We open to a shot of the Fugitoid's ship currently flying through space as it was heading towards the Milky Way Galaxy, it wasn't that long until they would finally see Earth again, and while some were excited to be going home again, other's were worried with knowing the Triceriton's have the generator again, and if they don't stop them, Earth could be destroyed forever.

Spike and everyone else was looking out the window, and they could see they're home galaxy just ahead of them, and most were glad to be seeing it again, Spike's itching was getting even worse the longer they took, and he was trying his best to ignore it considering everything else that's happening here.
"Look at it, the Milky Way! In all of her glory!" Donnie said with relief to see their galaxy again after so long.

"Yes! We're heading back to Earth!" Casey said with joy to know they're heading home.

"Master Splinter, New York, Ice Cream Kitty! Woohoo! Yeah!" Mikey cheered as he felt so glad they've made it this far.

"I'll finally get to see dad again, it feel's like a lifetime." April said with hope knowing this.

"I will admit, after going across the entire universe for this long, it's gonna be nice seeing Earth again." Jaqueline said as she crossed her arms looking out at the view.

"At least we'll finally go back to the place I would call a home.." Psiona said with some hope knowing they're almost back.

"We've been away from Earth for so long, it's hard to imagine we're finally going back.." Spike hissed while his scales were falling off which showed more red spots which looked really gross.

"Guys, this isn't a celebration, we've got one last shot to stop the Triceriton's, if they set off the generator again, we won't have a home to go back to!" Leo warned which Honeycutt agreed with.

"Leonardo is correct, we must retrieve the Black Hole Generator, we cannot travel back in time again, if we fail, Earth is doomed." Honeycutt warned with a serious tone which the other's had to agree with.

"We'll do whatever it takes to stop them, even if it means.. sacrificing our lives." Raph swore as they saw Chompy crawl on his shoulder who looked a bit concerned hearing that.

"Don't worry little guy, I'm not going anywhere." Raph assured while Spike smiled seeing the little guy.

"We'll make sure you see what Earth has to offer little Chompy, count on that." Spike assured the little turtle who roared with a little smile hearing that.

"We're going to go mad crazy on these freaks right?!" Casey asked hopefully looking ready to fight.

"Oh you can count on that Casey." Psiona said as she clutched her fists with a smirk.

"We won't let them destroy our home again, this time, we'll make it right!" Jaqueline declared while she raised her fist in the air.

"For Earth!" April cheered which made all of them cheer in agreement knowing this is they're last shot.

As this was happening, the Triceriton's have teleported right near Saturn and were approaching Earth, leading up to the same scenario that happened before Spike and everyone else was saved.
"Warp complete Captain Mozar, we have finally arrived, Earth's solar system." The scientist reported as they saw the view of Earth come on screen again.

"Excellent! Sargent Zog has located the last Kraang outpost! All hail Mozar!" Mozar shouted to every Triceriton in the room who began chanting his name as they all felt ready to finish the job for good.

"In mere Nexton's, Earth, the home to the vile Turtles, Bringer of Death, and her pitiful son, will be destroyed!" Mozar declared as they were approaching it even more by the second..

Back on the ship with everyone else, they were finally approaching they're solar system which wasn't too far away, after so many month's of being out in space, it felt good to see this place again.
"Man, I can't imagine how Twilight would feel, knowing I went across the universe like this." Spike said as they looked out the window knowing this is they're last time looking at it through this ship.

"She'd be amazed to know that, and probably jealous knowing you got to see thing's she may never be able to." Jaqueline teased which made Spike laugh at in response.

"Tell me about it, not to mention I'm close to growing wings, I've grown so much since I came to this planet, I still can't believe that it's been.. years since I've met you guys.." Spike said as he felt a bit sad knowing how long he's been away from his home.

"You may have been gone from your home for a long time, but you found so much here too, you found me, you found a new family, and you found a special purpose in your life. No matter what struggle's your still going through son, I know we'll make it out of this alive, and find our way home." Psiona assured while she looked down at him with a smile.

"Thanks mom, we won't let Earth be destroyed again, we can't." Spike said seriously while April was feeling something off with Honeycutt.

"How are we supposed to destroy the generator? What can we do to destroy it?" Raph asked wondering what they need to do.

"There is a way, the entire Heart of Darkness must be destroyed, not a single piece must remain." Honeycutt said with concern which April, Psiona, and Spike could all sense at once.

"What's wrong Honeycutt? I'm sensing you want to tell us all something." April asked as everyone looked at him.

"What are you hiding professor?" Psiona asked with a slightly upset look knowing he's keeping something from them.

Honeycutt only sighed hearing this, and decided it was time to reveal to them the truth.
"My friends, there is something I must confess, something I couldn't tell you until you got to know me better as a humanoid.. uh.. Android." Honeycutt said nervously which concerned everyone.

"What is it Honeycutt?" Spike asked with concern while he slightly scratched himself again which made Psiona stop him to prevent anything worse from happening.

You see.. all of you.. it was.. not the Kraang who invented the Black Hole Generator.. it was.. I who created it.." Honeycutt admitted which shocked everyone to no end.

"WHAT?!" Everyone screamed at once to know this horrible truth.

