Archer and Martyr were the two soldiers of the top Special Operation team in the U.N.S.C. - Designate: Team Shadow Fox. Their newest mission had at first seemed to be just another Covenant sabotage mission. But when their mission sends them to a new world, they discover that it's not only their home that they were protecting from their enemy. As they find themselves and their fleet in the ruins of the world, it becomes suspiciously apparent that in the wasteland, they aren't alone. The planet is inhabited by several multi-colored ponies with wings, and even horns, withering in the ashes of what is left of their world, begging for help from any living being that can somehow help them. And the situation only gets worse.
