The next morning arrived and Elusive and Barbra had gotten home and gotten some sleep.

Not enough as they heard a knock at their door and Elusive sighed as he got out of bed and walked downstairs.

As he got to the door he looked half asleep.

“Wakey wakey, hay bacon and shaky,” Soarin said.

“Why hello there… And to what do I owe this early hour waking?” Elusive asked with a yawn.

“Dude, it’s twelve thirty,” Rainbow said.

“Oh, I see, must have slept in, it was a long day yesterday,” Elusive said with a chuckle.

“Well get ready, we’ve got a visit to the farm,” Rainbow said.

“Ah yes… you know, perhaps Soarin can miss this one, she may not be able to handle the… truth,” Elusive whispered that last part.

“What?” Soarin said.

“If Soarin loves me, then she’ll stay with me,” Rainbow said.

“Yeah, whatever it is can’t be that groundbreaking right?” Soarin asked.

Elusive and Rainbow just glanced at eachother uncomfortably.

Red Gala sat with Butterscotch, and she was glaring at Applejack who was shifting uncomfortably.

“Gala, you shouldn’t go through with this, what if this wrecks their relationship?” AJ asked.

“Then it’s wrecked, better than lying to yer loved one until the day they find out on their own accord,” Gala said.

“Rainbow needs Soarin by his side, he’s in no emotional condition to-”

“Ah’ll take responsibility, Blitz lied ta me too, so ah need the truth from him too, and ah’d rather that poor mare not live a lie,” Gala said.

“...Are you sure?” Butterscotch asked.

“Yes,” Gala said.

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK

“Ah’ll get it,” Gala said and she walked to the door and came back with Elusive, Barbra, Rainbow Blitz, Soarin, Berry, Cheese and Thunderstrike.

“This better have been important enough to pull me from weather duty,” Thunder said.

“It is,” Gala said.

“Hi guys!” Berry said, but paused when he saw the somber atmosphere “What’s wrong?”

“Do ya even know why we’re here?” AJ said.

“Yeah,” Berry said “So what? Cheesie already knows,” Berry said.

“Ya do?” Red Gala said with wide eyes.

“Yep, sorry Gala,” Swiss Cheese said.

“...Alrighty then,” Gala sighed and sat down “Suppose we can begin since Dusk is unreachable at the moment, ah’m glad ya’ll came today, now we can clear the air with the lies that have been told,” Gala shot a look at AJ who flinched.

“Lies? What lies?” Thunder asked sitting beside her coltfriend.

“Gala please,” AJ said.

“Ah take no joy in this AJ, but she’ll find out sooner or later, best get it out now,” Gala said.

“AJ… what does she mean? What have you been hiding?” Thunderstrike said worriedly.

“....She’s right… ah am a liar, me the element of honesty, but know that ah have been battlin that urge to confess,” AJ said.

“That’s even worse,” Red said.

“...Supose so…” AJ said before turning to Thunderstrike “Thunder… ah used to think ah’d never get used to the way things are now, but meeting you ah felt somethin that ah never did as the old me, considerin ah liked the idea of dating mares more than stallions,” AJ said.

“...Why is that so weird to you, you are a stallion,” Thunder said.

“...No ah’m not,” AJ said with his head bowed.

“.....Come again?” Thunderstrike asked.

“Ah was born a mare, and got turned into a stallion during an accident,” AJ said finally.

“.....Hahaha, and I thought you weren’t a jokester like Berry,” Thunderstrike said.

“...” AJ looked at her seriously.

“...Yer not laughing…” She said.

“Ah’m not kiddin,” AJ said.

“Ok, jokes getting old, what’s the real problem?” Thunderstrike said.

“Ya know the way ah act when ah’m lyin… am ah acting that way?” Applejack said.

“.....No way…. M-maybe you got better-”

“Ah am a mare!” AJ said not wanting this to go on all day.

“Your… not kidding are you? Well that is a surprise then… who would have thought you were a mare… but you don’t even look like one,” She pointed out.

“It’s complicated…” Blitz said.

“Blitz, you knew?” Soarin asked.

“I do…” Blitz said.

“How did Applejack turn into a stallion?” Soarin asked.

“We got caught in a magical explosion during an experiment that Twilight-”

“We? And whose Twilight?... don’t tell me, you were a mare too?” Soarin said.

“...Yes… my real name is Rainbow Dash, it’s been Rainbow Dash since birth up until a couple months or so ago, and as for Twilight, that’s Dusk’s real name,” Rainbow said.

“....No way, the stud of Ponyville was a mare?” Thunderstrike said in disbelief.

“Dusk’s… as in Prince Dusk Shine? And he was… I’m getting a headache,” Soarin sighed.

“And me,” Berry said “I was Pinkie Pie,” Berry said.

“And me… I was Fluttershy,” Butterscotch said.

“Slow down please, my heads spinning,” Thunderstrike said.

“It’s true, the elements of harmony here were originally six mares, and thanks to a magical accident, they all became stallions,” AJ said.

“Even Elusive…” Soarin said.

“I understand if you don’t want to be with me anymore, I lied to you Soarin, I was just scared you’d abandon me,” Rainbow said.

Soarin hugged him “I would never leave you for that Blitz,” Soarin said.

“Thank you,” Blitz said.

“Now that that’s all cleared up, why not tell the rest of it?” Gala said.

