Second Chance: Viltrumite
Making his way through the crowded street a young man wearing a grey collared shirt and kahkis with dark brown hair and forest green eyes he was in the middle of adjusting his tie when he suddenly spun away from a group of kids who were barreling towards him ice cream in hand, once the tie was fixed, he adjusted his glasses, so they didn't fly form his face. His mind was only set on getting to this interview he desperately needed this job after searching for almost two months he had finally found a small company that would give him a chance. They were going to start with him as a part time security guard, they weren't looking for a lot of experience just a reliable individual who could call in emergencies and keep his eye on the monitors without falling asleep. Feeling a cold ball of ice form in his stomach Evan watched as Adam slowly pulled out his phone flipping through apps it took him a minute before he found what he needed. Slowly feeling consciousness returning to him Evan began to look around his vision was off and blurry that's when he realized he was standing on a bridge, as his vision cleared, he noticed that it was also late at night looking up he couldn’t anything due to lack of lights. Feeling the hand force him to start looking down Evan saw he was at the edge of said bridge seeing this he tried to back away but couldn't find any ground to get traction, as he was pushed forward so slowly he could barely make out the bottom but from what little light was provided all he saw was a dry riverbed full of rocks. As those words left Adams mouth Evan stopped fighting and went limp his mind shattered at that thought, not once in his entire life had someone done something like that. He'd been lied to, cheated on, stolen from, and rejected by everyone in his life but not once had he been........used. So that had finally broken him not the abusive parents, not the lonely shit hole apartment, not the indifferent people that surrounded him. But a girl using him to make her boyfriend jealous had finally shattered what was left of his spirit, and he allowed Adam to push him off that bridge but at that point Evan questioned ‘was it really a push?’
Falling towards his doom Evan closed his eyes and sent a small prayer that he would go quick and that he wouldn't have to deal with the pains of the world anymore...............that's when the darkness consumed him, and he felt at peace.

As he came back to consciousness Evan couldn't believe he was alive slowly sitting up he let out a small grown of pain as he pushed something off of himself, looking around groggily he saw that he was in a hallway or something. As he got to his feet Evan looked around seeing that the hallway was empty, he slowly began to make his way down the hall calling out for someone while also looking for a map that could give him a hint as to where he now was but as he began moving more and more Evan felt a sense of Deja vu like he had been on this ship before. Walking past a mirror he stopped for a second before racing back towards it staring back at himself or something else, it was his usual face, but he instead had a full-blown beard and long shaggy black hair as dark as the night sky his bright green eyes stared back at him wide in shock. Looking down towards his chest he saw a familiar symbol of three bars in a circle, flexing his chest Evan saw that he had muscles now the kind that made him look massive while at the same time keeping him trim smiling ear to ear he whispered, "I'm a viltrumite."
Letting out a whoop of excitement he jumped putting too much force into said jump he launched himself upward barreling out of the building or ship his was in, crashing through the ceilings as he was crashing through them, he realized he would be heading outside, and he didn't even know where he was. Before blasting through the final ceiling, he took in a large breath and held it. As he came bursting out of the building he was met with sunshine and a breeze, looking around he saw a bright green forest surrounding him as he twisted around, he let out the breath and slowly took in the fresh air enjoying it he thought 'This is some nice air.' Looking down he saw the Viltrumite capital ship laying on its side with massive gashes along its hull Evan realized it must have been in a battle and had crash landed here ages ago, going by the growth of vegetation on its hull he could only guess that it had been decades since said crash the entire hull was covered.
Crossing his legs Evan began to think he needed to know where he was and what he was doing there..........he knew he was murdered by Alex, furrowing his brown Evan wanted to get back at him but understood that wasn't what he wanted. Deciding he needed to figure out more about what had happened to his alterative self he wanted to get back to the ship and learn more, after a moment a number of memories flashed through Evan's mind of him learning how to fly. As if he had been doing this for decades, he angled his body down and raced towards the ship going through the holes he created Evan made his way the quarters his other self-had called home. Being used to reading Comic books Evan had a bit of an understanding on how this worked but at the same time didn't really get it, usually in comics they didn't have memories to work with or if they did there was always the original mind trying to take back control so far it just seemed like he had access to the information of how to fly maybe he even had access to how to fight and combat tactics. Chuckling he couldn't help but think of what else he could learn from this body's memories, once he was at the room Evan pushed the door open and walked over to the console. Pulling up a chunk of debris he used it to make a chair and started to access the computer systems learning all he could about this universes Viltrum empire and what had happened to the ship that had caused it to crash.
