We open to a shot of the mountain where the Celestial Clock lies, it's timer was getting closer and closer to finishing it's cycle so the final battle can begin. Garmadon was watching the clock count down even more, and the Overlord was right next to him knowing that the time is about to come.

"The clock is only hours away from finishing it's countdown, to the final battle between good and evil Garmadon. Why so sad?" Overlord asked as he noticed Garmadon was worried over something, but he tried hiding it knowing it would make him look weak.

"Me? Sad? Nonsense! I couldn't be happier! It's just.." Garmadon said with guilt before the Overlord finished knowing what he's implying.

"Lloyd..." Overlord said maliciously upon hearing that name.

"I still have to battle my son, and his dragon friend Spike. In order to transform Ninjago, into my own image." Garmadon said with some hesitation knowing who he's facing.

"Battle.. and defeat! Your evil needs to prevail!" Overlord said with a stern voice which made Garmadon look at the clock one last time before leaving, he knew it was gonna be a tough fight between him and Lloyd, even if Spike will support him in the fight, it's coming down to a fight between father and son, and there's only hours left before the battle begins..

Back with Spike and everyone else, they were back at their base and testing out they're powers, they've all been having a blast being able to fully use them, and Spike especially is loving his new Crystal powers that he got at the temple.
"Order up! Coconut Cream Pie! Served well done!" Kai shouted as he threw a coconut far ahead of the beach and destroyed it with his elemental blade to test things out.

"Haha! Nice!" Spike complimented while he was twirling his new blades around to get used to duel wielding.

"It is good do have our powers back!" Zane said with relief as they felt super confident with this fight now.

"Yep, your right! And with all of us working on our" Witty quips" on everything we do, I'd say we got this final battle in the bag!" Jay said with a casual look while Spike shot another beam from his hand and turned another coconut and engulfed it in a crystal.

"You got that right!" Spike said with joy while he shot a blast from his blade forward and destroyed it too which made the others cheer for him.

"Nicely done Spike! How are you liking your new Crystal powers? What do they feel like?" Cole asked with interest while Spike looked at his blades reflection and saw his new golden spine and eye color in them.

"It's unlike anything I've felt! Wait till Twilight and the others see this!" Spike said with a prideful look which the others were hoping to see happens one day.

But they're fun was soon brought to an end once Wu had noticed they're reckless actions, and went to stop them before causing any accidents.
"Enough! are you trying to reveal our hidden location?" Wu asked while he walked up to them.

"Oh.. sorry sensei, we were just testing out new elemental blades." Kai said in defense while he held out his own.

"And our witty quips!" Jay added which only made Wu shake his head.

"Be weary of overconfidence, while it's true your powers can defeat the Stone Army, remember Spike, you need to be at full strength for you and Lloyd to be able to defeat Garmadon. When this is all over, we will see who laughs last then." Wu instructed which everyone understood.

"Yes sensei..." Everyone said respectfully which made Wu start to walk off again.

Lloyd was helping Julien with repairing the falcon, and was nearly finished with making it.
"Every cog.. every gear, is important. If one piece goes missing, or out of place, the invention won't work." Julien explained as he finally repaired the falcon as it can fully work again.

"Come now little one, time to fly." Julien encouraged it which began flying off while everyone watched it go.

"It is like you Ninja, each of you serve important roles, and are each key components into a magnificent fighting force." Wu encouraged as Spike sat down and saw the falcon fly off.

"It's quite the sight here, isn't it dad?" Allison asked as she slithered up to check on him.

"Yeah, it really is, with the powers we have again, hopefully this will be what we need to stop Garmadon for good.." Spike said hopefully as he formed more crystals in his hand from getting used to having them.

"It's almost time dad, let's just hope we can win." Allison prayed while they took in this moment together.

Lloyd was watching the falcon fly through the air after hearing all this advise, and he still had questions that could be important.
"If we're all gears, what If I'm the one who doesn't work, if I don't do my part.. what if.. I can't defeat my father?" Lloyd asked with worry while Wu came up to him.

"What if there are no more what if's? The final battle is almost upon us, when the time comes, then we will know the answer to what if. Weather we like it or not." Wu replied with a calm look while Lloyd was still concerned about this.

"I know you don't want to face your father, but theirs no other choice." Nya reminded which conveniently had Misako come in with an idea on how to avoid this.

