Another day has passed since Spike and the ninja won Ninjaball run and finally got the Bounty back. It felt so good to have this place back so they can help train, and so Spike can raise his daughter some more, he felt like he's matured a lot more since he came to Ninjago, not just because he's got powers now, but also because he's gone through a ton of adventures with the ninja, without the mane 6, he felt like he was starting to grow up far more then he did in Equestria.

But at the same time, he felt like it was all going by so suddenly, with all the training, fighting, and threats he's had to face, it makes him think his times as a child may soon end, and he's just worried on how much more time he has.

The Bounty was currently flying through the sky's again near Jumanikai village, it got it's design fixed up after they took it back, and it looks the same as it did before. Lloyd and Spike were looking over the village and saw some children playing, and they just sighed sadly seeing all of it.
"To think I used to do that back home.." Spike said with sadness which Lloyd could relate too.

"Yeah.. now we're stuck with this.." Lloyd replied as they could hear someone calling out to them.

"Lloyd, Spike, focus!" Kai reminded which got them to turn to the ninja as they were on the deck of the ship, Zane came up to Spike and handed Allison to him again since Spike needed a moment to think over things.

"Now that the Bounty is in our possession again, we can train you more affectively, but you'll have to focus." Zane reminded Lloyd who only sighed hearing that.

"Come on guys, we've been training all day! I've fought through tons of monsters with you guys before, can't I at least rest a bit to take care of Allison?" Spike asked while he handed her an apple slice to help feed her.

"It's all to help you and Lloyd be ready to face Garmadon, now, in position." Cole instructed which made Lloyd sigh tiredly.

He and Spike went to the middle of the ship and got in a fighting stance while Spike put Allison around his neck again like a scarf. Kai was the first one to try and strike at them, but Lloyd punched Kai back and he went to Spike who caught his leg before he slammed him down on the ground.
"Far too predictable." Spike commented while they saw Zane and Jay trying to get the jump on them next.

"Ninja go!!" Spike and Lloyd shouted as they both used they're Spinjitzu again and they managed to knock them both away to bring them down, Spike heard a battle cry from Cole and he quickly rolled out of the way to avoid it, but that unfortunately had him hit Lloyd who went flying into the air before falling face flat on the floor.

"You okay Lloyd?" Spike asked with worry while he was helping him up.

"Don't worry about it Spike.." Lloyd replied as they both looked upset about something which the others were able to notice.

"You guys alright? What's on your mind?" Jay asked with worry while they took off they're masks again.

"Well.. the latest issue of Starfarer just came in at Doomsday Comics, and it's a limited run, and if I don't go out and get it, its' gonna sell out. Last they left off, intergalactic rouge Fritz Donnegan was surrounded by the Imperial Sludge, and if I don't find out if he makes it our alright.. I think I may have my own Doomsday!" Lloyd said with fear over what could happen next in the comics.

"I've read plenty of comics before, the wait for the end result on something like that can be all we think about until it releases." Spike added while he just twirled his Golden Weapon around since he's.. gotten a bit bored with it by now.

"The fate of Ninjago is resting on your shoulders Lloyd, as the Green Ninja you have a giant responsibility to hold, and Spike needs to be ready to help you when the time comes, you and him will be the ones to stand against Garmadon, not us. I'm sorry, but we don't have the time for such childish things." Kai answered which made them a bit upset.

"That's all it is to you huh? Childish things. You guys don't realize that what we're going through is far more pressure then most would have. I still have to take care of Allison and master my powers, I've learned to control them a bit without my Golden Weapon, but even with all we've done, I just.. miss being able to have proper fun as a kid now and then.." Spike said sadly as they looked over the view again.

"Spike's right, all we ever do is train, and we barely ever get to have time as kids anymore.." Lloyd said sadly as they saw the village go by.

But just at that moment, the alarm went off again and they saw Nya run up to them with something to report.
"Guys, there's been a break in at the Ninjago History Museum, and the security cameras picked up you know who!" Nya reported which they were able to figure out easily.

"Garmadon!" Cole said with a serious look.

"We have to stop him before he uses the Mega weapon for another one of his evil plots!" Jay said seriously while Spike sighed hearing this.

"Why don't you all go on ahead? I still have to take care of Allison, and help Lloyd train a bit." Spike suggested which the others are fine with doing.

"Yeah.. it's too dangerous for me and I should stay and train." Lloyd said with an annoyed look which the others hummed in agreement with.

