The Beginning

Chapter 1
The Game
I've never been much of a gamer. I've kinda had everything I ever needed aside from somepony to call my Special Somepony, Or the new MMORPG Equestrian Earth. I had set up a character on the site for the off-chance that I might get it somehow. My half-sister Flamewing gave me a copy about... Oh... Maybe a couple weeks ago.
Anyway. I'll just get to the game.

Alright. So I started by putting the game in and putting on the Augmented Reality Glasses thingy. A screen with a kinda strange looking mare appeared and I just waited for a bit before it introduced itself as the Goddess and asked who I was. I replied of course and pulled up my character. Instantly, I was covered with a raggedy cloak and had a rusty dagger in one of the sleeves. "I need to look better." Was my first thought. I told the Goddess I wished to begin and my vision went white.
I looked around to see I was in a clearing in a forest with a few tents around. "This must be the starting town" I thought, "It's not as bad as some of the ones I've seen." Discord II had the shabbiest starting town ever. And, of course, THE TOWN WAS UNDER ATTACK. BY MUSHROOMS.
It didn't take long to dispatch them, but it wasn't exactly entertaining slicing the caps off mushrooms. Anyway. I trotted around for a bit and was immediately tackled by a streak of black and red.
"Night. Get off me."
Night Stalker got up, rubbed the back of his head, and replied with "Sorry, Livo."
"PvP is on in this section, right?"
"Yeah."
"Good." I smiled as I slit his throat with my dagger and watched the fireworks.
"Wait... He had a better dagger? That idiot. You don't hide stuff from me."
I picked up the dagger and hurled my old one at a random player, killing him too. I also took his stuff and carried on, walking away from the encampment.
After killing the guards at a town, I entered said town and found a flank-load of NPCs and other players. Night Stalker stomped up to me from the spawn room, demanding his stuff back. I gave him all his stuff except for the dagger I got from him.
"Not like I can use it anyway" Was his only response.
We hooked up with Paperback and Chalice not that far from a smaller version of the Skydome. At least I think that's what it was. I don't remember,
We talked for a bit and decided to join up. Of course we saw lots of things but some of the shops we went to were the funnest parts. I think we went to a bar too, but that part's foggy. I seem to remember all 4 of us wandering around drunk though. We actually ran into Chaotic Note leading Sound Wave on a small tour and said we'd take Sound around. (Hehe. That rhymed.) Nitro Rush... I honestly can't remember how we met him. All I know is we met him outside a candy store. It wasn't long before he joined us that Chalice and Sound Wave each mentioned they had something to do.
Me, Night, Paper, and Nitro went to another bar and found the bartender to be the Element of Honesty herself! We nodded to each other in silent agreement and said that we challenge her team to a match in the Skydome. They accepted and left to get ready soon after we left from what I can tell.
