Rainbow Dash has been tasked with training a group of new potential recruits for the Wonderbolts. She's surprised to find that these new recruits seem to be totally lacking in the social skills required to make it as a team.

Using her skills as a Bolt and Element, Dash will have to whip the six recruits into a real team if they're ever to become full Wonderbolts. But is she truly equipped to deal with the task?
