They were all back in Canterlot High and Robin was training for his Title match Right now there was a match against the Flash and Robin shouted "Ultra Crash Course" and Drago attacked Flash's Bey and burst it.

"Crash Drago with a Burst Finish, Robin is the winner" Twilight said and Flesh was frustrated and said "Good match" Robin picked up Drago and said "same here, Thanks" With that Flash left and Robin said "Okay, Who's next? "

Just then Amelia came up and said "Maybe you should take a break. You've been going at it for hours. You're exhausted" Robin turned to her and said "I can't, I have to be fully ready for the match with that Sombra guy"

"But Robin…" Amelia tried but Robin then said "You know what Sunset said. About the other Sombra" and they thought after the conference.

(Flashback)

The conference had just ended and Robin went to the others but then he noticed that Sunset seemed to be panicking. "Sunset, is something wrong?" he asked and they all turned to her. Sunset looked at Robin and began to tell her what happened.

She talked about how King Sombra was a villain from Equestria that Princess Twilight and her friends had met, How he took over The Crystal Empire over 1000 years ago (Equestria Time), How he cursed the kingdom to disappear with him and How he tried to take over it again when he came back but was stopped.

Everyone was now worried and Sunset then said "And now, He is here. That's not good" But then Amelia said "Alright, Before we lose our heads, Maybe he's this world's Sombra" They all looked at her and Rainbow said "Yeah. You said everyone from Equestria has a variant here. Maybe he's just a regular guy"

"A guy who just admitted to wanting to rule the Beyblade world with a Bey that literally has 'Evil' in the name" Robin said and Rainbow said "Okay. Maybe not so regular" scratching the back of her head nervously.

(End of Flashback)

"Even though he's not the same person Sunset was worried about, I feel like he's still trouble" Robin said and then Rainbow came up and said "In that case. Less talk and more practice" Robin turned to her and said " Yeah, I'm ready"

Twilight was about to call the match but then her phone rang. "Hu, Unknown number" she said when she saw that the number was unknown before she answered.

"Hello… Wakiya? How did you get… Oh, Okay… Mhm… Okay… Okay, We're coming" the call went and she hung up. "It was Wakiya. He wanted us to come to his office here in Canterlot. Apparently he has some information on Sombra" she said and they were all surprised.

Robin turned to Sunset and said "What do you think, Sunset?" She thought about it and said "It would be useful to know more. So I say we go" Oh with that they all started walking.

They all walked into town until they arrived at a large building that The Murasaki Group had purchased in Canterlot City. When they got inside, there was a person who showed them the way to Wakiya's office.

When they opened the door, Wakiya was sitting in his office chair and calling into the phone. "Listen here, I want to know how, when and who is responsible for this. Don't come back to me until you have results" he yelled and hung up.

"Um, are you okay?" Fluttershy asked and Wakiya looked at them and sighed. "It's just a lot I've had to do lately," he said with a hand on his head. "But now we have the more important matter we must discuss. I guess you know what I'm talking about"

Sunset looked to the side a bit and said "Sombra" Wakiya forsate with "Yeah. Specifically how he could be signed up for a title match at all"

They all looked at him and he said "As you may already know. When someone is going to be outed to take on a title match, Especially over the world title, the organizers have to be the ones to arrange it. But something is not right in this"

Rainbow raised her hand and said "Let me guess. Is it because you don't have any information about him" Wakiya looked unsure and said "They what what I thought at first" they all looked at him and he said "I don't know how, But somehow his bladeing information got into our system"

They gasped a bit but then Rainbow said "But what's the problem? If we have information, How is it weird?" with that Wakiya said "That's it. All information that enters our system goes through several security steps. And it also contains the person who found the info But this information has neither"

They all looked at each other pch then Robin asked "So what does the information say about Sombra and his Bey?" Wakiya leaned against the screen and said "There wasn't much information about Sombra, But about his Bey" and then he brought out pictures of his Bey.

"According to what we have, Evil Ruler is a counter clockwise spinning attack type. It has a lot of power and is good at smash attacks from above" Wakiya said but then he looked down and said "But there seems to be something more to it"

"What?" Sunset asked but Wakiya didn't know. Just then he turned to them and said "I'm not sure. But other than that Sombra has no bladeing history at all. In the public eye, Is this his first official match"

They were all confused by that and Amelia said "That doesn't make sense. How can that be his first match?" and Wakiya said "That can only mean one thing. Someone must have hacked into our system and planted the information and added the title match"

They all gasped and Twilight said "Then we have to tell everyone and cancel the match" and Wakiya then said "We can't. If the match were to be canceled after it was announced on TV it could affect our reputation in a bad way"

They all looked at him and Sunset asked "But, what are we going to do. If we let Sombra have his way, he's going to cause more trouble. Right?" Wakiya looked to the side for a while and then he looked at them seriously.

