing for you Anubis.” Sky’s tone was playful but Anubis just shook his head.

“Don’t be silly, she’s a princess and I’m…. Well me. She’s a pony and I’m a griffon, like let’s be real here she wouldn’t be interested in me.”

“So you’re interested in her.” Sky said with a knowing smile.

“What no, I never said that. Don’t twist my words.” He began to blush a light pink.

“Aww you’re blushing, that means you like her.”

“No! It’s just…. I…. I.” Anubis’s blush had darkened.

“Awwwww I can see why the princess likes you, not only are you exotic but good looking too especially when you’re flustered.” She gave him a once over. “And if you and the princess do get together I wouldn’t mind forming a herd with you.” She gave him a wink.

“What!! Wait what! A h-herd?! That’s a thing? I don’t know how I feel about that heheh.” He gave a nervous laugh.

“Woah you good bud I was only kidding about forming a herd but yeah herds are a thing, they’re not super common but their do occur fairly often.”

“Oh okay that’s good to know.”

“You really didn’t know that did you?”

“Nope I thought Celestia would have explained something like that to me.”

“Maybe she’s making sure.”

“Sssh don’t finish that, please for my sanity.”

“Hahahahah!!!! Aw why not?”

“Shut up.”

“Okay okay, anyway let’s get you back in the air.” Anubis groaned and took off and Sky followed.

“I liked you more when you were shouting at me.” This got a hearty laugh from the Wonderbolt Captain.

It was 4pm and Anubis had not shown up at Celestia’s study and she was beginning to get anxious but then she saw him walk through the door. His wings and tail were dragging on the floor and his head hung low, eyes half closed and his fur was messy.

“Anubis your late, what happened?”

“Sorry I (pant) I got lost and (pant) I couldn’t find Captain Graceful or Captain Sky, so I had to ask a guard to help me.”

“Oh that’s fine Anubis but you look tired, are you sure you’ll be able to stay awake?”

“Yeah I’ll be fine, I’ll just push through it.”

“If you’re sure.”

“I am Celestia, I wouldn’t want to miss your lesson.”

“Oh um well thank you Anubis but it’s fine really.”

“No I’m sure Celestia. Oh and hi Silver didn’t see you there.”

“Hi Anubis, you look homeless.”

“Thanks.” He said with a side of sarcasm

“That wasn’t a compliment.” Anubis just glared at her and took his seat. Celestia started her lesson, the subject she started with some advanced math’s which Anubis enjoyed solving. Normally he would get on with the work whilst Celestia help Silverfeather but Anubis was struggling to keep his head off the table.

“Anubis if you’re tired you can take a nap, I really don’t mind.”

“Um are you sure Celestia, I don’t want to be disrespectful. I mean you planned these lessons out for me to do.”

That’s when Silverfeather made herself known, for the second time. “I am here Anubis, you’re not the only one who Celestia is teaching.”

“I didn’t forget about you Silver.”

“That’s princess Silverfeather, to you.”

“Sorry but I’m way too tired to call you that Silver.”

“Then I’m going to call you Nubie!”

“Okay cool just keep it down, you’re too loud.”

“Stupid commoner.” She huffed out.

“Call me common when you find another griffon like me, nimrod.”

“Nimrod?!? What does that even mean.” At this point the griffon princess looked mad and Anubis dawned a slight smile.

“No clue nimrod.”

“WHAT!!!!!!”

“Silverfeather. Calm down he’s just messing with you and Anubis that wasn’t nice either, just take a nap Anubis and apologise when you wake up.”

“Fine Celestia…. And thanks for letting me take a nap.”

“(Sigh) you’re welcome and please try to be nicer to others Anubis.”

“Okay I’ll try.”

“Thanks you, just make yourself comfortable on that pillow over there.” The sleepy griff made his way over to the pillow and drop himself on it, quickly falling unconscious.

“As for you Silverfeather, that was extremely rude. You can’t use the word commoner as an insult, do you understand.” The griffon princess looked ashamed and scratched the back of her head.

“Sorry Celestia, it’s just that Anubis gets under my feather so easily. I mean he’s smarter than me, you and mum are always discussing stuff about him and….” Silver quickly covered her beak and nervously chuckled. “Oops.”

“Yeah big oops young lady, so you’ve been listening in on mine and you’re mother’s private talks.”

“Heheh maybe but only because you were talking about him.” She then pointed at the unconscious griff in question.

“And may I ask why you only listened in when we were speaking of Anubis?”

“Well um because he’s…. Um I just wanted to know more about him that’s all.”

“Okay but that’s no reason to be ears dropping on us, wait why do you want to know more about Anubis?” Celestia had a suspicion but she could be wrong.

“I don’t have to say.” Silver crossed her talons.

“Yes you do silver or should we go get your mother involved.”

“Wait! Okay I’ll talk Celestia, i um well…. I don’t just think he’s smart but…. Well you know.” A blush threatened to creep onto her face.

Celestia already knew what Silver meant but she didn’t like it. She wanted to encourage Silver to pursue him but she didn’t want to lose a chance at love. Wait, did Celestia ever understand love? She thought she did but ever since Anubis got here, she’s used any and every excuse to speak with him. She enjoyed his company and he was definitely easy on the eyes, so she guesses that she has feelings for him. She had to make her stance on Anubis clear to Silver, it’s now or maybe never and she wasn’t about to test fate. “Silver you should know that I’m very fond of Anubis.”

“I know that Princess and I promise that I won’t try and hurt him but you know I’m nineteen and he’s seventeen…. And well we both probably have needs and I want to see if a relationship.” Celestia stopped silver before she could continue.

“No. Silver you don’t understand, I really like him.” The look of realisation turned into one of crushed hope.

“Oh um ok, I-I understand princess.” Silver then got up and began to walk away, towards the door. Celestia felt horrible and came up with an idea, one she wasn’t sure about.

“Silver wait, I-I wouldn’t mind letting you compete for his affections but.” Silver interrupted her before she could finish.

“Thank you Celestia b-but you see, I-I’m just curious because of those thangs and those wings and….” Silverfeather’s face exploded into a deep crimson blush. “Please don’t tell my mum and dad, Celestia I’m begging you.”

“Um okay I won’t but what do you mean anyway, you are attracted to him and not his body right?”

“Well yeah but I did like watching him run around on that track and did you see him sparring, yeah he got thrown around but he looked good doing it. I wouldn’t mind being.”

“Silver! I’m going to have to stop you there, I think you’ve said enough and you’re a princess. You can’t be giving into your desires and what if your parents court you?”

“Oh yeah you’re right but a one night thing wouldn’t hurt, right?” She gave a hopeful smile.

“Wrong. It won’t just hurt your image but it could hurt Anubis, what if he’s looking for love?”

“Then I’ll give him love and he’s a male griffon, Celestia.” Silver deadpanned.

Silver let out a groan. “You sound like my mum. Can we get back to the lesson. You’ll focus on getting to his heart and I’ll focus on getting him in my bed.”

“Silver! You can’t say that.” Celestia was beginning to regret her decision to compete for Anubis, especially now that she knew Silver just wanted him in her.

Celestia shook her head. “(Sigh) okay let’s just get on with the lesson, it’s a miracle that Anubis didn’t wake up.”

Silver shrugged her shoulders. “I know right but maybe it would have given him some ideas, no?”

“Where would you get such an idea from Silver?”

“Well I don’t just read romance novels but you can’t tell another living soul but I have read some more explicit books.”

“Oh my, um I won’t say a word Silver.” Celestia didn’t know that books like that existed and It was a bit off putting to think about. She quickly banished that train of thought and got on with her lesson.
