C48 quantum conundrum part 1

When Anubis woke up, he noticed that something was very wrong with his room. The first problem was that Zodiac took was floating above him. The second major issue was that everything was covered in a squishy blanket of gray sponge like material.

“Ah Anubis, glad you’re awake, so this isn’t supposed to of happened but you’re in two places at once now… the world you’re familiar with and this one…. Otherwise known as the dreamscape…. But I can fix this.”

“What the fuck is happening!?!? Why is there gray shit everywhere!?! And how are you in my room!?!” At that exact moment a giant eye peeped through his window and Anubis went slack jawed. “What…. was…. that?”

“Don’t worry…. To much, I’ll help you avoid any dangers…. Oh and remember that you can see other mortals and they can see you but not anything you see…. So act ordinary.”

“You mean normal.”

“Yes that…. Anyway somecreature’s coming.”

Then the door swung opened, making Anubis fall out of bed and land on his face. Celestia used her magic to untangle him from the sheet and helped him up to his claws.

“Good morning Anubis…. Are you alright? You look a little shaken, oh come here….” She lowered herself down to him and rested a wing over his back, he melted into her embrace. “Did you have a bad dream Anubis?”

He was looking around the room before his eyes fell on Celestia. “Y-Yes I did, um could we just stay here for a minute more?” If only she knew the half of it.

“Sure Anubis….” She began to stroke the back of his neck.

Zodiacrdanals realised that Anubis wasn’t handling the sudden shift of reality well, so he quickly began to remove any and all critters from the room. Once he was done, he noticed that Anubis had gotten up and was now following the pure white Alicorn.

“Come on Anubis, let’s get some breakfast.”

“Okay….”

“Sigh* do you want to talk about your nightmare?”

“….no….” He was looking up and down at each and every door, window and corner he came across. Celestia was beginning to grow concerned for him, she needed to help him but how?

Celestia believed that he was just paranoid from his dream, she had no idea what he was witnessing.

“Okay mortal, my presents will keep anything dangerous away but don’t speak of this to any living creature. They’ll most likely believe you to be insane and lock you away.”

“B-But….” Zodiac wrapped a tentacle around his beak and Anubis gave a abject look of horror to the cosmic entity.

“But what Anubis? You know you can tell me anything…. I’m here for you…. And I’m only a little bit annoyed about yesterday.”

Zodiac released Anubis’s beak. “Look I’m okay, it was just a bad dream Celestia…. And I still feel bad about yesterday, I’ll find a way to make it up to you….” He began to trail off and gaze off into the distance, Celestia was really beginning to worry about his well being.

“Cough* Cough* hey what are you looking at?” She turned around to find nothing but a wall.

Little did she know that to Anubis she was looking into the mouth of a horrifying amalgamation of flesh, eyes and teeth…. Anubis grabbed her and pulled her away from the unseen danger.

“What are you doing?”

“He he he he let’s just go have some breakfast, please.”

“Okay Your acting weird, what’s up with you this morning?”

“Like I said, just a bad dream my dear…. Please drop it.”

“Sigh* but if you continue to act like this, then we’ll be paying a visit to nurse Sweet Tone.”

“Okay, I swear that there’s nothing wrong.” He nuzzled the crook of her neck.

They continued to walk towards the dining hall with Anubis pressing himself against Celestia, resting his wing across her back. She knew that something was wrong but dreams weren’t her specialty, she thought about how easily her sister would have been able to help him…. If only she didn’t have to banish her to the moon.

“Pssss mortal, you don’t need to worry. Nothing you see and interact with, can’t interact with the others. You are in two dimensions at the same time….” Anubis just gave Zodiac a furious glare.

As the continued walking, Anubis asked Celestia if he could use the restroom. She was waiting out side whilst he was in there.

“Sigh* arrrrh okay look Zodiac, please could you just lose the tentacles…. And all the eyes? It’s weird.”

“Mhmm very well then, I’ll just take your form….” Then he retracted the tendrils and covered his many eyes, leaving just two. He shrank down to Anubis’s size. The results was a inky black griffon with two serpent green slitted eyes and a sadistic grin.