The Bounty soon landed down near Ninjago's city, and the others got in the Sonic Radar to head there fast.
"We'll meet up at the Bounty as soon as we're done." Kai instructed to Nya who was hoping they'd be safe.

"We'll be waiting for your safe return." Nya replied while Spike held Allison close to him.

"Good luck guys!" Spike shouted as they saw Kai turn on the Sonic Radar, and they soon took off at fast speeds leaving them alone.

"Ugh, too old for comic books, and too young to fight, When are they gonna make up they're minds?" Lloyd asked with an annoyed look.

"I don't know, but they should at least let us cherish what we have, because soon enough, we won't get to enjoy what freedom we have." Spike replied which Lloyd agreed with.

"Don't worry you two, just show me what you got!" Nya encouraged which made the two of them yawn a bit before they went to train some more while the others went to stop this.

After Spike and Lloyd had around another hour of training with Nya, Spike went back to his room that was basically a bunk in with the other ninja, he put Allison on her own bed so she could go to bed for now, Spike felt proud to know he's been raising a daughter of his own really well without the help of Twilight and the others, but at the same time, he misses them, and he doesn't know how long it could be until he sees, or even gets in touch with them again.

Spike sighed sadly as he put Allison to sleep and tucked her in, making sure she was comfy as he was about to get some sleep himself.
"Good night Allison, see you in the morning.." Spike said with a smile while he gave her a small goodnight kiss and she was falling asleep rather quickly, and she was soon out of it for the night which made Spike sigh in relief.

Spike looked at his Golden Weapon again and held it in his hands while he walked down the halls for a little thinking, despite how much he's gotten used to using this thing, Spike's just felt worried on what to do with it now, with Garmadon having the Megaweapon, and what he and Lloyd has to go through, he doesn't know what he'll be able to do with this thing after that strange figure gave it to him in that void.

"Hey Spike, you doing alright?" Lloyd asked while he came around the other corner to get some sleep himself, Spike turned his attention away from his weapon and smiled seeing Lloyd, despite them starting out a bit rough with getting along at first, now they're really good friends, and have been learning to work together pretty nicely.

"I'm alright Lloyd, just got done putting Allison to sleep again, was about to head to sleep myself, been a long day trying to get the Bounty back in proper shape, it's nice to have this place back after it was destroyed previously." Spike said with a smile as they looked over the repaired ship once again.

"Yeah, it really is nice, kinda hard to get used to it again though with all the training we've had to do lately though, you know what I mean?" Lloyd asked while Spike thought over it, and knew how much it was true.

"Yeah, it really is, and despite how much I've had to take care of Allison, I've.. rarely had time to just.. have some fun as a kid again, reading comics and playing games without all this stress, I know that I was brought to this world for and reason and all, but to know that it would have me start growing more mature so quickly, it just makes me wonder what it'll be like... if I ever see Twilight and the others again.." Spike said sadly as he took out a photo of him and the mane 6, and he just wished that he could know if they're alright right now.

"You think we'll find a way to get you home Spike? I mean.. with all the stuff we've had to do here, I've started to think you were meant to be here without them when the time was right. Look at what you've been able to do, with raising Allison, gaining Elemental Powers like me and the others, and just overall preparing to face a large threat that will come soon, it's.. something I don't think either of us could've seen coming huh?" Lloyd asked while they were walking back to the bedroom together.

"Yeah.. it really is.. though.. I can't say I find it stressful at times, I've rarely had time to just.. be a kid now a days, I'm almost 13, but with all I've done, I feel like it's just shortening my time as a kid, with what I have now, I'm just trying to accept what time I have, because soon enough, one day, you and I are gonna have to be the strongest ones on the team. I'll have Allison to keep on raising, and if we ever find a way back to Equestria, I don't know how I'll be able to explain the others about what's happened." Spike said sadly as he went into the bedroom again, and went over to his own bed which was near Allison's crib next to it.

"I get the feeling, we've both had so much we need to go through, and yet the others keep saying we have to train to get stronger, I know it's because we have a big destiny and all, but can't we at least take one day off or something?" Lloyd asked with an annoyed look while Spike was starting to lay down.

"I've known the guys for a while now, it's just because they care for what happens with us and Ninjago, we have a huge task ahead of us, but as long as we have them, we'll be able to take Garmadon on when the time comes right?" Spike asked while he was putting his Golden Weapon away.

