"They can't understand us no one can so why are we hesitating." the timberwolf says. "I can understand you though." afton says. "What, how no one else can." the timberwolf stated with a little shock in their voices. "Wait how do people normally see and hear you then?" afton asks. "They just see us as a lumbering monster not even as different ponies but a single monster." the timberwolf says. "What's Wrong with them can't they hear you." afton says louder than necessary "No they just hear growling no matter how much we try to talk." the timberwolf says with clear sadness "Do you want me to stay with you all for a while?" afton asks. "I don't think that's magic keeping you together." afton says. "What" the timberwolf say shocked "I don't see magic so what I'm seeing that seems to be holding you together can't be magic because I can't see magic in situations where other people can't." afton says. "It was uncomfortable being both naked, newly female, and being underground actually helped with the awkwardness since it was a guarantee no one could see me." afton says. I was in the Everfree Forest which might explain why they ran away someone just emerging from the ground wasn't a very common sight no matter how you put it." afton says. Anyways I decided to get myself cleaned up considering I was just underground, good thing there was a river close by, after I got myself cleaned up I decide to make at least temporary clothing even though that was probably unnecessary considering that the Universe I was in was a MLP one but I wasn't just going to walk around naked." afton says. "I think that's enough for now, time for the coffee break I put extra sweetener in yours." the merchant says. "Thank you." afton says. They shout Amethyst has a tree fall on top of them crushing their arm under it. Amethyst tries to hold in the screams. and it comes out as a whimper. The Timberwolf forcefully pushes the tree aside freeing amethyst but also causing some more pain. "Are you okay?!" Every soul in the timberwolf practically screams. "I- I think so, outside of the pain" Amethyst tries to move her arm but cries out in pain. "There is a town not far from here where they can help you!" They all say at once. "Can you ensure they won't attack you?" Amethyst says in a tone with no room for argument The Timberwolf stays silent "Can you ensure they won't attack you?" Amethyst repeats herself. "No" the Timberwolf says sounding defeated. "Then we won't go." afton says. "You need medical help." the timberwolf States. "I think I may be able to handle both the pain and the medical part" afton is struggling to speak from the pain. "How can we help." the timberwolf says with a bit of hope. "Find a particularly straight stick or make one then find something to help me tie the stick to my arm so the bone can heal properly." afton instructs. The Timberwolf tries to find a straight enough stick but can't so they try something they never thought to try before manipulate wood that isn't part of their body and it works. "How do we find anything to tie around your arm." the timberwolf says with clear trepidation. "You just made a stick straighten out, try to pull other plants apart into stringy pieces then try to make those stringy pieces in a rope pattern." Amethyst is starting to feel a little woozy. "I'll try" the timberwolf begins to manipulate smaller plants like they did the stick but it's a slow process so it takes a while. "now cut that small rope in half, see where my arm is broken. help me realign the bone so it can heal back properly then after that tie to stick to my arm tie the stick close to my joints so that the pieces of bone don't come apart." amethyst says nauseously. Amethyst and The Timberwolf realign the bone and then tie the stick to Amethyst's arm to keep the bones together. "Now try to mold wood around my arm to protect it from the outside." afton instructs. "Okay" the timberwolf nearly immediately begins to mold some wood from the tree that fell down around amethyst's arm. "Can you carry me for a while I feel like I'm going to pass out." "I was going to do that anyway, I'm sorry I didn't notice the tree was going to fall down." the timberwolf says. "Don't be sorry you didn't make it fall, you helped me make a cast around my arm so it could heal properly." afton says. "T- Thank you." the timberwolf says. "So how are you going to carry me?" afton asks. "You're just going to ride on my back. the timberwolf says. Amethyst gets on the Timberwolf's back "Can I just go to sleep on your back?" afton asks.
