In a blur of rainbow colored contrails, you watch Rainbow zip up to your face, panic setting into her previously tired voice.

Only slightly less panicked, you glance around the room, raising your arms in dismay.
“Where!?”

You scratch the back of your neck, glancing back at the rack of lockers behind you as you tilt your head.
“Crap. I don’t know Dash. Maybe you could distract them while I—”

Squinting through the small slat at the base of the locker in front of you, you can see the bottom half of two earth mares standing at the door—one red with a purple mane, the other green with blue. Dash's figure is standing too close to really make out, only the tip of her multicolored tail and her shifting hooves visible in your field of view.
After a few moments of awkward silence, you can hear Dash cough, the bravado she’d shown with you seeming to disappear as she scratches at the back of one of her hindhooves with the other.
“Oh, um…h-hi there. I didn’t, um, see you there.”
After a few more awkward moments, you can see the two mares shift to look at the other, the red one raising a hoof as they turn back to Dash.
“Oh, um, we didn’t realize anypony was, like, here.”
You can see the other one nod, her gold quarter rest cutie mark coming into view as she shifts her weight.
“Yeah, it’s, like, super early.”
You can see Rainbow tense a bit, taking a half step back as she lifts a hoof to clear her throat.
“Oh, um, heh heh, just, um, getting in some early morning practice.”
You can see the two mares shift to glance at each other again, shrugging before taking another couple steps forward.
“Well, like, can we come in? Or are you, like, doing something?”
You can hear Dash cough again, her hooves briefly disappearing as you hear her wings lift her into the air.
“Oh, um, t-totally. Nothing, um, going on here. I was just, um, leaving to take, um, a shower. Suuuper sweaty, you know.”

Despite your position, you can’t help but wince. She was even less smooth than you were when it came to socializing with normal mares.
You watch as the two mares trot past your locker, their hoofsteps clacking against the tile floor. There’s an awkward silence as you see Dash’s hooves touch down on the other side of the bench, two of the lockers just beyond you opening up. After a few more moments, you can can hear the lockers swing shut again, the silhouettes of the two mares turning to each other once more as the red one points back at Rainbow.
“So, um, like, we’re gonna go work out now.”
You can see Dash jump a bit at the response, her hooves shifting beneath her as she shakes her head.
“Oh, um, totally. I’ll just, um, be going, then.”
“Um, right.”
Watching the silhouettes disappear, you can hear the two mares whispering to each another as they make their way to the other side of the locker room, snickering and giggling under their breath.
“Like, oh my Celestia, did you see her mane?”
“Right? It was sooo, like, oily and slimy and gross!”
“Oh my Celestia, I knowww. And did you, like, smell her breath? It’s like, did you gargle with stallion dick this morning or something?”

You can hear the door at the other side of the locker room close shut behind them, their voices fading off into the distance. An awkward silence descends over the locker room again, made all the more awkward given the fact you were fairly certain Rainbow had heard the two mares as well.
After a few moments, you watch as Dash’s hooves disappear from the other side of the bench, the mare slowly trotting around it to your side of the locker bank.
The sound of muttering escaping into the air above you, your eyes widen as you suddenly feel the locker door swing open, your cramped body tumbling out onto the floor in a heap.
