How’s everything going on the farm? I can’t wait to see you all for the holidays. It’s been really hard not letting Dawn in on the secret but luckily Trixie and Twilight have been keeping him distracted ever since he came back.

School is going good I just don’t think I’ll ever be as great at magic as those three but we all know music is more for me. Ponies really like my music especially Bon Bon.

We are writing letters today for our Equish class. The teacher told us to write somepony out of town however I don’t have any relatives out of town right now so I decided to write to you. School has been going well and I’m really enjoying your lessons…(gratitude continues for a few paragraphs.)

Anyway thanks for inviting my family and I up to the castle for the holidays. I can’t wait.

Knock their socks off for the holiday show in Las Pegasus. Trixie is sad she can’t assist you with her magic but is glad she gets to spend it with her own herd in Canterlot.

Trixie can’t wait to introduce you to the colt she found he’s an alicorn! Well I suppose the news has already reached you by now.

‘Hi pies,

Happy Holidays. It’s me Pinkie. But you all probably know that. Ponyville is great, we just got our first snow.

Oh guess what? My colt friend Cheese Sandwich showed up and brought a new member for our herd. She’s a bat pony but she likes Thestral better. I told them they should stop by the rock farm as they continue their travels. (You can almost hear Pinkie’s sigh escaping the paper.)

I wish they could have stayed in town longer but Cheesy isn’t ready to settle down yet and Mango, that’s the new filly, needs to see more of Equestria.

But anyway I included some gifts.

(Somehow a whole cake came out of the letter and landed on the dining room table of the Pie family farm causing Maud to show a rare smile.)

Sorry for the late notice my gem but we need you to watch your sister over the holidays. Work has started picking back up so we will be traveling more often.