"W.. why?! Why would you make such a thing?!" Spike hissed with anger while Honeycutt looked down with guilt as we see a flashback of the creation of the devices origin.

"I originally created the Black Hole Generator as an energy source, but when Kraang Sub Prime offered me a huge price to buy it, I gave in, I was greedy, I didn't care what they wanted to use it for. It was all about money, about financing my research." Honeycutt explained as we see his old self realize the horrible mistake he had just made.

"And then I had realized I made a terrible mistake, I mean, come on! They're the Kraang!" Honeycutt admitted which made everyone have mixed reactions, while people like Spike, Psiona, Mikey, April, Donnie and Jaqueline could see his regret's for this, everyone else felt betrayed knowing it.

"That is messed up yo!" Casey said with a look of betrayal while Leo marched up to him.

"Fugitoid how could you?! You lied to us! Everything was a lie!" Leo said with fury as Donnie, Spike and Psiona ran up to him to stop him from doing anything stupid.

"Hold up Leo! The professor saved our lives, over and over again!" Donnie argued while Leo pushed them away.

"He clearly show's regret for what he did! We can't just think he's doing this out of pure spite!" Spike argued too while Psiona clutched her fists knowing this.

"Even I have to agree, I've made many mistakes in my life and have regretted them, and we can't hold a grudge against someone who's wanting to make up for what he's done." Psiona replied too while she looked at Honeycutt.

"He gave us a second chance Leo! His heart's in the right place!" April argued too which Raph didn't believe.

"He doesn't have a heart! He's a robot!" Raph screamed which made Jaqueline slap him with frustration.

"Robot's have feeling's too you idiot!" Jaqueline shouted as Honeycutt looked down with guilt knowing what he's done.

"If it weren't for you, Earth wouldn't have been destroyed! Billion's of lives wouldn't have been lost! Spike wouldn't be nearly at risk of losing his mind again! and this insane space chase wouldn't have ever happened!" Leo accused while pointing at him with a look of fury.

"I was a different humanoid! All those centuries ago! I am trying to make up for my mistakes, i've changed!" Honeycutt argued back while looking really hurt hearing this.

"Mistakes?!" Leo screamed while Mikey tried to hold him back.

"Calm down bro! Let's give him a second chance! Isn't that something we've all learned by now? To give someone a second chance?" Mikey reminded while Leo looked very upset knowing this horrible truth.

"I don't wanna be part of the Fugitoid's plans anymore! I'll come up with my own way to stop the Triceriton's!" Leo declared as he began to leave the room.

"Leo! Wait!" Spike hissed as he was trying to stop him from doing something stupid while Honeycutt looked down with shame.

Back on the Triceriton's ship, they were just moving around Mars and were approaching Earth even more then before while Mozar looked out of the bridge still.
"Faster! We must get to the Earth!" Mozar ordered as another scientist came up to him.

"Captain Mozar, the turtles, Bringer of Death, and her child approach." He reported after detecting them nearby.

"Are they cloaked?" Mozar asked with an upset look.

"No, they are coming in fast, orders sir?" He asked as he showed Mozar everyone was charging head first into an assault on the Triceriton's.

"Hold your fire until we're around Mars, then we'll unleash our entire fleet on them! Let us be done with these pests!" Mozar ordered which everyone could understand.

The Fugitoid's ship was traveling across the Solar System as fast as it could while everyone was preparing to do everything they could to stop these freaks from destroying they're home.
"Don't you understand? A direct assault is futile! Against all odds, it will be us who will be assaulted!" Honeycutt warned which most of the people in the room just ignored.

"We got no choice Fugitoid!" Raph said as he didn't look at him while Casey glared at him with anger.

"Yeah, thanks to you!" Casey insulted while pointing at him again which made Honeycutt look down with shame knowing that.

"I.. understand.." Honeycutt said shamefully while Psiona sensed something coming for them.

"Guys! Look out from above!" Psiona shouted as she moved the ship upwards to barely avoid being hit by dozen's of blasts fired from the Triceriton's.

"They were trying to use a sneak attack on us! Let's give them some payback!" Jaqueline shouted as she took control of the weapons and began firing back at them to hold them back.

"Hold on, where's Leo and Spike? They never came back!" Donnie warned which made April realize something important.

"Leo come in! Answer your com's! Spike! Are you there?!" April asked from the transmitter hoping they'd respond.

Spike was currently trying to hold Leo back from getting into the Stealth ship, Leo was wanting to do a full assault by himself to destroy them, but Spike knew Leo was being extremely stupid right now.
"Let go of me Spike! I know what I'm doing!" Leo shouted as Spike had his tail coiled around him to keep him from moving to the ship.

"No you don't! Your being too rash and hasty about this! Think about this for just a second! Your trying to take on an entire army of highly advanced alien dinosaurs with weapons and ships that could kill you, with a Stealth Ship! Your not invincible! Your not a one man army!" Spike hissed as he pulled Leo back into the hall and shut the door to the ship tight.

"Move over Spike, you need to see that the Fugitoid's just using us to get his black hole machine back!" Leo argued back while Spike tried ignoring his itches all over him.