“T-Thanks…. Okay Anubis, just act normal….” He calmed his nerves and confidently walked out of there, greeting Celestia with a smile.

“I’m all done in there Celestia, now I’m hungry.”

Her stomach growled and her cheeks turn pink. “Heheheh yes, I’m also hungry.”

Anubis and Celestia made it to the dinner hall and upon entering, they expected to find Silverfeather eating a stack of pancakes. But for some reason she wasn’t there, Celestia grew concerned and Anubis just stood there staring in disbelief at the ceiling.

“Anubis I’m gonna go and wake up Silver, make yourself comfortable. I’ll be a minute or two.”

POP!* and she was gone in a golden flash of magic. The mortified griff slowly walked over to his usual seat and made himself comfortable.

He then looked directly down at the table, a butler approached him and made the unaware griff jump out of his seat.

“Oh I’m terribly sorry sir, please allow me to assist you.”

“Um yes and it’s fine…. I’m just a little jumpy today, that’s all.”

The pegasus butler helped Anubis back to his seat and took his order, once that was over with. Anubis went back to staring at his claws, Zodiac tried to grab his attention but Anubis just ignored him for the time being.

“Sigh if you want, I could take control of your body and allow you to wait this out inside your mind?”

“No…. I’ll just deal with it, so try and keep that away from me.” He pointed at the ceiling.

When Celestia arrived with a tired Silverfeather, they were confused at the sight before them. Anubis was pointing at the ceiling and holding a conversation with himself. Silver laughed at the display but Celestia grew even more concerned.

Before they could say anything, he snapped his head towards them. “Oh morning Silver, looking good.”

“Morning Nubie, so what’s with the whole speaking to yourself thing?”

“Oh um…. Just…. Remembering some spell equations….”

“Oh so you’re trying to learn more cool spells.”

“Yeah….”

“Excuse me but I thought we were going to keep the fact that you can do magic to only us Anubis?”

“Oh oops…. Um well…. Look Celestia I only told Silver, I thought that she had a right to know.”

“Sigh* she does but…. No offence Silver you aren’t the best at keeping secrets….”

“Hey I can keep secrets, in fact I’m guarding lots of secrets for Nubie. Isn’t that right…. Oh whoops.”

“Heheheh I’m a little curious but I won’t pry them out of you but Silverfeather if he’s trusted you with them, please keep them a secret.”

“Heheheh yeah, Um sorry I didn’t mean to….”

“It’s fine Nimrod and thank you Celestia for not pursuing it any further….” The pure white Alicorn gave him a nuzzle and kiss before taking her seat.

“I’d rather not force Silver to brake your trust just to hear about any other sensitive parts of yours…. And it’s way more fun to find out on my own.” She sent him a impish smile.

“Heheheh um I don’t know how I feel about that…. Um well it’s a good thing I’m busy today with….”

“With me! Me and Anubis are going to spend the day together and I’ve got big plans….”

“Hehehe oh yeah…. So what do you have planned Silver?”

“Oh you’ll find out and I think that Celestia’s going to love the end results.”

The usual breakfast spread and Anubis’s custom order was wheeled out, all three of them were happy chatting and enjoying their food.

Once they were done, Celestia said her goodbyes and trotted off to attend day court whilst silver practically dragged Anubis to her room.

Anubis was pleasantly surprised to find that in her bedroom, it was normal. A small smile of relief adorned his face and Silver rushed over to a pile of folded clothes.

“So you got me more suits, and here I thought you were going to do something nefarious.” Then she picked up a black and white suit and Anubis swaggered his way over to her.

But when she unfolded it, he realised that it wasn’t a suit…. Silver had ordered a maid outfit, that was clearly too big for her and definitely too tight for Celestia. Meaning only one thing, it was for him….

“Woah Silver please, think about my dignity?” The fear was apparent in Anubis’s voice.