(Several days later)
Yawning Evan stretched as he stood up feeling a number of joints popping since his arrival, he had learned everything he could about the Viltrum empire, just like in the comics it was an ever-expanding empire that conquered all they came across until the virus that had nearly wiped them out caused the expansion to come to a halt. Since then, agents were sent out to weaken planets until the main force could show up and finish the subjugation of said planet, that's where his double came into play, he was tasked with taking this planet called Equis and conquering it for the empire. Of course, on the way to said planet he was ambushed by the space rider who had blown holes throughout the ship before jetting away, thinking the ship was still able to make the trip said alternate pushed for the ship to the planet upon arrival ALL SYSTEMS FAILED! who'd a thunk it........probably the chief engineer alternate Evan had beheaded. So, as they arrived the ship crashed Evan's Viltrumite body had taken enough of a beating that it had ended up being put into a comatose state according to the system that was around a hundred years ago. As he reached the restroom Evan look at himself in the mirror using what he guessed was an automated barber he cleaned himself up cutting his hair to be shorter and trimming the bear to be closer to his jaw line.
Now though Evan had realized he was quickly running out of supplies and needed to venture out into the world rubbing his chin he sighed and thought 'I can't be a hermit here much longer, may's well get out into the world.' leaving the bathroom Evan changed into a Viltrum uniform, it was different then the comics instead of being grey and white his was black and white with the main body being black while his shoulders and legs were clad in white. At the center of his chest was the symbol of the Viltrum empire walking towards the hole he had made days earlier he shot up and out of it rising high into the air, pointing randomly off into the horizon he said, "That way looks good."
Shooting in that direction he made sure to be going fast enough to make good time but not fast enough to accidentally miss anything, as he flew across the sky, he wondered what he would need to do to make allies of this world. He didn't want to risk pissing off a Viltrumite and having to fight for his life but at the same time didn't want to exactly enslave an entire planet, still he had to have plenty of time considering if the empire hadn't come to check on the planet after a century maybe they wouldn't even bother. Hearing the sound of fighting Evan stopped flying and looked around seeing a green flash of lights off in the distance he flew towards it stopping just above the trees he listened hearing a female voice yelling "You monsters killed my entire hive!"
"Not the entire Hive if you still live Queen Monarch." a gruff male voice called back raising an eyebrow at the name Evan thought 'That is a very redundant name.' still trying to figure out if he should intervene the female voice let out an anguish cry as a shoulder let out a delighted cry calling "I got the bitch!"
Glaring down Evan couldn't see what was going on but could hear the movement of the men as they closed in on the woman, deciding he would intervene Evan flew higher up into the air before coming crashing down upon one of the men.

Reaching the ship Evan quickly made his way back towards the medical ward setting the creature down on the bed he ripped the dress off her injury. Turning he raced between the consoles and began to tap away causing the machinery to come to life, looking over the read out he saw data streaming in slowly reading it over he saw that the injury had managed to miss all her major organs but she had lost a lot of blood, next was dehydration it looked like she hadn't had a descent amount to drink in the last day or so and finally was her nutrition according to her results she was malnourished. Watching as the medical equipment did its work it began to get her back on track starting with her injury once that was healed it began to insert IV's and administering nutrients and liquids to get her back on track.

It took a while for Monarch to warm up to Evan but once he had gotten past her walls the two quickly came to an understanding and were becoming friends. Taking a moment, she leaned forward and tried to process what she had just been told Evan was an alien known as a Viltrumite and had managed to kill the elite guards of Chrysalis's hive, laying her head on her hands she closed her eyes while asking Evan "So what exactly made you save me?"
"Why wouldn't I? You were about to be assaulted by those assholes and from the sounds of it they were war criminals." Evan answered shrugging his shoulders as he internally grimaced wondering just why he was so detached while also questioning the lack of trauma from his own murder.
"You're not wrong there," Monarch muttered a tear rolling down her cheek she reached up and brushed it away while saying "So I thank you for saving me from those bastards, but I do need to know what exactly you want."
"All honesty, I crash landed here and have been in a coma for about a century. So basically, I was hoping to make contact with a local or locals, look around the planet, establish some kind of relationship, and learn about this world while I live here." Evan explained as he counted each point off on his finger, while Monarch seemed hung up on a century long coma her mouth agape, she pointed at him.
