Miss Harshwhinny works as a mare who handles problems. She can make any unprofessional mess into a neat and organized system. That said, even she can be overwhelmed at times. So, she hired Rarity to act as her assistant. But throughout the month she has worked for the older mare, the unicorn has quickly found out that it's not any help in her job that Harshwhinny needs, but it's what she needs after the clients leave; especially the unprofessional ones.
