Load Full StoryStarlight Glimmer was behind her desk when Spike rushed into her office, a scroll in his claws. Her horn shimmered with magic as she instinctively shuffled paperwork around on her desk to look busy.
“Starlight! Do you know where Twilight is?” As Spike visibly fretted, Smolder leaned against the doorframe behind him in an expert display of nonchalance.
“Er― No! I’m afraid not. Why exactly do you need her?” she asked, as neutrally as she could.
Smolder casually waved a claw. “Big diplomatic blowup. All Equestria’s basically at war.”
Spike stomped a foot. “It’s not that bad! The representatives from the Storm Republic have just arrived in Canterlot a couple of days early. Rarity is keeping them entertained, but she shouldn’t have to handle those brutes on her own!” The young dragon blushed, then held up the scroll. “Anyway, Rarity’s asking Twilight to come back as soon as she can. The hippogryph representatives are arriving tomorrow, and she wants to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.”
Starlight kept her face carefully neutral. “Oh… Well. I can tell Twilight. With magic!” A bead of sweat trailed down her face. “Why don’t you head back to Canterlot – take the royal chariot! And Twi can teleport there, ahead of you.” She tried to deliver a warm smile, landing instead on ‘uncomfortable grimace’.
Spike frowned. “Are you sure you’ll be able to reach her?”
“Yes, definitely!” She tried to keep her eyes focused on the dragon. “I’ll… take care of it.”
“Okay. Phew!” Spike visibly relaxed. “I’ll just… head back to Canterlot then.” He turned to Smolder on his way out the door. “Sorry we won’t get to hang out more.”
A frown passed across Smolder’s face, before she resumed her normal disinterested expression and shrugged. “Eh, when duty calls… Uh, boss?” she said, turning to Starlight. “Are you okay?”
“Yes! Thank you. For your concern.” Even in the circumstances, there was a part of her that really appreciated that Smolder cared – and had given her that charming nickname – but now was definitely not the time to focus on that. “I’m fine. Really.” Smolder looked skeptical, but – finally – left behind Spike.
When the door closed, Starlight carefully locked, warded, and magically soundproofed it before letting herself react. “Fuuuck, Twi! You couldn’t go easy on me?”
She lay back in her chair and looked down at the Princess still enthusiastically lapping at her crotch. “I’m beginning to think you were distracting me on purpose. That you were being bad.” That got a response – Twi looked up at her, though it was clear in her lidded eyes that she was still deep in that submissive, apparently pleasurable mental space Starlight was able to send her to. Between that and the – very necessary – soundproofing charm Star had had to cast over her, it was quite possible Twi genuinely hadn’t been aware that there’d been anycreature else in the room.
Starlight gently lay a hoof on Twi’s cheek. “But I know you’re good. You were just obeying me, weren’t you?” Twilight hummed a pleasurable affirmation. “You’d do anything for your headmare, wouldn’t you? You’re a good filly. Such a good filly.” Twi moaned like she was the one with a skilled tongue on her cunt – Starlight knew no matter how selfish she was, no matter how much pleasure she took from Twilight, afterwards Twi would always act like Star had been the generous one for letting her please her. For a minute, Starlight lost herself, not just in the pleasure, but in the joy of how lucky she was, having this gorgeous, perfect, ridiculous pony as her marefriend.
But she couldn’t – she needed to stop, eventually. Soon. Twi was needed – Starlight couldn’t just enjoy her forever, even when she really wanted to. Yes, she should definitely stop this soon.
On the other hoof, it didn’t sound like things were too urgent – it would probably be fine if Twi took a bit of extra time to return. On the other other hoof, Starlight really didn’t want her horniness to be the cause of a diplomatic incident. She really should make sure not to occupy Twi’s mouth for too long.
“Twi.” Starlight stroked her cheek to get her attention. “Twi, we need to stop – you’re needed back in Canterlot.” That got a moan of disappointment and some impossible-to-defy puppy-dog eyes from the Princess. “We… well, we don’t need to stop right now, but…” She needed to control this – and she knew what she had to do.
“Twi? Twi, we can keep going for 3 minutes,” she said, magically adjusting her clock before pulling the most important prop in their sex life from the desk drawer. “Make me come, pet, and you get a gold star,” she said, holding up the stickers. Twilight’s eyes lit up. “3 minutes, starting n― oh fuck, Twi!”
Telekinetic hooves held her as Twilight’s telekinetic tentacles slammed into her. It always surprised Starlight how aggressive Twi could be when commanded to – in a moment, Star was completely at her mercy, held in her magic as it fucked her, Twi kissing and licking where her magic wasn’t at work. Starlight could barely think under the assault – but she couldn’t let Twi take all the power and give her all the pleasure. Starlight focused, then smiled as a moan from Twi told her her magic had done its work – not fucking Twi like she was fucking Starlight, but vibrating, teasing, gently caressing… giving her satisfaction and frustration in a measure Star knew could keep her on the edge of orgasm indefinitely.
