The next morning Turquoise woke up like usual, but this time did not put her boobs on since she had an appointment today after school which meant her mom would be driving her today. After putting her wig on over her real hair which had the extensions removed, she went downstairs where her mom was waiting for her.

“I know you're worried about what everyone at school is going to think but I'm sure your friends will still have your back,” Ruby said.

“How long do you think it will be before I look somewhat close to the girl I wish to be?” Turquoise asked.

“Let’s save that question for the doctor to answer,” Ruby said. Suddenly Bullet entered the foyer.

“You kind of look different without your big boobs, “Bullet said.

“I hope real ones grow in and hope they come close to the size as the ones Lemon gave me,” Turquoise said, feeling used to the weight especially since not having them altered her center of gravity.

“If you want my opinion, I think slightly smaller ones would look better for a girl your age,” Ruby said.

“I have grown used to being 40D, it's going to feel odd not having them,” Turquoise said.

“Look at it this way, after the transitioning process you will have ones that feel real and not silicone,” Ruby said.

“Also, if the boys try anything with you, don’t hesitate to call me, I know this is normally an empty threat spoiled rich girls use to get their way, but I know I can trust you to use it, when necessary,” Bullet said.

“How do you know that?” Ruby asked.

“I might have been watching some cartoons while in New York, Addie loves her miraculous ladybug,” Bullet said.

“Are you talking about Chloe Bourgeois?” Turquoise asked.

“I am and let me tell you I hope you don’t turn into her,” Bullet said.

“I hate her, so why would I want to be her?” Turquoise asked.

“Ok we need to get going now,” Ruby said before she and Turquoise went to the garage. Sometime later Turquoise was in front of the school. “I will be back for you after school, stay safe. Ruby drove off and as turquoise was going up to the entrance, she was surprised to see no sign of either Suri or Upper crust.

“No sign of Suri or Upper crust today? That’s a first,” Turquoise said.

“I know right,” Sapphire said from next to her.

“Sapphire, good to see you,” Turquoise said.

“You too, you look different,” Sapphire said.

“Mom had me take my boobs off since I'm about to take the next step on my path to femininity,” Turquoise said.

“Are you sure you are ready for it?” Sapphire asked.

“Tell me, do you love having Turquoise around?” Turquoise asked.

“Of course, Me, Amber, Moonstone, even Petalite, we love having you around and I'm sure we are not the only ones,” Sapphire said.

“Do you think we should be concerned that Suri and Upper Crust have not approached us yet?” Turquoise asked.

“Didn't you hear? “Suri has been suspended and Upper Crust was pulled from Crystal Prep by her parents,” Ein said.

“Ein?” Turquoise asked.

“I heard it from Fleur, she told me Upper crust reached out to her hoping she could convince her parents to change their mind but no luck,” Ein said.

“Ok but why would they pull her out to begin with?” Turquoise asked.

“To teach both of them a permanent lesson by separating them for good,” Ein said.

“Ok but Upper Crust is just moving to another school, right?” Sapphire asked.

“No, her parents are moving to Milfard,” Ein said.

“Milfard? as in Milfard Maine?” Turquoise asked.

“Exactly, from my experience, Milfard has no points of interest for teenagers so for Upper crust it's like her own personal hell,” Ein said.

“From your experience? So, you've been to Maine before?” Turquoise asked.

“I haven't been there, I came from there to begin with,” Ein said.

“Ok this conversation has been fun, but we must get to class,” Sapphire said before the three went their separate ways. Class went by with very little incident although some of the students did notice Turquoise’s lack of boobs.

“Hey slut where are your hooters?” One of the girls asked.

“In my closet but soon I will have real ones that will rival yours,” Turquoise said using the sass she learned.

“Unlikely, a weak boy like you matching these, don’t make me laugh,” The girl said while cupping her own boobs which were around the same size as Lemon’s.

“Maybe not now but before the school year is over I will,” Turquoise said before continuing on to her next class. The day went on and although a good number of students were poking fun of Turquoise for forgetting her boobs today, she ignored them. Lunch came and she was excited to share the news with her friends. She sat with them, and Indigo spoke first.

“Hey Turquoise, where are your boobs?” Indigo asked before Lemon bumped her as if she said something out of line.