"Regardless of who Sombra is or what he plans. Someone has gone to great lengths to get him signed up for this title match" Wakiya said looking at Robin "Robin. This title match could be the most important one ever. I wouldn't want to put so much pressure on you but as world champion you have to win this match"

Robin took a step forward and said "Don't worry. I'm ready" to which they all smiled and then Wakiya said "In that case. How about a practice match against me and Wyvron" holding out his Bey. "Wait. Pegasus and I are next" said Rainbow and Robin replied "I'll take you both" and they all smiled.

It was time for battle and they were now in a newly built Beyarena in Canterlot City. "Hello all you incredible Beyfans. Welcome to the first Bey Arena that has been built in this world in Canterlot City. Hope you are ready" said the announcer.

Several people watched the match both on site and via screens. "Champion Robin Kings will take on his first opponent, Sombra to retain his title. This will be an unforgettable match: trust me, you won't want to miss a second" continued the announcer.

"But now, let's come up with the challenger. This is a man who just appeared out of nowhere. He's as mysterious as a shadow and elusive as a ghost. Give it up to our mysterious Blader, the Lord of Shadows, Sombra. And his Bey from the dark, Evil Ruler, Is here to bring it" the announcer said and then the doors opened and Sombra stood behind and fire shot from the sides.

The crowd cheered and Rainbow said "Great, he has fans now?" Just then Amelia said "Apparently his entre during the cofferance became quite popular. he seems to know how to put on a show" Sunset looked worried thinking "I hope Robin will be ok"

Just then the other doors opened and robin stood there but as the fire sputtered was startled and said "Wa, where did the fire come from. a warning would be nice" and the crowd laughed. "Is he going to be okay?" asked Twilight and then Applejack said "He's not nervous or anything"

Amelia smiled and said "Yeah, he's doing fine" Robin straightened and walked towards the stadium and the announcer said "And in the spotlight we have a blader who doesn't know the meaning of holding back. He's raced to the top and is always ready , It's our very own Crimson Dragon. Put your hands together for our new world champion, Robin Kings" and the other 8 and the crowd cheered.

"Hey, Shouldn't they bring out the world champion, Not the mini champion" Sombra said teasingly and Robin became more irritated. "You want to see what real blader's can do. Do you want a real champ or what?" Sombra said and his fans cheered.

"You should stop talking. I'm the only champ around here. If you're just going to talk trash then you might as well leave" Robin said angrily and Sombra just smiled. "Oh yeah, sparks are flying even before the beys have spun" the announcer said and everyone in the arena cheered for either Sombra or Robin.

"The first to reach three points will be named the winner of the title match" said the Ref and Robin began to focus and gave off a crimson glow. "Ah, So this is what gives him power. Let's see what happens when I crush it" Sombra thought and chuckled a little.

"You remember my prediction, don't you? Two bursts and your career is over" Sombra said but Robin just said "Oh, give me a break. The only prediction I see is your inevitable loss"

"First battle" said the ref and Robin said "Okay Drago. Let's go all out" and put on the Dragon Chip. "Ha Ha. This will be over soon" Sombra said and they took their positions with Sombra holding Bey's right hand and his Launcher in the left and arms crossed. "Ready, set" said the ref and raised his arm.

“3…” Sombra quickly pulled his arms down so they were diagonal and stuck his chest out a little. “2…” He looked up and brought his arms up and locked his Bey. "1..." he held the launcher forward and grabbed the ripcord. "Let it, Rip!" they both shouted and Sombra pulled the ripcord so his left arm was now 90 degrees to his left.

But just as Ruler charged toward the stadium, two green blades popped out and gave off an unpleasant glow. When Robn saw that he was surprised and Sombra said "Do you like my Cursed blades" cockily.

They circled each other and Robin shouted "Go for it Drago, Crash Launch" and Drago went on the attack and Sombra shouted "Now Ruler. Time to show everyone your overwhelming power with your Cursed Awakening" and Ruler went on the attack as well.

"What?" Sunset said in shock and the attacks collided with each other hard. "Oh snap, They're already going hard at once" the announcer said and Wakiya analyzed and took a closer look at Ruler.

"These blades pop out if his launch is just right. They not only give additional attack power, but reduce the burst as well. It's just like a Turbo Awakening" he said but then he became more serious. "But the only ones who could do that were Valt, Shu and Aiger. So how does he do it now?" he thought.

The attacks continued and then they both went up the slope. "Now it's time, Crash Breaker" Robin shouted but Sombra shouted "No way. Evil Strike" with that they both landed attacks with Ruler attacking with one of its Cursed blades.

The shockwaves swept around and Drago burst quickly. The pieces landed in front of Robin who was in shock and the ref said "Evil Ruler with a Burst Finish, Two points goes to Sombra" and his fans cheered.