"You've been in a coma for a century!"
"Yes, I woke up maybe a week ago."
"This is insane! How are you still alive!"
"I'm a viltrumite, my species are extremely tough. We can literally fly through space for weeks maybe even months without breathing. So, a century long coma isn't too hard to believe."

"Of course, I am still alive and sitting in front of you" Evan asked as he gestured to himself a small smirk coming to his face.
"I guess I'll take your word for it."
"Thank you, so do you mind if we get back on track."
"Oh yes I apologize. So, if I am guessing right, you want my help with learning about this planet and looking around."
"If it's not too much trouble."
"I think that would be fine," Monarch murmured as she pondered what exactly that would entail but first she needed a new place to call home. Looking around she motioned to the ship and asked "Is this ship operational?"
"No everything is shot, why do you ask?"
"If we're going do this, I'm going to need a few things. First, I'd like this ship to help rebuild my hive I think it'll be a good place to start. Second, I want you as my knight to protect it from enemy hives. Third If your able make contact with a country called Equestria I planned to ally myself with them before.........well before its annihilation."
"I can do all that no problem.......but I sense there is a fourth." Evan asked tilting his head blushing a bit Monarch knew what needed to be done.
"My race of changeling is an all-female race, like many other changeling hives we need love to sustain us to a degree. The one difference is we can feed off of each other. When I left my mother's hive, I had twenty with me and we had managed to grow our hive to eighty-five in the last twenty five years, I'd even started trading with a local village. That was until a couple days ago now I'm all that's left and I cannot hope to restart the hive."
"So do you want me to get someone from the village?"
"No, I think one of them is the reason my hive was ousted to Chrysalis so I cannot trust them," Clenching her fists she slammed it down on the table denting the metal, after a moment she took a breath and looked up at Evan her face looking vulnerable and uncertain "But I can trust you Evan, you see our magic helps us find and develop love. Unlike Chrysalis's race who have to trick and force others to fall in love with them through hypnosis. My race on the other hand can help it a long, if the feelings are there, we can give it..........nudges so we can form true love relationships, of course it can only work if the one has an affection towards us and we feel the same towards them. Trust is also a key factor so without it the spell wouldn't work which is why I'm telling you about it."

The guards didn’t flinch or let go of their weapons as their posture slowly relaxed, spacing out they surrounded the ship looking about the area. Watching them closely Evan didn’t trust them slowly turning he wanted to remember all the positions when a sudden gust of when whooshed past him and a musical voice spoke feeling it roll over him he could feel her authority “Well well I take it you are my daughters knight and king.”
“Yes, I am Queen—“feeling the words catch in his throat Evan found himself staring up as his gaze came upon a fifteen-foot-tall changeling towering over him she had four arms and was clad in heavy purple armor her mane was in a tight French braid. Her skin was a deep royal purple while her mane and tail were a pale lilac, the changelings eyes were a bright indigo that, sprouting from her forehead was a horn eight inches in length. Upon her lips was a gentle smile but as Evan looked into her eyes he could tell that if he said or did anything disrespectful, he wouldn’t live to see tomorrow laughing musically she landed on the hull causing it to reverberate from her weight while saying “My daughter it appears your king is at a loss of words with seeing my beauty!”
“Mother! He is new to this world, and you had not allowed me to explain what you were!” Monarchs claimed stamping her hoof on the metal denting it slightly, Evan turned and motioned towards the empress sighing she explained “My mother is considered an Empress or an Apex Queen she’s been around for nearly fifteen hundred years, when a changeling is old enough, powerful enough and has a large enough hive they can form a cocoon and transform into well my mother. At this time there are only three-“
“Two others, Empress Thorax was killed by Chrysalis three weeks ago.” Monarch’s mother stated two of her were hands on her hips as she frowned, closing her eyes she collected herself and continued “Due to this me and the other two empresses have formed a temporary truce with Equestria, Chrysalis is becoming too violent and after this we do not know if she has achieved the final change.”
