Nightmare Night was the day to celebrate everything spooky and related to said holiday. The ponies were all hanging up their decorations and getting last-minute costumes for their children, getting treats ready for the eager little one who wants some treats, while some were preparing tricks that the children would love so much. That of course included the Apple family, who was preparing many delicious treats for friends and family alike.

Applejack has since grown and has moved away from her previous home and the farm when she became a teen and moved there with her big brother: Big Mac and her young sister: Apple bloom. With Granny Smith in charge, she worked there along with her brother and worked on harvests to survive during the harsh winters. In her life, she always felt that something or someone was missing from her life and her brother agreed and had the same feeling, sometimes even her young sister as well.

A few days ago Twilight turned into an alicorn after passing a test through one of the old spells that switched hers and her friend's cutie marks around and there was chaos around (Discord would've loved it). But either way, the day was Nightmare Night and, she was helping out with the treats and her little sister was excited. "Oh boy sis, I'm so excited for tonight, after we hand out treats I'm going with the other cutie mark crusaders to go get some treats!"

Apple Bloom exclaimed while hopping excited in place as Applejack chuckled and said "I'm sure you are, I have to go to the market to restock some ingredients check on the treats and if you need help ask help from our big bro or granny!"

"Alright!"

With that Applejack headed to her location as the wind blew through the air and leaves flew with the wind as she entered Ponyvile and headed straight for the market before coming across Pinkie.

"Hiya Applejack, happy nightmare night!"

"Happy nightmare night pinkie."

Pinkie not losing her happy face questioned "Where are you going?"

As she began to hop along with Applejack she said "I'm going to restock on some ingredients for some treats."

"Ooooh, I'm also making some treats, say if you have time you want to come over to help out?"

Applejack thought and said "Perhaps, but after I get the ingredients I have to go to my family's old house first cause a somepony new is moving in."

*Gasp* "The Myers house but it's haunted!" As they both walked to the said house it was dirty and the house was falling apart.

"It's not haunted and besides, who is this "Myers" that you keep talking about."

"Well, it was said he murdered his babysitter upstairs in his parent's room!"

"Is that so~" as she continued talking and left the key under the mat suddenly a head appeared without noticing watching from behind the door. "Well, it was nice learning what happened in my old house but see you later pinkie."

"See ya Applejack." Applejack left to continue for the market following Pinkie back town and without noticing a figure stood behind her breathing heavily as she continued walking back.

She walked to the entrance of the shop and started shopping, later she finished and started to walk back home and looked at the oak library as she continued but stopped as a vehicle passed by with someone in the vehicle and started to speed off before Applejack yelled out "Hey! Speed kills you know!?" Suddenly the vehicle screeched and stopped, Applejack looked in worry before it went off at the same normal speed. "Wow, just wanted to say to be careful, wait was that the new mechanical machine that they were making in Manehattan? How did that pony get it?" she questioned before continuing on the way home.

Meanwhile, at Cheerlie's school, it was ending for the day before Scootaloo left before encountering Silver Spoon and Diamond Tiara. "Hey there blank flank, you know what day it is?"

"Yeah, it's nightmare night, where you get treats and wear costumes!"

"Yes, but this nightmare night is different because the boogeyman is coming!" "No, I don't believe you!" "Boogeyman, boogeyman, boogeyman, boogeyman, boogeyman, he's gonna get you, he's gonna get you, gonna get you, gonna get you, gonna get you!" She backed up with the pumpkin before landing on it causing the pumpkin to get smashed. The two laughed before they split up while Diamond Tiara was running away and suddenly got into someone's grasp and looked in horror at the figure's face before running off. The figure began to follow Scootaloo picking pace as she continued to follow her before reaching the front and entered the car driving off, driving to his old house, and saw the new owner of the house as he glared out the pony that entered the house and planned to get rid of whoever is entering his home and whoever dares to enter as well.

Finally a new chapter, in this story y'all like this story a lot so it was about time to add a new one, remember I have other stories in this story and this is going to be so much fun to write out and remember "I'll see you in the fog!"