She scratched the underside of her beak and thought about it for a painful second. “Mhmmm okay, I’ve done some thinking and I don’t care. Hey you might like it, I know I will…. Oh and I got this for the bedroom!”

She grabbed a box and opened it, Anubis took a look inside and confusion and concern filled his features.

“No! No way I’m wearing that.”

“You don’t have a choice handsome.”

“Pineapple….”

Ten agonising minutes later and Anubis was in a very revealing maid’s outfit with a look of defeat carved into his face. Silver was beginning him to put on the contents inside the box but he wasn’t having any of it, what he was wearing was more then enough.

She slapped his flanks and he spun around to find that she was holding a long thin black stick. “What is that?”

“It’s called a riding crop and you seem to have reacted well to it.”

“What the fuck? Where did you get all this shit?”

“Like I said, Captain Sky picked it all up for me. So um please put this on next, I really want to see you in it….”

“Grrrrrrrrrrah fine I’ll do it, just keep your tail down.”

“Hehehe sorry…. I’ll just watch and enjoy the show.”

Anubis let out a sigh and began to undress, he looked over to Zodiac who just watched in fascination.

“So how do I put this on? And is this part meant to go In my mouth? Silver I had no idea you were into this kind of stuff.”

The blushing hen just giggled nervously. “I didn’t think I was interested in it either but well Glacier showed me a magazine she found…. And now I regret nothing.”

“Yeah well I do, why did i say anything?”

“Because you love me.”

“Sigh* yes but I didn’t think you would put me in a harness and reins what next, you’re going to tie me to a post?”

“What? No of course not…. Not yet, I want to see Celestia’s reaction.”

“Oh my, that’s a great idea…. Wait why do you want to see her reaction.” Anubis began to inch toward the flustered hen.

“I-i just um trying to help you out…. With Celestia…. Oh okay! Maybe I like watching you mount her!!!”

Anubis was surprised at her response. “Sorry what?”

“You heard me, I like how wild you are with her…. it’s so different from how you fuck me.”

“Sigh* Silver you understand why I hold back, don’t you?”

She had an annoyed expression. “I do but just once Anubis…. Please.”

“Look we’ll speak with Celestia, maybe she knows a spell that could allow you to take all of me or I’ll just make myself the same hight as you.”

“….why didn’t I think of that but I’d prefer asking Celestia, I like how tall you are.”

“Okay that sounds like a plan and because you’re currently busy…. With yourself, it can wait.”

“Oh my I-I didn’t even notice I was doing that…. PS you look good in that.”

“If you want, I could help.”

Silver just grabbed the reins and pulled him to her, Anubis had completely forgotten about the horrors that awaited outside…. And Zodiac, who was watching with disgust and wonder.

The cosmic entity knew that mortals like to indulge themselves with acts of lust but never would have thought that Anubis cared about such things.

After they finished and got cleaned up, silver hopped onto Anubis’s back. The griff laughed at her antics, then he saw Zodiac just standing there.

He had completely forgot about the cosmic abominations that awaited him on the other side of this door.

When he opened the door, Anubis was rudely reminded of his problem. The griff then became mortified at the thought of what he just did in front of Zodiacrdanals.

Anubis swiftly shook his head and looked back at Silver. “Hey Silver, so where are we going now?”

“Well you normally go to the training grounds at this time, so forward charge!”

“Yay…. Forward charge….” Anubis didn’t like the thought of going outside, so he decided to take measures into his own claws.

CRUNCH!* CRACK!* he fell to the ground, Silver rolling off his back.

“AAAARRGHH! Shit! Oh I think it’s broken!” Anubis’s raised his left claw and it was bent the complete wrong way.

“Oh my goodness, Anubis Are you all right…. Aaaaaaaaaaah!!”

Guards came running upon hearing the griffon princess’s scream, when they arrived, they found the royal hen fussing over Anubis’s left claw.

“Guards I order you to help Anubis to the medical wing, his claw is badly hurt…. It might be broken.”

The guardsponies just looked at his disfigured claw and one of them spoke up. “It might be broken?”