Pacing back and forth the queen continued to inform the two about her plans and how Queen Sting and Queen Silk had helped with the negotiations. The main portion of this involved sending their youngest daughters to a place called Ponyville to create hives and grow so they could be safe, scoffing at this Monarch argued “I do not want to be surrounded by those Queens! Me and Evan will be fine—“
“CHILD IF YOU WANT MY AID YOU WILL DO THIS!” The empress snapped back her voice vibrating with power as she glowed with a dark blue energy she glared down at Monarch and continued “I WILL NOT LOSE ANOTHER DAUGHTER TO THAT WITCH, SO WE WILL BE LEAVING TODAY AND I EXPECT YOU TO COME ALONG AND TO BE ON YOUR BEST BEHAVIOR. OR SO HELP ME DAUGHTER I WILL BIND, GAG AND DRAG YOU THERE MYSELF, WITH THE INTENT TO PRESENT YOU LIKE A PRESENT TO THE PRINCESSES OF EQUESRIA IN FRONT OF EVERYONE.”
Going pale Monarch stepped back from her mother know she meant everything she had just said. Mumbling her agreement Monarch quickly turned into a meek girl instead of the strong Queen that Evan had been living with the last several months sighing the Empress kneeled down and spoke to Evan “I apologize Evan, but this is a difficult time for us all, now to finally introduce myself I am Empress Pipevine Swallowtail, mother to one Queen Monarch.”
“It’s nice to meet you Empress Swallowtail as you already know I am Evan Morris. I have become Monarchs protector her after and her hives safety are my top concerns. But I do wish she had warned me of your stature." Evan answered bowing his head slightly, nodding her head in return she motioned for her guards to give them some privacy as the three headed towards the designated hatchery area of the hive using her magic Pipevine shrunk herself down to fit into the corridors giving her a quick tour of the hive, they talked about the repairs that were underway and the plans they had for future expansions to help with the growing hive. As the tour came to its end the three found themselves back atop the ship once she was back in the open Pipevine grew back to her original size turning towards them she said "Okay this hive will be marvelous Monarch I cannot wait to see it in the future......it does give me an idea though for the alliance in Ponyville."
"What Idea mother." Monarch asked narrowing her eyes and crossing her arms having a feeling she wasn't going to like the alternative.
"This ship has more then enough room for one hive, for this alliance to work the Equestrians we can't have three hives for them to be constantly monitoring so i want all three hives to operate out of this ship."
"Mother this ship is not operational! How do you expect us to-"
"I can move it no problem." Evan spoke up looking at the two mares he ignored the look of disbelief he motioned to the ship "Shouldn't be too hard to move the ship, just need to know exactly where to take it."
"Evan, I know your strong you've shown me that," Monarch said walking over to her mate she raised her hands above her head while saying "But I doubt you can lift this whole ship and move it to Ponyville by yourself."
"Wanna bet?"
"Bet !?!, you won't win this time." Monarch smirked as she straightened herself up knowing such a feat would be impossible.
"Then we wager the usual." Evan snarked as he leaned over and looked Monarch in her eyes, as he leaned in her cheeks flushed a deeper shade of her indigo before jerking her head in a nod.
"Well well aren't you full of surprises. So, If you will be moving the ship without any need of assistance, the official signing will be in a week I want you to meet us at Ponyville the other Empresses have collected their daughters and will be going there also, and it would be a good show of power if you do manage this. After all they will be teleporting the hives to the new location." Pipevine said as her gaze looked down at her son-in-law chuckling she couldn't help but think of her fellow empresses reactions if this single male flew in with the ship but that sight will have to wait coughing into her hand she continued "I will leave this elite warriors to help protect the ship and to come with you to Ponyville, I also have fifteen volunteer servants who will be joining your hive Monarch along with these five guards."
"Thank you, mother I do not have many belongings, so I am ready when you are." Monarch said her voice had a slight hitch in it, Evan cocked his head thinking 'Must be a big deal for her mother to be allowing her own members to join her hive.' looking up at the Empress Evan give her a smile and a nod of thanks which she returned. Motioning for Monarch to join her the Queen turned to Evan and planted a kiss on his lips as she pulled away she whispered "This is going to be a long week without you."
"Then when I get back lets make up for it." Evan whispered back he face blushing at his own forwardness giggling Monarch back away from him and sauntered over to her mother who shook her head. Once her daughter was by her side they disappeared in a flash of blue light once his sight returned to him Evan looked at the five guards who were now staring at him and asked "Do you want a tour?"