"Perhaps there is, i thought it was inevitable, but then I found this." Misako said putting a scroll on the table while Spike and the others were just arriving.

"You mean Lloyd and Spike may not have to fight? This I gotta see." Cole said with a smile while they all went up to them.

"The scroll says that when the Helmet of Darkness is be grieved to it's rightful ruler, the Celestial Clock will count down to the creation of an unspeakable weapon. The first sign of the final battle between good an evil has begun." Misako explained while they saw a picture of the stone army and the helmet that Garmadon has been currently using.

"Did you just say unspeakable weapon?" Kai asked with concern to hear that.

"I knew they may be building something big back at that camp.." Spike said with concern too while Allison was right behind him.

"Go on Misako, don't let us stop you, how can we stop the final battle?" Cole questioned once again.

"There is nothing here that states if the Helmet of Darkness is returned.. " Misako replied while they all looked at the special scroll.

"Interesting, if the helmet is removed, the clock starts, put it back, and the clock stops." Wu suggested which Allison had trouble believing.

"If there isn't anything that says what happens if it's returned, isn't a bit worrying that this may not even work if we tried it?" Allison questioned since she got a bad feeling over it.

"Even if there's nothing on it here, this could mean the Final Battle could never start!" Lloyd concluded with a hopeful look.

"Hold on, I'm with Allison on this, even if we have our new powers and all, do you expect us to all just make it past his whole army of Stone Warriors, and get the helmet of Garmadon's head?" Kai questioned which was concerning.

"Kai's right, they're good but.. they're not that good." Nya replied which made Spike think over it too.

"We may have new powers sure, but we may not be able to fight them all, how are we gonna get that helmet?" Spike asked with worry while looking at the scroll.

"I'll handle that, I will just need a little help." Misako said as she motioned Spike and the ninja to come closer to hear her out.

Everyone went up to her as a group and she had an idea to make this work. But while Misako was explaining to them on what to do, Wu had stepped in front of Lloyd again to stop him from going.
"I am sorry Lloyd, this mission isn't for you." Wu said regretfully once more.

"But I'm all powered up! I can help!" Lloyd argued again not wanting to be on the sidelines again.

"We must not let you and your father come face to face, we're trying to prevent the final battle, not begin it." Wu instructed again which Lloyd hated to hear.

"Yes sensei.. but how come Spike gets to go again? He has to face my father with me doesn't he?" Lloyd asked again while he pointed at Spike.

"The connection you and your father has will be what begins the final battle, Spike may have to face alongside you, but he will have to wait for when the time comes too, and it will be you who decides when the time comes." Wu explained while he looked at Spike in the distance.

"Don't worry Lloyd, I need to stay back here again too, I don't think they'd just let an Anacondrai waltz through their camp you know? Even with a disguise of sorts. We'll help them when the time is right, for now, we just need to hold on until it happens." Allison said while she patted his back which made Lloyd groan a bit hearing this.

"Whatever you say.." Lloyd said quietly as he was walking off to do his own thing for now.

We cut back to Garmadon's camp where all the stone warrior's were working on his new weapon, and Garmadon was being shown by the general of the new weapons they've been working on.
"To combat the ninja's new power, we have honored your request to step up your weapons defenses." He said respectfully while Garmadon saw deadlier looking combat vehicles then before.

"Heheh.. I like what I see!" Garmadon said with a chuckle while he went to look over them, but the Overlord was able to see something is wrong, and went to confront him over this.

"Why build your forces? When all your attention should be on completing the ultimate weapon?" Overlord asked with an upset tone seeing this.

"What good is an ultimate weapon if I'm not around to use it? Do not question my motives!" Garmadon dismissed while he was about to walk away before the Overlord stopped him once again.

"It is not your motives, I fear your hesitating, as the hours counting down to facing your son." Overlord accused which Garmadon didn't respond with which is all he needed to know.

"So.. it is true.." Overlord said mockingly which made Garmadon shake his head and try to put a stop to this talk.

"Never doubt my evil again! If you wish to still be an alley when I rule! Get back to building the ultimate weapon! And do not stop until it is complete!" Garmadon ordered his soldiers who quickly rushed off to finish it out of fear.

"Yes... there's the Garmadon I am counting on!" Overlord said maliciously while he looked over the warrior's getting to work quickly.

