Crush on PostCrush

You slowly opened your eyes to see it’s dark. As you felt your phone near your head, you picked it up and opened the flashlight. Your vision becomes clear when you see that you are back at your step brother's home in your room.

“How did I get here? Frostbite could have been the one that carried me here, but about what happened before tha- wait.” You began recalling that you entered PostCrush’s singing contest and in the end……you won. “EEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH??!!”

You couldn’t believe it and in a panic that you don’t know what to do next. All of a sudden your step brother enters your room.

“I heard you scream what happened!?” He asked.

“Please tell me this is happening and that I’m not dreaming that I’m going to spend the whole day with PostCrush and I need your help and also why are you covered in popcorn?”

“I was supposed to have a midnight snack then that is when I heard you. Also congratulations on winning the contest.”

“Yes I know I won but I didn’t even planned with them what time, where should we meet or what should I even wear-”

“Oh don’t worry I gave them your number and theirs is already saved on your phone. Now you will be able to discuss the plan with them for tomorrow.”

“You did WHAT?!” Instead of getting slapped in the face it's mostly you got hit on the head…mentally. Just as you are about to get mad at your stepbrother, your phone rang.

“Better not keep them waiting.”

Frostbite left you alone. You couldn’t believe this all happened while you were unconscious and if your stepbrother is enjoying this. After composing yourself instead of getting mad at him you answered your phone.

Tomorrow arrived, which is now today.

“I hope I brought enough money. Okay I’m definitely overthinking this, this is your chance now to spend a day with your idols.”

All three of you planned to meet up at Canterlot Park where the contest was held. You left the house early to avoid keeping them waiting, you left a little too early but better play safe than not. You are in the middle of checking your list of things all three of you will do and while walking you felt something got stuck underneath one of your shoes. You lifted your shoe and saw a small rock stuck underneath it as you took it out but noticed something odd about it. You wiped the dirt off with your handkerchief which is not really a rock but a beautiful colored stone.

You somehow liked what you have found but part of your thoughts said this could be one of those that are man made. It may sound silly that you entered a nearby pawnshop and decided to sell the stone if it’s worth it or you're just making a fool out of yourself.

“I’ll tell you what I’ll give you $3000 for this.” The owner said after examining it.

“Uh…uh…sold?”

You exited the pawnshop and after hearing those words that the rock you sold was worth a fortune which hit you in the face, mentally. You shook it off as you headed to the meeting place.

You arrived at the park and at the same time K-Lo and Su-z arrived with a small purple dog with them.

“Seems like we are all here then,” K-Lo said.

“Yes and about the dog?”

“She’s mine.” Su-Z picked up the small dog. “This is Princess Thunderguts.”

“That’s one hell of a name for a pet.” You thought. “So what is the plan for today?”

“Actually we don’t.”

“I thought I’ll be spending a day with you guys to do what you will be doing?”

“Well there’s a change of plan. To be fair with the winner we decided to spend time with the things you want.”
You were both happy and getting butterflies in your stomach for this wasn’t to what you were expecting. Something pops up in your mind and you take out your phone for a moment. It took awhile and after browsing the first stop will be the pet store and the nearest one is at Canterlot Mall.

“The pet store?” Su-Z asked.

“Yes, something that can benefit both you and your dog.”

“Aww you shouldn't have.”

“Well you two seem to be getting along,” K-Lo interrupted. “Don’t forget that I’m still here.”

“Are you by any chance jealous?” Su-Z wrapped her arms around yours

“NO, because it's clear to spend a day with both of us, not you only!” K-Lo did the same on the other side.

While two are going back and forth with each other, you on the other hand are uncomfortable now being sandwiched between two girls. The other thing that makes you uncomfortable is that you three are getting attention from passersby and from your point of view which may not look like it but whoever is a fan of Post Crush will get pretty jealous about you being with them, especially the males.

“Grr what the hell is up with that guy?”

“I can’t believe what I’m seeing, he is with Post Crush?”

“It should have been me, not him, it's just not fair!”

That’s what you thought that they’re saying in their heads and instead you try and think of happy thoughts.

At Canterlot Mall

You and Su-Z finished what you bought at the pet store and regrouped with Kiwi who was waiting outside.

“You bought a baby stroller?” K-Lo questions.