Second Chance: Viltrumite
(one week later)
Standing on the outskirts of the town Monarch, her mother, the two other Empresses, their daughters and the princesses of Equestria waited for Evan to bring the newest Ponyville building and future hive to them. Staring at the sky they scanned for any signs of his arrival, sighing Monarch knew it was too good to be true she had witnessed his feats of strength in a training room and when they sparred but knew that this would be too great a task for him. Hearing some snickering from her left she turned and saw Queen Honeybee looking at her a gleeful look in her eyes knowing she stuck her tongue out at her and waggled it, snarling Monarch wanted to go over and punch the mare but felt her mother's hand on her shoulder looking up she heard a yelp coming from Honeybee. Smirking at that she relaxed a bit as she looked back at her using her peripheral vision to see that Honeybees own mother Empress Megachile Pluto was whispering at her sternly. Looking away she turned to look at Queen Rosy Maple and Empress Atlas seeing her looking Rosy gave her a sheepish smile and a wave she looked very uncomfortable smiling Monarch gave her a wave back. Deciding enough time had pass Monarch turned to her mother and was about to say something when a gasp came from the crowd, and they began to point at the sky following the fingers Monarchs jaw dropped as she could see the ship, she and Evan would be calling home floating towards them its vegetation covered hull growing as it was brought closer to the designated landing sight. After a minute it landed a hundred meters away towering over the trees soon Evan appeared in front of the crowd floating above them, he winked at Monarch and called "Looks like I won the bet my queen!"
Dragging her hands down her face she internally groaned realizing just what she would have to do but then again, her heart was alight seeing her love after a week apart. Floating towards her he landed before her crossing his arms Evan looked around and easily guessed who the other Empresses were but didn't really care at this time, he came to collect his prize looking at Monarch he smiled sighing she then began to speak in a loud bubbly voice "MY KING I'M OH SO HAPPY YOU CAME I'VE MISSED MY SNUGGLY WUGGLY LOVE OF MY LIFE!!!"
Hearing the sound of laughter Evan turned to see a changeling on her knees holding her sides with tears rolling down her cheeks. Looking her over Evan the changeling was way shorter than Monarch possibly standing at five ft, her body was a tad chubbier with her ass, waist and stomach having a slight thickness, but she wasn't overly chubby so that it would be turn off, eyeing her skin Evan saw that it was stripped black and yellow like that of a bee. Around her neck looked to be a small collar of black fuzz, her mane was pulled up into a bun with a few strands framing her face, the horn sprouting from her forehead was about five inches and barbed at the end, her mane and tail were bright platinum blonde. His eyes went a bit too far south, but Evan couldn't help but stare at her cleavage due to the changelings deep v cut dress leaving little to the imagination thinking to himself 'Holy shit she's bigger than Monarch, those have to be a I cup maybe double II if that's a thing!'
Feeling an elbow in his side Evan turned to look at Monarch who was pouting at where his attention had gone, seeing that she was puffing her chest out a bit he muttered an apology to her turning away with a HUMPH she walked to stand by her mother. Looking up with a bit of fear Evan thought that at that moment Pipevine would wipe he off the face of the planet instead she was giggling at her daughter while giving Evan a sly look and a small wink, raising an eyebrow he didn't really know what that was about when a voice spoke up "I am terribly sorry to be interrupting but I think it would be best for us to get started, you must be Evan it is wonderful to finally meet you. I am Princess Celestia."
"It's nice to meet you too I hope that this will be the beginnings of a new friendship between us all your majesty." Evan said as he turned and came face to face with a white pony that had wings and a horn, she wore an elegant silver dress that hugged her curves well, learning his lesson Evan kept his eyes trained on the rose-colored irises of the mare.
"That was on impressive feat Mr. Morris, when Empress Pipevine told me what you would be doing........but well to be honest I had my doubts about that."
"Yeah, well my kind are known for impressive feats of strength, speed, and durability. I just wanted to show off a bit for my new allies and friends." Evan laughed to himself as he thought about how just a week earlier he'd flown to the moon and back a few times to work on his speed.
"Yes, well it is a good thing you are on our side," looking over at the Empresses Celestia motioned for Evan to follow her guiding him to stand before the two empresses Evan eyed them just like Pipevine they were fifteen feet tall and had four arms of course their appearances were different.
The Empress on the left was just like the other changeling black and yellow stripped with a platinum blonde mane and tail, her eyes were yellow and looking into them he could tell she enjoyed a good fight, jutting out of her head was an eight-inch horn that was serrated at the end, her mane was cute down to her scalp on the sides but long at the top, upon her back were four bee wings that seemed too small to carry her massive frame. She wore heavy black and gold armor that looked to have recently seen battle as it had a few scorch marks across some of the metal, sneering down at him she crossed all four of her arms and spoke in a rough reverberating voice "I am Empress Megachile Pluto, the insolent welp that shows no dignity is my daughter Queen Honeybee."