Just outside of the camp doors, Spike and the other ninja were walking up to it in disguises they've made to look like Stone Warrior's while they were bringing Misako with them who was tied up. Kai pounded on the door which made the warrior's raise the gates up so they can begin this little act of theirs.

"Unhand me you fiends!" Misako said dramatically as the commander was coming up to them and questioned what's going on.

"Misako, try acting more dramatic." Spike whispered to her who had an idea on how to convince them.

"That's right! You got me, but I'll never tell you where our base is! And you'll never get another peep out of me unless you take me to Garmadon!" Misako said with no signs of fear which angered the commander. He aggressively grabbed her and began taking her to Garmadon while the others were able to sneak through the camp which surprised Spike a bit.

"Wow, I can't believe this actually worked.." Spike said with shock while he looked at his disguise.

"Come on, let's try and find a place to hide until Misako get's the helmet, let's try our best not to be seen." Zane encouraged while they all started moving through the camp and hoped this would work.

Garmadon was currently trying to rest within his small base, but when the door opened it made him groan with annoyance from the light.
"I said I was not to be disturbed!" Garmadon dismissed again while the general walked into the room.

"Forgive me my lord, but we have a prisoner who knows the whereabouts of your sons secret base." He said respectfully which got Garmadon's attention, and he soon saw Misako walk into the room which caught him off guard.

"Misako.." Garmadon said with shock while he quickly got up.

"It's been a while." Misako greeted with a calm look while walking up to him still.

"I.. I... release her." Garmadon ordered the general who bowed respectfully.

"Yes sir." He replied before he cut her free and began leaving them alone to talk.

Garmadon didn't know how to talk to her after seeing her after so long, and she tried getting through to him since they still care for eachother.
"Take off that silly helmet, and let me get a good look at you." Misako requested which made him push her away a bit.

"If you don't mind.. I recommend not to.." Garmadon said calmly as he tried finding the words to talk with her.

Spike and the other ninja were currently trying to avoid being discovered, but the other ninja were mainly focused on having more puns for their next fight.
"How about this? It's Ice to see you!" Zane joked while Spike looked very bored from all of this.

"Eh that one is too basic, really obvious if you ask me." Spike replied which the others agreed with.

"I know, and have we heard that one before?" Cole asked with a curious look while Kai didn't like having to wear this armor.

"Ugh, I feel like a clunky mewl in this thing." Kai replied just until they heard the general shout at them from seeing them slack off.

"Is he talking to us?" Kai asked with a worried look.

"I think he's wanting us to get back to work." Zane suggested before the general shouted to them even louder which got them moving quickly.

"Come on guys, go go go!" Spike whispered while they all ran off while making noises to sound like Stone Warriors.

Garmadon was trying to talk with Misako while they were alone still, and had many questions on what she knows.
"So you know where our son is? But I know you won't give him up so easily." Garmadon declared as he went to a wall and grabbed a sharp blade to make her talk.

"I know you too well Misako, why did you allow yourself to get caught?" Garmadon asked as he pointed the blade at her who didn't show any fear from it.

"It's because I know you too, I know you don't want to fight, as much as Lloyd doesn't want to fight you." Misako said calmly which did surprise Garmadon a bit.

"Lloyd doesn't want to fight.. I mean.. so Lloyd doesn't want to fight!" Garmadon said mockingly while he made another evil laugh.

"If your still the man I once loved, I know you'd never want to see him harmed." Misako replied as she could see through this act.

"But it is foretold! It is our destiny! I don't care about him or that little dragon! I only care about turning Ninjago into my own image!" Garmadon said with a proud look again which made Misako nearly lose hope hearing it.

"Then your not the man I once loved, I should go." Misako said as she was about to leave him alone.

"No! Don't.." Garmadon begged while he reached out to her, this made Misako turn back to him again, and Garmadon finally took off his helmet to show how much this really means to him.

"Misako, I may look different, and evil may now course through my veins, but I am still the same man standing before you." Garmadon said in a calm tone while he put the helmet on a pedestal while he put his sword down too.

"I want you to rule by my side." Garmadon offered with a hopeful look while he went back up to her.

But while all of this was going on, Spike and the ninja were being forced to work on the weapon while they were carrying supplies of Dark Matter to the top of the construction area.
"Ugh, man, no matter how many bad situations we get out off, we never seem to be able to escape chores." Jay said with an annoyed tone as they walked closer to the large weapon.

"It's called responsibility's Jay, everyone has to do them at some point in they're lives. I had to do a ton of them back home, you get used to it." Spike replied with a casual tone.

