Kane wakes up with a start, looking around his room he sees that his suit is gone. With slight panic Kane hopes it was not discovered by his parents. Kane tiredly asks, “Sombra, where is my suit?”

Sombra cryptically says, “I'll tell you later you'll see.” Kane huffed at Sombra’s dramatics but said nothing as he grabbed some clothes and dressed himself. Being up late Kane was still a bit drowsy as he went down the stairs to the dining room to say goodbye to his parents.

Kane, “Bye mom, bye dad. I am heading to school now.”

Kane’s dad quickly followed with worry showing on his face. “Kane wait, I need to talk to you,” Kane’s dad stopped Kane by the door.

Kane surprised, “Yeah, what’s up?”

Kane’s dad hesitated for a bit, “Are you sure you are doing okay?”

Kane, “Yes I’m okay.”

Kane’s dad, “I just need to make sure you are okay. I know that you aren’t having the easiest time with others.”

Kane with a soft smile, “Dad don’t worry I’ll be okay, I got a friend now.” With a happy smile Kane’s dad said good-bye. Kane left his house and headed towards the school bus stop. Once on board he briskly went to sit with Twilight. Kane, “Hey, morning’ Twilight.”

Twilight looked up pleasantly from her book, “Hey Kane, have you seen the news?” Unaware that anything newsworthy happened,

“What news?” replied Kane.

Twilight eagerly said, “Here I’ll show you.” Twilight grabbed her phone as she clicked the link to the news video while Kane hovered next to her to get a better look at the video.

The video started with a reporter speaking, “Breaking News, yesterday night a bank robbery was stopped and how it happened is too amazing to believe. According to the information given by the robbers and supported by witnesses, a man covered in black stepped in to prevent the robbery. Here is what some of the witnesses have to say about what they saw.”

The video changed to a witness being interviewed. Witness, “It was this big tall person, I am not even sure if it was a man, and that person was covered in all black like a shadow.”

The video showed a woman as another witness. Second witness, “You should have seen it,” acting impressed, “that guy was beating up the robbers like it was nothing. I saw him drop down from the sky like he appeared out of thin air.” Sombra laughed inside Kane’s head loving all the attention.

Next witness, “I saw that big shadow person tie up the robbers and just left. I don’t know if the person is a man or a woman, but one thing I’m sure of is that it was a person. With how it moved and talked there is no way that it is some sort of monster.”

The video returned to the reporter, “Is it a man, a woman, or a strange new animal not yet discovered by science. We may never know the truth, this is Daisy Loise reporting live.”

Meanwhile at the tower on the top floor, a figure silently watched as the reporter covered the story. Pausing the tv, the man leaned back in his seat thinking about what he heard. The man’s assistant, “Sir, the scientists are here.”

The man known as Mr. Rich or some would say filthy rich curtly replied, “I’ll be right there.” Mr. Rich stalked towards a laboratory located on the top floor. There he was greeted by the sight of three scientists nervously waiting for the man’s arrival. What a pathetic sight thought the harsh man.

One of the scientists spoke, “It’s been days since someone stole the Black Sangre, we found out who stole the Black Sangre.” “I know, I saw it on the news as well.” The rich man did not look happy when hearing this, “but don’t worry we’ve created another one from the samples in our possession. It is still not finished yet but it’ll work.”

Mr Rich, “It better be, you three have wasted enough of my time and money. Where is it?”

The scientist who first spoked continued, “It’s right over there sir.” Mr. Rich walked towards the new Black Sangre that was created by his scientists.

Finding it interesting Mr. Rich asks, “What is it called?”

The second scientist who sat to the right of the first one, “It's called XY-97. We created it at first to see if we could make an exact copy like the old one.”

Mr. Rich noted that XY-97 had a purple pink color to it. Mr. Rich, "why it is pink?"

"It just came out like that" one of them said.

“What can the new one do?” asked Mr. Rich ignoring the stupid answer that was given.

The second scientist, “It contains similar powers of strength and speed. But once this new symbiosis is finished, we believe it will be far stronger and better than the first.”

Mr. Rich, “When is it gonna be done?”

The last scientist, who sat next to the second one, said, “We don’t know the exact time, since Black Sangre developed a mind of their own. All we know is that it still has plenty of room to grow, it'll finish around the same amount of time as the first one.”

Mr. Rich, “When it’s finished I will be there.”

Meanwhile back to Canterlot high school cafeteria, there we find Augie sitting off on his own eating his egg salad sandwich, though momentarily distracted, looking around seeing if those people he met was a one time thing and he shouldn't get his hopes up. But what a surprise is was that someone was sitting in front of him. Across the table is Twilight Sparkle with a happy mood along with her are pinkie pie, rainbow dash and the rest of her friends.

"w-what are you doing here?" he said in stutter in nerves.

"To eat with you silly," Pinkie said with joy.

"I thought you guys took pity on me..." he said in sadness all of them shock by this.

"Darling we didn't want to be with you because we feel bad for you, is because you seem like a good person" Rarity said with a gently voice, as everyone agreed with her.

