Smolder and Ocellus have been together for some time now. Their relationship has grown and blossomed, and it seems like nothing can possibly come between them.

That is, until Smolder reveals to Ocellus that she's been given an invitation to come back home to the dragon lands. And Smolder is seriously considering the offer, even though it would mean leaving Ponyville, possibly forever.

Ocellus, however, is planning to stay in Ponyville and teach at the School of Friendship. She wants nothing more than for Smolder to stay with her so they can be together, but can the changeling get her special someone to change her mind?