"Leo, look! I know your mad at him, a lot of us are, but people like me, my mom, Jaqueline, April, Donnie and Mikey all know he's trying to make up for what he's done! What he did was awful sure, but you heard it from him! He's wanting to make up for it, he's trying to fix the mistake he made!" Spike hissed as Leo tried lunging at him, but it only made Spike wrap his snake hand around him to stop him from doing anything stupid while they're com's were off for now.

But with the space battle happening as they speak, it resulted in the ship being shooken by the damage it was taking from the Triceriton's, and it made the two of them scream as they fell back into the living room which pushed them away even further.
"You don't get it Spike! This isn't just a mistake! He did something that's just as awful as the Kraang! He made a machine that could kill billions!" Leo argued back while Spike hissed at him very loudly to shut him up.

"And you don't get that Honeycutt know's how awful the mistake he made was! You don't have to trust him knowing this, but you can't just go out there, and try to take on an entire army by yourself! You will die!" Spike argued again while they were both taking heavy breath's.

Leo took in that advise Spike told him, and after thinking for just a minute over it, he realized that.. it was extremely stupid, there's no way he'd be able to take out an entire mothership that could easily destroy him and the Stealth Ship, with one mistake, he could die, and leave the other's without a proper person to help lead them..

"Spike.. I'm.. I'm sorry.. your right.. if I were to go out there.. I I.." Leo couldn't finish his sentence before Spike took a deep breath himself and calmed down and helped him up so they could talk properly.

"I know your upset Leo, we can understand it. But you can't just try to do something like this, your our leader Leo, we're family. We always take thing's on together, Even if you don't trust Honeycutt, you need to trust in your family, if we lost you, we may lose the motivation to keep fighting, which will result in Earth being destroyed forever. I've been through a lot of pain since I got mutated, my head still feels like it may snap at any moment, but I've tried my best to resist it. But I don't know what will happen if we lose you. You guys are the only family I have here, and if we fail.. I.. I may never see my home again.." Spike said with tears as he really missed Equestria.

Leo took that in, and he knew Spike was right, their entire home is at stake, and if they do something stupid like this, they could lose everything, and everyone they know.
"Your right Spike.. It was stupid of me to think that, we can't win unless we stand together, I know your going through a lot Spike, you barely look like you can fight with this.. Molting state your going through, but if it means anything, it'll give us the chance, we all need to fight as one. I'm sorry for acting so stupid like that Spike.." Leo apologized which made Spike sigh in relief hearing.

"It's alright Leo, we're all really stressed right now. But we can't waste anytime here, come on, let's go back to help the others." Spike insisted as he started slithering up the stairs to get to the bridge, and Leo smiled as he was about to follow behind.

But a loud crash was suddenly felt on the whole ship, and they both screamed as they fell over while the alarms were going off.
"Guys! What's going on!?" Spike shouted over his intercom while everyone on the bridge was screaming with fear.

"We're going down! We've been hit!" Donnie replied with fear as the ship was hit by the squad of raptor's, and the whole ship began falling towards the surface of Mars which gave the Triceriton's the time to escape.

The Triceriton's could see their ship falling towards Mars, and Mozar grinned knowing that will give them plenty of time to get to Earth.
"Excellent! Engineer's! Full speed ahead! We have a planet to destroy!" Mozar ordered his men who complied and made the ship go as fast as they could.

Everyone continued the scream as the ship was still falling towards Mars, and Spike and Leo soon fell out int on the bridge from all the spiraling around.
"Leo! Your alright!" Mikey said with some relief knowing Spike stopped him from taking the Stealth ship.

"For now I am, but we won't be unless we get out of this!" Leo screamed as Donnie tried getting them out of this.

"The Control's are frozen!" Donnie said with fear while Psiona held onto the wall with her claws with Jaqueline hanging on her tail.

"You think that's not obvious!?" Jaqueline screamed while the ship was starting to catch fire from going at such fast speeds.

"Diverting converters, failing! Power supply.. depleting! Brain spinning!" Honeycutt beeped as his head was spiraling around from so much pressure.

"You were right Leo! He is useless!" Casey mocked as Leo was trying to get into his station, and at that moment, Honeycutt finally found a way that could save them from this crash.

"Activating secondary systems! Overriding control's! Sending all powers to the thrusters!" Honeycutt screamed as he took control of the ship again as the ship kept spiraling down and almost crashed on Mars. But thankfully, that managed to save all of them from crashing, and everyone cheered as the ship was able to rise back up and began heading back into space to save Earth.

Everyone sighed with relief knowing they're safe for now, and Leo especially was glad that they're alive.
"Man.. that was too close.." Spike said as he fell over from exhaustion and all the pressure they just had while everyone looked at Leo and felt glad that he didn't go out.

"Leo, your here, that means that.. Spike was able to talk with you wasn't he?" Donnie asked hopefully while Leo looked down shamefully for almost doing something so rash.

"He did, he helped me realize that what I was doing is stupid, I'm sorry guys, I'm still just really angry at what the professor did, but if there's one thing I learned from this, it's that I can't just leave all of you like this, we all need to fight together if we're gonna fight the Triceriton's." Leo said with a small smile which everyone was glad to hear.

