Chapters An Old Reunion and New Family
In the Changeling Kingdom we see many of them going on about their daily business. Some of them have kids that are playing in the sun. But this story is about a special couple that got married for a year now. In the master bedroom we see a pink humanoid ailcorn holding a baby girl Changeling named Love Wing. Coming in the room was her husband: a male Changeling holding a baby boy Changeling named Fang. The couple is Cadence and Pharynx. Ever since he brought Cadence to the hive these 2 have been close like two peas in a pod. Today was a special day. It was their anniversary.
"Honey? Do you know what today is?" Cadence said.
"How could I forget? It's our anniversary. I can't believe we've been married for a year now." Pharynx said.
"Yes. But honey? I think we should head to Ponyville. I really want to see Twilight and her friends again. Im sure they must be extremely worried." Cadence said.
"I understand. 3 years passed and they haven't seen you. Of course we will head there. Besides I made us a reservation for dinner at that restaurant in Canterlot." Pharynx said.
"Oh honey you didn't need to do that." Cadence said.
"What kind of husband would I be if I didn't treat my wife out on our anniversary?" Pharynx said.
"True. But how will the ponies react when they see us together? Knowing were married?" Cadence said.
"I admit we had some history in the past. But we have not attacked anyone in over a year since we made a promise to you. And I don't intend to break it now." Pharynx said.
"Yes. That is the promise you made. Ok if your fine with it then so am i." Cadence said.
"Im glad we could agree on that. Now I bought you a present but you can't open it til after dinner. I like to keep it a surprise." Pharynx said.
"Aww thanks honey." Cadence said.
"Now while you get changed for tonight I'm going to see who will watch the kids." Pharynx said.
"You do that babe." Cadence said.
"Right. Come on you two. Daddy's going to get you a babysitter." Pharynx said holding the kids and leaving the room.

In the throne room we see the brother of Pharynx in there cleaning up making sure it stays clean. This is Thorax. He was a years younger than his brother. He got finished and put the broom away.
"Whew! Finally it's all finished." Thorax said.
"Hey Thorax!" A voice said.
He turned around seeing his brother coming down with the kids.
"Hey bro. You need something?" Thorax said.
"Yeah. Im taking my wife out for our anniversary tonight. While were gone I need you to watch the kids. It's really important that nothing happens to them. Understand?" Pharynx said.
"Yes. Don't worry I'll take good care of them. Let them get to know Uncle Thorax." Thorax said.
"Good. And one more thing. Make sure they get in bed by 9:30pm. If their not im going be upset." Pharynx said.
"Bro I got this. Were gonna have fun today aren't we you little cuties?" Thorax said.
Then Pharynx smiled seeing his brother going to take care of the kids. Then he saw Cadence coming down in a lovely black dress and coat. She also put on some makeup. She smiled seeing Thorax playing with the kids.
"Ok honey. You ready to go?" Cadence said.
"Yes my love. Thorax we'll be back in a few hours. Make sure they get in bed by 9:30pm." Pharynx said.
"Ok brother. You two have a good time." Thorax said.
He saw two leave the castle for they anniversary as they got on the carriage and headed to Ponyville. Which left Thorax with the kids.
"Alright you two. Uncle Thorax has some games planned for you." Thorax said.

3 hours passed and they arrived in Ponyville. The couple got out of the carriage and it took off. The both went to the castle where Twilight lives. She knocked on the door and when Twilight answered it she had tears pooled in her eyes.
"Cadence? Is that you?" Twilight croaked.
"Yes Twilight. It's me." Cadence said.
Twilight hugged her tight crying hard. She really missed her.
"Oh Cadence! I thought you were gone for good! It feels so good to have you back! Wait till the others and my brother hear this! We can finally have the wedding and be reunited!" Twilight said.
"Umm Twilight about that. I can't marry Shining. Im already engaged." Cadence said showing her the ring.
"What? But Shining missed you! He was devastated! Who did you marry?!" Twilight said.
"That would be me Twilight Sparkle." Pharynx said coming into view.
Twilight was shocked. She married a Changeling! But why?
"You married a Changeling?! How could you?!" Twilight said.
"Twilight. I have a reason why I married Pharynx here. If you bring the girls and Shining here we will explain everything." Cadence said.
"Ok. But I also want Celestia and Luna here too. They looked for you when you went missing." Twilight said.
"Sure. They can come too." Cadence said.
Everyone went inside the castle and Twilight shut the doors. They want the truth and they'll get it.

