Manipulation. That was the thing Cozy Glow knew all too well. It's what she attempted to use to become the Empress of Friendship. Right now, she's out on parol, with her wings still stuck as stone until the pegasus filly learns true friendship. She thought she had found that friendship, when she came across a mysterious shapeshifting blog creature named Gorzon.

Boy was she ever wrong.

This story is a contest entry for the Cozy Glow Story Contest. So please do not judge the story based on it's tags. That being said, I am trusting you guys to not basically spam downvote JUST because of the tags. Because if I see a massive downvote on this story when it's being made as part of a contest, then this is the last time I'm trusting you guys with anything.

The prompts that are being used are: Cozy Glow vs. ... and And that was when she realized that it had all gone wrong

The former in this case being "Cozy Glow vs. Gorzon". Yes, that same shapeshifting evil blob from many of my other stories. However, full disclosure: While Gorzon is indeed basically Cozy Glow turned up to eleven, I had created him waaaaaaaaaaay back when; just after Super Mario Galaxy 1 had hit the states. At that point, I'm not even sure if MLP:FiM even existed and even if it did, Cozy Glow certainly didn't exist at that point.

But considering that Gorzon is Cozy Glow turned up to eleven...this contest was the perfect chance to really show just how evil Gorzon is and give Cozy Glow some much needed redemption.