"Oh and did you have to carry this deadly substance and walk up large construction sights building deadly weapons?" Jay countered again which made Spike hesitate a bit.

"N.. no, but it still doesn't mean we shouldn't slack off, we all have to help out even outside of being a ninja." Spike replied while they started walking up the large spiral.

"What do you think they're making?" Cole questioned again as they circled around it multiple times, and saw what looked like a large canon right in the middle which looked super dangerous.

"It looks like some sort of massive cannon." Kai suggested while they were walking right above it.

"What do you think it'll be for?" Zane asked with some fear in his tone.

"Ooh I don't know, how about something to destroy us?!" Jay whispered with frustration which was very obvious.

Just as everyone was getting to the top of the spiral, one of the warrior's who had a staff came up to Spike and Cole and whacked them and shouted at them in strange grunts.
"Hey! Why don't you bonk someone with a staff your own size half stack?!" Cole asked with anger while Spike got in the warrior's face.

"Do that again, I dare you." Spike said in a threatening tone, the warrior yelled at Spike and was a bout to hit him with the staff again until he caught it with his hand with no effort, and he and Cole looked at eachother and nodded in knowing what to do.

He and Cole ganged up on the warrior and delivered a strike to his face and knocked him off the spiral, he did a Wilhelm Scream as he went falling down to the ground and went straight into a barrel which got the other warrior's attention.

"That guy seriously had it coming!" Cole said in defense while Spike was ready to get moving.

"Alright, let's go! Ninja go!!" Spike and the others screamed again as they used Spinjitzu and changed into they're new suits while holding they're blades. The warrior's began running up the construction area to fight them, and they all readied they're powers so they can fight back.

"At least we get to.. break the ice!" Zane shouted as he shot ice below the warrior's feats and made them slip off the area they were on.

"Nice! These new powers are awesome!" Spike shouted again as he shot a blast from his blades again and knocked more warrior's away with his power, he then used Spinjitzu again which was now a bright purple, green and pink tornado, and swiftly took care of the rest of the groups coming at them on the stairs.

"Nice work Spike!" Cole complimented as he ran right past him and did a dive kick into another warrior's face which knocked them down in a straight line.

"Let's get Misako and get out of here!" Kai declared while they got surrounded by more of them.

"Ninja go!!" Everyone screamed once more while they used Spinjitzu to fight them off, and Spike breathed fire on another group to push through them.

Misako and Garmadon were still currently talking about Garmadon's offer, and Misako looked at the helmet and tried using this as the moment to get it while he was turned away for a moment.
"Misako, I'm glad you understand me, not many do you see." Garmadon said with some relief as she carefully snuck to the helmet and finally grabbed it.

"Being evil these days is really unappreciated, but you, I always knew I could count on you." Garmadon said as she lifted it up and finally had it, but as she was running out to escape, an alarm went off which alerted Garmadon, and he turned to see Misako had escaped with his helmet which infuriated him.

"You deceived me! Stop her!" Garmadon screamed with rage as the alarm went off through the whole camp.

All the warrior's were charging through the camp while everyone met up with eachother.
"You got the helmet!" Zane said with relief to see it.

"And you got spotted." Misako pointed out seeing they're in they're suits again.

"Cole and Spike gave us away!" Jay accused while pointing at them.

"Oh please, we both know you wanted to get out of those suits just as much as us!" Spike shouted with frustration while he looked around the area.

"Look, it's been a rough day for us, can we stop playing the blame game and focus on what's in front of us?" Cole reminded just as they felt loud stomps right behind them.

"Maybe we should worry about what's behind us!" Kai said with fear as they all turned around and saw Garmadon had gotten a special mech suit that looked extremely dangerous.

"Oh you gotta be kidding me!" Spike said with frustration as the mech was so much larger then them.

"Cut them down to size!" Garmadon said with a smirk while he laughed mockingly, he raised the mech's sword in the air and delivered a slash to the ground, and everyone screamed as they jumped out of the way and barely avoided being struck with it.

"If we do not return the helmet to the Celestial Clock, we won't be able to stop it before the final battle!" Misako said with fear while everyone got back up.

"Don't worry, I'm on top of it!" Jay shouted as he ran towards Garmadon's mech and leaped into the air while making another battle cry, but Garmadon's mech knocked Jay out of his position and it grabbed him with one of it's hands before it threw Jay to the ground very roughly.