“No silly it's a doggie stroller now I don’t have to worry if Princess Thunder Guts gets lost if she’s not wearing her leash.” Su-Z happily replies as she sees her dog enjoying its new ride. “He even also bought a portable doggie water bottle and even a new chew toy.”

“That’s hard to believe he bought those with his money.” K-Lo then didn’t notice the sale poster by the window. “Nevermind.”

“Anything or place you want to go?” You asked as you three left the pet store.

“Nothing in particular.”

“I think I know where we can go next.”

Kiwi questions where you three are planning to go next and upon arriving it's at a music shop. You two left Supernova-Zap having her dog enjoy the gifts you bought. After looking through the number of displayed guitars, you found the right one, a pink electric guitar.

“I didn’t know you could play a guitar?”

“Actually this isn’t for me.” You handed the guitar over. “I’m buying it for you.”

“I-uh…” K-Lo was taken aback by the guitar. You see she’s blushing and then regains herself. “But I already have a guitar.”

“I mean there is nothing wrong with having a backup guitar. That’s for if in case you misplaced or you don’t have your original one with you”

You have a point as Kiwi played the guitar a little then finally got the feeling and into the beat. You can tell she liked your soon to be gift but then escalated as she pulled you in for a hug.

“Thanks I love it.” She replies as her hugs tightens a bit whish you didn't mind as long as she's happy.

"Ahem!"

Both of you were interrupted by the girl with the blue hair and purple sunglasses by the counter. You see Kiwi Lollipop's whole face became red. Before you can calm her down she pushed you so hard that you hit something and blacked out.

You woke up and your head hurt, a cold towel was placed on your forehead. You see Kiwi but from the angle and her position you realized you were lying on her lap as you quickly got up.

“Hey take it easy, are you sure you’re okay?” K-Lo asked concerned.

“I’m fine,” You said. “All I remember is that you pushed me and I ended up hitting something.”

“I pushed you straight into a drum set that’s on display.”

“Please tell me there wasn't any damage.”

“No, no damages.”

“Wait, where is Supernova?”

She pointed to Su-Z who is playing fetch with Princess Thunder Guts with its new chew toy. The three decided to take a breather before going to your next stop.

“I was meaning to ask why all of a sudden you two decided to spend time with me instead?”

“It’s about that song you used at the contest, it kind of relates to us especially after hearing you sing the chorus.”

“Really like a troubled past?”

Kiwi narrated what happened during the Starswirl Music Festival which was supposed to be a band reunion after being on hiatus and their friendship being strained due to the pressures of stardom. Then they found some sort of item/device that they can travel back in time to reset the day of their concert and made multiple attempts whenever something went wrong with the concert. That is when she mentions two of their fans, which was your step brother's girlfriend, Pinkie Pie and her friend Sunset Shimmer intervened and destroyed the device which they say it's called a Time Twirler they found.

“That is hard to believe.”

“I’m not crazy, that really happened. But it was a good thing that we didn’t need that thing for it was tearing our friendship apart. We made up, still have our fans and here we are right now.”

“I mean there is no such thing as perfect-I mean that’s what I believe. Things can’t go according to plan like what you’re expecting, problems will come but they won’t be there forever because there is always a solution.”

“You’re right. But hey, of all our fans who put their feet in their mouths you are the first one who spoke to us normally well despite your cowardly and pessimistic personality.”

“I know. Technically the correct way to say it is I worry a lot.”

“Still thanks for the gifts.”

“Oh there is still Su-Z’s gift. Because the next destination is the art store.”

“Keep spoiling us and we won’t hesitate and make a jump on you.”

“What?”

“Nothing!”

You took out your phone for a moment then felt Kiwi’s hand placed on top of yours. Her slight blush returns like what happened earlier at the music store. You started to think about the pros and cons for a regular person to be dating someone famous.

“Hey! You’re definitely making a move on him!”

Both of you were interrupted again to see Supernova Zap standing in front of you two pouting jealousy.

‘No I’m not!” Kiwi denies and pushes you again.

(SPLASH!!)

“Oh no I’m so sorry not again!” Kiwi out of embarrassment pushes you but this into the fountain that you are now completely soaked, most of your body since your feet are facing upwards. “Let’s first get you another towel, but a bigger one; and some dry clothes.”

You only responded by spitting water from your mouth like a fountain.
