Equestria Girls: Digimon Chosen

“The humans are in that restaurant Wizardmon.”

“I see that Witchmon.” The pair would look to the restaurant as Snimon hovered to the same eatery.

“I think he would do nicely.” Witchmon would have a dark blue ball of light that had a jagged look to it. She would look at her partner as he would give a slight nod before she threw it.

“DARK DATA ORB!” The ball of light would go fast towards Snimon as it would go inside him. Snimon would grunt in pain as the large insect writhed in pain before becoming calm. He would growl as he continued to look at the eatery.

“Oh that…was satisfying…burp.” Pinkie Pie would pat her belly as everyone has content looks on their faces. All the digimon moaned happily as Fluttershy giggled at their reaction.

“That was good.” Sunset commented as she wiped her mouth. “We should probably get going.” As everyone groaned a loud boom and crash were heard. The group as well as every digimon in the restaurant turn their attention to the source of the noise. Snimon from earlier flew in as he snarled and growled.

“Whoa! We got trouble!” Applejack yelled as everyone got out of their seats quickly.

“Wait..We know him. That's the same Snimon we talked to earlier!” Fanbeemon pointed out as everyone gasped.

“Something is wrong.” Applejack got tense as Snimon growled and saw the kids. He would raise his sickle arms high.

“EVERYONE RUN!”

“TWIN SICKLES!” Snimon would wave his arms as pink energy slashes came from each sickle. The attack sliced part of the restaurant into pieces as the rest of the digimon locals ran or were in shock.

“We need to run!” As Fluttershy finished two more explosions were heard as two more creatures barged in. One was red with large serrated pincers and the other blue, with a dark helmet adorned with a large horn. They both roar as they stand near Snimon. As the digimon saw th new danger, the digivices lit up with new profiles.

“The red one is Kuwagamon…and the blue one is Kabuterimon. Champion evel insectiod digimon.”

“BUT WHAT’S THEIR PROBLEM?!” Rainbow cried out as all three bug digimon roared.

“Okay Dracomon time to move!”

“Liolmon go!”

“Hawkmon you got this!”

“OOOO Kamemon get ready!”

Sunset, Flash, Rainbow, Pinkie, and Rarity’s digivices would glow as do their respective partners. A bright light bathed the eatery as the locals were in awe.

“Dracomon digivolve to…COREDRAMON!”

“Liollmon digivolve to…LIAMON!”

“Hawkmon digivolve to…AQUILAMON!”

“Kamemon digivolve to…GWAPPAMON!”

“Floramon digivolve to…SUNFLOWMON!”

The group would stand in front of the group as they stared down the large bug digimon. Coredramon and Liollmon tackled Kabuterimon, Aquilamon and Gwappamon tackled Kuwagamon, and Prima shot at Snimon with her attack.

“MARVEL SHOT!” Snimon backed up as the fight was taken outside with all of the digimon. The Kabuterimon would fire a large electric ball of energy at the dragon and lion as they were sent back. Kuwagamon would open his large pincers to grab Aquilamon before Gwappamon jumped him and wrapped his head with his body like a rope, disorienting him.

“TWIN SICKLES!”

“RUN!” Applejack would grab Fanbeemon as she tried to run, but her arm would be grazed by the end of one of the sickle attacks. She would cry out in pain as she fell back as she tried to run.

“Applejack! Are you okay buzz?” Fanbeemon asked in worry as Applejack struggled from the pain in her arm, however she continued to hold onto the bee. She smiled at him as she stood up.

“I’m fine sugarcube.”

“No you’re not! You’re hurt!”

“So long as you’re not. The others can protect us no problem…if only I had my powers. I was super strong and I bet I could have done a good number…”

“But you are super strong.”

“Pardon?”

“You stood in harm's way..tried to protect me…I think that’s strong.”

“COREDRAMON!” Sunset cried out as the dragon landed with a thud. Applejack tried her best not to panic as she patted the bee on the head.

“Thank you sugar. Really.” As the little bee smiled with his beak a light was seen. The rabid bug digimon who were attacking cringed from the rays as the light went to Applejack. She would extend her hand as a orange colored digivice was place into her palm.

“Wait…so it’s you?”

“Me and you buzz?”

“The others need our help. You ready?”

“No, but yes!” Applejack smirked as she held the digivice to Fanbeemon as it shined. A symbol of a bugs pincers and horn shined as it hit the little bee.

“Fanbeemon…digivolve to…!” The bee would get bigger and became more mechanical like as a new enhanced stinger was shown. When the light faded a new creature was seen.

“WASPMON!”

Everyone would stare in shock as the large mechanical wasp hovered in place.