"My son was able to help you see that? That is such a relief." Psiona said as she helped Spike back up who chuckled knowing he was able to do it.

"You did something very smart Spike, thank you so much for convincing him." Jaqueline said gratefully as she hugged him again while Spike smiled hearing that.

"Thanks guys, I wasn't about to let our leader almost die." Spike said with a smile while Leo smiled at the others.

"I'm sorry I almost went out like that guys, while I still don't trust Fugitoid, I'm not leaving my family alone. And I won't do it again." Leo assured which they were glad to hear.

"I'm just glad you were able to realize that Leo." Raph said with relief while Chompy made another little roar again hearing all of this.

But while this was all nice to hear, Leo knew they still had important stuff to do, and soon regained focus on what's important.
"As much as I'd like to talk with you guys still, we need to head to Earth before the Triceriton's get there!" Leo warned which made them realize how much time they've wasted.

"The Triceriton's have probably made it to Earth as we speak." Donnie said with fear as they could all feel the same event's from before was happening right now with the Triceriton's invasion.

"We need to come up with a plan to stop them quickly! " Spike said seriously as everyone tried thinking of a plan to help them as their ship was heading towards Earth as fast as possible.

As this was all happening, the same event's from the last time Spike and the turtles went through was happening, Bishop was able to warn they're past selves again about the invasion, and everything up to the Technodrome's destruction, and the last fight against the Triceriton's was happening now.

The past versions of Spike and the turtles made it to Washington Square while they saw the Triceriton's powering up the weapon, but like before, as they tried sneaking they're way to the generator, Mikey got one of the soldier's attention which blew they're cover.
"Earth creatures! Attack!" The Triceriton screamed as they all began firing on all of them, everything was falling into place as the same scene we've seen is happening before. Psiona was able to save Bishop from being shot down which made her have him go warn the Utrom, and before one of the soldiers fired at her, a ninja star destroyed it just in time, and they saw Splinter had arrived with allies to help out.

"We heard you needed some assistance." Splinter said again as he had arrived with the help of the Mutanimals's, along with any other ally they had with them.

"Splinter!" Past Leo and Spike shouted with relief to see them here.

"And reinforcement's, yes!" Past Raph cheered a s a car went flying over the area and knocked another soldier down, and they soon saw Leatherhead and Slash were here to help too.

"You guys ready for this?!" Past Spike asked with anger as he drew his blades.

"Let's go!!" Psiona roared as all of them charged into battle just like before.

"Booyakasha!!" Everyone screamed as they began to fight them off while Mozar was shocked seeing they're enemy's were already here.

"Impossible! How did every one of them get back to Earth before us?! I want answers!" Mozar demanded as the battle was happening like before, and Rockwell was able to detect more were coming.

"Great Scott! More are about to beam down!" Rockwell warned just before Mozar and the rest of his men beamed down and knocked him away, and destroyed his helmet like before which made him unable to fight back. The past version of Mikey tried attacking Mozar, but was soon grabbed in the chest again and was restrained by him.

"Foolish little one! You are coming with me!" Mozar said as he started to teleport himself away with Mikey being taken with him.

"Mikey! no!!" The past Spike screamed as Mikey was taken away, and more soldiers teleported down to capture the rest of them.

The current versions of the heroes were flying towards Earth which wasn't too far away, they had very little time to save their home, and they just hoped they could make it in time.
"There's still a chance we can stop the Triceriton's right?!" Casey asked hopefully while looking very stressed out.

"Well.. we should arrive approximately five minutes earlier then the last time I arrived. Bleep! Five minutes ain't bad right?" Honeycutt asked nervously as Spike felt his itching was getting out of control.

"Ugh! I don't think that will be enough time for this itch to go away!" Spike hissed while he felt horrible with the state he's in right now.

"I still don't understand why we didn't drop them into a star or something when we had the chance? Why didn't we destroy them?" Leo asked with frustration with what's happening now.

"I designed the Generator, so it is only vulnerable to a combination of Fusion, and Dark Matter. So, if you will calm down, and allow me to.." Honeycutt couldn't even finish his sentence before the alarm went off again, and they could see something happening right now.

"Guys, look! I'm tapping into the Earth's satellite footage!" Donnie announced as he pulled up the monitor's which showed the Triceriton's were activating the generator right now.

"No! They're starting the timer again! We need to hurry now!" Jaqueline said with fear as the ship was almost approaching the planet's atmosphere.

"Dudes check it out, I'm zooming in! That's you guys coming to rescue me, in the Stealth ship?" Mikey reminded as they saw their past versions almost get destroyed by the Triceriton's which made Mikey scream with terror.

"Ah! You guys blowed up!" Mikey screamed which made Raph slap his face repeatedly to snap him out of it.

"Mikey, calm down! We had a teleporter remember?" Raph reminded as we cut to the past versions of Spike and the turtles being teleported onto the ship like before.

"We're alive!" Past Leo said with relief seeing they're on the ship.

"You snagged a teleporter? You mean we could've just beamed here?!" Past Raph asked with frustration while looking at Donnie.