“My boobs aside, I have exciting news,” Turquoise said before continuing. “My parents agreed to let me undergo hormone therapy to become a real girl.

“Awesome, how did you sweet talk them into accepting?” Lemon asked.

“That’s the thing, I didn’t, they approached me about it first,” Turquoise said.

“Really? I thought your dad would have been furious if you even suggested it,” Sunny said.

“Well, something must have changed him while he was in New York,” Turquoise said.

“While I am happy for you, I must ask one last time, are you ten billion percent sure you want to do this?” Haruka asked giving Turquoise one final chance to back out before it's too late.

“Tell me, do you girls love having Turquoise around or boring old Silver?” Turquoise asked.

“We love having Turquoise around more than you know,” Lemon said.

“Your caring, your compassionate, and despite what people call you, you never give up,” Sunny said.

“You're like a ray of light shining brightly in our school,” Indigo said.

“We want you to feel happy no matter what challenges you may face,” Sour said.

“We all care about you,” Sugarcoat said.

“Me most of all, Silver or Turquoise, you will always be my friend and my lover,” Haruka said.

“Well then, that decides it, I'm going to proceed as planned,” Turquoise said.

“Your conviction speaks volumes, very well, I won’t stop you but promise me, if you ever reach a point where you feel like giving up, let us know, we want to help you through this,” Haruka said.

“We are friends, right? And real friends are always there for each other,” Fleur said.

“You got it and thank you everyone,” Turquoise said before tearing up.

“No need for the waterworks,” Haruka said.

“Sorry, it's just aside from Haruka I never really had any other friends,” Turquoise said.

“Well, you do now, and the list will keep growing over time,” Lemon said. Lunch ended and everyone returned to classes. Once school let out Ruby was waiting up front. While the other students were mocking Turquoise for having her mom pick her up, she ignored them.

“Aren't you a least bit upset at them for mocking you?” Ruby asked.

“Very, but I can’t let them bring me down, not when the real challenge is about to start,” Turquoise said.

“How did your friends take the news?” Ruby asked.

“Haruka asked if I was sure about this, but I managed to convince her and the girls agreed to have my back,” Turquoise said.

“I look forward to seeing how you turn out,” Ruby said. They soon arrived at the medical clinic and ten minutes later it was now Turquoise and Ruby’s turn. The doctor had turquoise do the usual weight and height part. She stepped onto the scale and weighed her.

“155 pounds, not bad,” The doctor said. Next came the height part. “5 '6 you shrunk an inch since last time. Once the formalities were done it was time to get down to business. “So, what brings you two in here today?

“My son decided he wants to undergo hormone therapy to become a girl,” Ruby said.

“Is that so? Well Silver, I must warn you, this is a very long road you are looking at with a lot of turbulent bumps along the way.

“I know, my friends warned me,” Turquoise said.

“Did they also tell you once we begin, you can’t turn back or stop because any changes that are made will be irreversible?” The Doctor said.

“They did and promised to help me through it,” Turquoise said.

“Very well, then let's discuss how this will work,” The doctor said before continuing. “You will be required to come in every day for a daily dose of estrogen, overtime the estrogen will rewrite your testosterone and reshape your body which will hurt like hell, you may also experience some mood swings and suicidal thoughts. Once you reach the final stage it will be time for sex reassignment surgery to complete the process.

“And how long will this whole process take exactly?” Turquoise asked.

“That depends on the individual, some take months, others take years,” The doctor said.

“However long it takes, I won't give up until i reach the goal,” Turquoise said.

“Very well, then begin with a physical and see if you're healthy enough to do this,” The doctor said. The doctor administered every other test on turquoise and luckily for her everything came up good, so she was ready for the MtF transition. “Return here tomorrow at exactly 4 pm and I will have your first dose ready and waiting. Turquoise and Ruby left with turquoise excited but first she had one last piece of business to take care of today.

“Mom, can we swing by Upper Crust’s place before we go home?” Turquoise asked.

“Why do you want to go there?” Ruby asked.

“Fleur told me Upper Crust was moving to the north-east coast and I want to try and see if we can end things on good terms like I did with Lance,” Turquoise said.

“What you're saying is you need closure before it's too late, is that right?” Ruby asked.

“That’s right,” Turquoise said.