“Sigh* just help me to Dr Tender’s office, he’ll fix me up in no time.”

“Actually no.” Silver turned to the group of guards. “You there, get the doctor and bring him here…. Tell him that Anubis’s claw is broken.”

“Yes, right away your highness.” The individual then ran off to get the doctor.

About ten minutes later Anubis was in the infirmary with Dr Tender and nurse Sweet Tone, they were in the process of realigning the bones in Anubis’s claw. Unfortunately it was going to take longer than usual because of the doctors lack of experience with claws.

After putting a cast and sling on Anubis, Tender gave him a look of confusion. “I have no idea how you managed to achieve this much damage by walking but you should be fine now….”

“Thanks doc, I’m going to head to Silvers room now.”

“Mhmmm maybe you and the princess should get some fresh air, the public gardens are closer.”

“Oh um okay…. Yeah I’ll do that.” He had sacrificed his ability to walk properly for nothing.

When he exited the infirmary, Silver immediately got up from her seat and came to his side. “Are you okay, is it going to be permanent?”

“You’re joking right, I’ll be fine. I just need to stay off it so let’s head to.” Anubis was interrupted by Sweet Tone.

“Oh if you were wondering, the closest garden is just down that hall and on the right.”

“….Thank you for that Sweet, we’ll be on our way now. See you later.”

“No problem and stay off of that claw now, princess Silverfeather, please could you make sure he stays off it for me?”

“Yep no problem, you can count on me.”

“Thank you, your highness.”

Once they were outside Anubis laid down and gazed out upon the weird and wonderfully warped alien environment. He had never dreamed of such a beautifully terrifying plane but then his gaze floated upwards.

The alien texture of the clouds almost seemed alive, the darkness of the sky that threatened to consume all light and life alike but didn’t for some bizarre reason unbeknownst to Anubis. But when he focused his gaze, the horrifically curious griff saw Eldritch abominations floating ominously behind the vail of space, barely visible to the naked eye.

Upon looking to the sun he found that it was replaced by a large eye, the pupil as thin as a blades edge in a sea of yellow just staring at him.

Before he could ask Zodiac about it, his attention was stolen by a monstrous dragon like creature, that carried itself on wings of tentacles and dust. The beast must have been a hundred feet long, if not longer but Anubis turned back to the yellow eye in the sky to find nothing but an impossibly deep hole in its place.

He swiftly made a book and quill out of the flesh like mass he was laying upon, beginning to write down all that he saw. Silver watched in confusion as she saw sketches like no other and descriptions of gore appear on the pages.

“Um Anubis…. What are you drawing?”

“….just allowing my imagination to run wild for a bit, it’s a better way of keeping my mind occupied then dissecting bad ponies.”

“Oh yes…. A far better way in my opinion, sigh* look Anubis…. I still think it’s wrong, so I want you to stop and maybe look for some help…. Don’t worry I’m not going to tell anycreature but please don’t make it a regular occurrence.”

“Sigh* maybe one day but I’m a necessary evil, remember what I told you. I wouldn’t harm anycreature that is innocent.”

“But that doesn’t make it any better, the guard exist for a reason.”

“I know but if I can help, I should…. Even if it means killing.”

“Sigh* I’m not giving up on convincing you to stop and get help.”

“I don’t need help and thank you…. Although you could help me by getting me a drink please? I’m a little thirsty.”

“Oh of course, what do you want?”

“Surprise me.” And with that she took off, Anubis turned to look back out into the distance. Writing down all he saw.

“Zodiac, do you know anything about a yellow eye?”

The look of comprehension and worry filled Zodiac’s eyes. “Where did you see it!?!”

“Um just where that black hole in the sky is…. Why? And what’s up with you?”

“It doesn’t matter I can keep it away for now. Oh and good news, this little quantum conundrum your in should be resolved with in the next hour.”

“Oh that’s good although I was getting used to this, it’ll be nice to see things normally. Thanks.”

“No problem mortal and forget about that eye, it’s nothing special in the dreamscape.”

