One day, Rainbow was looking after a precious gem that Rarity had. Rarity had to go and collect more patterns for her new dress that she was taloring for the Grand Gala, so she asked Rainbow Dash to look after it for her. That day, Rainbow Dash lost the gem and found out that a mysterious force had taken it! On her way to find it, she enconters a strange pegasaus on the way and she partners with it. Together, they go on an adventure like never before! But, they better hurry! Rarity is coming back that day! Will they find it in time, or will they have to find a new gem?

The Task

"Rainbow Dash? May I speak with you for a moment?" Rarity called as the blue pegasaus swept through the wind, blowing Rarity's mane to the side. "Rarity? What's up," the blue pegasaus said as she descended from the clouds.

Rarity handed Rainbow Dash a emerald gem in the shape of a stone that sparkled ever so slightly in the daylight. "Woah! Thanks, Rarity for the offer but," Rainbow Dash's sentence was interupted.

"Dash, I need you to look after this gem while I go look for more cloth for a dress for Grand Gala. Could you, would you, please look after this for me?" Rarity gave Rainbow Dash a look that almost periced her soul. She couldn't bare to hurt Rarity's feelings and say no, but she just wanted to glide through the air and relax, maybe even take a nap.

"O-okay, I guess," Rainbow gave a weak smile. Rarity gave a light hearted smile and turned for the town. Rainbow had just realized that she had to meet up with a pegasaus from Cloudsdale at Ponyville. She didn't understand why they had to meet up in Ponyville instead of Cloudsdale, but she stuck with it, after all, she was already in Ponyville. She had to run after realizing that she was serveral minutes late. In all the process, she forgot that she flew fast than when she runs!

She finally made it to her destination and she walked up to a pony sitting and waiting patiently. "Hello. I'm Rainbow Dash, the one and only. I'm here to meet up with a pegasaus," She announced proudly. "You mean, you're here to meet up with some, pegasi?" the pony said with a questioning look.

"Huh? What do you mean?" Rainbow Dash returned that look that the pony gave her. "You are, Rainbow Dash, right," she asked with the same questioning look. "Yes?" Rainbow Dash was now extremely confused now. "Then, right this way." The pony led her towards a little building with the words plastered 'Cupcake shop'.

Why would they take her there? Rainbow Dash was full of questions. "We're here because the conference takes place in here," the pony seemed to read her mind. "Wait a minute, they never said anything about a conference!" Rainbow Dash exclamed. "Well, you'll know what's going on once you go in." The pony smiled and led her inside the building.