Of course, now she had to maintain that balance while Twi fucked her senseless, but she didn’t have to do it for long. Soon Starlight was screaming with pleasure as she let her magic intensify, pushing Twi – who was never difficult to please when she was like this – into her own moaning orgasm.
“Good filly,” Star said when she had regained enough awareness to speak. Looking at her clock, she saw that just over two minutes had passed. “Very good. You get,” she said, lifting a sticker from the sheet, “a gold star.” There was no point in delaying this – Twi wouldn’t be able to think about anything else until she’d gotten her sticker.
Twi’s magic eagerly seized it as her journal popped into the air in front of her. When the sticker was placed on the correct date, the journal disappeared again; Twi gave a happy moan and rested her head on Starlight’s thigh, smiling up at her. “I love you,” she murmured.
It hit Starlight, not for the first time, that she was the only pony who’d ever seen Twilight this relaxed. This brilliant, beautiful pony had probably been born stressed, there was always a tension in her, but Starlight had the power to give Twi genuine rest.
It hadn’t been long since they’d finally gotten together – it was honestly embarrassing how long it had taken them to figure out their (in hindsight extremely obvious) feelings for each other. Neither of them had any experience with anypony else, and their sex education had been pretty inadequate, especially on the subject of mare-mare couplings, but Twi had (mysteriously but unsurprisingly) been able to acquire some useful books on the subject, and they were both enthusiastic students, thoroughly learning how to pleasure each other with true dedication. Most of the reading material was actually pretty limited, but a brief mention of kink sent Starlight into her own research, learning about more interesting, playful possibilities.
It wasn’t surprising that she was good at it – she’d always been good at understanding what made other ponies tick, pushing their buttons, getting them to feel and do what she wanted them to. It hadn’t been a healthy habit, and learning how to stop had been difficult; then learning when she could and should put those skills to good use had been even harder. Sex was an opportunity to push Twi’s buttons with abandon, though, and it wasn’t difficult to figure out what she liked – Starlight knew her as well as anypony, knew every contour of her strange, gorgeous mind. And really, the teacher fetish had been pretty obvious – nopony who knew her would be surprised.
What was surprising was how quickly and totally Twi had submitted to Starlight’s domination. She’d intended the stern headmare act as playful teasing at first, but Twi had just folded, giving Starlight complete loving obedience without hesitation. It had honestly made Starlight a little nervous, but it was also incredibly hot, and it just… felt good. To give Twilight this pleasure, to take away her burdens, to feel the love and trust Twi for some reason had for her.
Still, sometimes it could be inconvenient. “Twi,” she said softly. “Twi, you need to go be a princess, back in Canterlot.” Come to think of it, she should probably explain the situation – Twi definitely hadn’t been listening before. “The Storm representatives have arrived early. Rarity wants you around to make sure things go smoothly.”
Twilight groaned in her lap, then looked up at her. “Okay. I’ll… do that,” she murmured – but she didn’t. Instead she just gazed lovingly up at Starlight, which was nice, but not especially productive.
Starlight sighed. “Fine,” she said, accepting that she would have to be the one to make this happen. Magically taking hold of Twilight, she quickly lifted her out from under her desk and moved with her to the middle of the room. Twi moaned in objection, but then just went limp and gave her a relaxed yet eager smile. She was definitely enjoying this – and the problem was, so was Starlight. Twi trusted her completely, was still gazing at her with so much love, was letting her do whatever she wanted to her – it was hot, yes, but it also made Star feel a lot of emotions, which was never comfortable.
It was distracting, but Starlight still had a job to do. For one thing, Twi was definitely not presentable – traditional royal attire definitely didn’t include anything you could describe as ‘juices’. She cast a cleaning spell over the princess, then a grooming spell to make her look vaguely presentable. Neither was entirely pleasant to experience, but hopefully that would help bring Twi to full awareness. She then set about putting her crown and other royal accessories back on.
Twi had groaned in complaint at the spells, but still didn’t seem fully awake – she was still gazing at Starlight with that same look in her eyes. “You are so… perfect,” she said with amazement in her voice. “I love you, Star. I am so, so lucky to be yours.”
Starlight saw at the total, relaxed, guileless sincerity in her eyes. Then she magically poured out a glass of water from her desk, and calmly threw it in Twilight’s face.
“Hey!” Twilight sputtered. “What was that for?”
Starlight set about magically drying and grooming Twilight again. “Well, obviously I love you too, but you need to go and do some important diplomacy as a Princess, and for that you need to be awake and focused,” Starlight explained. “I don’t want you staring a diplomatic incident because you’re busy fantasizing about having your face buried in my cunt.”
“That’s… fair. Thank you.” Twi smiled – she seemed awake enough to stand on her own four hooves, so Starlight gently dropped her to the ground; she only swayed a little. “Though I will definitely be thinking about it. I’ll just have to try to be outwardly diplomatic and regal while I fantasize.”
Starlight knew that when she was caught up in her work Twi probably wouldn’t be able to think about anything else, but it was nice to imagine that she’d be in her thoughts. “Just don’t start any wars because of my pussy, okay?”