“Mhmm okay….” He then went back to drawing all the Alien planets and entities he could see.

Silver glided towards Anubis, balancing a glass of lemonade. She landed in front of him without spilling a single drop and Anubis looked up from his newly made journal. “Wow colour me impressed, so what have you got me?”

“Some lemonade, here take it.” He took the beverage and took a sip before letting out a satisfying sigh.

“Thanks Nimrod, so what about yourself? Didn’t you get anything.”

“Oh I had an apple juice and a muffin, so don’t worry about me…. So what have you drawn now, let’s see.” Silver settled down next to him and took the book, she flipped through the pages and was impressed but also disturbed by the amount of horrifying things he had drawn in such little time.

“Hey you, I didn’t say you could look at that.”

“Well I’m looking through it and you haven’t stopped me yet.”

“Heheheheh well I can’t argue with that logic.”

“No you can’t…. So what’s with all this.” She tapped the book and placed it on the ground.

“I got bored and decided to just jot down whatever my mind came up with.”

“Oh…. Well I’m glad that I don’t have an imagination as…. Interesting as yours.”

“Just call it as it is, horrifying.”

“Heheheh well I was trying to be nice and all but you’re right, it is horrifying.”

They laid there for 10 minutes, Anubis taking in the dreamscape around him. He pondered on why it was called that whilst Silver wrapped herself in his wing, doodling in the back of his journal.

She kept drawing little stick griffons doing an assortment of activities like dancing, playing and singing around a campfire. There was two large stick griffins in the corner of the page, Anubis realised what she had drawn and booped her on the beak.

“Hey now, don’t be drawing any master pieces in my book although I have to admit that you could do with some practice.”

Then a new voice made itself known. “Hey Silverfeather, Anubis!” It was Glacier, she was walking towards them from the other side of the garden. They waved back.

“Psss Anubis, why didn’t your just heal you claw? I mean you can do that, right?”

“Sigh* yes Silver I can but unfortunately the guard had seen it thanks to you, so healing was out of the question….” The other hen had made it to them and laid down opposite them. “So Glacier, how’s life?”

“It’s alright I guess…. I tried going into the city to do some shopping and it didn’t go to well.”

“Why what happened?”

“Huff* some places wouldn’t even serve me and the ones that did, would watch my every move!”

“Yes, unfortunately that also happened to us until they found out that Silver was a princess.”

“Yeah they did but to refuse to serve you just because your a griffon should be criminal.”

“Heheheheh I agree.”

“Wait Glacier, how about we go shopping together and Anubis will help carry everything.”

“I will?”

“He will? Well I’d love to, when do you want to go?”

“Now…. Um maybe not today…. But once mister accident prone is all healed up from his sprained claw.” She turned to Anubis and winked at him.

“Right my sprained claw.” He grinned at her and they both turned back towards Glacier who was just smiling.

“So what happened to it?”

“Silver sneezed.”

“Gasp* no I didn’t! Don’t believe him Glacier.”

“Heheheheh wow, I wasn’t expecting that…. So what really happened?”

“He was carrying me on his back and then he stepped on it wrong, spraining it.”

“Yep that’s how it went.” And he showed off the sling.

“Um is it just a sprain?”

“Yep.”

“So why did they put a cast on your foreleg?”

“No clue, probably because they don’t want to take any risks, you know. I’m valuable goods.”

“More like damaged goods.”

“Heheheheh sorry but it was kinda funny.”

“Yes…. Ha ha ha, funny joke Silver…. Keep talking like that and I’ll make sure you can’t walk ever again.”

“Oooo yes please, when and where.” Glacier blushed and Anubis just stared at Silver as the grinning hen realised what she just said.

“I’m just going to forget that.”

“I didn’t want that image in my head Silverfeather.”

“Sorry you two…. But if some griff would just f.” She was cut off by Anubis biting down on the back of her neck. The frustrated hen letting out a breathy moan.

Glacier shook her head, turning away and trying to keep her mind clear of any dirty thoughts. But the playful giggles and squeaks made her imagination run wild. “Um excuse me but please could you two stop? it’s making me uncomfortable….”