"Ugh.. maybe not.." Jay said weakly as he tried recovering from that attack.

"Didn't his mom teach him that the bigger they are, the harder they fall?!" Cole asked with anger while he drew his blade again. Garmadon laughed mockingly again as Cole used his blade to shoot large rocks at him, but Garmadon swiftly cut them all down and started moving to them.

"Well, apparently she did." Cole said with surprise while Spike got in front of them now.

"My turn!" Spike shouted as he raised his swords in the air and shot multiple blasts at Garmadon's sword, this froze his blade in a crystal like it's happened before, and that made Garmadon scream with frustration as he tried breaking it free.

"Come on! What kind of power is this?!" Garmadon shouted with frustration while they were all backing up.

"We need to get out of here while he's distracted! How do we get out of here?!" Spike asked as he looked around for a way to escape, but they soon got they're answer as a familiar drill machine emerged from the ground and charged directly into the camp.

"Whoa! It's Nya and Allison" Jay said with relief while Allison was right besides her, she used the machine and ran over multiple enemy's and rammed directly into Garmadon's mech which knocked it down easily.

"Hey guys!" Nya greeted while she and Allison slid next to them.

"Allison!" Spike said with joy to see her as the hatch opened up.

"We figured you guys would need a hand! That, and the falcon alerted us." Allison said proudly as she pointed to the falcon that was flying above them.

"Ha, thank you Julien!" Spike said with relief as they all were hopping into the machine to escape.

"Hold on tight!" Nya shouted again while they all drilled into the ground again and started to escape just as Garmadon got back up.

All the warrior's screamed as they saw them escape, and Garmadon was furious with what's happening.
"Don't just stand there! Get them!" Garmadon ordered his soldiers again who all began charging through the tunnel to chase after them.

"You fool! You let them get away with the helmet?! Don't you realize if they put it on, they control the army?!" Overlord asked with fury to see this all go wrong.

"I'll see to it personally, it's my turn." Garmadon said in a malicious tone as he looked down at the tunnel below him.

Everyone was making they're way underground in order to reach the clock, and we're all trying to escape as the Stone Warrior's were chasing right behind him.
"Heh, cool hat, I wonder if it will make me look menacing?" Jay asked as he put it on for style.

"Is that really why? If that helmet turns you evil, we're kicking you out." Nya said with a disgusted look seeing it.

"And that's not really your style to be honest." Allison said as she sat right next to Spike again.

"Uh.. is that possible? You know what.. it's probably got Garmadon cooties anyway.." Jay said nervously while he took it off unfortunately.

"Did we get the helmet?" Wu asked from a com they had while Nya kept on driving.

"We did, and we're all accounted for." Nya replied with a calm look.

"Then we'll rendezvous at the clock." Wu declared before the screen went to black again.

"Ugh, it's so dark in here, is there a light switch anywhere?" Jay asked as he pushed multiple buttons to lighten the tunnel a bit.

But one of the Stone Warrior's suddenly jumped on the back of the machine which made everyone scream a bit from it being so sudden.
"Uh, sis? Can we go any faster?" Kai asked with a look of fear.

"We're going as fast as we can!" Nya shouted as Spike noticed there was a machine right behind them.

"They're right behind us! Everyone brace yourselves!" Spike screamed as the machine bumped right into the back of the drill which knocked it forward a bit more.

"Everyone hang on! We're going above!" Nya shouted as she moved the machine upwards and they began drilling they're way right to the surface again.

The machine emerged from the ground into the forest and began driving through it just as the Stone Warrior's were chasing after them, but t he machine was starting to go fast enough to avoid them, and they all sighed in relief thinking it was over.
"We're losing them!" Jay said with relief which made the others cheer from seeing it.

"Awesome." Nya said with a deep breath as the machine kept moving, but as Allison looked out the window, she was able to see Garmadon had made it through the forest too, and was running directly at them all.

"Oh no! Look out!" Allison screamed again as Garmadon was right behind them.

"You won't get away from me again Misako!" Garmadon said with determination while he used the mech to run as fast as it could.

"Hang on!" Nya announced before she turned the machine again to make a swift turn and mow through some trees, but Garmadon was not slowing down one bit, and as Nya was trying to outrun him, Garmadon was getting even closer by the second.

"Have we lost him?!" Nya asked with fear while everyone saw him through the hatch.