“I can’t make any promises,” Twi stated with a smirk that sent a shiver of heat through Starlight, landing in her loins. That was the problem with Twilight – she seemed so perfect and noble she surprised you with her capacity for snark; she was so obviously beautiful and cute that she could sneak up on you with the fact she was also just fucking sexy. It was only because of her incredible strength of will that Starlight didn’t respond, except by kissing Twilight on her stupid gorgeous mouth.
“I love you,” Star breathed between kisses as she made her way down Twilight’s neck. “I love you so fucking much, Twi.”
Twi moaned gently. “Mhm. I know. I – I really love you too.” She sighed. “But… I do need to go, don’t I?”
Starlight pulled back and pouted as they locked horns. “I know. Stupid diplomacy – why does world peace need to be so much work?”
Twi smiled. “Later… Well, I’ll probably be busy all day. But tonight, could you come to my room?” She bit her lip. “It’s going to be a stressful week, and I really want to see you as much as I can.”
“Of course – I want to see you too. Although,” she said, hoping this proviso wouldn’t change things, “I might not be up to, you know… Taking charge. I’ve got a lot of work to do too, I might be a little tired.”
Twi nuzzled her. “Yeah, I might not have the energy for anything especially athletic either. So, I’ll schedule it in as ‘kissing and cuddling’ not ‘hours of intense domination and punishment’, then?”
Starlight smiled, and ignored the response her body had to that sentence. “Yeah, that might be for the best.”
“And, just… Maybe we should think about how we’re going to…” Twi bit her lip. “I’m going to be busy for the next week, but when the summit’s over… I think we should tell everypony. About us.”
That… Well, it wasn’t exactly a surprise – Starlight knew they were going to have to talk about it sooner or later. And they weren’t really keeping it a secret – they just wanted to figure things out between them before having a big declaration. There was no reason not to tell their friends, but it still made her a little nervous – there was a part of her that expected somepony to recognise that Twi deserved better than her.
Twilight seemed to notice her anxiety. “Almost everypony who matters to me already loves you,” she said with pure sincerity. “I just want to… show you off.” She smiled. “I’ll make everypony jealous.”
That was definitely an exaggeration, but Twi was right. Starlight had struggled to feel confident in her friendships with Twi’s friends – with their friends – but she was pretty sure now that they did love her, and she definitely loved them. And it was really nice to hear Twi confirm that impression. Plus, Trixie’s expression when she found out about them was probably going to be hilarious. Star grinned. “Yeah. Let’s do it. Some of them might have already figured it out, though – I wouldn’t be surprised if they all knew before we did.”
Twi blushed. “I did spend a lot of time telling them how amazing you are.”
Starlight smiled fondly. “I remember.”
“Oh, you weren’t there for most of it – I didn’t want to embarrass you.” Twi adopted a thoughtful expression. “I wonder if anypony’s noticed things are different between us because we’ve stopped making so many public displays of affection since we got together?”
“Hmm – maybe.” Even before Twi had moved to Canterlot, they’d been pretty affectionate with one another; once they had to deal with being apart for days at a time, every meeting was marked by hugs, nuzzling and general cuddling. And it had still taken them moons to realise they had feelings for each other. “I bet you can’t wait to get back to that.”
Twi grinned – mischievousness was one of Star’s favourite Twilight expressions. “Oh, we’re going to embarrass everypony. As long as you aren’t embarrassed too?”
Starlight blushed, but said “No, it’s fine.” Twi’s affection could be a little embarrassing – at least, it had been before they’d gotten together – but she still enjoyed it, and she did kind of like the idea of Twilight showing her off. “I’ll be your trophy marefriend.”
Twilight kissed her and nuzzled her neck. “And in private,” she murmured, “you can do anything you want to me.” She pulled back. “See you later?”
“Uhh.” Starlight tried to suppress the flush of desire Twi had just shot into her. Teasing like this was probably the downside of encouraging her mischievous side, if you could call it a downside. “Yeah,” she choked out. “See you later.”
Twilight smiled. “I love you,” she said, and teleported away.
“Love you t…” Starlight started, but Twi was already gone. She sighed – she was probably going to spend the rest of the day looking forward to seeing Twilight again, and thinking about what they’d been doing together; it would be very distracting, and she had a lot of work to get through before tonight. Really, being hopelessly in love was quite inconvenient, aside from making her happier than she’d ever been before.
She shook her head. “Back to work,” she said to herself. She magically sorted her desk as she passed and sat in her chair with what she would insist to herself didn’t quite count as a squelch. The seat cushion was – not sodden, that was too extreme, but… a little damp, perhaps. Maybe ‘moist’ wouldn’t be inaccurate, for the cushion and for herself. Looking in a mirror, she was – not a mess, but… Ruffled. A bit undignified. Probably not how a headmare should present herself. But it was fine. “Okay… First cleanup, then back to work.”
And then, later… Back to Twilight.
Starlight smiled.