"Yeah, I guess so, but what about Allison, what are you gonna do with her? Do you.. think you'll ever find any info on what happened with her real parents?" Lloyd asked while Spike looked at his daughter, and he was still curious on how she ended up in Venomari territory like that.

"I definitely will at one point, I never knew my own parents, and since I'm here now, I.. don't think I ever will, I don't want my daughter to go her life without answers, but even if we never find them.. it at least helps me relate to her more, showing how much of a father I really am to her.." Spike said with a soft smile while he rubbed the small snakes head.

"Hey, to me, your one of the best father's ever, far better then my own one that's for sure. Let's just try and take some time off tomorrow alright? I'm sure the others won't mind if we take a break for a bit." Lloyd suggested while he was getting in his bed to sleep too.

"Yeah, that sounds nice, thanks for the talk Lloyd, see you tomorrow." Spike said with a yawn while he was starting to fall asleep, and Lloyd started to fall asleep too and they just hoped that they can have what time they have as children for just a bit longer.

However, back with the Ninja, things weren't doing so well with them, they had went to the museum to stop Garmadon from using the Megaweapon again, he attempted to bring back a dangerous creature called the Grundal who was long gone by now, but after Kai stopped the weapon from fully bringing it back, Garmadon and the other snakes escaped, and the ninja tried catching up with the Serpentine generals who tried stealing something, but they weren't able to catch up with them for some reason.

The ninja peaked around the other corner to where the generals were, and they saw that they had escaped which was unfortunate.
"I can't believe we couldn't catch up to them, I'm usually faster then that. It's as if my legs were half the size. " Jay said with annoyance as they looked at the stolen artifact on the sidewalk.

"I don't remember that thing being so big, did it grow?" Kai asked as the thing was bigger then usual.

"Or did we shrink?" Zane finished until Kai noticed they're reflections.

"Uh.. guys?" Kai asked with worry as they all looked at they're reflections, and they've realized something very important.. Garmadon's magic had.. turned them into kids..

Jay gasped with horror and took off his mask, and they saw they were all turned into kids somehow.
"We've shrunk!!!" Jay screamed with terror while the others took off they're masks.

"We.. We're kids!" Kai said with horror which made everyone scream with pure terror knowing how small they are, they were even younger then Spike is now, and that fact alone was just terrifying to them.

"Oh this is bad! This is bad on so many levels!" Jay said with horror while he breathed heavily.

"This can't be possible, this has to be a dream! Tell me we're dreaming Zane!" Cole begged with a much higher voice then usual.

"Nindroid's don't dream! Perhaps Garmadon's succeeded with turning back the clock, but instead of reviving the Grundal, it only affected us!" Zane said with fear as they were on it's bones when the spell was happening.

"Yeah but Nindroid's don't turn into kids! Explain that genius!" Jay pointed out while Zane tried finding an answer.

"I've extended my logical parameters, but nothing is coming up! This does not compute!" Zane answered while his face was sparking a bit from the sudden change.

"Okay, fine I get it, we're all in this together! But I can't be a kid again! I hated being a kid! You can't drive, nobody listens to you, and.. uh.. oh no.. bed times!" Cole said with terror at the thought of it.

"I've told Nya we'd meet back at the Bounty with Spike and Lloyd, I'm sure Sensei will know what to do." Jay theorized just until they heard a police siren in the distance, and they soon saw a police car come up to them which made things even worse for them.

"Well well, what do we have here? Looks like we've caught our culprits at the museum heist. Who would've thought it was just a bunch of brats?" One of the officers asked which was annoying for them.

"What do you got on you guys? A bunch of pajamas?" The other one asked which made them both laugh at them which annoyed Jay even more.

"These aren't pajamas! We're ninja!" Jay countered which they didn't believe.

"Yeah yeah, and I'm Santa Claus." One of them joked which proved Cole's point right.

"Ninja.. go!!" Kai screamed while he tried using Spinjitzu again, but because of they're new size, they weren't able to do anything that proves them that they're ninja, and Kai only got slammed onto the hood along with the others.

"Our Spinjitzu doesn't work, we're too small!" Kai said with fear while the officers were grabbing the others.

"Easy kiddo, look, your coming with us to the precinct." The officer ordered while he grabbed Kai's shoulder which made him laugh nervously.

"Look uh.. officers, this has been a great misunderstanding, my friends and I are simply trying to help out." Kai lied which was easy to see through.

"Yeah yeah, you can tell all the stories you want when we take you to the museum tomorrow to explain why you stole this!" The officer replied while looking at the golden artifact.