"Not yet!" Kai screamed as the mech was right at the tip of they're machine, and it finally was able to grab them and lift the whole machine into the air. Everyone screamed with terror as Garmadon raised it's arm in the air, and threw them into the ground not too far away, the machine crashed roughly against it which knocked everyone down from how rough it was.

The alarm was going off as Nya tried opening the hatch, but it couldn't because of the damage it's taken.
"It's stuck!" Nya screamed as Spike tried punching his way out of the machine too.

"Dad! Do something!" Allison said with fear while he growled in frustration from not being able to break it.

"Just hang on! " Spike shouted again as he was about to use his power to break open the hatch, but Garmadon went up to the machine again and grabbed it which prevented Spike from breaking them free.

"I think I'm gonna be sick!" Cole said with a gag as Garmadon glared directly at al of them.

"I finally have you Ninja, in the palm of my hand! Looks like you weren't able to stop me dragon!" Garmadon said mockingly which made Spike growl at him as he laughed like a maniac once again.

"Let them go!!" A familiar voice screamed in the distance before a powerful blast of Energy shot Garmadon's mech down in one hit, and the drill machine was finally able to open it's hatch after being freed.

Everyone looked to where the blast came from, and they saw Lloyd had finally arrived after they got the message.
"Lloyd! Be careful!" Nya warned again while Spike jumped out of the machine and ran towards Lloyd as this was the moment they had to face off.

"You think you can handle this Spike?" Lloyd asked with concern while Spike looked at Garmadon and felt ready to fight.

"I'm not gonna hold anything back." Spike declared while they prepared themselves for this fight.

"Holy cannoli! Lloyd and Spike are about to face off with Garmadon!" Jay said with shock while they all watched it happen.

"Get him dad! Kick his butt!" Allison shouted as they saw them stop before him.

"Lloyd! Spike! Don't hold back!" Kai encouraged while the others encouraged them not to stop too. Lloyd looked towards his father and knew what had to be done. Spike and Lloyd looked at eachother as they prepared to finish this.

"I'm sorry father, but you leave me no choice. It is, our destiny.." Lloyd said with a serious tone while he began charging up his power to unleash a devastating blast to him.

"Sorry Garmadon, but I can't let you do this to my home!" Spike shouted as he was charging up his Crystal powers to be as strong as they could, and he began forming a blast as well to combine it with Lloyd's. But as Garmadon looked at Lloyd with a look of guilt and sadness, Lloyd just couldn't feel himself be able to do it, and the blast faded away while Lloyd breathed heavily from failing to do it, and that shocked Spike enough to the point he stopped charging the blast too just to turn to him.

"Lloyd? What are you doing?!" Spike asked with fear just as they heard more battle cry's from the warrior's since they were finally moving in on them.

"I'm sorry Spike, I just couldn't do it.." Lloyd said with guilt which made Spike slap his face knowing this may have been they're only chance.

"Ugh, why does this have to be so hard?!" Spike asked with frustration while he glared at the warrior's and shot multiple blasts at them to hold them back. Spike breathed more fire upon another group and set most of them on fire while the other warrior's tried shooting saws at him, Spike tried using his blades to deflect them, but things were only getting harder as more and more kept showing up.

"Lloyd! Spike! We need to get out of here!" Misako warned as Nya tried powering up the device.

"The Celestial Clock isn't too far from here!" Nya added while Spike saw there were too many for him alone to face.

"Okay!" Lloyd screamed as he grabbed Spike's hand and began running to the machine which drove down to them.

"Dad! Are you okay?!" Allison asked with fear while Spike hopped on in while looking very upset for not being able to finish this here.

"I'm fine! I just don't wanna talk about it now!" Spike replied with an upset look as he crossed his arms.

"It's okay, we'll find another chance.." Allison assured while she hugged him tightly to calm him down.

"Strap in Lloyd!" Nya instructed just as Lloyd jumped int too so they can escape.

"Go!" Lloyd ordered as the machine drilled into the ground and began heading towards the clock while Garmadon tried recovering from the blast he took.

Wu was currently waiting for everyone at the Celestial Clock after he tracked down where it was, he was getting worried for them since there was very little time, but the ground soon shook again and the machine burst out from the ground since they finally arrived.
"Wow.. this clock is a mechanical masterpiece!" Nya said with amazement from seeing how complex it looked.