"There's only one charge and I.. oh man we're in trouble!" Past Donnie said with fear while the Triceriton's surrounded them all.

"Celestia Damnit!" Past Spike swore as they saw Mozar march open to them with Mikey being held in his claws again.

"Guys, that was awesome! Thanks for the sweet rescue! Who's gonna rescue us next, April, Casey? Jaqueline?" Past Mikey asked hopefully which Spike winced at.

"Eh.." Past Spike said nervously while trying to find and answer for this.

"The little one does not seem to recognize me, let me ask you a question, do any of you know me?" Mozar questioned which confused they're past selves.

"Actually no, we've never seen you before." Leo answered honestly while the Past Spike felt something was off.

"I would've known if I met you before, but from your expression, you somehow know us, don't you?" Past Spike questioned back which made Mozar drop Past Mikey from hearing that.

"Even both versions of you are irritating no matter what, but from what we know now, it looks like we must eliminate all of versions of you to be done with this!" Mozar said with anger as he's realized what this means.

Back on the ship, Honeycutt had come up with a plan that could save the Earth, but he needed to make sure everyone was on board with this plan of his.
"Here's my plan, while all of you aid your past selves, I will capture the generator with my tractor beam." Honeycutt instructed which made the whole group suspicious of him.

"So.. you drop us off on Earth and take the generator alone? Forget it!" Leo countered as he knew that was a bad idea.

"I can sense your hiding something professor, what is it?" April asked with worry while Honeycutt hesitated to answer.

"Your holding something back, what aren't you telling us?" Spike asked with a defensive pose while Psiona and Jaqueline stood besides him.

"Cough it up Fuge! what's the deal yo?" Casey asked as everyone was drawing they're weapons.

"There is no deal! It is inheriting that you all follow my exact plan, without question!" Honeycutt replied with a look of frustration which made everyone lose they're trust in him even more.

"We.. we can't do that." Psiona admitted while they all knew something was wrong.

"We're going to Earth professor, and your coming with us!" Raph declared which gave Honeycutt no other choice.

"No, I am not, if you will not agree to my plan.. then you are no longer wanted on this ship!" Honeycutt countered as the ship's alarms were going off, and a trap door suddenly opened below all of them, and they all screamed as they went sliding down towards a hole which threw them off the ship, and they all screamed with fear as they went falling towards the surface of New York.

Everyone fell to the surface of Earth at fast speeds as the invasion was still happening, but before they were able to hit the ground, they were all stopped by the Tractor Beam, and it soon let them go which made them all land on the ground roughly as they saw the ship was flying off.
"Ugh, he could've at least given us a safer landing.." Psiona said with frustration as she wiped some dirt off her armor.

"Did.. he just save us?" Jaqueline asked with surprise while they all looked at the sky.

"No, he didn't. He was just guilty, he'll just steal the generator back when the day is done." Leo said with annoyance as the ship took back off into space leaving them back on Earth.

"At least we're finally back on Earth.." Spike said with relief to see they're old home again.

"We won't be able to see it for long, come on! Washington Square isn't too far ahead!" Donnie said as they all started running to where the generator was to prevent their world's destruction again.

As this was happening, the past versions of Spike and the turtles were just beamed down too after escaping the Triceriton's and landed on a pile of cars as a result.
"Man that Mozar was one crazy weirdo!" Mikey said with confusion over what he meant with all of that.

"He knows something we don't guys, and I have the feeling we're about to find out." Past Spike hissed as his senses were going off again.

"Let's not worry about that for now, we got a world to save!" Past Raph declared just as they all barely avoided being shot by a large blast that came through the wall they're hiding behind. They looked through it and saw they're friends were fighting off the Triceriton's after they had allied with the Foot Clan to gain a fighting chance.

The past versions of themselves went into help just as the present versions arrived too with they're space gear to help out.
"Let's not make the same mistake twice! Let's go!" Spike shouted as he slithered into battle and quickly whipped down one of the soldiers which the other versions noticed.

"Hold on, is that.. us!?" Past Psiona asked with shock while she broke another Triceriton's fist during this which made him scream with pain.

"Yep, we're you from the future!" Psiona announced while she grabbed that soldier's head and kneed him in the face which made her past self deliver a roundhouse kick to his chest which knocked him away.

The two Psiona's were surprised with that little teamwork they just did, but soon grinned at eachother as they got the same idea.
"Oh this is gonna be fun!" Both Psiona's said at once as they turned they're arms into cannon's and began firing on the soldiers to multiply the power.

But as this was happening, the timer was almost done counting down, and Splinter was running towards it as Shredder ran behind him to finish him for good.
"No you.. don't!" Spike screamed as he lunged at Shredder and tackled him down just before he could attack Splinter which got his attention, and Leo made sure the timer couldn't go off by blasting the timer too so it was shut down for good.

"The timer's down!" Past Spike said with relief just before he was hit by his current self after Shredder threw him back.

"Fascinating, two versions of the same dragon! I will enjoy making you both suffer!" Shredder swore as he drew his blades and began marching to them, but he was soon kicked down by Splinter who was furious at him for trying to kill him at this moment.

"I knew you were a snake Saki, but stopping me from saving the world?!" Splinter asked with fury as he drew his sword.

