Having been banished from his home universe, Dusk Shine discovers himself in a strange universe where he meets his own counterpart...as a mare. Permanently barred from reentering his universe, Dusk must find a life for himself, else die, since there can only be one Element of Magic in Equestria.

This is a very dark version of Dusk Shine, nowhere close to being an exact copy of Twilight Sparkle, as his backstory significantly deviated from hers. They do share a few traits, but are quite different in nature.