"You are welcome to dismantle it once it stopped." Misako said with a smile as the hatch opened up.

"How much time is left?" Allison asked with worry while they saw the timer was only a small distance away from finishing the cycle.

"There's only a couple minutes left! How do we stop it?!" Jay asked as they saw the timer.

"Look for the perch on the clock! It could be anywhere!" Misako instructed which made everyone climb over the machine to find it, Spike flipped his way across to the top and thought it was at the very top.

"Let's try here! Toss me the helmet!" Spike shouted as he jumped to the top, and Misako threw the helmet up to him and he caught it with one hand, he backflipped in the air and placed it directly on the tip of the machine hoping it would work, but it was still moving which made it harder.

"No!" Spike said with fear as he took it off and looked for another area.

"Spike! Down here!" Zane shouted from below, Spike looked down at Zane and threw the helmet to him and he caught it swiftly, Zane jumped in the air and tried putting it on one of the spirals, but that didn't work either.

"Nope!" Zane said as he took it off while Jay noticed another spot.

"What about here?!" Jay asked as he noticed another spot. Zane threw the helmet to him again and Jay jumped to a really high area thinking that would work, but like before, it didn't work either.

"Guys! There's one in the center!" Allison shouted as she pointed to one directly below the clock.

"It could be the place!" Wu advised as he held his hand out, as Jay went to throw the helmet to them for the last time, the Stone Warrior general had finally caught up with them and managed to catch the helmet before they did.

"No!" Kai screamed as he laughed evilly while the others stood together.

"There's only 30 seconds left! I believe, it's time to di..." He couldn't finish his threat just as the machine knocked the helmet out of his hand and it knocked it over to a higher area which gave them another chance.

"No!!" He screamed with fear while the others started rushing to get it.

"Don't let them get it!" Allison screamed as she used her tail to whip herself up the machine, and she slithered across it with skill as one of the warrior's was about to get it. Cole climbed across the machine right below her, and as the machine was still circling around, Allison managed to get right past him and help him up.

"Now!" Cole screamed as Allison grabbed his wrist and threw him in the air, Cole flew directly to the warrior and kicked him off the device which also hit the helmet too, it went flying across the machine and began falling directly into the center which finally let Misako see where the perch was.

"The helmets perch!" Misako said as she was rushing to get it.

"There's only 10 seconds left!" Wu warned as the clock was inches away from the top.

"Get it! Go!" Spike screamed as he ran across the clock and used his blades to knock multiple warrior's away as Misako flipped directly into the center, and she finally managed to grab the helmet, but as the clock finally reached it's countdown, Misako was able to put the helmet back on the perch which seemingly stopped the entire thing.

"No!!" The general screamed with terror as the machine stopped completely which made everyone cheer thinking they won.

"We did it?! We actually did it?!" Allison asked hopefully while Spike landed next to her.

"I.. I think it did!" Spike said with relief while the other's were cheering from being able to stop it, but the moment was ruined as they realized the clock started to move again, and loud horns began going off upon finally being completed..

"No.." Wu said with horror as they saw the machine was fully moving again, meaning they didn't stop it in time.

"The Horns of Destruction! We were too late!" Misako said with horror as the ground began to shake violently as the clock was powering up.

Garmadon was able to over here the horns across the entire island, and was getting worried on what it meant.
"Overlord? What has happened?" Garmadon asked with concern as the sun was setting down upon this dreadful moment.

"It.. has... started !" Overlord said with malice which made Garmadon gasp with shock knowing it's true.

The clock began shooting a beam from the top of it which began bouncing off multiple points in it to began shooting a beam directly to where Garmadon's camp which was across nearly the entire island.
"What is that thing?" Garmadon questioned again as we cut back to the others again.

They were all being cornered by the Stone Warrior's on the cliffside, they all drew they're weapons and were ready to fight again, but because of they're carried weight, the side of the cliff began to collapse while Nya wasn't close enough to fall with them.
"Nya!" Jay screamed with terror as they were about to fall into the water below.

"Jay! Kai!!" Nya screamed with fear while everyone looked up at her.

"Sis!!" Kai screamed as he tried making one last jump to save her, but the ground soon collapsed beneath all of them, and they all screamed as they went falling directly into the water below.

"No!!" Spike screamed as he grabbed Allison and held her close just as they all took a rough fall into the water. Nya could only watch this with terror as the warrior's began to restrain her, and they only laughed evilly once again knowing they failed to stop them.

