My name is Twilight Sparkle, I used to live in Canterlot with my parents, I had to leave them to move to Ponyville with Spike, during the time I lived there, it was the best time of my life, I met the best friends that destiny could have given me, friendship was something insignificant for me, I never gave it so much attention.
But those ponies, who helped me defeat Nightmare Moon and were always with me, taught me how valuable friendship is. Until the day came, the day that everything would change forever, a virus invaded our lands, the infected ponies get red crosses on their faces and they only think about committing horrendous acts, which disgust me to mention I can't even... Stop thinking about it, it's driving me crazy.
Suicidal thoughts invade my head everyday is it worth living in a world like this? Where ponies if they can be called that, lurk in every corner, nook, just to see you dead? I don't know, everypony thinks I have the answer to everything it's not always like that, I don't know anything, I don't understand what is causing this, how it originated, NOTHING! but I think... I think it will be worth fighting in search of the truth even if I die trying, alone or in company I don't care, I'm not going to... give up so easily.
It's easy to say it but not to do it, I don't even know how to fight have intelligence on my side but in situations like this, don't think it's enough. On the other hoof, killing ponies... they're infected, that's obvious, but killing? That would be the last thing I would do, I don't have the courage to do that, I don't know how I'm going to do it, Twilight think, Twilight think, there's must be something that can be done if I can survive the first day without fighting, I think I'll just avoid them.
And what if I run out of options? I think, I grab any sharp object, point my unicorn magic at it, shoot, cover my eyes and turn and gallop. I think it will be better this way getting used to seeing blood everywhere is something very complicated for me, I have already lost count of the times I vomited on myself when looking at those painful pictures... but what I see is what I get. The first day the outbreak started, I'm not sure if in other parts of Equestria as well, but it doesn't matter at this point.
I was trotting home from the national dessert competition, my stomach was full, which almost became my undoing at the time. It was fun solving the case, the whole time it was about Rainbow Dash, Rarity and Fluttershy, how gluttonous they are.
I feel bad that we couldn't have brought Spike with us, he sure would have loved to go.
I was humming quietly when a pony bumped head-on into me for looking back.
"Hey, be more careful!" I told the stallion, frowning and stroking my forehead.
The stallion shook his head from the daze of the impact "There are crazy ponies, with strange markings on their faces!" Said the stallion with wide eyes putting his hooves on my cheeks.
"What are you talking about? You must refer to a zebra" I told him raising one of my eyebrows.
"I don't have time for explanations, I'm leaving here before they kill all of us, you should do the same!" The stallion immediately separated from me and galloped north.
"WHAT?" I had screamed in surprise when he said that, I didn't understand anything he said, but the killing thing really worries me, that kind of crimes have almost never been seen in Equestria, less these days I'm sure this must be a show or something, most likely he has gone crazy.
When I look forward saw many ponies galloping in despair, some were hiding in their houses, were trying to hide in the alleys, some took refuge in the town hall too.
"CAN ANYPONY EXPLAINS THE MEANING OF THIS!?" I asked desperately, closing my eyes for a moment and shouting towards the sky.
I concluded 2 things, the first the most probable, is that it was another swarm of parasprites or the second, which is what I refused to believe, that there really are psychopath murderous ponies.
I shouldn't take this situation lightly, whatever it is, I'll be alert to whatever is causing the ponies to panic.
Nopony gave me an answer, never felt so ignored in my life before, could only listen their screams.
The best thing would be to go home with Spike, I'm afraid how all this may be affecting him, the worst of all is that he's just a little dragon, but how was I going to know that this would happen? I couldn't help but clench my hooves from the anger I felt towards myself at that time.
I can't gallop fast in these conditions, ate too much dessert... but I have to be strong, I have to go home and see how Spike is.
On the way, I tried to reassure the ponies, also worried about them but they don't listen to me, try to get their attention, but they only run, from...something, I still don't know this was definitely something serious.
I kept jogging, not so fast, arrived at my favorite restaurant where they prepare hayburgers, when I passed a few meters, there was an explosion, the wave made me fall to the ground got up slowly, instinctively I looked towards the place of the explosion, heard an annoying beep that left me stunned for a few minutes luckily it was momentary didn't have any scratches.
But now that I think about it if that explosion happened, did it mean that there were ponies in there? What could have caused that explosion? My fears took control of me, I felt that my body was trembling by itself as a sign of danger, due to the fact that there could be ponies that died inside that restaurant.
With all this combination of feelings it felt like I was forcing myself to remain static, I saw another mare nearby, the explosion also made her fall, she seemed fine, was going to ask her what's going on.
Until from the restaurant, came out a stallion trotting on fire, as if it were nothing...
How was this possible? It doesn't make sense, how is it possible that in those conditions he's still standing without dying? It's not that I wanted him to die, but it was very strange, my years of studies and books told me nothing of this, what is the meaning? Looking at him in detail, he has red spots all over his body, could it be blood? No, it can not be.