"Wow, It was over so fast. And just according to Sombra's prediction, it was a burst. Do we have a blader that sees the future or what?" said the announcer. Robin got angry and picked up his Bey saying "I wasn't ready for that"

Sombra raised his hand and said "Look there. That's a real king at work. Now I'll show the rest of you what I can do" and they cheered more. "Do you know that, Robin Kings. When in its Cursed Awakened State, My Evil Ruler is invincible" he said triumphantly.

"So, Let's go over it again. I'll take two more points with a Burst Finish, and it's over for good" Sombr said and his fans cheered. "Oh wow. The challenger today is really talking smack talk here. Will our champion take it or what"

"Come on everyone. Let there be noise if you want to see me burst him again" Sombra shouted and his Fans cheered him on and now more started to cheer him on. "What traitors, how can they cheer for the likes of him" Rainbow said angrily.

"Is Robin going to be okay?" Fluttershy asked and Amelia said "Of course he will. He hasn't given up on this yet" Sunset looked at Robin and said "If he can keep his cool he can win for sure"

Robin looked at his Bey and said "Drago. what do you say?" and then Drago's avatar appeared. "Robin. You already have the answer" Drago said but Robin said "But they are so strong. I don't know what my next move is"

"You have the answer by your side" Drago said and Robin quietly said "By my side" in thought but then figured it out. He smiled thinking of his friends and said "You're right Drago. I just needed a reminder"

"Good. Time to win this" Drago said and Robin said "Yeah" and snapped back to reality. Valt was watching the game away in EL Astro and saw Robin smiling. "So be it. Give it everything you've got," he said, smiling.

In the stadium, Robin said "Okay Drago. Time to give it all we've got, And take those two down with a burst" and held Drago high in the air. Just then the crowd cheered him and Applejack shouted "That's the way. Go for it" and Pinkie shouted "We're with you the whole time"

"Alright, Time for my prediction. Drago will burst your Ruler twice and I win by a score of 4-2" Robin said to Sombra and he just giggled and said "We'll see" Just then the announcer said "It's time for the next match. Will Sombra take the win again or will Robin keep the title"

Just then Robin removed the Golden Dragon Chip and Sombra thought "Good, Get the hope up. It'll only be more rewarding when I crush that hope" and smiled evilly. "Second Battle" said the ref and they both got ready. "Ready, set" said the ref and raised his arm again.

"3... 2... 1... Let it, Rip!" they both shouted and Ruler went back into its Cursed Awakened State while Drago went against the wall. "Go for it Drago" Robin shouted and Drago hooked into the wall and its spring tensed. "Crash Course" Robin shouted and Drao landed the attacks.

Sombra gasped a little and Robin shouted "Keep going Drago. Attack with all your might" and Drago went against the wall and attacked the same way over and over again.

"What Now. Drago's giving Ruler a run for his money. With these costly attacks, Robin will break through Ruler soon" the announcer said. "Oh yeah, That's what I'm talking about" Rainbow said and Amelia said "Keep it up bro"

"Robin. Keep going" Sunset said and Robin shouted "Good there Drago. Now show everyone here your power" Drago continued to attack until it started to go against the rim and accelerated. "Drago" he shouted and gave off an energy wave and resonated with his Bey so Drago's avatar appeared.

Sombra looked at Robin with interest and said "Finally. Something fun to crush" With that he gave an evil laugh and shouted "Evil Ruler" Just then Sombra was surrounded by a black and scary energy and they happened to his Bey as well.

With that, Ruler's avatar appeared. It whistled a humanoid figure in black and dark gray armor with purple glowing details. On the front of the armor 5 purple eyes with green pupils opened with the ones at the shoulders giving off a mist. On its head it had two gray horns and on its back it emitted purple and red smoke that resembled a cloak. Finally, it held two short, black, spiked metal maces.

Drago went off the rim and crashed into the wall and Robin shouted "Ultra Crash Course" and Drago went against the opposite wall and crashed again. "Double Crash Course" Robin shouted and Drago went at Ruler but Sombra shouted "Not so fast, Evil Slam" and swiped his arm down.

They went at each other and Ruler attacked with its mace-like blade and pushed down. Robin roared and sparks flew everywhere but just then Drago flew into the air and bursted. Robin gasped and Drago's parts landed in front of him.

"Robin" the others called out in concern and Sombra just smiled wickedly. "Evil Ruler with a Burst Finish, Sombra wins with a final score of 4-0" said the ref and Sombra's fans cheered. "If that wasn't an overwhelming defeat, I don't know what is. Sombra's prediction came through and won with two back to back bursts. We have a new champion" the announcer said and Robin fell to his knees in shock.