Everyone remained in the water for a few seconds before they finally washed up on a nearby shore that could help them recover, Lloyd was the last one to emerge from the water as he gasped for air, and Wu quickly helped him up onto the ground. Everyone looked up to the top and saw Nya scream with terror as she was taken away by the Stone Warrior's, and it only made them fear the worst for her.

"No, this can't be happening!" Spike said with tears from failing to stop this while Lloyd looked down with guilt.

"This is all my fault! I should've taken the shot! Spike and I were right in front of him! We had the chance!" Lloyd said with guilt while Spike punched the cliffside in frustration.

"We had the chance! And we failed! Why?!" Spike screamed with anger and frustration from failing to stop this, Allison went up to him again and put a hand on his shoulder to try to calm him down again.

"We all make mistakes dad, you were just looking out for your friend, you shouldn't beat yourself up like this." Allison encouraged while Spike looked down with shame.

"I'm sorry, but if something like this happens again... what if this happens again? And this time.. it could be our last chance?" Spike asked with regret while Allison hugged him again after hearing this.

"We'll find a way dad.. we have too.." Allison assured while Lloyd was still trying to process all of this.

"We're all at fault guys, it's just the way the cookie crumbles." Cole assured too while he tried helping the both of them, but Jay was still very mad for losing Nya and couldn't tell if that was a joke or not.

"Are you still making jokes?! They have Nya and your making jokes?!" Jay asked with anger before he tackled Cole to the ground and they began struggling against eachother.

"It was just a poor choice of words!" Cole said as he was struggling to get Jay off of him.

"Enough! We have lost enough! We don't need to lose our focus!" Wu announced with an upset look which Kai didn't listen too.

"Forget focus! We have to get my sister!" Kai said with determination while they heard the warrior's at the top of the cliff.

"By the time we get back up there they will be long gone, we will get you sister soon. But the clock has reached zero, and the final battle is about to begin! We must head back to the Bounty and get prepared, so that next time, you will not hesitate." Misako encouraged as everyone looked at Lloyd who only nodded in understanding.

"Come on Lloyd, let's go home." Wu said softly as they all began leaving to prepare for the final battle.

"We'll put a stop to this Lloyd, I swear it.." Spike promised as he clutched his claws from knowing what's to come. Jay looked back at the top one last time and could only see Nya being taken away, and he prayed they'd be able to save her in time..

As all of this was happening, Garmadon had made it back to his camp where his ultimate weapon was finally being completed in front of his eyes.
"Behold.. the ultimate weapon.. I give you.. Garmatron!!" Overlord introduced as they saw the light form into construction was being torn down around it as the weapon was finally forming in front of him.

"It's.. It's more beautiful then I ever could've imagined!" Garmadon said with joy as the both of them began to laugh to the sky's as the weapon was forming within the light surrounding it while they waited for it to finally be completed...

Author's Note

Hope you all liked this everyone! Sorry if I felt like Spike not being able to take down Garmadon here felt forced in some ways, I think he could take him down without holding back given that he doesn't really know him as well as Lloyd or his family does, I haven't given him and Garmadon much interaction's in the story to make it feel believable that Spike would stop in a moment like this.

I think Spike stopping to try and help Lloyd was a good reason, but I hope this hasn't felt forced to you guys in some ways. Same with the reason Spike should go with the ninja and not Lloyd since they're both gonna face Garmadon when the time comes.

I did want to have Allison come with the ninja instead to the camp so it doesn't make things look ridiculous knowing Spike has so much power and could break them out. But she's an Anacondrai and still can't turn invisible yet, and I doubt they'd be able to be fooled knowing there's an obvious snake trying to sneak in the camp, once I get deeper into the story I'll do better with making scenarios like these work.

I hope I'm doing well with blending Spike into this story, I feel like it's a bit too forced for him to have to fight alongside Lloyd during the final battle, I think there's more I could've done to build up they're relationship, but with how the show's gone along with each episode, I had very little I could put in before the final battle happens. If there's ways I could make it more believable, I'll try my best to handle it.

Once I get to the 11 minute era of Ninjago, it'll be a lot easier to move the plot along and help with his interactions with the others while also helping with some pacing issues those seasons had. But there's still a lot I'm gonna be going through and shaking up to make it not 1 to 1, and I hope this is all alright with you all for now.