“Heheheheh um s-sorRY!! Gasp* Anubis.”

“Heheheheheh okay that’s enough, I’m done now sorry Glacier.”

“I-it’s alright you two but maybe try to keep that in the bedroom….”

“Oh Glacier, if you want to watch you can.” Silver said in a seductive tone.

“Silver! She’s clearly uncomfortable so stop with the jokes.”

“Oh but look at her face and she’s clearly not against the idea. I mean her tail’s raised, so what do you say Anubis, can she watch?”

“Wha? Your not serious, are you?”

“Heheheheheh sort of, look it’s just a thought.”

“Silver we need to set some boundaries because that’s not cool, you can’t just say that.”

“Why not?”

“Glacier’s your friend right?”

“Yes.

“And you just offered her to watch us get it on, I’m not comfortable with that and I doubt she is.”

“But her tail says otherwise.”

Then Glacier spoke up. “I’m um just gonna go, um have a nice day you two.”

Silver was surprised by her response. “Wait I’ll stop, I’m sorry Glacier please stay.”

“Heheheheh it’s fine Silverfeather, I mean it’s um well you know it’s getting close to that time of the year for us hens. So I understand…. B-but if you’re.” She shook her head. “Sorry just forget about that….”

“Um well if you want to, the offer is still there.”

“Silver.”

“Sorry….”

“Um so I’m gonna go, so see you two later.”

“See you around Glacier.”

“Bye bye.” Then Silver got up and gave her a hug and turned away from Anubis with her, they began whispering but Anubis’s attention was drawn to the view that both hens were given him.

Anubis knew of a way to distract himself and that was with an odd floating squid like creature that Zodiac was trying to catch. “Psssss Zodiac, is there a way for me to speak to you without speaking?”

“Of course, you just have to project your thoughts towards me.”

“Wait what? That’s it?”

“Yes, that’s it so give it a try.”

‘So can you hear me?’

“Yes, so what do you want?”

‘I’d like to know what that is?’

“Oh these little abominations are called Innuoos and I’d strongly advise against touching them, because they produce a horrible flesh eating fluid that is extremely painful.”

‘Nice…. So why are you trying to catch it?’

“Because it tastes good.”

‘Oh that makes sense, you have to eat something…. So what’s it taste like?’

“Similar to a fruit salad but juicier, anyway that doesn’t matter you’ve got 30 minutes.”

‘That’s good to know, 30 minutes until this is fixed.’

Then the air around Anubis began to distort, the two hens and royal guards all panicked upon seeing this unfold. They rushed to the griff but before anycreature could get to him. The space around Anubis cracked and exploded into a ball of darkness that suddenly imploded in on itself.

“ANUBIS!!!!! NO!!!” The ground where he was standing, had been completely scorched. Silverfeather heart sank as the realisation of what had just happened, Anubis was gone with out a trace. What was she going to tell Celestia…. She couldn’t believe what she saw.

The guards swiftly took action and began to set up a perimeter, unicorns began conducting magical scans, others went to alert the captains and princess Celestia.

Glacier was trying to comfort Silverfeather, who was reduced to a ball of tears. Went Celestia got the news, her mind went blank. She was in full command mode, she had never heard of anything like what was described and immediately began searching through the forbidden archives.

She found nothing even remotely similar to the air distorting and cracking into a dark bubble. Not to mention that the magical reading left behind was so bizarre and powerful, like nothing else on Equus.

Anubis’s POV

One minute I was speaking with Zodiac the next, I’m a thousand feet off the ground falling to the alien landscape of the dreamscape. Then a giant mouth came out of nowhere and bit me in half, the pain was agonising.

But as I continued to fall slowly regenerating my lower half. The ground was rapidly, I tried to slow my descent but it was too late.

SPLAT!!*

“Cough!* Cough!* gasp* ouch that hurt, oh I think everything is broken…. Zodiac? Hello, are you there?” I laid there, thinking about my current situation. It was bad but not hopeless, I just needed to find Zodiac.