I said to myself in my mind, I couldn't even get a word out of my mouth, because that stallion, he's crazy, he's insane, I want to help her but how? what am I supposed to do? I don't know how to fight, how was I to know that something like this would happen in Equestria? This was supposed to be a land of harmony and happiness, but now I'm in hell!
I was still paralyzed, I couldn't move, was very scared, somepony help me, I don't know how I feel anymore, what to think, I don't know anything, I can't with so much pressure, Twilight, calm down, Twilight calm down, maybe if I kick him... but how, he's on fire.
The mare galloped, but the stallion caught up with her by biting her tail in the opposite direction, causing the mare to fall to the ground. Still holding her by the tail with his mouth, the stallion proceeded to insert his genitals inside the mare while she was crying.
"NOOOO LET ME GO, YOU ARE MAKING ME BLEED" The mare tries to kick him but in that position, she couldn't do anything and only wish to be killed instantly.

The mare was beating her front hooves against the floor trying to contain the pain of the torture she is being subjected to, her screams were getting more muffled, was apparently running out of strength

"JUST KILL ME ALREADY!" The mare had screamed with the only strength she had left, the stallion just smiled and with a single bite, ripped off the mare's head, dying instantly, the stallion proceeded to grab her head and insert his genitals into the head's ear.
What the... Not only are they resistant to pain, their physical strength also increases, I don't understand how he was able to tear off his neck with a single bite.

"YOU WILL BE THE NEXT IN MY MARE HEADS COLLECTION" Said the infected stallion while chasing me, how can he be so fast? I only looked back once, the crossed still had the mare's head with him, I was going to vomit again but swallowed it, as I ran, I could see corpses everywhere, some mutilated and others so mangled beyond recognition.
Tears ran down my face as I gallop, on the way when more infected joined with the sole purpose of seeing me dead, I had passed a house that had exploded, a corpse flew out the window and passed over me, I didn't even have to dodging it, pieces of glass flew out and impacted on the crossed that was on fire, falling glasses in his eye, neck, head, I'm sorry to say this, but you deserved it for what you did to that innocent mare, the corpse falling to the ground, some crossed stopped to eat the corpse, beyond that, I decided not to look back again, I could see parts of the pony body on the floor, oh my Celestia... don't look down Twilight, don't, look ahead, into the sunlight.
There were a few Crossed that were still following me, luckily I managed to get home, I closed the door, put barricades , and blocked the windows, I think we will be safe here for now. Immediately call Spike to warn him about what is happening, I hope he is asleep.
"TWILIGHT!"
"It can't be, you're one of them, Spike, is it still you?" I didn't want to believe it, it can't be possible, how can I be infected, that somepony get me out of this nightmare, LUNA DO SOMETHING.
"I'm going to fuck your ass Twilight and if you scream it will be more fun HAHAHA!"Spike said as he approached me with a kitchen knife in claws. Reasoning with him is useless, but, I can't kill somecreature I consider my family, I can't.
Spike was about to hit me with the knife but I stopped him with my magic.
"Spike, I'm sorry to do this, but if you still have something of your being, please let me know, I don't want to hurt you, tell me we're friends" I said with glassy eyes crying, my eyes were already hurting from crying a lot, but I couldn't help it, this whole situation will make me lose my sanity at some point, in fact, I'm surprised in some way to still be alive.
"NO! HARLOT! I JUST WANT TO FUCK YOUR CORPSE" There was definitely no hope, I haven lost somecreature very important to me, should I take that knife, cut my throat and let him do whatever Spike want to do with my body? No... I can't allow it, the body is a sacred temple, it cannot be desecrated in this way, I am very sorry to do this Spike, I will never forget you, I will fight for you, even if I die in the process, you were always a good friend and a brother for me, I hope you rest in a better place, while I stay in this hell, I will discover the truth of all this, then we can meet again in paradise.

When I notice that his body stopped moving, I put him on the ground and covered him with a blanket that he always used to sleep, if I have the opportunity, I will bury his body to give him a dignified farewell. After this day I will never be the same again. I will travel to every corner of Equestria in search of answers, I will do my best to fight, I will do all this for the ponies that perished and for Spike, hope to keep my promise.
I looked down with a dull look and continued crying "So long, Spike..."

my purpose with this story as I mentioned, is to make my own crossover of Crossed with MLP and make it as bloody, disgusting and shocking as possible like in the comics. Also I've already done several happy stories, why don't something gory for a change?