"A bit offended here Splinter!" Both Spike's shouted at once which made Splinter feel a bit bad from saying it.

"It is because of you that Karai is gone!" Shredder screamed as he went to fight him for what could be the last time.

But as this was happening, the current Spike was starting to feel his itch getting out of control, and his body started to glow which was making him freak out.
"What's happening to you?!" Past Spike asked with shock as he was frantically scratching himself.

"Something that mom said would happen! Just.. give me a minute!" Spike screamed as he tried to get rid of this horrible feeling.

"Wait a second, if your me from the future.. how long will this happen exactly?" Past Spike asked as he ducked under a Triceriton's punch and grabbed his hand before throwing him far away.

"Around.. 6 months from now!" Spike screamed as he felt his scales starting to turn to stone somehow which was making him freak out.

"Oh no! No no not now!" Spike screamed as he saw multiple Triceriton's charge at them before both Jaqueline's knocked them down and turned back to them.

"Spike!" Both Jaqueline's screamed as they rushed up to them, but it was too late as Spike's body got covered up completely, and was completely frozen which horrified everyone.

"Spike!" The current turtles shouted with fear as Psiona was holding another soldier back with her strength.

"He'll.. be fine! Just give my son a minute!" Psiona screamed as her past self came in and shot that Triceriton down with her power.

And as this happened, the current Spike's body began cracking, the stone around him began falling off, and before anyone knew it, a bright explosion of green fire suddenly erupted from him which blinded everyone and knocked the current Triceriton's down.

"Ugh.. what?" Jaqueline asked with worry as they all looked to where the blast came from, but to their shock, they saw Spike was soon freed again, but what made it better, is that not only did he look normal again, he also had sprouted something right behind his back as his eyes were opening again.

"What happened?" Spike asked as he held his head which still hurt right now. Everyone was in complete shock in what they were seeing right behind him, and the past Spike looked amazed knowing this.

"Look behind yourself.." Past Spike said with awe as they kept looking at him, this made Spike look surprised for a moment before he looked at his back, and to his surprise, he had sprouted large dark purple wings that came after he had fully molted down, and that amazed him to no end.

"Did.. I just sprout wings?!" Spike asked with amazement while Psiona was proud seeing him fully grow them after all this time.

"Yes you did son! Your molting process is finished! You have wings now!" Psiona said with a confident look while her past self felt proud knowing that.

"Awesome!" Both Spike's said at once as they high fived eachother.

"So it's true, I'll get wing's in the future?!" Past Spike asked excitedly while they saw the Triceriton's were getting back up.

"If we make it through this, why won't we show them who they're messing with?!" Spike asked confidently as he spread them out, and already was starting to get them to flap which lifted him off the ground.

"I can't believe I'm teaming up with my future self, this is awesome! Booyakasha!!" Both Spike's screamed as they charged into battle and began to take them down effortlessly.

But as this was happening, Mozar had finally beamed down too after having enough time being wasted, and he knocked Donnie to his current brother's as all versions of Spike and the turtles stood together which made him see the truth.
"So you Time Traveled back to save your world, which means I destroyed it the first time did I not? Now Mozar will win the second round!" Mozar declared as he tried firing on them which made everyone jump out of the way.

"Not it we have anything to say about it!" Jaqueline screamed as she and her past self used they're hammer's to knock his blaster out of his hand, and both versions of Spike came in and delivered a hard whip to head which knocked him back even further which made him growl with fury.

"Your outmatched Mozar! Your facing 2 versions of us! You can't win!" Spike mocked while both Psiona's aimed at him while growling with anger.

"I can sense your fears Mozar! Your afraid of all of us! I've seen it in your stubbornness! You know you can't win this!" Psiona said as she shot directly at him which made him charge through the blast head on and taking any damage given to him.

"I don't care how many of you there are! I will destroy every last one of you! I am Captain Mozar! I've had enough of you all for long enough! Ever since your pathetic son took my arm, I've been looking forward to finishing all of you!" Mozar roared as he charged towards Spike who slithered out of the way, and even at the risk, Spike raised his snake hands forward and used his powers to hold Mozar in place with his psychic powers which prevented him from moving.

""You brought this on yourself Mozar! I've had enough of the Triceriton's! I've had enough of nearly losing my mind, and I am tired, of.. you!" Spike screamed as he threw Mozar in the air and raised his wings, he quickly took off and quickly slashed at Mozar rapidly to deal heavy damage to him.

Spike soon slithered across a punch from Mozar as he was falling in the air, and Spike soon grabbed his tail and screamed as he threw him down towards the ground, Mozar screamed as he fell directly towards the ground, and the Past Spike joined in and jumped high into the air, he made a loud snake hiss as he used Jaqueline's hammer and smashed his back so hard that they heard a bone crack, and that made Mozar fly downwards even more before he hit the ground and created a crater from taking such a heavy hit.

Both versions of Spike landed back down while Mozar was trying to get up, Spike smirked as he looked at his wings and already loved having them here.
"I'm gonna have a blast with these things." Spike hissed as everyone stood together to finish him off.

