This was a recent commission I completed for an anonymous client who wanted some foot fetish fun between Filthy Rich and Grace Manewitz.

Filthy Rich straightened his tie as he made his way into the office building, the lobby had a number of people both waiting and making their way around as he paid them little mind, making a beeline to the elevator and pressing the top floor.

Or less fate, and more his wife.

He had told Spoiled he was considering investing in his new Fashion House he’d spoken of in the previous luncheon, mostly due to it being a good investment he could get in early on, as well as the fact he knew Diamond Tiara was a fan and followed a number of the models he was signing. She’d been ecstatic when he’d told her, Spoiled on the other hand had merely seen the social benefits of such a move and had all but demanded he go and see Hoity as soon as possible.
He personally thought this may have had something to do with the fact the last time Spoiled had encountered the other Earth Pony at a gala he’d completely forgotten her name, an act that had spurned his wife enormously.
Filthy still recalled the rant he’d had to endure on the ride home.
As the elevator arrived at the top floor, Filthy tried to shake off that unpleasant memory and walk onward, coming to a stop near a desk near the main office door. The desk was taken up by a younger mare, Hoity Toity’s secretary he’d met once before, she had a light purple skin tone with a platinum blonde cream mane that went down the back of her neck and also had a fringe covering half of her forehead, the styled hair only a bit frazzled in appearance as her honey brown eyes looked up at him behind her cats eyes styled glasses.
Grace Manewitz, the young mare had been working in the fashion industry for a few years now, being very well versed in organization and office work, she had been quickly promoted to Hoity’s personal secretary.
“I’m here to see Hoity Toity, he’s expecting me” Filthy said, sending the woman a small smile.
“I’m sorry Mr. Rich, but I’m afraid Mr. Toity isn’t in right now. He got caught up with the designers at his new construction site and won’t be back for another hour. He called only ten minutes ago to give you his deepest apologies, but he won’t be able to make it back any sooner” she said, a professional reserved look on her face, though from the small smile that was wobbling only slightly, it was obvious she was expecting a possible blow up.
Letting out a sigh instead, Filthy glanced around for a couch or anywhere to sit as there was no point in going off at the poor woman who was only relaying a message, getting upset with her wouldn’t solve anything.
He could leave and come back later, but he didn’t want to waste time browsing around or shopping while he waited. Though he knew his wife would have preferred he go out and bring her back something, he couldn’t muster up the effort right now.
“If you’d like we have an empty office used for meetings with clients if you’d like to spend your time there” Grace offered as she stood up.
Seeing no other option in the otherwise empty hall, he nodded as Grace’s smile returned and she stepped out from behind the desk, walking to the left hand side of the hall and away from Hoity’s main office.
Filthy followed along, his eyes shifting to the mare as he did.
He tried not to let his gaze wander too much, but the mare had a very nice figure, lithe but with a nice bust and ample behind. Grace opened the door and led him into a comfortable looking room with a bar in the corner, a large window facing out over the city resided on the right hand side of the room, and two plush couches were in the center separated only by a glass coffee table.
“Thank you, Ms. Manewitz, this will do nicely” Filthy said as he walked further into the room, noting the soft and fluffy carpet beneath them as opposed to the linoleum of the outer hall.
“I’m more than happy to keep you company while you wait, Mr. Rich” Grace said as she shut the door behind them, causing Filthy to glance at her.
“You’re not needed at your desk?” he inquired.
“Most of my calls are from Mr. Toity when he’s not in the office, anything less is handled by one of the secretaries below me, anything that is deemed important enough is called through. But we’re not expecting anything besides your visit today to merit that. And besides, any calls to my desk that would come in. I already had the line forwarded to the phone here before I left my desk” she said, gesturing over to the bar where a phone was present on the wall.
Nodding in response to her explanation, Filthy made his way over to the couch and sat down, enjoying the soft and comfortable seating as Grace walked over to the bar. He was about to ask for a refreshment when he saw she was already pouring out a double whiskey over ice into a glass, he could tell the bottle was Neighponese, not a region he usually partook in regularly, but he wouldn’t deny they had fine distilleries.
Accepting the glass with thanks, he took a sip and savored it before swallowing. His attention quickly moved back to Grace as she sat, one leg crossed over the other and giving him a perfect display of her heel bobbing slightly as she reclined back on the couch opposite him.
“Are you enjoying your visit to Manehattan Mr. Rich?” Grace asked, and it took Filthy a moment to respond, his gaze breaking from her heel as he raised his head to her.
“Oh? Uh, yes it’s been a very pleasant day” he replied.
Though his voice mustn't have conveyed it properly as she tilted her head to the side slightly.
“Did you have other plans, or…” she began before trailing off as he took another sip from the glass, letting out a sigh as he did.
“To tell you the truth, I had meant to spend the weekend with my daughter. I’ve been fairly busy recently, and wanted to make time for her. But…well, my wife was very insistent that I come and continue my business arrangements with Hoity” Filthy said, shaking his head slightly and looking back down, his gaze once again returning to the sight of Grace’s heels.
“My wife wanted it to be finalized by today” he added as he tried to look away from her heels but couldn’t, they looked so well taken care of and without a scuff on them and went with her outfit perfectly.
Her nylons were also catching his attention as he couldn’t help but follow them further up her legs, the act making a twitch occur in the crotch of his pants. He knew he shouldn’t have been looking the way he was, especially at a younger mare, even more so due to him being married.

