The changelings first made themselves known to Equestria after the attempted assault during Princess Cadence's wedding. Upon further inspection, it turns out there are many different changeling hives. One has offered to open it's doors to show they mean no bad intentions. Assigned by Celestia, Twilight Sparkle starts her journey to this welcoming hive.

The newly hatched Twilight Changeling has questions about her past. She must rediscover her past and what made her who she is. Only by remembering her past can she make her own future.