As this was happening, Shredder and Splinter were still fighting after Shredder nearly killed Splinter again, and Splinter was not holding back against him this time knowing what's at stake.
"I will rid the world of vile monster's like you!" Shredder screamed as he tried to stab him with his blades, but that made Splinter wrap his arm around his shoulder before he used a special pressure point move and knocked Shredder back extremely hard with his palm which made him scream with pain.

"The only monster here is you Saki!" Splinter screamed as he rushed to him and avoided any more slashes Shredder tried throwing at him, and he kept using some special pressure point moves to disable his body, and Splinter finished it off by grabbing him by the helmet, and using that same move directly on his face which made Shredder scream with pain even more as his entire body got disabled from his move.

Shredder's body landed down on the ground extremely hard, his helmet was knocked off him, and he couldn't do anything to fight back as Tiger Claw went to check on him.
"Master Shredder!" Tiger claw said with worry as he tried to see if he's okay, only Shredder could move his eyes as he saw Tiger claw near him, and he growled at Splinter with rage knowing what he's done.

"You may have won this time, but don't count the foot out for long!" Tiger claw warned as Splinter was walking away from feeling very weak.

And as the battle was ending, Spike screamed as he charged at Mozar as he tried delivering one last attack at him, but Spike only wrapped his snake body around his arms and twisted them even more which made him scream with pain, and everyone else finished it off by jumping at him and delivering one last attack at him all at once.

This made Mozar's body fly across the park as everyone was still ready to fight, Mozar weakly got up and growled with rage seeing both versions of his enemy's.
"It's over Mozar!" Spike declared as he could feel his powers surging up again, no matter what pain his head was going through, he wasn't gonna let his mind break at this moment.

"No.. it's.. not!" Mozar growled as he tapped on his teleporter and beamed himself back to the ship along with every other Triceriton which surprised everyone.

Mozar went back onto the ship and weakly stood back up as he had one last plan of attack to win this fight.
"Take us back to the mothership! We will power it up to destroy this city, and we will retrieve the Heart of Darkness from it's ashes, then wipe out the entire Earth!" Mozar screamed as the ship was heading back to the mothership to finish the job.

Back on Earth, Splinter was still making his way back to everyone else, but soon was stopped as the current versions of Spike and everyone else came and hugged him tightly from seeing him again.
"Splinter!" Spike said with tears as they all held him tightly as they felt so happy to see him again after so long, even though Splinter was confused, he could tell they've been through a lot, and he hugged them back to take in this moment.

But a bright blue light suddenly appeared next to them again, and to their surprise, they saw the generator was being taken by Honeycutt again just like he was said to, and that made everyone extremely afraid.
"No, he's got the Generator! It's what he wanted all along!" Leo said with anger as the ship took off towards the Triceriton ship, and that's when Spike could feel something strange again.

"No, this is different, he didn't just come to steal it, he's.. planning something else!" Spike said with fear which made Donnie figure out what he means.

"Guys.. I finally get it.. he said the only way to destroy the black hole generator, was with a combination of Fusion and Dark Matter." Donnie announced which worried everyone hearing it.

"Which means?" Casey asked with worry as they saw it fly closer to the ship.

"The ship is powered by Dark Matter, and the Fugitoid, is powered by a Fusion Core!" Donnie declared which made everyone gasp with horror knowing what that means.

"Wait.. then does that mean?!" Jaqueline asked with fear as Honeycutt was setting the ship's programming to use all of it's power to destroy it for good.

"He didn't throw us off the ship to steal the generator.. he's.. saving us.." Leo said as they all were horrified hearing this.

"No! Fugitoid don't do this!" Mikey begged as he could hear them over the intercom.

"Please don't!" Psiona begged as Honeycutt was making his final preparations on the ship.

"It has to be this way my friends, if you knew, you surely would've tried to stop me. And for that, I thank you." Honeycutt said as the ship's core was set to max as he was preparing to use all of his power as he headed towards the Triceriton ship.

"Sir, we are ready and awaiting your command!" The soldier's said as the ship attached to the mothership again.

"Power up the Devastator! And destroy the city now!" Mozar ordered as all the ship's were powering up the Devastator's that were built into them to combine them into one last horrible attack. But Honeycutt wasn't going to let this happen, and he flew his ship directly towards the cannon to destroy himself along with the Triceriton's.

"Let it be known, that you are all my friends, and I love you all.." Honeycutt said with guilt as he closed his eyes and he felt his entire ship overload with the combination of power which Mozar noticed, and he was horrified knowing what he's about to do.

"No! NOOOO!" Mozar screamed as Honeycutt flew into the blast directly as it fired, and with they're combined power, it was all enough to finally destroy both the Black Hole Generator, every single Triceriton, and even Honeycutt himself.

Everyone was partially blinded by the light that was seen through space, but once it died down, everyone was in complete shock knowing that Honeycutt is.. gone..
"Honeycutt.. he.. saved us.." Spike said with guilt as he hugged his mother and Jaqueline who felt awful for this.

"It's okay son.. it's gonna be okay.." Psiona assured as they held him close.

"At least it's over now.. we've won.. Earth is safe.." Jaqueline said with relief knowing it's all over.