Telling the Truth and Dinner
In Twilight's castle we see the sisters, Shining Armor, and her friends sitting while staring at Pharynx. Twilight who came in the room sat down on the couch. She wanted the truth and will get it. Shining was angry at Pharynx because he stole his wife or was supposed to be his wife.
"You have a lot of nerve coming here after what you did to Cadence. Ruining my wedding. I was gonna be happy! And you ruined that moment!!" Shining said.
Pharynx remained calm and tried to take some steam off of him.
"I know your upset about what happened. But I assure you that I had a good reason why." Pharynx said.
"Oh really? What exactly was the reason?" Shining said.
"We needed a new queen for the Hive." Pharynx said.
"That's a bullshit excuse!! Undo whatever spell you casted and gimme back Cadence!!" Shining said. He was about to punch Pharynx but Cadence stopped him.
"Shining!! Enough!! He didn't cast a spell on me!!" Cadence said.
"How would you know that?!" Shining said.
"Because I would have sensed some evil magic. But there's no evil magic coming from Cadence. So there's no spell." Twilight said.
Shining calmed down and sat in a chair. But he was still angry.
"Pharynx. We wish to know why you took Cadence. And the reason why your married to her instead of Shining." Celestia said.
"Ah yes. Lemme explain. When me and the Changelings heard the upsetting news that mother was on the verge of dying we needed someone else to take the throne. I was next in line for it." Pharynx said.
"Ok? But couldn't you rule the Kingdom alone?" Rarity said.
"Im afraid not miss Rarity." Pharynx said.
"So your mother was dying and you took the throne?" Applejack said.
"Yes. She caught a very deadly disease in her body that made her extremely sick. Because of her condition she was forced to give up the throne. We tried finding a cure for mother but we had no success. Since I took her place it still wouldn't keep the Hive alive. So in order to prevent that we needed a new queen to rule beside me." Pharynx said.
"And you choose Cadence? But why would you take her on the day of Shining's wedding?" Luna said.
"I admit it was rather uncalled for but we had no other option. If we didn't have a new queen then the Kingdom along with all Changelings would perish." Pharynx said.
"So you needed Cadence to keep your people alive?" Fluttershy said.
"Yes miss Fluttershy. It was our best option." Pharynx said.
"Well so far he's been honest the whole time. But you didn't force her into a marriage did you?" Applejack said.
"Of course not. We may be destructive Changelings but we had our mortals to stand by. Now after we brought Cadence to the Hive we gave her a choice. We offered her to be the next queen and if she accepted the marriage then we would be peaceful. No killing, no love feeding, and no destruction of any kind." Pharynx said.
"But what if she declined it? Which she should have done in the first place!!" Shining said making Cadence angry.
"Shining you might regret that if I did. If I declined the marriage then the Changelings would have attacked all of you and destroyed your homes. I couldn't risk losing you." Cadence said.
"Yes Shining. You should be grateful that it wasn't the case. A year passed with no Changeling attacks. I also forgot to mention that I told Cadence that she has my word to not attack any of you. It was a promise we made and I don't attend to break it." Pharynx said.
"Likely story!! How do we know you're not lying just to attack now?!" Rainbow said.
"Rainbow! He's telling the truth. I can understand why he needed a queen because of his mom dying. Please continue." Celestia said.
"Thank you. Anyways we knew Cadence wasn't going to accept right away. So we decided to give her some time to think. We didn't force her by the way. 2 years went by and we were dating at the time. But after thinking long and hard Cadence has accepted the marriage. Since she did there was a law she had to obey. By Changeling law if a pony marries a Changeling then they must become the breeder of the Changeling they're engaged to." Pharynx said.
"So by your law she needed to be your sex slave? Gross." Rarity said.
"I wouldn't use those words exactly. And I didn't treat her like a sex slave. When I say that I mean they have to breed with the Changeling they're engaged to and raise their children to make sure the Hive stays alive." Pharynx said.
"Oh. That makes sense. Sorry." Rarity said.
"No harm done. Now I should remind you Shining that she grew a liking to me when we were dating. I know that you wanted to have her but what's done is done. No hard feelings right?" Pharynx said.
"No. But im still not happy with what you did." Shining said.
"Shining. I did this for your safety. I didn't want you to get hurt. You understand right?" Cadence said.
Shining thought about everything that Pharynx told everyone. Eventually he sighed and faced her.
"Now that I think about it I guess it's better that you did what you had to do. Granted im still sore about Pharynx marrying you but I rather not have Changelings attacking us." Shining said.
"A wise choice Shining. Accepting the fact that she's married to me and you moving on. So you all understand now?" Pharynx said.
"Yes Pharynx. If Cadence loves you then we accept that." Twilight said.
The both smiled and held each other close. They were glad that everyone understands why Cadence was missing.
"Thank you. Now if you'll excuse us we had dinner for our anniversary. Ready dear?" Pharynx said.
"Yes my love." Cadence said as they left the castle.