As my body began to heal I realised that concentrating on repairing it, increased the speed of my regeneration. With this new found knowledge, I began recovering at an astonishing rate. “Well isn’t that convenient, sigh* now to find a way out.”

As I rose to my claws, I could see the outline of the castle but there was a large door made from skeletons of griffon like beings. But instead of a beak, there was a hole. “ Fascinating…. What were all of you?”

I pushed them and the ancient doors effortlessly swung open, looking in I saw the entrance illuminated by a brilliantly pink light. I decided to investigate this, i started by walking in.

As I walked down the main hall, I noticed incomprehensibly alluring images and descriptions of some kind. I did not understand any of it but I quickly realised that I still had my book. Making another quill and swiftly sketching all the glyphs on the walls until I came across a spiral staircase that went down.

“Mmmm and what may await me down here? I need to jot this down.” ‘I’ve came across a path down deeper into this ancient structure, a spiral staircase at the end of this hall. I know not where it leads but I’m about to find out.’

Making my way down, I found a large chamber that had a large stone table in its centre. I suspected that it was for sacrificial purposes but what caught my eye was the large statue of the same beings on the walls. It had tentacles on its face and what I thought were scaly feathers, in one claw it held a large ritualistic dagger and in the other a small silvery red rock floated.

“So this is a sacrificing chamber, but why?”

After investigating and drawing everything down, I decided to lay on the table. As I did this, I looked at the ceiling and it had some kind of map. On this masterfully detailed map was places of interest for these creatures.

After spending god know how long drawing a rough sketch in my journal, I got up and decided to inspect the floating rock. That’s when I noticed that the statue had six sets of claws, the two hidden ones were hiding under its bat like wings.

“Mhmmmm enough of that, I’m interested in you.” I grabbed the silvery red stone and the stone statue began to crumble, so I took cover behind the table.

When I peeked over I found that there was a very angry looking abomination staring at me, I dropped the stone and took off flying. It’s tentacles rapidly reaching out to grab me but I was too quick, making it to the exit. I ran up the narrow stairs and felt something grab me so I began stabbing it with my bone spikes in my hind legs. “Fuck fuck fuck, get! Off! Me! You! Monster! Ah! Hahah!”

Upon freeing myself, I hear the thing cry out in pain and fury as I escaped its terrifying mouth.

‘if you are reading this, then do not go down into this place. It’s not safe and if for some strange reason you find yourself here, do not touch the silvery red rock under any circumstance or you may very well face death.’

“Now to go home before it gets…. Dark….” It was completely black outside, not a single sign of light, I could barely see my own claws in this void like darkness. So I went back into the structure that at least had light, even if it was pink.

“I guess I’m staying the night…. This is going to bloody suck.” That’s when I saw five purple eyes watching me beyond the depths of the darkness.

They made me feel calm and safe, even comforted by their presence so I took a step forward and they took one back. I didn’t want it to go, so I took three more towards it and it took three back. Never braking eye contact with the creature and then before I knew it I was walking mindlessly towards the creature. It didn’t move, almost like it was waiting for me to get close…. Close? Oh fuck!!

Upon realisation the creature lunged at me, sinking a singular needle like appendage into my chest. I panicked and tried to pull it out off me but its grip was too strong and it began to suck the blood from my body. Confusion and terror was all I felt but then it was replaced by anger and defiant rage as I dug my claws in to its face.

The beast cried out in pain but I wasn’t done. I focused on the atoms of the beast and force them to rapidly bounce into one another, this made the creature explode. Covering me in organs, bone and green blood.

I weakly dragged myself back to the ancient structure and collapsed onto the floor, curling up into a ball. It would have been an understatement to say that I was shaken because I probably had developed a fear of purple lights thanks to that thing.

I tried to doze off into darkness, I thought about how I was to get back home…. Home? Was Equestria my home? I mean I live there now and Silver and Celestia are there, so yeah it is my home…. Zzzzzzzz….
