T.G.I.H. (Thank God It's Halloween)

It was a peaceful day in Ponyvile, everyone was enjoying their time. Except of course a certain rainbow pegasus who was resting on a cloud, she was bored because you see a while ago they stopped watching death battles. She didn't know why, but she liked it and the others did too, they just stopped one day and haven't come back to those "videos" or whatever they called them and had a good time everypony did even Fluttershy while she didn't like the gore she usually picked her side on who would win, then of course the fatality which usually shocked them usually even Rainbow was sometimes. She continued wondering before a familiar voice spoke to her, "Bored Rainbow Dash?" Rainbow knowing who it is answered with a "yeah there was this fun thing that me and the girls would do but now we don't do it anymore."

The figure revealed itself to be no other than Discord who was on a nearby cloud. "Oh I see, you miss doing that don't you all the moments watching those "Death Battle" videos and having a blast watching characters battle it out hmm?" Rainbow agreed and continued "Yeah it was fun and heck, even Fluttershy had fun watching." Discord with an enlightened face said, "Oh, yes she did mention that she also watched and yes besides the blood and gore she had a good time especially all of your reactions." But then Discord thought of something that benefited her and the others and suggested the best idea she had ever heard, let alone from Discord.

"What if you could watch the battles right in front of you?" Discord asked as Rainbow's head looked up and processed what he had just said, "what do you mean?" Rainbow asked with a mixture of excitement and curiosity present in her voice. "Well, I can use my magic to transport you and the girls to said battle in a protective shield and can watch safely without harm and have fun!" Rainbow suddenly had a happy face and exclaimed "Yes, yes, YES, that's a wonderful idea I'll round up the girls to the castle and we'll get started, thanks Discord!" Before rocketing off for the crystal castle, Discord stood there stunned before saying "your welcome Rainbow."

The girls gathered around and they were surprised about the news. "Wow, we're doing Death Battles again! I missed those so much, I had so much fun!" Pinkie proclaimed Applejack agreed "Yeah, it was so much fun seeing them fight it out and all those abilities and origin stories." Twilight continued with "Rainbow this idea sounds like a great idea who first came up with this?" As soon as she asked this question it was answered "Why, yours truly of course." Discord appeared as he walked towards them saying "I'm sort of in a hurry so here's what I'm going to do, I can't get access to the hosts of Death Battle because something is protecting them for now at least, so I will put all the information of the two combatants and then open a portal so you all can watch it." "Um, ok let's watch this then.." Rarity said in a nervous voice as they all were filled with information about the two combatants: Jason Voorhees and Michael Myers and, learned their feats, origins, strengths, weaknesses, and more. They processed everything and knew how bloody this was going to be and noticed, how Jason was killing because of a promise while Michael killed and enjoyed it. The portal opened and they entered without hesitation some were worried and, so they entered with the portal closing.