Splinter had walked up to both versions of the heroes, and despite the questions he has, he was proud knowing that the world is safe thanks to them.
"I do not fully understand what transpired here this evening, but I thank my family, both present, and future." Splinter said gratefully as he looked at both versions of them

"So uh.. what are we gonna do about this? The Earth isn't big enough for two Casey Jones's." Past Casey asked as his past self pushed him back a bit.

"Hey back off punk!" Casey said with an offended look.

"How are there even two versions of us existing at once? Shouldn't we like.. cease to exist or something since we altered the future?" Spike questioned as this all felt confusing to him.

"Guess that' s not how it works after all, it's still weird though seeing another version of myself." Past Spike said as he looked at his new self who was still getting used to having wings.

"Hey, if there's two of us, that means there will be twice the trouble for people who threaten Earth here!" Psiona said with a smirk as her past self playfully pushed her back a bit.

"Don't think we'll fall behind you guys!" Past Psiona laughed while both April's and Jaqueline's sat next to eachother.

"I don't know, I've always kinda wanted a twin sister." April said as she looked at her past self.

"Wow, me too! This is actually kinda cool!" Past April said with a chuckle seeing this.

"Wonder how your dad's gonna react seeing two of you at once?" Jaqueline joked which made her past self laugh a bit.

"He's probably gonna pass out in shock if he does." Jaqueline added which made them both laugh.

But they're talk was soon stopped as they heard a familiar ship fly down to the surface, and to they're surprise, they saw.. the Fugitoid's ship was still here..
"What? Fugitoid's? He's back?!" Mikey asked with surprise to see this.

"How is that possible?!" Spike questioned as they all went up to see this.

"Hold on.. if there are two set's of us in this universe, then there would be two Fugitoid's as well!" Donnie realized as the ship landed down and opened up it's doors, and to everyone's surprise and relief, they saw the past version of come out like he had done before.

"Hello my friends, I am professor Zayton Honeycut, how would you like to go on a wonderous adventure?" Honeycutt offered the past selves who were all on board and looked amazed being offered that.

"Oh hell yeah!" Past Spike cheered as he and the past versions were eager to go across space.

"Space is awesome guys, and if there's one guy in the universe you can trust, it's the professor." Leo assured as they all looked at him with grateful smiles.

"Thank you Leonardo, perhaps we'll all meet again, in the future!" Past Honeycutt said as they all felt good knowing they'll be okay.

"We'll miss you! Goodbye!" The past versions of everyone said as they all gave Splinter one last hug before they rushed off to the ship for a journey across space.

"Wait, I think we must talk about this!" Splinter said with worry for them as all of their past selves were wanting to go.

"Take care of our son!" Past Psiona shouted as she ran onto the ship.

"Same goes to you!" Psiona said respectfully as both Spike's shook tails respectfully and smiled at eachother.

"If you ever find a way back to Equestria, don't forget to tell Twilight about this adventure you went on, alright?" Past Spike asked playfully which made him laugh in response.

"Oh I will, have fun out there!" Spike said as his past self carried his Jaqueline in his arms as they went onto the ship.

"Thank you!" Past Jaqueline said gratefully as they all waved goodbye. Everyone else waved goodbye too as they saw the ship fly off with their past selves going with them.

"So.. does this mean we just took our past lives positions or something?" Spike asked with some concern seeing this.

"I guess so, but something tells me we won't have to worry about it." Jaqueline said as she gave Spike another kiss which made him laugh again before he hugged her back.

"I gotta say, out of all the day's I've seen, this day has gotta be one of the weirdest." Slash said with a confused look over what the heck just happened.

"Have we got some stories for you pal." Raph said with a smile as Spike patted Slash's back and felt glad to see him again.

"They are quite the story's let me tell you!" Spike said playfully which Slash chuckled at from hearing.

"I would like to hear some stories as well my sons?" Splinter asked which Leo was glad to agree with, but they all needed rest after going on such a large adventure.

"How about first thing tomorrow sense? Tonight, I need some sleep." Leo replied as they all were going home, feeling relieved that they're home is finally safe after all they went through.

"What an adventure." Spike said with relief as he looked up at the starry sky and smiled at it one last time before leaving with everyone else. While they went through a lot of tough trial's during this journey across the universe, they all finally saved they're home, and were ready to take on what comes next. But as they all went home, at the place where the Triceriton ship and Honeycutt's own ship was destroyed, we see a single piece of Honeycutt's head float in the air, and it somehow begins to activate again, somehow being alive..

Thanks for reading this guys! And that's a wrap on the space saga of Season 4, we're halfway through this season now, and we're finally getting closer to the final fight with Shredder. I think this was a good ending to the space saga, it felt really cool and epic knowing what they went through, while this was a lot to put into a chapter, I hope that what I added in here felt like it helped move the chapter along in a good way.

I do have ideas to blend Spike now having wings into the next set of episodes after this, but I just hope him getting them here didn't feel forced, while he still has snake hands. By the time the season's over, I'll make sure the stuff I've set up with him is wrapped up properly, his psychic powers, weaker mind, and all the stuff he's gone through as a snake mutant, i'll make sure it all wraps up nicely.
