All the participants were now in the dining room aboard the ship to eat their dinner. Everyone was happy and eating, but Rainbow on the other hand was a little distracted.

"Mmm, This is so good," said Robin, eating happily. "You seem happy" Applejack said and Robin said "Why am I not happy. This tournament is just incredible" Sunset sitting next to him said "And besides, We're all here together. What could be better?"

They all agreed but Pinkie who was sitting next to Rainbow looked at her in concern and took out a cupcake and happily said "Cupcake?" Rainbow looked at her in surprise but she said "Oh, no thanks"

"What's wrong Dashie?" Pinkie asked but Rainbow said "It's nothing. I'm just not that hungry" With that she walked away from the table with everyone confused. "What's wrong with her?" Amelia asked but no one answered.

"Don't know, Hope she'll be ok" Rarity said and with that Pinkie quickly ate the rest of her food and said "Thanks for the food" and rushed off. "What was that about?" Robin asked but the others didn't answer.

It was now daytime and everyone was on the deck in front of the big screen. "GOOD MORNING boys and girls. I hope you are all ready for this exciting day aboard the Sky Cruiser" said the announcer and with that Wakiya took to the stage.

"Listen carefully. It is my great pleasure to report that we have made it halfway through this exciting tournament" he said and then he said "But that means from now on we will be using a Deduction Systems"

They all looked at Wakiya in confusion and Amelia wondered "What does he mean by that?" Just then Wakiya said "It means that on top of the tokens you currently have, you get an extra token. But every time you lose, one is taken away. When you are at zero, you give up the chance to face the champion"

"That means we can't lose" Adagio said and Robin then said "It's about survival" With that Wakiya said "This is the current standings. Sunset, Robin, Adagio and Aria have four tokens. Amelia and Twilight have three. Applejack and Rarity have two and Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Bell and Ranzo are at the bottom with one token each"

"If we lose again it's over" Rainbow said and Ranzo said "Seems like we have a lot of stress on us" But to that Bell laughed and said "The Dark Prince works best under pressure"

With that the announcer walked up and said "And there we have it. And now it's time for the next exciting challenge. It's a three team battle" All the participants were excited and the announcer said "In this challenge three teams will battle each other. Third place finishers will lose two tokens and second place finishers will lose one token"

"Considering some only have a few tokens, you should work hard not to go home" Wakiya said and Rainbow gave a small unsure face. "And now, Time to some teams" said the announcer and the screen showed three teams.

"Group 1 is Sunset and Robin, Adagio and Aria and Rainbow and Pinkie" the announcer said and they all looked at each other. "And group 2 is Amelia and Twilight, Applejack and Rarity and Bell and Ranzo"

At that Bell smiled and the announcer said "Alright, This match is going to be wild. Hope you guys are ready to give it your all" They were all excited and they all went to train but Rainbow still had the same face as before.

Sunset and Robin worked out in their own rooms and worked out. "So what should we do when we have to go against two teams at the same time. Maybe it's best if we focus on Adagio and Aria first and then take on Rainbow and Pinkie"

Robin thought and said "Maybe. But we can't lower the guard for either of them" Sunset looked at Robin and said "Do you think those two might have some plan to beat us?"

"Maybe, But after their losing streak lately, their determination might be stronger than we can handle" Robin said. But just then Sunset thought of something and Robin said "You noticed that too huh. With Rainbow"

Sunset looked at Robin in astonishment and thought back to how Rainbow acted during dinner and just now. "Maybe we should say something. Help her out a little" Sunset said.

"I know we're friends. But we can't always lend a hand. This is something she has to handle on her own," Robin said and Sunset was a little taken aback. "Don't worry. You know Rainbow is too stubborn to let this keep her down. Plus, Pinkie will cheer her up in no time"

Sunset giggled, proving it was true. "Alright Shall we practice" Robin asked and Sunset replied "Sure" With that they both walked to the stadium and Robin said "Here goes"

"Let it, Rip!" shouted both Rainbow and Pinkie and their Beys walked into the stadium. Joker countered the middle and Pegasus went in for an attack. "Get them Pegasus" Rainbow shouted but when Pegasus attacked Joker it spun out of control and burst against the wall.

