MLE: The Moon's Last Words..

I HATE YOU! I WISH YOU WAS NEVER MY SISTER!
I'm so sorry I failed you little sister..

Those were her last words to her older Sun, before she did the unforgivable. Betrayed her, in the most unimaginable ways possible. The Moon betrayed her Sun. The Sun that raised her the moment they came to the planet they watched form together, the Sun was alone untill the Moon came to be. The Sun that watched the Moon grow from an adorable little pibble to the beautiful women she is now.

The Sun was nothing but caring, loyal, loving, and more like a mother then a sister to her little Moon. Even when The Sun was tired, her flames were going lower. The Sun kept it together for her plant, and her Moon that needed her at her strongest. The Moon that looked up to The Sun ever since she formed in the gases, the stars, and the darkness of the sky that was once chaotic and hectic. The Sun took on the responsibility on raising The Moon. And The Sun loved The Moon, more then anything.

And yet the Moon said those hurtful words to her.. and did the most unforgivable thing imaginable to her.

The words still echoes in the night sky, The words were like waves that kept washing up on the beach, wanting The Moon to remember the day she and The Sun parted ways for a thousand years. A thousand years, the Moon rested in space thinking of that day.

Those words had spilled out, and now they cannot be unsaid, nor unheard. Now that the Moon look beyond the stars, she realizes her mistakes of that day. The day she nearly attempted to kill her Older Sun, the day she attempted to kill the planet Equss.

The Moon is glad that she was stopped just in time. If The Moon stayed in the sky. on side of the planet would be too cold from the The Moons icy fury, while he other side of the planet would get too hot from The Sun's terrified rays.

But now The Moon is stuck in space, never has she seen her Older Sun in a thousand years. The Moon was once filled with anger, rage, and hatred towards The Sun. She enjoyed watching all the anger The Sun received from the Equssians over the years, The Moon had followers who were very upset with The Sun For years she enjoyed that, seeing The Sun receive loss of hatred for betraying The Moon was shining stars to The Moon.

But now.. looking behind all of those years, The Moon realize that The Sun has done nothing wrong, the Sun did not deserve it, any of it. The Moon realized that all of her hate was not towards The Sun, but her victim of this hate was The Sun..

During the first time Artemias was ripped away from her Sun, she was put into the care of the current rulers of the country of Equis. Queen Galaxia and King Cosmos, the former bringers of Day and Night. They both had always wanted a little child of their own, but due to many failed attempts, they stopped. Until they had heard Artemias's story, and finding out that her primary caretaker. The Sun, was no longer with her little Moon. Queen Galaxia couldn't help but feel sympathy for the young little Moon. King Cosmos agreed with his wife that he would love to take in the little Moon, so they could raise her as their own.

Though they knew Artemias was no ordinary Equssian, in fact she wasn't even from Equss. Artemias also known as The Moon. Is the Goddess of the Moon, coming from the Celestial Body of Night, she was the known second most powerful being in the galaxy, below The Sun. This little girl possessed the power of all three tribes of the people of Equis. Wings, powerful magic, strong muscles and incredible reflexes.

Queen Galaxia and King Cosmos, made the decision to hide their new daughters identity from the world for her safety, with the help of the powerful wizard Starswirl The Bearded. Artemias's identity and appearance was now completely unrecognizable. She was now Luna.

Starswirl The Bearded saw a large amount of power in Luna, that was waiting to be released. He then took the girl under his hat and with the help of a member from each tribe. He became Luna's mentor. Luna admired the old man very much, clearly he were more then a mentor to her.

Luna was loved by everyone, not just her parents. She received attention, fame, love, and appreciation from Equis. They all loved the girl. They admired the night she brought to the planet of Equss. It was all perfect, Luna didn't even remember her Older Sun, that's how many years it's been, since they were apart.

However a thousand years later, all of Luna's happiness would decay, when The Sun came back.

The Moon's anger for The Sun, grew from there. But over the years of staying in place next to the planet. She grew to feel guilty, sorrow, and regretful.

Over the years, The Moon had plenty of time to rethink her decisions, her regrets, and her mistakes. Her mind was so fogged by all of these negative emotions back then, that she was an easy target to her dark side. The Full Moon, some way The Full Moon is a beautiful sight. Oh, it is, but not when it's up close. The Full Moon was now seen to the world up close, The Full Moon made it clear that she not to be messed up.

Fortunately, The Moon came to somewhat peace with The Full Moon, though the two sides are not on complete good terms, they made small peace with one another. But there is no hope The Moon believes, one day The Full Moon will strike again. And attempt to make The Sun fade once again.

The Moon wishes she has made better decisions.. but she learned from them. And one thing she learned is that. The Sun will always forgive the stars that floats. And The Sun will always love The Moon. The past cannot be changed for The Moon, perhaps hopefully her past mistakes can perform a better future.

And perhaps one day, The Moon can forgive herself for saying those words to The Sun.