"But we didn't steal it!" Kai argued back which the officer didn't believe.

"Zip it. You have the right to remain silent." The officer replied before they were put in the back seats and were taken off to explain what's happened which was very bad news for them.

Back on the Bounty with Spike and the others, the next day had come to pass once again, and the others hadn't come back by now, while Lloyd was reading a few comics while Spike was looking over Allison once again, but Wu and Nya were worried about where the others are right now.
"Ugh, they should be back by now." Nya said with worry while Wu looked over the edge too.

"I fear something horrible has happened to them." Wu said with worry which made him come to a decision.

"Lloyd, Spike, you two are in charge of watching over the Bounty until we get back. While Nya and I have a look around town." Wu instructed which they understood.

"Uh yeah, sure thing." Lloyd replied while Spike gave Allison some more food.

"We're on it Sensei!" Spike said respectfully as they were left alone to take care of things now, and Spike only sighed again as they had more time to themselves now.

"At least we'll be able to relax for a bit.." Spike said with relief as he hugged Allison close to him and hopped the others were alright.

But back with the other ninja, they were finally brought to the museum after being caught, and we're forced to apologize to avoid any more trouble that may come from this.
"We're sorry for stealing. " Everyone except Zane said at once which was confusing to him.

"But we didn't, I.. don't understand." Zane reminded again which Kai shushed.

"Shh! The faster we get out of here, the quicker we can figure how to return our body's back to normal." Kai advised which he suddenly realized too.

"I'm sorry for stealing too." Zane said respectfully to the owner who accepted it.

"Thank you boys for returning the sarcophagus, you did the right thing. But what about the bones?" The owner asked which surprised the others for a moment.

"Uh, what bones? We didn't steal any bones." Jay asked with a confused look.

"The Grundal Bones." The owner answered while they turned to where the creatures bones once stood, but they were suddenly gone which scared them all.

"The Grundal Bones?! They're gone!" Jay said with fear which made them realize something.

"You don't think.. it walked out of here too right?" Kai asked with worry at the thought of it.

"Theoretically, it is possible that if Garmadon successfully reversed the years on us, he reversed the years on the Grundal and brought it back to life." Zane theorized which made the others gasp with horror, and Jay tried explaining this to the officers and owner as fast as he could.

"You guys have to believe us! The Grundal has been brought back to life and it's on the loose! It's sole purpose is to hunt ninja, you gotta believe us!" Jay begged which only made the adults laugh hearing this silly tail before they were put near the wall.

"Well we'll keep a look out for anything that goes bumping around in the night okay? Now you four sit here till we call your parents to come pick you up." The officer ordered before they both walked off while laughing at all this still.

"We've gotta get out of here, like now!" Cole whispered to the others just until they heard some kids laughing from behind them who were on a tour, the others saw the kids passing by and got an idea on what to do, they quickly followed after them and took a few spare pieces of clothes the kids had so they could blend in. But they still weren't happy to have to wear normal clothing like this.

"Ugh, this is so humiliating!" Jay said with worry about what's happening now.

"I'm afraid if we can't use our Spinjitzu, we'll be no match for the Grundal." Zane reminded which meant they needed to find a place to repair.

"We have to get back to the Bounty and meet up with Spike and the others." Kai concluded as they were all walking outside, and they quickly ran off into the streets to avoid being caught again.

"Huh? Where are you going? Come back!" The tour guide shouted with worry for them just until they all heard a loud thump on the ceiling above them.

"What was that? Hello? Is anyone here?" he asked with fear as there was something big on the rooftop, but as the creature revealed itself, everyone gasped in terror as they saw that it was the Grundal, and it really was brought back to life.

"A monster!" He screamed with terror while the Grundal jumped down onto the ground and roared with rage which terrified every citizen seeing it's alive, and they ran for they're lives while the monster chased after them.

Kai and the ninja managed to find a phone that they could use, and they were trying to get in touch with Spike and everyone else to let them know about what's happening. Back with Spike and Lloyd, they were playing video games together while Allison was sitting on the table right next to them, things were going just fine until the telephone suddenly went off.
"Um, Allison can you get that please?" Spike asked while he quickly pressed on the controller, Allison nodded in response and she leaned over to the phone and lifted it up before putting the thing next to the two so they could answer.

"Destiny's Bounty." Lloyd asked while he kept on playing the game with Spike.

"How can we help you?" Spike asked curiously while he kept his eyes on the screen.