"and sure your hobbies are weird and not to mention that your last name is literally a word for someone coming out of their as-" rainbow dash got interrupted by Applejack who 'humph' with a clear of her throat

"anyway..." rarity said giving dash a dirty look "I suppose that being that you are such a nice person that we can perhaps give your friend a chance as well" Rarity said. this brings hope to him as he started to smile.

"Really, you got to know him because he not a bad guy he chill"

"chill? he doesn't look frozen to me" pinkie said dumbfounded. they just smile at her silliness while Augie looked confuse. This conversation cut short as a certain boy with red tip dyed hair arrived

"Hey Augie, Twi" Kane said with a wave hand. This startled the majority of the girls but their looks changed when they noticed Augie giving them a pleading look that says 'you can do this' because of that they give it a shot, 'here goes nothing' they thought. Let be known that out of all the girls the self proclaimed bravest of the group is rainbow dash. Unfortunately for her, kindness can outplay bravery.

With a gentle flow, "Hello Kane, I hope your day is wonderful." Fluttershy spoke before the rest of the girls. Twilight held a proud smile for her shyest friend.

"Hiya Kane, I'm glad we can get a do-over for our lunch plans," Twilight said with a beaming smile. Dumbfounded Rainbow Dash was annoyed she couldn't get the first words in. Sadly she would continue to wait.

"Yes Darling, it is marvelous to spend time with Augie's esteemed friend. I do hope you can forgive us for our ghastly behavior from last time. You have my word that we'd do our finest efforts to remedy our past transgression."

Kane with a pointed look at Augie could only get out of the boy a shrug. All Augie could do was give Kane a 'just go with it' stare. Whether Kane understood is up to him, but none the less Kane answered in kind.

"You have my gratitude lady of gems and beauty," With rosy cheeks Rarity clutched her fist to her chest, "I shall value your words as if they may be made of gold." With a grand flourish Kane took his right hand to his chest as he does his best knightly bow. Augie bit his fist trying to contain his laughter. While Fluttershy and Twilight both stared wide-eye at Kane. The rest stood with their mouths open. Well except for Pinkie, she was beaming a grand smile as she bounced in her seat, impressed at Kane's ability to play make believe.

Returning to a standing position Kane finished with, "If it may be amendable I wish for us to start anew, may our friendship guide us and may you cherish my presence as I have yours." Reaching out for Rarity's hand.

Gently fanning her face, "My oh my, you certainly have a way with words," she proceeded to daintily reach for Kane's hand with her unoccupied hand. With a firm but careful grip Kane shook Rarity's hand. "Strong as well." Was her only response. For a second longer than necessary Rarity finally collected herself as she let go of his hand.

With a huff, "Sure going all gaga for a boy is all it takes to change your mind." Rainbow Dash said. Before Rarity had a chance to respond the scene was disrupted by a girl pushing both doors the cafeteria loudly that everyone turn their heads towards her and along her two lackeys. She was a redhead with a line of bright yellow hair almost shimmering of a sunset,

"Oh brother not her again" Dash said as she rolled her eyes at HER 'entry' the only thing that was off was that she seems to be walking towards Kane? What is even more confusing is that she wrap her arms around Kane neck and lean back

"Hello...Lucifer" she said in a mischievous matter as she lean forward to him.

"Hello Sunset" he said with a dislike tone.

"You two know each other?" twilight said.

"Unfortunately yes..." Kane said in the same tone.

Augie then spoke up "how?"

"because she is my...EX" then silence. Everything came to a stop, all around their actions frozen for a mere moment and then a huge,

'WHAA'

Annoyed by the outburst Sunset growled out, "Shut it!!!!" many of the bystanders quiet down, "Now, This is not a drama show, those not in the know BUD OUT!" a few of the weaker willed students rushed about their business as many pointedly ignored Sunset, and Kane's group."

With a smug look Sunset focused on the collective students before her.

"Still trying to push other's down I see." Kane bit out. With a haughty pout Sunset replied in kind.

"Well, I see you are still obsessing with poor little unfortunate souls that surround you," looking at the rest of the group, "I see that you've finally gathered a following of naïve girls to do your bidding eh Lucifer."

"What!" Dash said offendedly, before she got a chance to put the walking annoyance in her place Kane spoke up with a surprising revelation for her.

"Stop. You know I hated being called that, I don't need people thinking I am some demonic thing." Kane said with a hint of sadness.

As Sunset looked to further emphasis her point a view Dash finally spoke up.

"Eh, I don't see what you are going on about Mean Streak. Sure he's got that whole red and black look but other than that he is closer to a boy scout...well a goth scout but still from what I heard he is so far removed from the whole evil thing you are going for." Touched Kane held a gentle smile towards Dash who made it a point to look away as a faint dusting of blush covered her cheeks.

Shimmer just scoff at that, "Please he is no angel, he's a demon king. Just look at those blood-red fire eyes. Why do you think I call him Lucifer." she then smoothly crawled her hand from his chest to his face "c'mon babe come back to me like we once did Lucy and just accept that you're a king of this school and all of them are your subjects, after all a king needs a queen." she then have the audacity to try to kiss him on the lips, this disgusted Kane as he pushed her hand out of the way in retaliation to her.