“Well, I suppose that’s fair enough, but I thought you would be glad to see her gone,” Ruby said. Turquoise gave ruby the address and sometime later they were in front of a house that had a pile of perfectly good stuff on the front lawn. “Why are they throwing away perfectly good clothes and stuff?

“Fleur told me Suri and Upper crust landed in some serious trouble that got them suspended, well technically Suri suspended, and Upper crust expelled by her own parents,” Turquoise said. The two of them approached the door and rang the doorbell. A few moments later Upper Crust’s mom answered the door.

“Who are you two?” Upper Crust’s mom asked.

“I’m Turquoise and this is my mom, Is Upper crust home?” Turquoise asked.

“She is but aren’t you the girl she and Suri were constantly bullying, why are you here?” Upper Crust’s mom asked.

“I heard she was moving, and I wanted to try and get some closure before she leaves,” Turquoise said.

“These things are important, know what I mean?” Ruby asked.

“Well since we leave tomorrow morning, very well I will allow it since you will be the last visitor she will have,” Upper Crust’s mom said before inviting them inside. Turquoise found Upper Crust’s room which was basically just the bare essentials since all of Upper Crust’s stuff was on the front lawn.

“What are you doing here?” Upper crust said not in the mood to talk.

“I came to talk,” Turquoise said.

“What is there to talk about? You won, I’m being dragged to boring old Milfard and will never see Suri ever again,” Upper Crust said.

“First off, let's talk about you two. Why did you girls keep attacking me even though I did nothing to you two?” Turquoise asked.

“Because you are a boy and you have no idea how hard it is being a girl, you have no idea how long it takes for us to look presentable for the day or how it feels to be rejected by a male dominated society, a society where women are treated poorly and are constantly being forced to put up with harassment with no justice,” Upper Crust said.

“You’re wrong, I do know, I've seen it a lot in anime. The men are perverted and can be very lustful, but the difference is those girls fight back because they are not afraid to stand up for themselves or their comrades. It’s what I admire about them and what I want to be like,” Turquoise said.

“Get real, this is not one of your dumb anime, this is real life and here fighting back lands you either in a prison cell or a homeless shelter,” Upper Crust said.

“Who said women can’t fight back? Nothing will change unless you make it,” Turquoise said.

“Ok, but do you know how long it takes for a woman to look beautiful or understand all the hoops we go through?” Upper crust asked.

“I do, it takes me about thirty minutes to get ready and that includes the time for me to apply the glue to my boobs and let it set. I even wax which I’m sure you know hurts like a bitch,” Turquoise said.

“Why would you willingly go that far? A lot of men would rather not go through that much pain,” Upper crust asked.

“Because I follow the same standards you girls set yourselves to as a sign of my dedication to what I'm doing,” Turquoise said. “If you two did not keep attacking me we could have been friends, I would have even loved to learn from you two.

“Now I see why Fleur left us for you, she saw your level of dedication, hold on I have something for you,” Upper crust said before going into her closet and a few seconds later came out with a pink box of some sort. “The three of us, Fleur, Suri, and I always loved doing each other's nails, this is my nail kit, it contains many shades of nail polish, some press-Ons, and everything else you will need.

“Any reason you are giving it to me?” Turquoise asked.

“I noticed you have not gotten to doing your nails yet and since I won’t be needing this where I’m going, I figured you and Fleur can use it, as for Suri I know she will be giving you a hard time once she comes back but please don’t give up on her,” Upper Crust said.

“I promise, thank you for the nail kit,” Turquoise said.

“Thank you for showing kindness to me even though I did not deserve it,” Upper crust said.

“I wish you luck on your new life in Milfard,” Turquoise said before leaving. As soon as she went back to the living room Ruby was surprised to see turquoise with the box.

“What is that you got there?” Ruby asked.

“A Memento from Upper Crust, she gave it to me to remember her by,” Turquoise said.

“Well, you girls have a good evening and may our paths cross again in the future,” Upper Crust’s dad said before Ruby and Turquoise left. As soon as turquoise got home, she returned to her room and placed the nail kit inside the empty drawer of her vanity.

“Upper Crust is not so bad after all, I wish we could have had more time but maybe I can find a way to reunite her and Suri someday,” Turquoise said. With the day now over, Turquoise called it a night.
