"I got a lock on her!" Cadence's voice echoed in the room as Twilight awoke, startled. She had been sleeping on the couch as she had waiting for days. Occasionally doing paper work and getting caught up on things by Spike but mostly it had been her and Cadence working on getting the portal ready as the spell worked to find Flurry. It was a long task and one that seemed to hit speed bumps, such as the spell going out a few times as Cadence had to keep re-upping the spell. Which meant having to stick around nearby, unable to go too far or risk the spell going out again. Or the fact that the portal needed serious maintenance after years on non-use.

But it seemed that after many nights, several plates and food items now piled in the corner, books stacked high and both looking like the two alicorns hadn't bathed or slept properly in awhile, they had finally managed to get a match. Twilight eagerly watched as the dot on the floor seemed to pulsate. She picked it up with her magic, moving the magical dote into the nearby machine through a small hatch. The portal sputtered to life as the image of what appeared to be some kind of pool room appeared.

Cadence, who was currently was doing her best to get her appearance together, a few prestidigitation spells cast on her and Twilight, fixing her rugged looking lab coat and reminding Twilight to put some pants on, now stood ready. Her hand reached out as she tried to test the hole made in reality, making sure she could pass through just fine. As soon as her hand came in contact however, she felt a flash of powerful magic over take her. Images of something beyond her comprehension flooded her mind as she cried out in shock, backing away from the portal.

Twilight placed hand on her shoulder in concern. "Hey, what happened? You look like you just saw a ghost or something."

The alicorn took a deep breath and nodded. "Something far older than that actually. It seems we are being blocked from entering this things domain."

"What are you talking about?" Twilight reached out to touch the portal, immediately getting overwhelmed by a blast of static as her body was sent flying back, only stopped by the couch a little ways behind her. The purple alicorn gasped in surprise. She was unharmed but her lab coat was covered in light burns.

"Something is blocking us... Got it. Ancient Eldridge being is currently say no to us... This is a new one."

She slowly stood up and brushed herself off. "Ok, so now we have a new problem. How do we enter a realm that won't let us in?"

Cadence sighed and locked eyes with her. "By doing our research, finding out as much as we can and hopefully figuring out a way to appease it so it may let us through." She chuckled. "Better get to work, this may take even longer."

The two sighed and stared at the image, watching as the portal sputtered and shut itself off.

As her eyes began to adjust, she quickly recognized that the room was different. They were now in a windowless white room, a single door behind them, the walls were tiled, soft ambient music played from somewhere unseen and a few pillows lay strewn about. A lone pool sat in the middle with an underwater tunnel leading away from it.

Wave was currently scrubbing Ruby with a bar of soap while Aqua did the same to Saph. All four were leaning against the edge of the pool as they worked to scrub the cum stains from their bodies. "You can thank Wave and Aqua." The Changedling replied, taking a sip from her own water bottle. "They managed to wake up first and drag all out us into the next room. Aqua got out of the water and walked over holding out her hand. "Yep and since you are awake, we should get you into the water. It will help the soreness, revitalize your body, and begin to help filter the other stuff off of you. We need to get going soon anyways. We are very low on water right now and while the stuff we swim in is drinkable... I think all of us can speak for bottled spring water instead."

Wave leaned against the side of the pool. "I think Aqua is just trying to skirt around the fact that we all have pissed in this water at some point and don't like the idea of drinking it while keeping that knowledge in the back of our heads."

Saph groaned. "Trust me, I understand this place filters it out eventually. Doesn't make it any less gross."

"But you are all fine swimming and having sex in it though?" Flurry asked.

Ruby raised her hand. "Easier to forget that tidbit over time. Also I personally think its silly, like do you really think that in a place this massive, its really going to matter? The chances of dinking that have got to be insanely low considering how powerful this place's filtration system. I once dropped a candy bar in a pool and this place managed to filter that out in a day."

Aqua shook her head. "Can we please stop talking about this and start swimming? This whole conversation is making me sick and I really don't want to have to resort to drinking this after considering everything this water has probably had to filter."

The unicorn helped Flurry to her hooves and to the pool, everyone getting prepped as June joined them. "Alright, we swim in a group. Flurry and June in the middle, Aqua and Wave in the back, me and my brother in front. If we need to stop, give our tails a yank or something to get our attention."

The whole group nodded, took a few deep breaths before plunging down into the tunnel. The group went into their formation, Flurry silently swimming next to June as the group slowly made their way down the long tunnel.

A good ways down, a small window caused Flurry to pause. She could just make out something that looked familiar but had to really stare hard though the thick surface. Placing her face close, she could swear she saw her bed. But that had to be impossible. Her hands glowed as suddenly June tapped her shoulder and pointed at an opening nearby. It looked like a balcony under the water and windowed doors next to it. It had to be impossible. She swam over and nearly let out all her air as she stared into what looked like her room she had left just days before. By this point, June was quick to pull on Ruby's tail and alert her. Saph seemed confused as he rubbed his eyes, staring at what Flurry could only assume had been a wall a few seconds ago.

Just past the balcony, there was some stairs leading up and out of the water. Flurry, now very confused, couldn't help but begin to work her way over to them, soon breaching out of the water and following them up and over, the stairs now leading down and turning to a corner to a large wooden door.

Water dripped from her body as she stood in silent shock, her friends soon catching up as they to stared in confusion.

Flurry silently opened the door and stepped in, almost feeling like fainting as she stared at her freaking room. Her bed was made, her wardrobe was there, the door leading to the bathroom, the fluffy carpet, even the small closet. Everything was here. The alicorn collapsed onto her bed. It had a familiar smell even.

"This is my room..." She said out loud, slowly. Unable to believe it herself.

Aqua wandered over to the bathroom door and glanced in, seeing a large bathtub, walk-in shower with a two seater bench, fancy sink and toilet. "Wow, you know I never guessed you lived in such a nice place. Your room is almost as big as our house."

Ruby and Saph wandered over to check in the wardrobe while June noticed a small fridge sitting near the bed. She opened it, feeling a bit of cold air wonder out as she took a few water bottles out. Wave went over as she put them into his bag before turning back to Flurry. "Sorry, probably should ask first... Mind if we take these?"

Flurry turned to look at Wave. "Sure, I am not even sure if this is actually my room or not. It looks and feels like it but... When I left I had clothes laid out and there should be some alcoholic cider in there instead of waters."

Saph turned to her. "I was about to ask why bother having an empty wardrobe. Wonder if it decided to forgo the clothing when decided to copy your place over. Gonna jot that down as a no go for the Entity it seems. Weird, not sure if it has ever copied over a real place or not. Gonna have to ask our parents on that one."

Flurry flipped onto her back and stared up at the ceiling, seeing the painted stars and moon above. June placed an hand on her shoulder. "Home sick?"

"Weirdly... Yes and no. I don't know how to describe it. I actually am really starting to like it here but I did suddenly leave a bunch of friend and family behind. I hate to worry them. But at the same time, a part of me really doesn't know what to feel. Seeing this place again, I thought I might be happy. But if anything, it feels weirdly empty and hollow. The two casually cuddled as the room seemed to grow slightly dim all on its own.