“NOW’S THE TIME!” Coredramon yelled as the other digimon got into position. Liamon would let out a lion-like roar, Aquilamon let out a eagles cry as Gwappamon stood ready.

“TURBO STINGER!” Waspmon would shoot laser after laser from his large stinger as Snimon was pushed back.

“Time to clean up! BLUE FLARE BREATH!”

“THUNDER KING!”

“BLAST RINGS!”

“DJ SHOOTER!”

“SUNSHINE BEAM!”

Kabuterimon would fall back by the blue laser and and electric blast as he fell back meanwhile Kuwagamon got hit by the energy rings and flying discs as he fell back. Snimon raised his sickle hands as he leered at Waspmon.

“TWIN SICKLES!” The energy blades would only bounce off the huge wasps armor, being deflected.

“My turn! TURBO STINGER!” He would fire shot after shot of a laser blast from his stinger as Snimon gets bombarded non stop. He would fall over with the rest of his mad allies. As they fell a dark blue ball of light came out of them to which they would disintegrate.

“What was that…?” Twilight pondered. Before they can celebrate their victory the large bug digimon would stir, putting everyone on guard.

“Uh…w-where am I…” Snimon asked as he looked around.

“What the heck…” Kuwagamon mumbled as he helped Kabuterimon up who also looked as confused based on his body language.

“Wait what’s going on??” Rainbow Dash demanded. Everyone, not just them but all the digimon as well who were left in the restaurant were also confused. Fluttershy patted the leg, to comfort Snimon.

“Do you remember anything?”

“I was done patrolling after I busted a speedy flier...I was thinking of getting some lunch, but then I felt this burning pain…everything after that was fuzzy.” The other two bug digimon nodded in agreement as they rubbed their heads.

“Did anyone else see it?” Twilight asked. Everyone turned to her as Spike spoke up.

“What is it?”

“Spike, when they were defeated I saw these balls of light come out. Is that normal?” The digimon would look confused as they looked at one another.

“What do you think it could be?” Sunset asked as the entire group looked unsure, even creeped out.

“Wait…what happened?” Snimon asked as he looked around.

“You weren’t yourself. It’s okay it’s over now.” Fluttershy answered. Snimon looked around. “I did this?”

“We did this?” The Kabuterimon spoke. The group would explain all that happened. Afterwards the bug trio were appalled as the information sinked in.

“Something tells me those balls of light were to blame.” Byte said. “That was like digicores, but something about them…”

“Data cores?” Twilight asked.

“Yes. Loose data that can be found anywhere. Like junk data. Though when consumed it can strengthen a digimon every now and again, but I never saw one that color.”

“Is it possible it's corrupted? I mean its all data right? So theoretically…” Twilight mumbled to herself as the others sorted everything out with the bug digimon. Snimon looked at the group as he sighed.

“Whatever the case. Thank you, for stopping me and the others. You saved these digimon. I will look into this.”

“Will you be okay?”

“I don’t know, but I need to file a report. You all stay safe.” Snimon bowed as he tended to the other two bug digimon as the others grouped together.

“Anyone find this off?” Applejack asked.

“We need to be careful. Who knows what else is going to happen.”

“Flash is right. We are already in the Bug Empire now. We’re one step closer to meet with this Sistermon Ciel.” As Sunset finished everyone nodded as they were about to leave.

“Thank you…for freeing us. Clearly we we’re not in our right mind.” The Kuwagamon said.

“We’re glad you’re okay. Oh! If you don’t mind us asking, do you know how to get to Kabu Village?” Fluttershy asked. Kabuterimon would be next to speak as he point to the west.

“Just down there. When you go out of the city there is a path heading west. Go straight there and go along the trail of towns and you will eventually find it.” Sunset spoke up as the group beamed hearing the directions.

“Oh thank you so much.”

“Wait!” A voice was heard. The group turned their attention to the Kongoumon from earlier. He walked over with a sack.

“You fellers saved…er…well saved what’s left of my bar. Here is some food for the trip.”

“Oooo this can help…roadtrip foooood.” Pinkie eyed the sack as she took it.

“We need to go. Now.” Rainbow said as she saw the growing crowd of onlooking digimon. Everyone would take the meals they didn’t finish and paid the barkeep with the money they were given by the villagers from a previous adventure and left swiftly.

“They got away.” Witchmon looked at the restaurant, now crowded by bug digimon who gossipped over the fight that ensued. She was visibly agitated while Wizard maintained his composure.

“I know, but the dark data research has borne fruit. We have tested this on others before, but in a natural setting it’s very useful. We need to go AND make sure the others get some too. Those humans will not get far.”