For several moments silence filled the room as neither occupant seemed sure of what to say, or how to proceed following his reveal. Filthy’s cheeks reddened as he tried to speak up, only for a series of half coherent babbles to come out.
“Um…I…It’s..I didn’t-I mean-” Filthy tried to explain, but his words seemed to fail him as he could only try and avert his gaze from the secretary, his cheeks practically on fire. He felt like a teenager again, and not in a fun way.
“You don’t have to worry, Mr. Rich” she said, speaking up and cutting him off, making him turn to her suddenly to see a small smile on her face, a smile that grew slightly as she continued. “Everything that you’ve said can stay between us, I’m not going to go and blab to anyone”
The feeling of embarrassment that had filled his stomach began to lessen at those words, his expression easing as well as he tried to compose himself. Despite only less than a minute having passed, the tenseness he’d felt seemed to cause time to slow down and drag the moments out for much longer than they really were.
“In fact I think what you mentioned is, frankly…exciting”
Filthy’s gaze snapped back to her upon hearing that, the smile on her face had curved into one that was awash with suggestion and he saw her un-cross and re-cross her legs once more till the opposite heel was now on full display, flexing back and forth slowly and showing the bottom of it, less clean than it’s top but still just as enticing.
“You’re sure, I mean…I am a bit older than you, and-” he began, trying to gauge her resolve only for her to cut him off once again.

“Mr. Toity was able to clear things up at the site faster than expected. He’ll be back in twenty minutes” she said, clearing her throat, before picking up her heels and slipping them back on.
“There’s a private bathroom through there, if you need to…attend to things” she said pointing to a door near the bar, before her eyes wandered down to the still rock hard tent in his pants, licking her lips slightly before she shook her head to clear her thoughts.
“I have to go and make another call for Mr. Toity, if you’ll excuse me” she said, her cheeks still flustered but less so as she walked towards the exit of the room.

Grace turned back towards him with a knowing smirk on her lips.
“You can keep them, Mr. Ritch. Like I said, Mr. Toity will be back in twenty minutes, so you should probably use that time to take care of any…pressing matters in the bathroom” she said with a smile before she opened the door.
Filthy couldn’t help but stare down at the now limp, used nylons in his hands, before bringing them up to his nose and taking another sniff. Again being met with the combination of scents that made his dick throb in his pants, glancing just in time to see Grace disappear with one last wink.
And in that moment Filthy made up his mind.
This business arrangement was definitely going forward, though his wife wouldn’t be the one benefitting from it.