"Lloyd! Spike! It's Jay! Let us talk to sensei!" Jay said from the other side which surprised them.

"Jay? Where are you? Why haven't you returned? Sensei's out looking for you" Lloyd asked with surprise which made Jay groan a bit.

"Apparently you need parental permission to take the bus, and we can't seem to get out of the city!" Jay said with an annoyed tone which confused them.

"What do you mean? Parental permission?... what happened with you guys?" Spike asked as he realized something must've gone wrong while they were out.

"We don't have time to explain! Just meet us at Buddy's Pizza in ten minutes! And bring our weapons!" Jay instructed which confused Lloyd a bit.

"Weapons?" Lloyd asked with a confused look just until he and Spike fell out of they're chairs and they hit the ground pretty hard as a result.

"Daddy?" Allison asked with worry while Spike groaned a bit, but gave her a thumbs up to keep her calm.

After they got that weird call from the others, Spike and Lloyd went up to Buddy's Pizza with Allison and the weapons to see what's going on, they had walked into the pizza place and tried finding where they were, but they couldn't see any adults that looked like the others right now.
"Really? Of all places we could meet at you picked this place?" Cole asked with annoyance which got they're attention.

"What? I like they're pizza." Jay said in defense while the two looked around for where they're voices are.

"Psst, Lloyd, Spike. " Kai whispered which made them turn to see a few kids that looked like the others, but Lloyd didn't recognize them at first.

"Beat it brat Spike and I are on a mission here." Lloyd replied while he held the weapons in his hands, but Spike gasped with surprise as he finally recognized who they were.

"Lloyd, wait! It's them! What the heck happened with you?!" Spike asked with shock while Allison almost chocked on the small drink she had.

"Keep it down! We're trying to lay low guys, Garmadon's Mega Weapon not only turned us into kids, but unleashed a creature who's sole purpose is to hunt down ninja!" Kai revealed which made them gasp with fear hearing that.

"What?!" Spike asked with shock as they were sitting down next to them.

"And now, every time we try to tell someone, they won't believe us, since we're kids!" Jay said with annoyance which only made Lloyd start to laugh hearing it.

"What's so funny?" Kai asked with surprise to see this.

"I guess you now know how Spike and I feel about being treated differently as kids." Lloyd laughed before he put the others weapons down on the table.

"At least Twilight and the others believed me at home at times." Spike added while Zane tried moving things along.

"Look, this is serious guys, if we don't find out how to turn back to normal, we don't stand a chance against the Grundal!" Zane reminded again with a worried look.

"What about us? Spike and I know Spinjitzu." Lloyd reminded which wasn't enough for them.

"Yeah, but you guys don't know the Grundal, we all need to be at full strength, what we need to do is to find someone who knows more about how to defeat those things!" Kai declared just as Lloyd noticed a familiar comic book which gave him an idea.

"I think I know just the guy." Lloyd said with a smile while Spike was ordering some pizza for them to have for now.

Everyone had soon went to the Doomsday Comics store that Lloyd had talked about earlier, and they walked into the place which had a ton of comic books around.
"Wow, these additions are amazing! They're limited additions too!" Spike said with surprise while he was taking out a few of them for Allison who was interested seeing this.

Lloyd soon brought the others up to the owner of the store so they can talk about how they can stop this Grundal.
"Fellas, meet Rufas McCallister, Aka, Mother Doomsday." Lloyd introduced as they went up to the front desk to meet him.

"Well, if it isn't Lloyd Hemorrhoid Garmadon, sorry if you came looking for the latest Starfarer, I'm all sold out." Rufas greeted which shocked Lloyd for a moment.

"What? Sold out? W.. oh.. actually Mother Doomsday, we need help. " Lloyd replied while trying to avoid the guilt that it's sold out now.

"Well color me intrigued." Rufas replied while Spike was buying a few comics right now.

"Do you happen to know anything about defeating a Grundal by any chance?" Spike asked with a hopeful look.

"If it's a theoretical question, then I can little guy! It's known as the Dromaesaurid Theropdod Grundalychus. Although extinct, there have been a plethora of tv and show that have explored the mythology around the primordial predator. Supposedly, they always get they're prey." Rufas explained as he went to get a comic that explained more about this creature.

"Sounds like he knows his stuff." Kai said to the others with a surprised look.

"Can he be stopped though?" Lloyd asked while he walked past the others.