"Mother!" the Queen hissed her face flushing with embarrassment as she looked up at the Empress, ignoring her daughter Megachile jabbed a finger at Evan.
"My daughter is my pride and joy BOY, when this is over, I expect her to find her healthy and well with a large hive full of love, DO. NOT. FAIL. ME."
"Of course, your majesty." Evan answered bowing his head looking back up he turned to the final Empress seeing no one around her he smiled and asked "Empress I do not see your daughter; did you make an alternate decision?"
As the mare moved Evan studied the final Empress instead of skin, she seemed to have a coat that was a light rust orange, upon her forward was a seven-inch smooth horn, to the left and right of the horn were fuzzy antennae, the empresses mane and tail were light gray, her mane was tied together in a tight bun that allowed nothing to be loose, looking into her eyes they were a bright orange and seemed to be filled with a kind light flickering at the center, upon her back were the largest pair of wings in the entire group Evan had a feeling that when unfurled it would be an amazing sight. The armor she wore was not metal seemed to be leather instead its coloring was dark grey and rust orange, as he looked it over Evan saw some slashes and cuts across the arms and chest.
"My daughter is a shy one you see Evan," the Empress spoke her voice soft and smooth that would put anyone to sleep if they listened long enough. Placing a hand on her daughters back she gently guided her toward Evan while saying "I'm Empress Atlas and this is my daughter Queen Rosy Maple."
Smiling nervously the queen waved at Evan doing her best not to make eye contact, looking her over Evan noticed that she dressed in a heavy gown that hid most of her body, so he was unsure of her body type. She was the same height as Evan, like her mother she had a coat that was bright pink, her mane and tail were bright Easter yellow, her mane was long and voluminous flowing down her shoulders reaching her waist, like her mother she had both a horn and antenna on her head. Sprouting from her back were a large set of moth wings the same color as her coat and mane, gazing into her eyes they were a softer rose pink and for a moment Evan was lost in them. Biting his lip he forced himself to pay attention coughing slightly he said "It's nice to meet you both."
"I-It's good to m-meet you a-also Evan," Queen Rosy said her voice was like the hum of a crystal glass fidgeting a little bit she twirled her fingers, Evan noticed a slight tremor starting as she mumbled ", Monarch has told us a lot about you. Thank you for allowing us to use your ship to build our hives."
"It is no trouble at all," Evan said while straightening himself up he jabbed a thumb over his shoulder at it while rolling his eyes ", it's just a hunk of junk most of its systems are shot so at this point it's just a building. But once the more boring stuff is out of the way I can give you a tour and we can start setting up the hive."
“Well i-it looks q-quite lovely, and I look f-forward to making i-it my home.” Rosy murmured as she looked at him trying her best to make eye contact, the tremors seemed to be getting worse giving her one of his warmest smiles Evan mouthed "Its okay."
Once all the pleasantries were finished the group made way to town hall where the meeting would be, for the next six hours they deliberated more into what it meant to be building a hive by Ponyville. Unless the hive did anything illegal or something to prove them untrustworthy, they would be considered temporary citizens of Equestria and could freely trade within the country, it was decided that the land would be protected by royal laws of Equestria due to foreign royalty living on it. This allowed opened the door for them to be allowed to not worry about property taxes on the land while also having the ability for o protect themselves if worse came to worse, difficulties did come up as it had been discussed outside this meeting but both changeling and equestrian royals had decided this hive would have to earn their own income so they wouldn't be allowed to dip into any type of treasury.
Evan half expected an argument to break out from the three queens, but all were quiet at the news,as they looked over the papers with bored expressions. Looking to Monarch he cocked his head to the side quizzically seeing him she held up a finger signaling that would talk about this later nodding he turned back to the talks. With everything being finished all that was left was the changeling giving their numbers so Ponyville could add the individuals to the census the first to go was Queen Honeybee proudly stating she had ten guards, five servants and six eggs after her Queen Rosy Maple gave her numbers six guards, six servants and ten eggs and finally Queen Monarch gave her numbers five guards, fifteen servants and fourteen eggs.
Writing down the number the mayor thanked the changelings and welcomed them to Ponyville a practiced smile plastered on her face she, finished getting the papers together she excused herself and left the room. Once that was finished the Empresses gave each of their daughters a loving hug and kiss upon the crown of their heads before also depart, well not before whispering to Evan threats of death if he allowed anything to happen to them. After that they teleported away from them leaving Evan, the Queens and Princess Celestia alone clearing her throat she said “My sister and Princess Twilight will be coming in four months time, if at all possible I would love it if we could all lunch together in a semi serious fashion.”
