1 The black feather, the game begins
I laid on my couch with the lights off rewatching highschool dxd and smiled at how powerful the characters were. I loved the character arcs, loved the designs, loved the lore, and I definitely loved the extensive amount of fan service. It was late at night, well early in the morning would describe it better as it was like three in the morning, and my stomach grumbled. I sighed and thought about what would be open now as I didn't want to cook. I decided to go to a specific taco place, with a bell as its logo. I paused my computer and got up, walked to the door and got in my old van. She was old and beat up, but, she just kept truckin. It didn't take to much time to get my meal, but as I was leaving I saw a man on the street with ragged clothes on and a skinny frame. I took a breath, parked my car and opened the door. "Hey, sir do you need anything?" I asked
He looked at me and I could see the shadows all over his face, though his face seemed sort of generic. "Would, you care for a trade? I have this fallen angels feather from the Priestess of Thunder and light and I'll give it to you for a taco?"
I looked at him shocked, "I'll still give the taco irregardless, but can you prove that is what you're saying it is?" I asked. He just smiled and rubbed the dark feather. Sparks shot from it and I was astounded. "Who are you?" I questioned.
"Simply The Merchant," he answered. I made the trade and looked at the feather excitedly. Then he smirked eerily and said, "see you later."
The feather exploded in a burst of lightning, light and more black feathers I felt my body gift and suddenly it was day and I had no clue as to where I was, all I knew was that I was in a palace and something felt wrong about my body. I looked down and saw that I was now a well endowed female. I began to panic and I could feel sparks upon what I figured were wings. "What the hell, I'm... I'm Akeno Himejima?" I said in confusion.
That's when I heard a voice echoing a bit from behind me. "Is that your name, strange one?"
I turned around and my eyes twitched, "how much weirder can this get, did that hobo drug me?"
"I don't quite understand, but please can you answer my question," a white equine humanoid stated.
I didn't answer, I just straight up socked myself in the face. The pain told me one thing, this was real. I shivered in place as my wings began to spark more.
"I would advise you to answer my question and to soothe your aggression, otherwise I may be forced to act upon the protection of my ponies," she said although her tone had changed and her face had become stern. I also saw that the guards had moved closer. I could feel the power radiate from her
"I... I do apologize, yes, I'm Akeno Himejima. This isn't aggression, it's just confusion and I really don't know how to control it well," I answered. I took some deep breaths, absorbing the situation and the sparks slowly disappeared. Her face returned to small smile and the guards went back to their positions. "Um... if it's okay... Can you tell me where the hell I am?" I asked.
"You are in Canterlor castle in Equestria," she answered. "Where do you hail from and what are you?" She asked.
I could feel a little hostility from her tone and I knew this answer could completely fuck me if I gave a bad answer, "well, I'm from a world called earth and I'm... Well..." I paused as her hostility grew, "well, I'm... Half fallen angel..." More hostility followed, "and... Half devil...."
Simply one statement followed from her, her hostility maxed out at that point, "leave or suffer the consequences..."
Fear encapsulated me and I shot out of one of the windows, unfortunately one of her guards was in the way and he fell to his death screaming. 'shit, I'm screwed!' I thought as I saw her blast out of the same window. I tried flying as best as I could, but she was gaining on me 'fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, FUCK!' was all I could think now that I looked like I had done that on purpose. She finally caught up to me and blasted me with magic sending me hurdling to the ground. I stood up in the crater that was left from the impact and I hurt all over.
Finally I was done running as rage built up in me, "SO GREAT TO BE JUDGED WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING WHO THE FUCK I AM!" I screamed as lightning shot around me. "YOU WANT THE PRIESTESS OF THUNDER AND LIGHT YOU GOT HER!" I raged some more. I felt a knowing in my core and I summoned up a spear of light covered in lightning. I shot it forward and she dodged it mid flight. I shot upwards and shot five more at her while building up my energy, several hit and it caused her to crash into the ground leaving another crater I summoned up the holy lightning dragon. This was a direct hit and it caused enough damage knock her out.
I took this time to shoot out in a random direction. I'm pretty sure I broke the sound barrier upon my escape which caused me to become loopy for a bit before I took control again. I flew for hours, then I flew for days, then I flew for months, then I flew for years. I took up disguises, used different names and never stayed in one place for too long. All so I could stay safe. Over the years I heard stories, learned new magics, found tools until finally I found myself in the griffon kingdom. I took root with a disguise and got money through an arena type match that allowed you to kill your opponent. I learned, I killed, I grew, I became a member of griffon high society, and I won. I was respected and it felt good.
However, whatever was left of the old me was waning and I had truly become The Ultimate Sadist and the game had begun.