"I told you already we are over, after the 'Bonnie and Clyde phase' we are history."

"oh come on it wasn't a phase it was us having fun" she said in nonclotted tone while smiling. "and besides making graffiti, vandalism, grand theft auto, traffic violations and multiple resisting arrests, is not that bad for a teen couple like us to have criminals record and good crime spree."

"shimmer!" he yell to stop her but it was too late everyone heard it causing gasps among the students with wide eyes at fact the rumor of him could be true, augie and the rest of the girls couldn't believe what they are hearing.

"no it can't be, y-you did all of that?" Twi said in shock

"...yes..." Kane said in shame

"we sure did" she said in pride "too bad his old man tried ruining all the fun for us, getting into juvie, at least we got a cell together" sunset said in a lovely but menacingly voice " what he did was-IS real art" in a same voice of hers, this made Kane situation worst as the students stare at him with fear the same fear that everyone give him in all his life.

"what I did was unacceptable and I wish change the past...but I can't" he then stop and be silent for a moment "and this is why I don't want to be with YOU anymore" he said in a burning passions.

"wait you dump HER" augie said with a question tone

"I wouldn't said like that but yes"

"oh damn the queen of mean got dump by the king of darkness" dash said with a smirk along with laughing students including Augie who laugh the hardest which unfortunately that took notice by sunset shimmer who glared at him like melting him with heat lasers coming out her eyes, he stop laughing when he saw her staring at him deathly.

"what you laughing at Four Eyes!" she said with hates towards him

"uhh I didn't mean-" he interrupted by her

"wait aren't you one of those nerds and geeks of that boarding idiotic club of INCELS" she mock him by saying the last part of her sentences she laugh at him, he is hurt by her but augie notice dash giving him a stern but encouraging look and mouths 'you can take her' this give augie an idea.

"you think my people are stupid, you took the time to looks like you got into a fight with a bottle of ketchup and mustard, and both of you lost. I get the whole “fiery” aesthetic, but you’re one bad dye job away from looking like a condiment-themed villain. What's next, a Taco Tuesday sponsorship?" she stop smirking after that, as soon as he finish his last words everyone except Kane twilight and Fluttershy went all saying 'oh!' at the roast on sunset this cause her to be enraged, he then stand up from his seat to confront her .

"ha you look like scrawny DM who live in your mom basement" she said smugly thinking that be then end of it but he just getting started

"oh yeah That leather jacket is trying so hard to scream 'I’m tough and edgy,' but let’s be real: it’s giving more 'I bought this in the teen section of the mall.' Like, did you think that slapping on a jacket automatically made you the bad girl of Canterlot High? Newsflash Sunset wearing leather doesn’t make up for a failed personality arc. And then there's that skirt — pleated, right? Trying to mix a schoolgirl vibe with a wannabe rebel look. It’s like your wardrobe couldn’t decide if it was going for 'leader of a rock band' or 'got lost on the way to prep school.' It's almost as if you googled 'How to look like a bad girl in 10 easy steps' and followed it like a checklist."

This cause everyone say 'oh!' louder stunned not only shimmer but his newfound friends of his new self confidence and self esteem. "You became silence because you have nothing to say any further so that means I win so Ha! peace!" he said putting a peace sigh in her face. that does it! as she grab him by the shirt and try to punch him in the face only to have her hand block by Kane holding hers

"That's enough sunset" Kane said tired of her already, she look around and saw his 'haram' ready to jump for actions

"tsk fine" she let go of augie. "if you finish with your girls with benefits you know where to find me" she said as she leaves the scene but before grabbing Augie by the balls painfully squishing them "if you get in my face one more time I'll rip them out got it?" he nod quickly "friends or not you still a loser" she said to Augie as she let go and leave for good along with her goons.

Kane sigh as he turn to look at his friend "you okay?"

"...yes!" Augie said as if he gonna drop a load in his back side pants can't believe he able to counter to the high school 'Queen' and the fact that he was about get a bloody nose job and get his nuts remove by force, most of the girls walk to him to see if he's okay or not as Twi and Shy stare at Augie. Heartbroken at the problems he caused for his new friend he steps aside to let the girls check on Augie. Twi and Shy take a step back as Kane got closer to them twilight say

"Kane...tell me EVERYTHING" Hurt at the girls movements he looked away. Twilight seeing the hurt neared him as she placed a hand on his shoulder. "Kane, I am not scare...of you." as she gave a small smile, "Shaken yes, but I want to understand why you went through that. And know that I am still your friend." Fluttershy with a jitter also stood next to Kane.

"Yes," she nervously started, "I am not the bravest....but I can see...that.....you are...….kind." she quietly muttered at the intense look Kane was giving her.

"...Thank you," Kane said. Shy beamed at Kane happy to see that her newish friend is so understanding. he see that his friends share looks at each other figuring out what to do after hearing of Kane Past.