Looking between each other the queens nodded in agreement smiling at that Celestia gave her thanks and wished them all the best of luck as she teleported herself back to her own castle Evan guessed. Sighing he was glad everything was done after this he never wanted another meeting to happen for at least a month, hearing annoyed sigh Queen Honeybee spoke “Alright let’s start discussing what our hive is gonna trade with these ponies.”
Internally screaming Evan wasn’t ready for another meeting sensing his grief Monarch spoke “If it quite alright wouldn’t it be more prudent for us to give you a tour of the hive so we can start setting everything up before we get into that discussion?”
“Fine.” Honeybee grunted as she motioned for them to lead the way.
(Month and a half later)

Hearing her stomping off Monarch groaned and muttered something under her breath about said changeling. Pulling herself off of Evan she cast a spell to keep his essence within her as she walked off to their bathroom to clean up. Sighing himself Evan quickly joined her and got himself cleaned and dressed alongside her as they walked off towards the meeting area, over the last two weeks he had noticed that Monarch and Honeybee were becoming a little more hostel between each other but when approached about the subject Monarch was quick to end the topic and move onto something else. Deciding today would be the day he approached the subject he would trap them all and make them openly discuss what was causing the discourse between them, considering his life was on the line he wasn't gonna play games with said these women. After all he had started to care for them all in his own way but lately, he'd been growing closer to Honeybee and Rosy Maple spending personal time with them whenever he could. During this time, he had been getting to know both the Queens learning about both of them and realizing that they were both wonderful and vibrant beings that he loved being around. Honeybee was strong, determined and loyal she would push Evan whenever she was in the gym with him teaching him the best ways to exercise along with combat skill, despite her appearance the mare was so physically fit she would make Olympic athlete's look lazy while also managing the production and sale of honey that they sold in Ponyville. Rosy Maple was a shy, kind and smart always putting others before herself one example was that lately she had been wanting to take trips to Ponyville but not wanting to go alone she wanted to with someone but her fears of bothering them had stopped her form asking. Evan had figured this out when he'd found her sitting atop the ship staring in the direction of said town mumbling to herself how she'd ask others to accompany her. So, taking it upon himself Evan decided to offer his presence so she could visit the town which had become a once a week visit for them where they simply walked about the town enjoying what the town offered them.
Reaching the door to the meeting room he and Monarch walked inside seeing Honeybee and Rosy Maple waiting patiently for them along with a guard from each of their species, taking the remaining two seats Evan looked between the queens feeling some type of tension in the air Rosy Maple opened her mouth to speak only to be interrupted by Evan who begun talking in a serious tone "Before we start this official meeting I have an unofficial discussion I want us to have."
Looking between each other the mares hadn't known Evan to be so serious gulping nervously they slowly nodded their heads, closing his eyes Evan gathered his thoughts and begun to speak "Lately I've noticed a growing animosity between the three of you, arguments over the smallest of things, threats almost every other day, and three fights in the last week have nearly broken out between EACH of you!" pointing his finger around the table the Queens each had a unique reaction Rosy Maple looked down at the table her ears pinning back, Honeybee glared at him but broke eye contact after a moment, and Monarch murmured something before crossing her arms and looking away.
"So, before we start, I want us to get to the bottom of this, I will let you all know this is a selfish reason because my neck is on the line if your mothers visit and the figure out you've been fighting, they'll try to kill me! So, what's the fucken issue HUH!?! I don't want this to continue, I care about each and every one-"
"Me and Honeybee are in love of you!!!" Rosy Maple suddenly burst out tears brimming at the edges of her eyes as she looked up at Evan.
"Rosy!!!" Honeybee screeched her cheeks flushing making her face redder than a tomato as she looked at the moth her mouth slightly agape.
"What?" Evan asked his voice barely a whisper as he looked between the two mares who were looking up at him, Rosy with a small number of tears rolling down her cheeks and Honeybee looking at him with a determined look in her eyes.
"Did you know this, Monarch?"
"Yes, I did," Monarch answered waving a hand at them she continued "That is what the fighting has been about, your MY king no one else's but that isn't stopping these two from trying to get your gaze to wonder over to them."