"First thing you need to know, it's that it's thick shell like hide is invincible to swords, scythes, nuncuhcks, trident, and throwing stars. So your cheep imitations will do nothing to slow it down." Rufas explained which rendered they're weapons useless, Spike had left his Golden Weapon behind at the Bounty unfortunately, and that meant he wasn't able to fight back because of it.
"He just had to list that all out in order didn't he?" Spike asked with an annoyed look.

"Secondly, it's nocturnal, and it'll only hunt at night." Rufas continued which relieved Jay a bit.

"That's good, it's still daylight, so we can relax for a bit.. uh.. I meant.. theoretically." Jay said nervously while he tried not giving the fact it's alive away.

"The only way to defeat it, is with light! Like a vampire, with enough of it, it could potentially destroy him! If I had my weapon of choice, may I recommend... the Illumisword? These are authentic replicas that would come in handy, if you would ever live long enough to actually face the Grundal." Rufas suggested as they were shown some special glowing toy swords that looked to be one of a kind.

"And if swords aren't your thing, may I recommend to you some Authentic Ninja Gi? Signed by the very ninja who saved the city." Rufas asked as he showed them a display of spare suits that Spike and the others had signed personally.

"Uh.. we'll just take the swords.." Kai said nervously while he went to get one, but was blocked off as they can't just be taken like this.

"Not so fast, the Starferer Combo pack can only be won in the Fritz Donnegan trivial battle royal. Do you have what it takes to be the best?" Rufas asked as they turned to see some kids who were being asked questions about the comic series Lloyd's loved to read for a while.

"You think you can answer these questions Lloyd? I know I have my weapon and all, but with these light swords, it could help a bit if we win them, you up for it?" Spike asked while he held Allison in his arms again.

"Let's do it!" Lloyd said proudly while they got ready for these questions.

Back at the Bounty, Nya and Wu had just gotten back from they're search for the others, and now they've seen Spike and Lloyd are gone too, which was worrying them even more.
"Great, now Lloyd, Spike and Allison are gone, what's next?" Nya asked with an annoyed look just until the phone had went off again while she just hung it up before she put the thing to voicemail.

"Sensei, Spike and I are at Doomsday Comics with the others! Garmadon turned the others into kids and we're about to face a real life Grundal! If you get this message this isn't a prank, come quick!" Lloyd shouted from the other side until the phone hung up again.

"Oh dear... well.. there's only one person who could turn the Ninja back to normal!" Wu said with worry which made him and Nya quickly head out to a familiar shop Wu went to before.

The two of them hurried as fast as they could before they went to the shop that belonged to Mystake, who was the only one who knew how to stop this creature.
"Hello Mystake, we are here for a special tea." Wu greeted while he and Nya went into the shop.

"They're all special you old fool. " Mystake said as this was all very valuable stuff right here.

"But this one can turn someone... older." Nya requested while trying not to offend the two here.

"Ah, you seek Tomorrow's Tea. I have only one in stock in the back, follow me." Mystake advised as she took them into the back storage to find the tea they're requesting.

"It should be here." Mystake said as she was looking for where it is right now.

"It's gone?!" Nya asked with worry for where it is.

"It's just misplaced, I know it's here somewhere!" Mystake assured while she was looking for it quickly.

"We need to find that tea before it's too late!" Wu said with worry for where it is.

We cut back to Doomsday Comics again after things were almost being finished up, Spike and the others were hoping Lloyd would win them the prizes they needed, and they were only 2 questions away from winning them.
"It's down to the final two! This question is for Lloyd." Rufas announced which made Spike and the crowd cheer for him to win.

"What is Fritz Donnegan's famous catchphrase?" Rufas asked which Lloyd could easily answer.

"Fair? Fair isn't a word where I come from!" Lloyd answered which was correct.

"Correct! We're all tied up." Rufas announced which made the kids cheer even more hearing that, but Spike noticed that it was getting very late by now, which meant the Grundal was out there searching for them right now.

"Come on Lloyd, please hurry this up, we can't stop that monster if we don't win those swords." Spike said with hope while Rufas went to ask the last question.

"Final Question, the first person to answer this, will win. In the latest issue of Starfarer, how does Fritz Donnegan escape the Imperial Sludge?" Rufas asked which made Lloyd hesitate to answer.

"But.. I haven't read the latest issue!" Lloyd said with fear which made the other kid answer it.

"By reversing the ships gravity transducer. " The kid answered which unfortunately was correct for him.