They walked all the way to the train station and got on a train on Canterlot. They arrived an hour later and made their way to the restaurant Pharynx made the reservation The both got their table and sat down and ordered their food. While they were waiting Pharynx couldn't wait any longer to give Cadence his gift.
"Cadence. I can't wait any longer. I want to give you my present. Hope you like it babe." Pharynx said as she gave her the present. She opened it up and it was a lovely emerald necklace. It had a emerald heart in the middle. She looked at it and smiled with tears pooling in her eyes.
"Oh Pharynx. It's beautiful. Thank you." Cadence said.
"Your welcome. I do anything for you babe." Pharynx said as they shared a passionate kiss. He even decided to put the necklace on her.
At that time the waiter came with their food. Cadence ordered the salad while Pharynx ordered the soup. The both enjoyed their food and left the restaurant and headed back to the hive. Meanwhile Cadence had one more surprise for their anniversary. But what is it? We'll find out.

The couple arrived back at the Hive and went inside. Once in they were greeted by Thorax who held a sleeping Fang and Love Wing in his arms.
"Hey you two lovebirds. Did you have a good time?" Thorax said.
"Yes we did Thorax. Shining was a little mad after he heard we were married. But after we explained everything he calmed down and accepted what happened." Cadence said.
"As long as everyone understands it's all good." Thorax said.
Thorax gave Love Wing to Cadence and Fang to Pharynx. They saw both their children sleeping peacefully and smiled.
"I see you manage to get the kids to sleep. Nice job brother. You keep that up and I might have you as a full time babysitter." Pharynx said.
"It was nothing. The kids were fun to be around with. Though they were a handful." Thorax said.
"Thanks for looking after them Thorax. And honey." Cadence said as he looked at her. "I have one more surprise for our anniversary. You get the kids in their bed and met me in our bedroom for some fun." Pharynx said.
"I'll be there sweetie. Alright sleepyheads bedtime." Pharynx said as he took the kids to their room.

Pharynx was in the kids room and he gently placed Love Wing and Fang in their beds. He smiled seeing his children sleeping peacefully. Before he left he turned on the baby monitor.
"Good night kids. Daddy will be here if something happens. He won't let any monsters get you." Pharynx said as he left the room.
He went to the bedroom door where Cadence is waiting to give the last gift for their anniversary. He slowly opened the door and it was all sorts of dark in there.
"Wow. It's really dark in here. But I remembered what happened last time. So im gonna close my eyes and turn the light on. Then we'll see what you got in store this time." Pharynx said.
He closed his eyes, turn on the light and turned around to see Cadence. This time she wore a dark pink bra and panties which had trouble containing her massive breasts and melon sized butt. She also wore some fake cat ears and a crown. To Pharynx she looked hotter then ever.