After that the three began to argue between each other standing up and pointing fingers at them Evan was trying to get things back on track when he noticed the guards look between each other. Slamming his hand on the table he stopped the arguing and pointed to the nearest guard "You what is with the look? Do you have a way to resolve this?"
"Uh yes sire I do." the guard said shocked by the sudden attention on him as the queens looked at him clearing his throat, he pulled out a small handbook with the title 'Equestrian Laws' waving it he continued "We've been given these books to learn about Equestria's law's, me and the other captains have been pouring over these books and making lesson plans for the future guards.........there is one law that could help end this argument but may lead to another."
"What. Law. Guard." Honeybee growled as she slowly stood up allowing some of her magic to leak out, shaking in his armor the guard stuttered "Equestria has a law allowing for something called h-herding, it's where one stallion forms a group with multiple mares............a-apparently they have a large gap between the male and female numbers."
Staring at the guard the four individuals looked at him for a moment longer before turning their attention to each other, the silence was palpable Evan didn't know what to do and the Queens seemed to be having a small apophany at the newly acquired knowledge sitting back down Honeybee was the first to speak "Bring us whatever information you have on that law."
(Two hours later)
After going over every last aspect of the law the group had learned everything they could about the law and had learned a few things, first the herd could be as large as the stallion wanted it just as long as each member was they're under their own will, second that the herd had to be registered with the local government upon marriage and properly updated with each new mare added to the herd, Third a herd would not be officially recognized until an official marriage ceremony took place and the final law was the herd needed a registered alpha mare which could be classified as the first mare to join the stallion or the mare voted to be the leader by the female members of the herd. Once they had poured over all this, they had decided to move forward with forming a herd to see how it would turn out while also using changeling customs to mark who officially joins aka whoever Evan marks with his essence next. With the promise that if it did not work out there would be no hard feelings, once that was out of the way Evan had a tough decision to make at that moment looking between Honeybee and Rosy Maple he would have to pick the next member of his herd. Feeling the weight forming on his shoulders Evan didn't want to make any of them feel left out or like a second choice when Rosy Maple spoke up "Honeybee can be the next to join, we can have a date on our next outing to Ponyville in a week."
"Rosy are you sure?" Honeybee asked looking at the Queen with a shocked expression, nodding her head she gave Honeybee a warm smile. Returning the smile Honeybee lunged forward and brought the mare into a hug whispering something into her ear as she pulled away from the other Queen.
"So, Queen Honeybee how should-"
"Sparring ring tomorrow noon," Standing up straight Honeybee began to walk towards the door but before she left, she looked over her shoulder and growled "DO NOT BE LATE."
Staring at the door the queen had just left through Evan looked at Monarch and Rosy Maple a slightly confused look on his face he asked "What's that about?"
"You'll find out lover boy." Monarch said a small smirk coming to her face as she also stood up to leave while being followed by Rosy Maple who had a deep blush on her face as she looked up at Evan and Monarch.
(Sparring Ring)
(12:00 pm)
Standing in some gym shorts and a plain white shirt Evan waited for Honeybee to show up she had told him to be on time but she herself was late sighing he didn't know what the mare was getting at. The gym was empty which means Honeybee had purposely gone around and ordered that no one enter the gym while they were there, looking around it was eerie to see all the equipment going unused, despite the size of the hive at this time this section always had one or two changelings working out there. Deciding he wanted to do a light workout he started towards an area where he could work on his legs, he heard someone enter the gym turning he knew it had to be the queen turning around he was about to give her a small piece of his mind but that thought stopped dead in its tracks. Honeybee usually wore baggy shorts and a shirt with stains on it basically lazy day attire, but today she wore little to nothing a tight baby blue sports bra that seemed to barely be containing her bust which seemed to be trying to spill out of the top and sides. Almost as if they were painted on, she wore spandex work out shorts that seemed to show off her ass and legs as she approached him standing till her chest was almost touching him, she looked up and whispered "You ready for this big boy?"
"Ready for what exactly?" Evan asked as he tried to keep from popping a boner at her looks, sound and proximity while taking a small step back, he rubbed his neck and said "Why are we here? I know you want to be next to make this herd thing, but wouldn't that mean we would go out on a date or do something romantic?"
"PFFFFT save that shit for Monarch and Rosy Mapleand maybe me later on what I want is to make sure your tough enough to handle all this." Honeybee explained lightly smacking her as causing the cheek to jiggle slightly while giving him the dirties bedroom eyes she could do.
"Honeybee you know what I can-AAAGH!!!!"