"We have a winner!" Rufas announced which made everyone cheer for the other kid, but they're cheering was cut short when a loud thump suddenly shot off the power which meant something really bad was happening.

"Hey, who shut off the light?" Rufas asked while Spike and the others were getting scared.

"Allison.. cover your eyes..." Spike whispered while she was about to cry from what's happening. The shop's signs suddenly had been toppled over which made everyone scream in fear with what's happening.

"It's here..." Kai said with terror at the sight of this.

"What's here?" Rufas asked with a scared look.

"You know that theoretical question we had earlier?" Jay asked while he laughed nervously a bit, but things got worse when they saw the Grundal emerge from the rooftop, and everyone was terrified at the sight of it being here.

"Not the...." Rufas said with horror as the thing's claw cracked the glass which proved it was real.

"Grundal!!" The crowd screamed with terror which made them all quickly try to run out of the store, but the sign was blocking they're way out which made things worse for them.

"You gotta be kidding me!" Spike said with both fear and anger as the thing was marching to them from the roof.

"Look, it's coming!" Jay screamed just as it finally burst through the roof and crushed most of the store in an instant. Allison began to cry seeing the horrible thing and Spike tried calming her down the best they can.

"Look out!" Spike screamed while they all ducked under the things large tail which broke apart the glass case holding the spare ninja suits they had which was for all of them.

"Quick, this way!" Jay shouted as he lead them through a small corner so they could not only get the ninja suits, but also the Illumiswords which they were all able to get.

"Hey monster! Get away from those people!" Spike screamed before he took a deep breath, and he shot a blast of fire at the Grundal that hit it's back which made it roar with rage, and it only turned to them again so they could try and fight it.

"Uh.. I think you made it madder Spike!" Zane screamed while they all held out the 5 swords that were there for them, and they shone them in the monsters face which made it screech a bit from the light.

"It's working!" Kai shouted just before he and the others tried slashing at the thing with them, but they were broken with one hit since they were toys and not real swords.

"Agh! Why didn't I bring my Golden Weapon with me?! This could've taken that thing down easily!" Spike asked with frustration while Allison was crying even more.

"And why did you bring a baby snake to a place like this where a real life Grundal could appear at Spike!?" Cole asked with annoyance for Spike bringing a baby here like this.

"I didn't have anyone to look after her!" Spike shouted just until the monster slashed at them with it's claws which knocked them down to the front counter which was destroyed. The monster snarled at them all and marched up to them while showing it's sharp teeth which made all of them scream in terror for seeing it.

But Lloyd had managed to come out from behind with the chair he was on so he could save them.
"Not to worry, I'll take care of this!" Lloyd announced which gave them some hope.

"Lloyd!" Spike and the others shouted at once while Lloyd was charging up his Energy powers, the light of the power was bright enough to blind the thing for a moment, but just before Lloyd could unleash the blast onto it, the thing hit them with it's large tail which knocked Lloyd down into the others which cornered them all.

"No!!" Spike screamed with fear as the monster was opening up it's jaws wide.

"This is the end isn't it?!" Kai asked with terror right before Wu and Nya finally made it to where they are, Wu bursted down the door so he could help get the other people out of here quickly.

"Everyone out!" Nya ordered the civilians who quickly ran out to avoid being harmed anymore.

"Use this!" Wu shouted as he tossed them the Tomorrow's Tea which Mystake was able to find.

"What is it?!" Jay asked with fear while he caught it in his hands.

"It'll turn forward the hands of time, turning you old, and reducing the Grundal back to dust and bones! But be careful, there is no turning back!" Wu instructed which meant something very important.

"Grundal, prepare to be extinct!" Jay shouted just before Cole stopped him to think over this.

"Wait! What'll happen to Lloyd, Spike and Allison? They'll grow old too!" Cole reminded which made Spike's eyes widen in shock, and he realized that this is the only way that they can stop this monster.

"Your right, if we do this.. my daughter may miss out on her childhood, but it means I will to..." Spike said with worry as he looked at his younger body for one last time, and he just remembered the times he's spent here with the ninja, growing more mature as a child, before he finally had to take on the role as an adult at one point in his life, he looked at Allison again and just took in the time he's spent with her here, if she grows up with them, this will be a huge change for both of they're lives going forward.

"D.. daddy?" Allison asked with tears in her eyes, she was so confused and scared about what's happening, and Spike teared up a bit too and gave her another hug once again.

"It'll be okay Allison, I promise..." Spike assured while Lloyd saw they needed to do this now.