Rainbow quickly picked up her bey and said "One more time Pinks. Come on" Pinkie on the other side said "Dashie, Maybe you should take a break" but Rainbow just shook her head.

"I can't. I'm the best athlete at Canterlot High. If I lose without winning, my reputation will be ruined" Rainbow said, lowering her head. Pinkie kept thinking of something and then came up with it.

"You need to stop thinking like that" she said and Rainbow looked up. "You can't think about losing a match. Keep going and it will work out. Just what Ranjiro Kiyama used to say, You gotta roar into battle like you always do"

Rainbow looked at Pinkie in surprise but then smiled. "You're right. Thinking about losing is like asking for it. I'm just going to give it my all" she said and Pinkie smiled widely.

But just then Rainbow asked, confused "Wait, Who is Ranjiro Kiyama?" Pinkie just smiled and said "Ranzo's cousin" But then Rainbow asked "And how do you know he said that"

"Just a hunch" she said, smiling with her eyes closed. Rainbow just blinked and then she laughed hysterically. When she finished she said "Come on, One more time" and got ready.

"Sure thing" Pinkie said and they both got ready. "I gotta roar into battle like you always do" Rainbow thought before they started shouting "3... 2... 1... Let it, Rip!"

"Okay everyone, It's time to start these three team battles with excitement" said the announcer and everyone got ready. "But what's a battle without a stadium? So let's bring it in" said the announcer and a stadium rose from the floor.

This was an oval shape with an oval shaped stadium with two craters on each side with an over deck all around. "This is going to be interesting. it's time to enter the Thundering Stadium" said the announcer and everyone was interested.

"It has two craters. Looks like you can accelerate a lot in this stadium" Twilight said. With that, the first teams made their way to the stadium.

"It's time to start the first match with Sunset and Robin, Adagio and Aria and Rainbow and Pinkie. With only one token, Rainbow and Pinkie can't afford to lose this match" said the announcer.

Rainbow looked at the stadium and then at Sunset and Robin. "hey" she said, getting their attention. "Good luck. You're going to need it," she said coyly and Sunset and Robin smiled.

"Seems like I was worried about nothing. She's as overconfident as usual" she said to Robin and he said "Like I said, too stubborn to doubt" Adagio just looked at the other teams and said "What a waste. It's obvious which team who will lose"

"Start battle" said the screen and everyone got ready. "Time to roar into battle" thought Rainbow and the screen then said "Ready, Set" and began a countdown.

"3... 2... 1... Let it, Rip!" Everyone shouted and all the Beys got off. Joker walked towards the center while the others walked along the edge. "Go for it, Party Zone" Pinkie shouted and Joker was surrounded by its pink wind.

"Like that'll work. Siren" Aria shouted and Bass Siren went straight for Joker. But it did not take long before Pegasus came and Rainbow shouted "Rainbow Launch"

With that they both collided with each other as Phoenix and Drago circled while Melody Siren came from the other side. "Get them Siren" Adagio shouted and Sunset and Robin shouted "Flare Launch" and "Crash Launch"

The three beys managed to hold each other while Joker continued to spin. "You will never defeat me Aria" Rainbow shouted but then Aria said "Why should I waste my time with you"

With that, Siren walked away from Pegasus and aimed an attack straight at Joker. Rainbow gasped and Aria shouted "Bass Strike" With that, Siren landed an attack straight at Joker and Joker flew out of the center.

Pinkie gasped and as Joker went back and Siren charged up her second hit Rainbow yelled "Watch out!" But just then Robin yelled "Go Drago" With that Drago leaned over and changed direction.