"What, Just Happened" he said in disbelief and Sombra just laughed. "Thank you so much for this easy win. I really appreciate it" he said mockingly and Robin looked at him angrily. "Well everyone. Who's the ruler here?" he shouted and his fans chanted "Sombra" over and over. "I-I can't believe it" Sunset said in disbelief and Amelia said "Oh no. Robin" sadly. Robin picked up Drago's parts and began to tear up.

Just then, Robin rushed away from the stadium with tears in his eyes. Just then, Amelia stood up and rushed after him. "Amelia" Twilight said confused and then Rainbow said "Come on" and the rest rushed after.

Robin had just rushed out of the building, just running in anger and sadness. As Amelia left the building, she saw him in the distance and followed. But when Sunset and the others saw that they were out of the house, they were too far.

"I don't understand. Drago and I gave it our all. Everyone believed in me. And I let them down" Robin yelled, looking at the ground as he ran. But when he looked up, he saw a man in front of him.

The man wore a black helmet covering his head except for his mouth with three purple lines on top with black eye visors and red eye markings. He was wearing black clothes with purple lines.

Robin stood in front of him and the man said "hello, Robin Kings" Robin was confused and asked the man "Who are you?" The man smiled and said "I'm Ashtem. It seems you are already familiar with my creation, Evil Ruler"

As that happened the main 7 were confused and Applejack asked "Where could they have gone? But as they looked around they heard a cocky voice behind them.

"Oh, That kid is already gone. I was hoping I could make fun of him more" said the voice and as they looked behind them they saw Sombra. "You" Rainbow said angrily and Sombra said "Calm down. I don't care about your loser friend or the rest of you"

They were all annoyed but then Sombra looked at Sunset and said "But you. You seem to be somewhat competent. Besides the fact that you lost to that kid" Sunset scowled and said "Stop it. His name is Robin. And I don't care what you think"

"Oh, You're pretty tough. I didn't expect that from a little Pony like you" Sombra said and Sunset was shocked. "Yes, I know what you are" He said and they were all shocked.

Robin was stunned and asked "Yours, You created that guy's bey?" and Ashtem nodded and just then Amelia came over. "Robin, are you…" she tried to ask but stopped when she saw Ashtem. "Who is this?" she asked and Ashtem looked at her.

"Ah, Your sister. I just want to have a word with Robin here" he said and Robin asked "What kind of word?" Ashtem looked at him and said "You have potential, But you are misled" Robin was confused and asked "What are you talking about"

"You see a Bey as a partner. But it’s just an object, Weapon to gain power" Ashtem said but Robin was shocked and angry, saying "What nonsense are you talking about? Unless one has a true bond with one's Bey then you can't get stronger"

"Hm, Just what I expected you to say. But if you want to become really stronger, and get another chance against Sombra, Then you are officially invited to the Snake Dungeon" he said and Robin was confused.

Sunset asked "H-how can you know anything about that?" shocked but Sombra just smiled and said "We have our methods. But my good friend says you have potential. So I was gonna give you this" and held out an envelope.

Taking it uncertainly, Sunset asked "What is this?" and Sombra said "An invitation to the Snake Dungeon" they all looked at him confused and then he said "But considering you're a little girl I wouldn't waste my time and just give up"

They got annoyed but then Sombra said "Now it's time to show the rest of the world who rules. Bye kids" and laughed evilly and left. "That guy makes me so mad" Rainbow said and Sunset opened the envelope and started reading.

Twilight looked at Sunset and asked "What does it say?" Sunset read and said "It's an invitation to some sort of training facility. It also has a time and place for a plane to fly there" They all looked at her and Fluttershy asked "You're not going there. Are you?" but Sunset had no answer.

"Snake Dungeon?" Robin asked, confused and Ashtem handed him an envelope. "Only those strong enough dare to enter the Dungeon. We'll see if you are" he said and Ashtem started walking into an alley.

But just then Amelia said "Hey wait just a second" but by the time she came around the corner Ashtem was already gone. After that she turned to Robin and said "You're not planning to go, are you?" But Robin just looked at the envelope without a word.

Wakiya was in his office and he just got a call. As he answered he heard Shu's voice saying "It was as you suspected. I scanned the system and I have found evidence that someone hacked their way in and took the data on the Turbo Spryzen"

"Even more hacking. They seem to be good at it," Wakiya said. "How was Taiga?" asked Shu and Wakiya replied "Same story. someone hacked his computer and took the data on both Turbo Valtryek and Turbo Achilles"

"If Sombra has someone who has the ability to do that next to him then we could be facing a serious threat" Shu said and Wakiya said "Then we have to put an end to this now"

But dp Shu said "You know as well as I do. A new threat should be dealt with by the next generation" Wakiya was a bit hesitant and said "I know but what if they are not ready" Shu closed his eyes and said "I have seen their potential . I have given them my trust."

Wakiya sighed and said "I see, just hope they can make it" Just then Shu thought "Me too"