"Just do it!" Lloyd shouted to the others which made them hesitate with this.

"You, Spike and Allison will miss out on the rest of your childhoods Lloyd, we can't do that to you!" Jay argued back, but that made the Grundal get the opportunity to snap it's jaws at them which toppled them all over, the Tomorrow's Tea went flying in the air and almost shattered, but it landed in Lloyd's lap which gave him the opportunity to use it.

"Fair? Fair isn't a word from where I come from!" Lloyd shouted with a serious look while Spike stood up and grabbed the tea too.

"If this means we won't be children anymore, so be it!" Spike screamed before he and Lloyd finally threw the tea at the monster which shattered all over it.

"They used it!" Wu said with shock as the thing's body was spiraling around the shop and was growing older and turning into bones again.

"And it's working!" Nya said as the monster roared with pain before it finally turned back into a pile of dust and bones, finally defeating it for good.

Kai and the others groaned a bit while they were finally getting back up again, and they saw they had finally grown back to normal after using that tea.
"What happened?" Kai asked with surprise while they looked at themselves.

"We're not kids anymore." Cole said with some relief to see this.

"It worked!" Nya said with joy to see this while Rufas gasped with surprise seeing this.

"They are the real Ninja!" Rufas said with shock to see this in front of him.

"But, where are Lloyd, Spike and Allison?" Wu asked with worry for they're safety.

They got they're answer when they heard a few groans from below them, and to everyone's shock and fear, Spike, Lloyd, and Allison had grown older just like Cole said would happen.

"What's.. going on?" Spike asked with a much deeper voice while he was looking at himself, he gasped with shock with what he was seeing, and upon looking at him, Allison and Lloyd, they had grown far older then they were before.

"We're... older..." Lloyd said with shock of what they're seeing, Spike's body had much sharper horns and spine, his tail extended out to be a few feet long now thanks to his sudden growth spurt, he was taller then the others, and his voice was much deeper then before. And for Allison, she had become far taller then she was before, she was at the others height by now, and looked to have been aged up into 13 years old, while Spike looked to be around 17 or so thanks to this tea happening.

"Dad.. what.. happened?" Allison asked while she was rubbing her head, but as soon as she noticed her deeper voice, she looked at her bigger body, and she gasped with shock and fear from what she's seeing.

"It's okay Allison.. it'll be alright.." Spike assured while he hugged her again, even if they're older now, at least they're still okay.

"The time for the Green Ninja, and Spike to face they're destiny's, have grown nearer." Wu said with a serious look while Spike looked at his body with shock still.

But Cole gave him and Lloyd a pat on the back, Allison looked at the others and she saw they were there for her, despite all they're going through right now, they had they're back, and it may be enough to face what's to come soon.
"We're ready." Lloyd said proudly while Spike soon had a confident look too.

"No matter what happens now, we'll face things together, right Allison?" Spike asked while he looked at her, and she clutched her hands to get used to being so much older now.

"I'm ready daddy." Allison said with a smile which made the group start to walk out of the comic store with they're new bodies, but Rufas wanted to give Lloyd one last thing to show his thanks.

"Here Lloyd, you and your friend can have a copy of my Starfarer, you both deserve it." Rufas offered while he held it out for them, but Lloyd knew he was too old for that stuff now, and politely declined.

"That's okay, I already know how it ends." Lloyd politely declined while he ran up to the others, Spike looked at his now teenage daughter with a smile, even if they're far older now, they'll have the others at they're sides.

"There comes a time, where we all must grow up. When that time comes, it's important not to forget the lessons of our childhood, because our childhood is the greatest training one could ever have. Yes, the time until the final battle has grown shorter, but the Green Ninja, and Spike have both grown stronger.." Wu narrated as one last shot of a new comic cover that shows Spike and Lloyd facing off against Garmadon, and time was growing shorter as each day past, but now with Spike, Allison and Lloyd being older now, they may prevail against the inevitable battle that will come in the future...

Hey guys thanks for reading this! Sorry I skipped over the scene with Garmadon bringing the Grundal back with the Mega weapon, but I wanted to give Spike and Lloyd a small scene together to show they're bond before they grow older. This will be a big change for the story going forward now, Spike may be the oldest of the group now in fact, but I promise you that this sudden age up won't feel like it was for nothing, I'll make sure this impacts the story in good ways in the future, so I hope you don't mind it, I just hope you liked it, and have a good day guys!