With that it went straight for the Bass Siren and Robin yelled "Crash Upper" and then it hit the Siren. Aria, Rainbow gasped but then Pinkie said "Thanks Robin" But then Aria said "Hey why are you helping her. You're not on the same team"

Robin just smiled and said "Hey, I just want some payback from our last battle. But you can always do someone a favor" Pinkie smiled and then Rainbow shouted "Hey don't forget about me"

With that Pegasus went at Bass Siren and Pegasus and Drago both attacked Siren with then Adaigo said "It won't make any difference" and with that Siren walked away from Phoenix and at the three of them and Adagio shouted "Melody Whip"

With that the attacks hit and all were knocked off in different directions. Bass Siren and Pegasus were forced closer to the edge as Drago charged towards the one search crater.

"Alright Time to test my new trick. Be ready Dashie" Pinkie said but Rainbow said confused "What are you talking about Pinkie?" With that Joker went up on the upper deck while Melody Siren, Phoenix and Drago went against the search craters with Phoenix and Drago going against the same.

"Alright, time to get serious" Sunset said as Robin said "Alright then here we go" With that Adagio said "Time to crush you all" and with that the three of them resonated with their Beys shouting "Siren", "Phoenix " and "Drago" and their avatars appeared.

With that, everyone went into the craters and started to speed up a lot. "Wow, look at the speed" Rainbow said and then they all went towards the center but then Pinkie shouted "Time to celebrate, Joker" and then she resonated so Joker's avatar came forward.

With that Joker hooked the wall and flew towards the middle. As the other three were about to collide, Joker flew between all three and they all gasped. "Joker Surprise" Pinkie shouted and the three hit Joker's disc but its spring was strained but when it was released Joker burst and the other three flew in different directions.

"Oh My, Joker took on three beys and took a one way ticket to burst town" the announcer said and then Siren, Phoenix and Drago followed out of the stadium. "And Joker's attack managed to take out Siren, Phoenix and Drago" the announcer said and the three gasped.

"Now the last two left are Rainbow Dash with Rainbow Pegasus and Aria Blaze with Bass Siren" the announcer said and Rainbow looked at Pinkie in surprise and said "Why"

Pinkie just smiled and said "I'll let you have the last piece" and gave a big smile. Rainbow just smiled but then Aria said "Who cares. I'll just end it now" But then Rainbow confidently said "The only one who will end this is me"

With that they both left and attacked each other again and again. After a while they both went towards the search craters. "Get Them Siren" Aria shouted as Rainbow shouted "Go Pegasus" With that they both resonated and their Beys avatars came forward.

With that, Siren went against the wall and bounced against the center while Pegasus walked out of the crater and towards the center. "Swirling Bass" Aria shouted and Rainbow shouted "Rainbow Strike" and they both collided creating a lot of sparks.

Everyone watched intently and then Rainbow shouted "PEGASUS. GO" and the Siren burst. "Rainbow Pegasus with a Burst Finish. Team Rainbow and Pinkie are the winners" the screen said and the announcer said "Unbelievable. Rainbow Dash has managed to survive this three team battle and has now won the match. Congratulations"

Everyone cheered for Rainbow and Rainbow said in surprise "I won, I actually won" With that Pinie jumped into a hug and shouted "You're the best Dashie" and they both fell to the ground.

"You won" Pinkie said happily but then Rainbow said "No. we won" and they made a fist bump. With that, Wakiya came up on the screen. "Since Aria was the last to lose, so she and Adagio lost one Beytoken while Sunset and Robin lost two" he said and with that the screen flashed that Adagio and Aria now had three tokens while Sunset and Robin had two.

Sunset looked at the screen and Robin then said "We'll take the next match" and smiled. Sunset looked at him and nodded. With that the six went back to their seats and the others went out to the stadium.

"Now it's time for the second three-team battle. It's Applejack and Rarity vs. Amelia and Twilight vs. Bell and Ranzo. If Bell and Ranzo lose this match, they could be on their way home. But as we just saw, anything is possible," the Announcer said.

