So a little switcheroo, hope you guys enjoy. I also decided to include a little Pipp stuff as an extra source of fun. It ended up involving her more than Haven and Alpha, I guess. Chapter 3: The Alpha, the Queen and the Punishment of the Peeping Pipp It had been quite a hectic time for Queen Haven these past couple months, or even the past year. Everything had been relatively quiet (at least compared to now) until Sunny Starscout and Izzy Moonbow entered her palace. Those two ponies, as well as Haven’s own daughters, and Hitch Trailblazer had all brought magic back and things had been wonderful for the following months. Then the war with Opaline happened, and Haven had briefly been imprisoned in her own dungeon, which had been purged of their spa like luxuries. At least that was over, and things had settled down somewhat. Though not much for the Queen of the Pegasi as she had to spend a good deal of time afterwards on something very important. Planning her wedding to Alphabittle. Now, after that was over and their danced while her daughter Pipp sung a song of Everlasting Love, the royal couple made their way to their room at the top floor of the palace. They arrived at the door which had a hoofprint reader that only those of the royal family (which now included Alphabittle and his daughter Misty) and a select few trusted members of the royal guards. “Go on, Alphie. Open it,” Haven said. Alphabittle stepped forward and pressed his hoof to the reader. It beeped and turned green before the door opened and the couple stepped into the royal chamber. It was enormous, with a private pool that Haven could use for bathing. Little did the new king and queen know at the time though, that they were being watched. Behind the curtains nearby, a certain young mare watched. Pipp Petals was not going to miss this, her mother and her new stepdad’s first night together. I know I’ve kinda struggled with him in the past as he is just a minor character from Tell Your Tale. Chapter 5: A Creative Quickie A year passed from the day of Opaline’s defeat, and a celebration was held in Maretime Bay on its anniversary. Many ponies were out on the streets, several of whom had gotten their coats painted to have themselves resemble Sunny, her friends, and even Opaline herself. Groups of seven ponies faced the pony playing the villain. “You can’t defeat me, ponies!” a fake Opaline who was a unicorn with pretend wings attached levitated some fake crystals. “We can! Because we stand united!” the pony playing Sunny said. “And we have love on our side!” the pony playing Fireforge Destiny said. “It won’t matter when I take the magic of the Unity Crystals!” Fake Opaline said as she ‘drew’ on the crystals with an evil grin before looking terrified. “What? Help!” “That’s not quite how it happened,” Izzy said from where she stood watching the play. “Hey, not everypony was there,” Rufus, her coltfriend reminded her. “And a lot of ponies like to spice up a story to make it better.” It was true, there had been a variety of alternate stories about the defeat of Opaline. Some more entertaining than what actually happened. It was always fun to color the facts. Its recommended but not required for you to read that story beforehand. Things that lead to this will be mentioned so it shouldn’t be a problem figuring it out. Enjoy! They had been so close to defeating her last time with Flurry Heart, Spike and Ember helping them. But then the traitorous Pegasus Right Light stole the Unity Crystals and disabled their magic, allowing Opaline and her forces to get the upper hoof once again. Hitch himself still had fresh wounds from his fight with Opaline’s head torturer Dirty Fighter. “She could be here any day now! We would have been killed the first time if not for Misty!” Pipp went on, recalling when they’d first fought Opaline together. “She also nearly beat us the second time when her son attacked Maretime Bay, now we really lost!” She then sobbed slightly. “And my three favorite little pipsqueaks got captured!” She looked down, hoping Seashell, Glory, and Peach Fizz were alright along with the others. Hitch hugged his marefriend. “We’ll get them back! Everypony that’s now being forced to live under Opaline’s evil rules is gonna be free and happy when this is all done!” She smiled and returned.