“Rest of it? There’s more?” Thunderstrike asked.

“RED!” AJ said firmly.

“The Apple Family doesn’t keep secrets AJ, it’s our code,” Gala said.

“What else could there be?” Thunderstrike asked.

“It is best I take over here,” Elusive said standing.

“Go on,” AJ said.

“...We… weren’t the only ones who changed,” Elusive said.

“What do you mean? Who else-.... No…” Thunderstrike said realization dawning on her.

“....You, Soarin, Cheese, Barbra, Gala… you all went from stallions to mares, and-”

“NO!” Thunderstrike stood “Your saying my whole life has been a lie?!” Thunderstrike demanded.

“...I am afraid so dear…” Elusive said.

“Oh…my… gosh,” Soarin stumbled back a little in shock.

“Who… who all knew?” Thunder asked.

“I did, I was there during the accident,” Barbra said.

“Barb?” Soarin said.

“So did I… simply because I’m weird like that,” Swiss Cheese said.

“Luna knows too, and Discord, and now, you guys,” Blitz said.

“Hoooly…. I need a few minutes,” Soarin said sitting down.

“I… need an hour,” Thunderstrike said walking into the kitchen.

Barbra sighed “In all honesty that went better than expected,” Barbra said.

“....Ya satisfied now Gala?” AJ said bitterly.

“Ah’m not the badguy here, the bad one here is you AJ, fer lookin me in the eye mah whole life an lyin, ah’m just setting everything straight,” Gala said.

AJ got up and walked into the kitchen as well.

Soarin was sitting back against the wall trying to make heads or tails of what she’s heard.

“It’s alright Soarin,” Blitz said sitting beside her.

“Will it?...” She asked.

“We can move past this,” Blitz said.

“I hope,” Soarin sniffled.

“Thunderstrike, please don’t go,” AJ said.

“Why? One I just found out my life is a lie, and two I find out you’ve been lying to me about it,” Thunderstrike said.

“Ah had to, ya think ah can just blurt out ‘yer a stallion in a former reality’ an it make a lick of sense?” AJ said.

“I get it, but it still hurts knowing that I used to be a stallion and you didn’t trust me enough to say it, imagine if the roles were reversed, would you be happy to hear this?” Thunderstrike said.

“No… and ah’m sorry, ah didn’t know how ta tell ya,” AJ said sadly.

“...” Thunderstrike sighed and sat down at the table “I… I get it, just look, next time something of this magnitude comes up, please just tell me,” Thunderstrike said.

“Ok, promise,” AJ said.

“To think Barb was a guy dragon this whole time… we showered in the same spa room!” Thunderstrike growled.

“Ah get the feelin, but she is a girl dragon now,” AJ said.

“I need a stern word with her on boundaries,” Thunderstrike said.

“Ah agree,” AJ chuckled.

“It just… makes so much sense now, you forgetting Petunia, the sudden lapse in your second profession, how awkward you were in the restroom,” Soarin said.

“Yep, look Soarin… I hope we can still be together, I need you,” Blitz said.

“And… I need you too Blitz… er Dash,” Soarin said.

“Just call me Blitz now, I can’t go back to Dash even if I wanted to,” Blitz said.

“Heh, that’s my stallion,” Soarin said kissing him.

“Gala?” Butterscotch said.

“Yes Butters?” Gala said.

“...I was hoping that now that we have all confessed if you’d be willing… to give me another chance,” Butterscotch said.

Gala sighed “Ah will admit mah heart is hurt over yer lies, but… sure, ah can let ya off this once,” Gal chuckled before picking the stallion off the ground and setting him on her lap.

“I appreciate it,” Butters said before hugging her.

“Well Berry, seems it’s all done now, wanna go get a triple extra sugary chocolate banana split?” Cheese asked.

“I say what took you so long to ask?” Berry laughed and the two walked away.

As the group continued their conversations they didn’t notice they were being watched…

“Looks like everything is falling into place, ready for heat week coming up?” Discord asked.

“Yes, dear,” Another voice said.

After everything Red called everypony back into the room.

“Alright, ah do hope my actions don’t break anything between ya’ll, ah’m just hoping that yer relationship can prosper now because of yer honesty,” Gala said.

“Ah get it…” AJ sighed.

“I will admit… this will take some time to swallow but, I still want to be with Applejack here,” Thunderstrike said.

“Me and Blitz aren’t breaking up,” Soarin assured.

“That’s good,” Well then you can all get back to yer days now, heat week is coming up and so we need to be prepared,” Gala said.

“We will!” Everypony said before getting up and heading for the door… before Thunderstrike grabbed Barbra’s shoulder.

“Juuust a second there Barb… we need to talk,” Thunderstrike said visibly peeved.

“Oh crud…” Barb said getting a feeling what this is about.

Luna and Dusk Shine watched this all from a crystal ball.

“I still can’t believe you have a sight crystal, those are rare,” Dusk said.

“Being a princess has its perks,” Luna said.

“Well, Spike certainly has her work cut out for her now that everypony knows she’s a he, and he’s been peeping,” Dusk said.

“Tis the fate of perverts I suppose, and speaking of which, know what next week is?” Luna asked.

“...Ooooh boy…” Dusk blushed a bit.

Those who don't like Clop may want to skip that chapter, those who do like it, I will try my best to provide you all with a quality story.