They all got ready and the girls looked at Bell. "The new accessories will make them even tougher" Rarity said and Applejack replied "Then we should play it safe" With Twilight she said "Those gears will not only make the Devastate Belfyre heavier. Its attack power will increase as well" Amelia smiled and said "But then we'll have to give it more than before"

"Start battle" said the screen and Bell and Ranzo were confident and Bell said "We're just doing what we trained" and then Ranzo said "You can trust me Amigo" With that the screen said "Ready, Set" and began a countdown.

"3... 2... 1... Let it, Rip!" Everyone shouted and all the Beys got off. While Belfyre, Griffin and Athena went to the edges, Bull, Unicorn and Roktavor went towards the center.

"Don't let them get ahead of Roktavor" Ranzo shouted and Roktavor managed to get to the center first. "Go for it Bull" Applejack called and Bull went in for an attack.

"Sorry but that won't work" Ranzo said and then he shouted "Double Winged Cyclone Grande" With that Roktavor created its cyclone but it was now much more powerful than before.

With that Bull and Unicorn were blown away and Applejack and Rarity gasped. "OH yes, that's Roktavor for ya" Ranzo shouted proudly. With the others, Griffin and Athena hunted for Belfyre.

"So cute. They think they're chasing me" bell said teasingly and Amelia yelled "Don't let them get away Griffin" and Griffin went landing an attack on Belfyre but then its S Gear spun and deflected the attack.

Amelia gasped and Twilight shouted "Come on Athena. You can catch them" Athena approached the Belfyre but then it leaned and its S Gear kicked off the stadium and sped up and got away.

Twilight gasped but then Belfyre charged straight at Griffin. When it hit Griffin, it used its normal blade and its F Gear and Griffin was knocked away.

"Wow, Belfyre's power is unbelievable" Twilight said but then Amelia said "We're not done" With that Griffin headed towards the search crater and began to accelerate. "Do it Griffin" she shouted and she resonated with her Bey so its avatar came forward.

With that it flew out of the crater and flew above Belfyre. "Storm Strike" Amelia and Griffin shouted straight at the Belfyre. But when it hit Belfyre, it hit Belfyre's L Gear and Griffin was knocked away.

Amelia gasped and Griffin bounced away from Belfyre but it followed and all the gears started lighting up and Bell shouted "Devastate Wrecker" and Belfyre landed the attack and Griffin bursted in a second.

Amelia gasped and the announcer said “Oh jeez, Griffin just got decimated by Belfyre” With that Twilight said “Alright, Time to power up and Athena headed towards the crater.

"Hey Rare let's do that too" Applejack said and Rarity said "Okay darling" and Bull and Unicorn headed towards the other crater. "It's time now Bell" Ranzo said and Bell nodded and said "Now Belfyre"

With that, Belfyre charged at Roktavor, hitting it in the side. "But what now, Belfyre is attacking his own team mate" the announcer said and everyone was surprised. But just then both Belfyre and Roktavor began to climb up the Cyclone.

With that, they shouted "Belfyre" and "Roktavor" and their avatars emerged. After that, Bull, Unicorn and Athena walked out of the craters and towards the center and Belfyre and Roktavor started to go in a circle and die straight down.

"Devastate Cyclone Dive Grande" they both yelled and their Beys hit all three of them and they burst at the same time. "Devastate Belfyre and Cyclone Roktavor with a Burst Finish. Team Bell and Ranzo are the winners" the screen said the announcer said "Unbelievable. With a crazy combo attack Bell and Ranzo have taken the win. Bow to the Warriors of Phantom's Gate"

Everyone was shocked at the power and Wakiya said "Not bad boys. Since Amelia went first she and Twilight are in third place and Applejack and Rarity are in second" With that the screen flashed that both teams now only have one token left.

Those sitting on the benches were all shocked by the combined attack of Bell and Ranzo. "Looks like those two are going to give us tougher trouble from now on" thought Sunset.
